You can find it on Kindle and in paperback form on Amazon and the audiobook is coming soon. So check out "The View from the Deck Thoughts on Values, Vision and Gratitude" on Amazon now. Are you meant for greatness or mediocrity? I think that's kind of a trick question. I think we're all meant for one or the other as we choose. We are all equipped for greatness, and of course everyone's equipped for mediocrity, by default. We have the seeds of greatness, but it's up to us if we're going to plant them in good soil and water them and let them grow. Or if we're gonna just toss them in a corner or bake them and eat them. You've got the seeds of greatness. But you also have the seeds of mediocrity, seeds of mediocrity are easy, you just don't plant anything and then nothing develops. So it's up to you, if you're meant for greatness or not. If you decide you're meant for greatness, you will take what you have, you will take the opportunities you have, you'll take the gifts you have, you'll take the resources you have, and you will stoke them, and you will build on them. And you'll find where they are meant to go and how they can change your life and how they can change the world. But if you decide you are meant for mediocrity, you can do that too, that's easy. You just have to not do the great things. You just have to not develop your skills and not develop your connections and not find the opportunities. Personally, I'd rather be great to mediocre. Being mediocre seems kind of boring. I thought about that sometimes. What if I just got a regular job watching Netflix? Got into sports and that kind of stuff. I guess that's okay. It just might seem awfully boring. Given the choice, wouldn't it have better to be great than mediocre? I think so. Maybe you do too. I have published a new book called The View from the Deck, Thoughts on Values, Vision and Gratitude. If you like morning motivation, you're going to love this book. A lot of the same concepts. The basic principle of the book is that I was coaching clients and they were telling me about their dream life and I was recognizing elements of their dream life in my everyday life. And it made me realize there's things in my life that people are dreaming of. And there's things in my life that the me of a few years ago would absolutely have given his right arm for. And chances are you've got the same. So I took these concepts about values and what makes us do what we do. Vision, where we want to be in gratitude, appreciating the awesome things we have and put them together into one awesome book called The View from the Deck, Values, Vision and Gratitude. You can find it on amazon.com. Just search for Michael Whitehouse, The View from the Deck, and get your copy today.
