Good morning. It is Thursday, September 5th forecast going to be sunny and nice today highs in the 70s flirting with 80 degrees. We'll get a mix of clouds and sun for tomorrow highs in the 70s. Pretty much the same for the weekend. Top stories back to school today for Boston, public school students keep an eye out for the students as well as the school buses. Emerson College putting new restrictions on protesting for the fall semester. They include a ban on any protests in the alley off Boyleson Street as many as 100 pro Palestinian protesters were arrested there back in April. Meantime, a school shooting at a high school in Georgia yesterday, two students and two teachers killed nine others injured the suspect 14 years old. My heart hurts for these kids. My heart hurts for our community. But I want to make it very clear that hate will not prevail in this county. The 14 year old will be charged as an adult. Reports say he made online threats to commit a school shooting a year ago. The FBI spoke with them. They let him go. Vice President Kamala Harris in New Hampshire yesterday speaking on the school shooting. We have to end this epidemic of gun violence in our country once and for all. You know, it doesn't have to be this way. Former President Trump had a town hall last night. He'll hold a rally on Saturday. He and Vice President Harris will debate Tuesday night. The new Beetlejuice movie expected to light up the box office this week and expected to take in more than a hundred million dollars dancing with the stars coming under fire for having a criminal in the new lineup. And Joaquin Phoenix is taking fire on social for comments he made about Lady Gaga.
