I'm a student of the game young Terrence Minifil Terry how are we doing man I am doing great nice and relaxed on this nice Sunday nights recording this episode started off the day with a nice round of 18 holes oh yeah it was nice I had a golf instructor there giving me some examples and some keys on course management and along with a lot of other things I noticed my putting has gotten a lot better since training with this guy and yes I did say training because you know golf is like that it's about getting out there training putting in the hours and you know it's not like all the other sports that I play like football and I just naturally came to me I just wanted to you know grab that ball and just throw the shit out of it all the time or just hit somebody as hard as I wanted to. This game it demands peace tranquility and you're fucking your absolute best at every hit. That's the reason why I love this game it's so positive and negative it's so much hate and love at the same time it's just a nice healthy balance if you ever want to go out there on a course or anything Mike or anybody out there I would love to go out there with you. Just how my morning started shout out to Mike out there teaching me the golf ways but yeah after lunch or after noon when we stopped met up with the family we had lunch at IHOP and that was you know that never fails let me get old international house of pancake trip kids ate the fuck out of some pancakes it was just amazing how much shit they could just carve down especially some stack of know I just had that excitement it is like Christmas it was starting to build and sure enough you know we we creep into this morning it's still there order pizza get some wings it all shows up here ready to rock Falcons game picks off at noon really slow start which is what I expected we know we'll get into the game a little bit but nonetheless the good vibes didn't last forever not only did the Falcons just absolutely humiliate me embarrass me make me disgusted with what I saw I came one dog um my parlays weren't necessarily damn parlays it was just an all-around bad day and obviously what was one of the parlays that you were you you knew that was you know an automatic hit that just didn't just didn't fly um that's a good question actually because there was one particular parlay that's an eight leg I got six out of eight right oh shit and the two that didn't hit were uh were some you know devastating ones they were almost about one that I one that I thought was for sure a lock that didn't and grim refros actually chatting with him a little bit which side were we're talking about gambling grim wagers yes they're brand new episode take him out take him out um or was it last night had 94 yeah well really hurt me there was two 19 yarders he had two almost back to back 19 yarders yeah and that's really what hurt and the other one that didn't hit was Anthony Richardson I needed him to get less than 211 mm-hmm and he got 212 you got 212 yes because the line was 210 and a half so if he got 210 it was good if he got 211 wasn't gonna hit and he got 212 man so yeah that was the one that really got really hurt me and then obviously the one that just ended before we started recording was a five leg yeah and um Alyssa Thomas from the son the Connecticut son okay okay I needed her to get less than 10 points and she's already got 12 with five minutes and 28 seconds left to go in the third quarter so yeah that one ended and I have another one going on right now but it's just literally like a Hail Mary it's almost just like a embarrassing desperation in the night on a good note but at this point look at not the highest expectations but don't unless we have a lot of games to get to do we do we do uh two of our games went undrafted one of them was the Carolina Panthers in the New Orleans Saints that's the one that will start off start off with really quickly here the biggest lopsided game of the entire afternoon 47 to 10 the Saints get the home victory start out one and no pretty perfect day from Derek Carr 19 of 23 for 200 yards and three touchdowns zero interceptions 83 yards off of 15 carries from Alvin Camara one touchdown and then one touchdown for Jamal Williams who got 11 carries for 38 yards takes him he'll obviously doing his thing he averaged seven yards per carry with five for 35 and then looking at the receiving game Derek Carr threw it like I said three touchdown passes they all came to three different wide receivers Rachid Shahid three for 73 and a touchdown Foster Moreau four for 43 and one touchdown and then Joann Johnson two for 26 and a touchdown so he's really spreading it around nobody had more than four catches did or actually Camara had five catches in his 15 rushes obviously he is still the straw that stirs that drink there in New Orleans he's obviously going to be their identity on offense yeah as long as they have games like this where they are able to build a pretty big lead then they're able to give you know double-digit carries to two running backs and then allow take some hill to be a factor as well because they're not having to play through the air you know they're not having to play one-dimensional the negative way they're able to play one-dimensional in the positive way which is pretty much is running the ball down somebody's throat yeah wearing you down the Panthers couldn't really handle it today honestly they just were pretty much getting blown out from the start you can go look at some of the stuff they did Bryce Young 13 for 30, 161 zero touchdowns two interceptions he did have a rushing touchdown but none of their running backs averaged more than 4.4 yards per carry we had 5 and 22 for miles Sanders 6 for 14 for Chuba Hubbard and then a couple other you know players got touches but for the most part a very quiet day offensively their offense was absolutely non-existent yeah the 10 points that they got were pretty much in garbage time and the Saints took care of business today and