I'm your pocket fillers. The poll they kill us. The north side. Start the broadcast. Subscribe with smash. The Gorilla sports podcast. Hey guys, welcome in Gorilla sports podcast. It is Saturday, August 31st. All right, guys, we're recapping from yesterday. We had four plays going. We had two winners and two losers. We had eight batters going. We got six correct. But we still only got our two winners. So we took Francisco Lindor and Corbin Carroll, and they both won together. And then we took Yandy Diaz. We hadn't used it a little while and we paired him with Lawrence Butler, who's just on an absolute tear. That came through for us. Our two losers as we took Marcelo Zuna, who got a hit for us, but Aaron Judge didn't. And then we took Yordon Alvarez and we paired it with Fladdy Guerrero and Vlad didn't come through for us. So we ended up going two and two, not the end of the world, but you got to remember there's a lot of these like free bets, right? So now that football season is starting, most of the sports books all want you to bet on their site. So they are going to entice you with different deposits, different promos, different free bets, stuff like that. Take advantage of those. If you're planning on rebying at some point in the near future, use these deposit bonus. Get that free money. I know for me in Ontario, I know Fandil is giving away essentially giving away $50 for the Chiefs and Ravens game where they've boosted will Kansas City complete one pass. One pass just complete one pass and you're allowed to bet $50 on it. So it's gone from a minus 10,000 to a minus 110. So essentially it's a free $46, whatever the math works out to on the minus 110. But yeah, use those things. So I went to and to yesterday, however, I had a free $10 same game parlay that I put on TCU on the money line over 59 and a half and save you on Williams to go over 56 and a half receiving yards. Great. That was a winner. And it was a free $10 cost me nothing to do it. And it was about a half a unit, one about just over 50 bucks for me. So perfect. Love take that all day. So just make sure you're using your boost in your super boost and make sure it doesn't just say like money line parlay at the top. I know today on Fandil, it has like Baltimore, LA Dodgers and Seattle as a money line. But when you look at the actual odds, they didn't boost anything. They didn't do anything. They just want you to bet this same game parlay or excuse me, this this parlay of three games parlays aren't supposed to win. There's a reason that they they're putting all these stuff flashing it at the top to make sure that you try and bet this. And I'm sure they'll catch lots of people thinking that this is some sort of boost, but it isn't make sure it says boost, odds boost, super boost, sweat free parlay, one of those kind of keywords. And then you can read into it, make sure you hit more info because it'll also tell you that you need the odds to be minus 200 or less. So I know for a lot of them, I'm not able to do my single batter parlays. I have to do something else, whether it's a two hits or two bases, something like that. So just a heads up, make sure you're reading before you bet. All right, let's get into some plays today, guys. So we're going right back to our boy Corbin Carroll. This guy is on a tear. We were chirping this guy in the beginning of the year and now he's on fire. He's got a hit in 21 of his last 25 games on a nine game hitting streak. And he's two for six versus Gavin Stone this year. He's one for three each game. He's played against him. So that's perfect. And we're going to pair him with Jordan Alvarez. And he's going versus Cole Ragan's the stud in Kansas City today. However, Alvarez is a 364 versus left-handed pitching. He's 546 versus Ragan's. He's gotten 354 at Kansas City. So those are all adding up for Yorda and Alvarez to get on base for us. So you pair Corbin Carroll and Yorda and Alvarez together to get a minus 112 not a bad price. We'll take that. Our next play is we're going to take the two guys that let us down yesterday. And we're going to expect him to come for a comeback. So we're going right back to Aaron Judge. No, he's back 331 on the year. And he's going versus Kyle Gibson, who's the bottom 23 percentile of barrels. So that's a good look for him. He's got a hit in 17 out of his last 19 games. So that's a beauty. We're going to pair him with our boy, Flatty Guerrero. Love that. And now he's got two plus hits and now five out of seven games, not five out of six because he didn't get a hit yesterday. He's been 321 versus right-handed pitching. He's been 300 on the road. He's a bit of a bit of a road dog. Love it. So you pair those two guys together, you get a minus 117. And then I got a bit of an odd one that I like as well. We're going to take Paul Goldschmidt. Now he's going versus the Yankees today. And he's been 471 at New York. For some reason, he loves batting in New York. Now he's got three plus hits and three out of his last four games. So I like that. And the rookie Warren's going today for New York and he gives up 13.6 hits per nine. Remember, 10 is the number threshold for whether you give up a lot of hits or not. So 13 is massive. So we like that. And we're going to pair him with Julio Rodriguez of the Seattle Mariners. Now he's batting 308 versus left-handed pitching. Now on the road is when he's doing that because I mean Seattle is such a pitcher-friendly park. Nobody hits well there. Now he's batting 315 with two doubles versus Tyler Anderson. So that's a good look for those guys. And you pair Goldschmidt and Rodriguez together, you get a minus 105. Like that look. And I got a couple of liens that I like today. Again, it's going to be in that Philly and Atlanta game. Now we took Philly and Atlanta when Max Fried was pitching the last time for Atlanta because Philly's bats have a great history against Max Fried. Although this time he mowed through all of the guys that we were expecting to get big hits. And it was all of like the five through nine guys that came through to win that game for us. So I am going to take the Philadelphia Phillies on the Moneyline. We are back in Zach Wheeler's an absolute stud. He hasn't given up more than two runs and five straight. I love that. And he's going versus Max Fried in Atlanta. And I spoke about this in a couple podcasts ago, but all of the Philly bats have extremely good history against them. However, they all went over like two starts ago for Max Fried because it was a three, two and final. So I still like it today. And actually it's a very good hitter-friendly conditions today. So I'm actually going to look at that over seven and a half as well. That's a really short number because there's two aces on the mound. However, it's 80 degree weather in Philly today. And it's a 10 mile an hour wind below a dead center. So I feel like they're giving me some home runs today. If they can get a couple of people on base and cash in some home runs, I like the over seven and a half and I like Philly on the Moneyline. All right, guys, we got five plays going today. Don't forget to bet that Kansas City one pass. And if you listen to the football draft marathon that me and Jay Webb, my buddy Jeremy put together for the NFL, he's got a bunch of college plays you can look at. And I took Miami. Now, again, I'm not much of a college football guy, but deep diving into this. I think this number short, but it scares me. I don't understand why the numbers not moving. It's such a Joe public bet because I'm a Joe public college football better. I don't have the research or the time really to go through 300 football teams to get good looks on it. I do enough on baseball and NFL and NBA that I can't add another sport to this or else, you know, my kids and wife won't ever see me. So I like to Miami Hurricanes today on the road, whether you get a minus two and a half or the minus 130, 135 depending on the money line. So that's my college play for today, guys. All right, guys, you're rocking with me. Let's roll. [BLANK_AUDIO]