look like I mean scoring 47 points their offense is ready to I guess start 2024 off on the right foot without a doubt yeah 47 points is nothing to you know hang your hat on obviously this is showing early shines of you know connects people being on the same connection wave and you know obviously having a game plan in implanted and actually going out there and executing a game plan and it seems like these guys were well equipped to come to Carolina or host Carolina here and get the job done another game we didn't draft was the Dallas Cowboys at the Cleveland Browns usually get a flash drive but understandably so Caleb Grant really wasn't filling a flash drive today understand the vibes weren't great here at uh you know at our I guess compound if you will just a couple else to start the season that's never really what you want to do then like I mentioned my parlays now fantasy football that might be a little bit of a different story but that's really the least of my um of my concerns when it comes to you know the pecking order obviously number one is the Falcons number two my parlays then number three that's what I'm painting then I'll look at fantasy football just talking mice but we're gonna get to the uh the pages here in just a little bit but I was excited to watch this Cowboys and Browns game like I mentioned it was just one of the um you know more highly anticipated match ups or I feel like it was a contender on each side of the ball definitely didn't think it was going to come out like this oh I didn't think it was going to be one sided either way I thought it was going to be close well I thought it was going to be one sided in favor of the Browns easily but you know just looking at the papers right here in front of me and you know not being able to catch the game looks like Dallas had their way with them they really did I mean looking at desk or deck Prescott who signed an extension before the game has became I believe the highest pay player in NFL history I'm not mistaken I wouldn't doubt it he only threw for 179 yards in one touchdown his equal Elliot 10 carries for 40 yards one touchdown Brandon Cooks had a pretty big game CD lamb five for 61 it wasn't like they got this massive performance that's what I was expecting looking at the score though yeah like because you would have you would have thought you know that CD lamb for 180 touchdowns but it really wasn't the case it was just the Cleveland Browns kind of you know poking or shooting themselves in the foot obviously the Sean Watson specifically man I mean two interceptions that was really kind of you know what did it to him but it wasn't just that whole spotlight it was just him missing balls missing wide open wide receivers choosing to run and getting tackled you could just tell that he wasn't really on his a game today and for the most part just being completely honest I haven't seen the Sean Watson on his a game in a very long time yeah that is a great statement right now at this point like the Browns were bawling with Joe Flacco why does it look so much worse because keep in mind they didn't have Nick Chubb either whenever they had Joe Flacco but they didn't have Jerry Judy who got shaken up in this game as well as David and Joe Kubo left the game with a injury but the game was pretty much already decided at that point yeah I mean Micah Parsons I do need to I want to go to the defensive stats here if I could pull him up Micah Parsons he had one sack but I think that it was more so just the the pressure that he was you know bringing all game and the presence just lining up on several different spots running stunts going on the inside you automatically lock eyes with number 11 as a quarterback I guarantee he knows where he's at all times yeah I mean in overshown he got a sack Demarcus Lawrence had two sacks Eric Kindrix their new linebacker at two sacks so they as a team today had six sacks which that's quite a good you know stat line a story a season like it's an offensive line like the Cleveland Browns who are one of the best offensive lines in the entire league I just really wasn't expecting the domination but I really think that it was you know a mixture of the Cleveland Browns not being able to get out of their own way because at one point I believe the score was 27 to 3 yeah and then the Browns made it 27 to 10 and they got like 3 3 in outs in a row they kind of started their defense really started to kind of show up a little bit right and stop the Cowboys but the offense just couldn't repay him they couldn't get it going and it was mostly on the shoulders of the Sean Watson and he has to be better if this Browns team is going to go anywhere because today they just look like they were not on the same level as the Dallas Cowboys and I feel like as you know on paper they should be you already know how much I believe and what the Browns can bring to the table yeah so the fact that they got dismantled today just it was pretty surprising yeah well I'm right there on the same boat with you as as far as Cowboys not being a better team than the Browns right here it's just I guess every dog has his day in one of those sort of things I think we will see a different to Sean Watson later in the season I think he'll will you know step back into those shoes that we know he he wants upon a time we're feeling but yeah this is this is just unacceptable from what I'm hearing this is you know one of our core members in the group his his fucking team so you know we always want to see greatness from you know one of the boys squad it's just not how we'd like to start out the season even if it is you know that the you know Cowboys being the Texas you know the Texas team the NFL team or whatever Houston so got a lot to say about it this year but even though they are whatever the Texas team I still have faith that you know they didn't show the Browns they didn't show like they're the weaknesses the the I don't know what I'm trying to say but I just don't think that the Browns could should hang their heads too much on this game I believe that they'll jump start soon definitely watch the film of this game and you know learn better and get better Well let's go ahead and move on to another game here while we're talking about depression and might as well just you know stay in that same bow we'll talk about the Falcons losing 18 to 10 but really quickly before we move on yeah the Browns and the Cowboys it's a nominee for uniform matchup of the week nice there's another one that we'll talk about here a little bit later that I feel like it's going to come between but the Browns and the Cowboys that look good on the field it's a shame that the game itself didn't live up to how good those two uniforms matched up well with each other two teams that really didn't match up well with each other the Atlanta Falcons and the Pittsburgh Steelers the Steelers were on the road today but their fans were there filling up the stadium like we expected nice it was one of the things that we kind of knew was going to happen it always happens every time the Steelers come to play in Atlanta Atlanta is a migration city so teams with big fan bases the Packers the Cowboys the Niners the Steelers the Giants their fan bases are going to for the most part show up in massive amount show up numbers and that's pretty much what happened today there was a lot of Steelers chance a lot of of the game nausea hairs 20 carries for 70 yards just in fields had 57 yards on 14 carries and also 156 yards through the air played a pretty clean game did exactly what they needed 85 yards for george pickens 27 for pat friar muth they didn't score a single touchdown today the nvp of this game for the pittsburgh stealers chris boswell who six for six including a 57 yarder he scored all 18 points and just he beat us himself so he is like you would expect a nominee for the plum crazy player of the week let's go chris boswell it could be the first kicker to win it could be because of he dominated the team on the road he got a job done scored 18 points absolutely massive performance so i have to give him credit as far as the falcons go i mean kirk cousins he threw two picks should have thrown three oh there was another stupid uh bot snap because we like to do a lot of pre snap motions sending people behind the offensive line before a snap and there was a couple times where the snap almost hit the person going in motion and then one time it actually did bing bing and tj watt was there to fall on it he was just absolutely dominating our right tackle kaleb mcgary who's just going to be a problem for us this year if he's just that much of a liability like i understand losing a matchup to tj watt that happens he's a great player one of us is in the league but whenever you prove that you look like you should be you know working at walmart because you can't even get a hand on him that's like okay you don't go long out there they get someone that could at least be you know put a respectable performance get in his way a little bit yes and i'm not quite sure that um the kaleb mcgary is going to be our right tackle in the future despite what his contract says 68 yards for bijon robinson 21 for tyler elgier tyler elgier average seven yards per carry bijon's 3.8 no i know sample size has a lot to do with that obviously volume because bijon had a lot more carries clearly is going to have you know a lower ypc but i think that i was here just if you watch the game the way he was running he should have got a lot more than three carries but i'm not really sure if it would have mattered at the end of the day yeah just with how we were playing right away from the cloud kind of surprised me some of the catches he made were big time especially on third down bijon robinson had 43 yards through the air kyle pit's caught a touchdown but he only caught three balls drake london only caught two for 15 yards darna moving only caught one for 15 just a stagnated offense really couldn't get out of its own way i feel like zach robinson our offensive coordinator is to blame a little bit just the most vanilla scheme that i really didn't expect yeah i was hoping i wouldn't hear that i expected big things from this dude and for whatever reason it's just you know that is what we got all we really got was a lot of pistol which people are starting to allude to kurt cousins health saying that's really why we wouldn't get under center because i don't think he's healthy enough to drop back seven but man our schedule does not get any easier we just lost you our quote unquote easy game and the stealers before this game 15 and 2 and 1 against us all the time now they're 16 2 and 1 yikes not necessarily what you would call a back and forth type of rivalry yeah this is because they beat the shit out of us the one time that we did beat them though 2006 on my birthday on 22nd michael vick it was an overtime victory in atlanta did george adon so i do remember that because my grandma's a stealers fan and she texted me on that and she said that the stealers let us win because it was my birthday and you know that might be true we're getting back on it now looking at how the rival is gone like man there must have been some type of gg going on there but do you want to be anyways uh let's go ahead and move on let's talk about another game here let's talk about the minnesota Vikings at the new york giants let's do it funky somebody let mike catches breath get a little water in him i'm gonna give you guys a long one i'm just gonna i'm gonna try to read through my notes very fast very quickly here if i lose my spot i'm just gonna blame it on the first game of season okay yeah we're knocking some rust off all right the minnesota Vikings versus the new york giants the Vikings embarrassed yes i said it embarrassed the g-man today and it kind of went in the way we kind of expected mike the secondary of the giants were just they were just outclass today outmatched and yeah you may look at the stats and you can see that just in jefferson only had 59 yards and one touchdown and at us and only chipped in 35 more yards you may look at that and say how the hell did they dominate how the hell did they embarrass these guys well if you keep looking down that's that that same stat line you can see how well sam darnard was spreading the ball around there he had seven receivers with over 20 yards and more than three four catches i think all of them and it was just amazing performance from him his old line was just dominant giving him time giving him looks that he hadn't seen um hasn't hadn't been able to see hadn't been able to stand up straight long enough to see um anyways it was just evident all of across the game this giant's defense kind of really made sam darnard look like an all-pro sam was let me pull up his stats real quick he went 19 to 24 for 208 yes sir and he had that one interception but it was a tip ball and it was um it wasn't too much force as much as i thought it was looking back into it but probably one of his his um less you know apparent throws more important throws whatever um but yeah other than that that little blemish he was just on shine mode today dude it was it was just uh next up a form is to open up the season opener um from your quarterback that you know he's kind of a travel man you kind of want to see him uh be that leader role and he kind of stepped up today and did looking at the the giant's poor quarterback play from daniel jones um wash rinse repeat yeah it's just the same plague from last year it seems like he missed open receivers had an ugly pick six to van geekle who is a type uh defensive end they threw a screenplay and was a horrible horrible read by him and throw it right to van geekle and they ran for a pick six he was daniel jones had seen even more timid than he did the last year he was very very short armed on his throws and then the very next play over throws a receiver by 50 yards man what did you think about the uniforms the ugliest pieces of i'm just playing man i did it was an eyesore for me i know for some a lot of people i was reading along um um i don't have twitter i have facebook but uh i will go to their page or whatever and i'll see that everybody freaking was was all about the jerseys they loved them and thought they looked good but for me man it was just uh i didn't like the color scheme i didn't like the the pants and they just looked like they just threw a bunch of fucking colors together and said hey that we are the giants this is what we're going to do and the jerseys kind of showed the performance of the g-man today and it was just an ugly opener for the giants as a whole brian day ball was making some questionable calls he was calling quarterback powers left and right and to myself i was thinking like man didn't this mother fucker just come off of acl surgery or some kind of leg surgery and you're sitting here running him pretty much out of fucking new york it was just a piss performance i know he was promising a lot of downfill more explosive plays and that was nowhere to be found today uh reading some more the stats here Devin Singletary um his debut 10 carries 37 yards Daniel Jones chipped in 15 yards off of six carries on the ground Malik neighbors one of the shining points had five reception 66 yards and a phenomenal uh back shoulder catch with the cornerback draped all over him that was probably one of their their shining lights in this whole game is Malik neighbors is a baller he's going to be around for a long time maybe not in the Giants uniform but this kid's going to be here forever enough of this game the Vikings taking take this one 28 to 6 we can move on to another game here the Denver Broncos traveled to Seattle where they played the Seahawks wearing their throwback uniforms that are so pretty i love those uniforms one of my favorite uniforms in the entire league regardless of any team and this is another uh nominee this is another contender for the uniform match i was hoping you wouldn't say the bears uniform no the Broncos rocking their brand new online uniforms just the first day you know the debuting them obviously that has some stake in it as well when you go on the road the field is matching it the scenery just looks like that throwback fills a pleasure watching this game and obviously seeing the Seattle Seahawks wearing them just those two uniforms colliding i was like okay this is the finalist so the only other one that i'm curious about because i don't know which uniforms they're rocking for sure i haven't looked is the 49ers and Jets tomorrow night so i think that the three and i could already tell you that if they're wearing their current uniforms just as they wear them that's going to be a good one yeah so i think the three finalists are going to be Taboy's Brown Seattle Seattle and Denver and then Jets and 49ers well let's talk about this game really quickly tell what you have for the Seahawks first half they literally give the Broncos two safeties it's just is rare to happen in a game let alone in one half the Broncos go to halftime with a 13 to 9 lead and you're thinking man this is kind of you know as good as the game looks from the uniform standpoint it's really not that pleasant of a game i was thinking it was looking a little a little bit like a snooze fest like who is going to step on each other's foot the most to lose this game and then you fast forward to the second half and it's a completely different game the Seahawks if you're talking about just second half points they outscore the Broncos 17 to 7 so by 10 points and it was really just on the legs and the arm of Gino Smith obviously he did have i think it was like a 40 yard touchdown run which is very impressive or i mean he ended the game with 30 yards rushing so it couldn't have been 40 yards unless he got sacked quite a bit of times which loses yards so i'm not a hundred percent sure there because there was some linemen that left the game with an injury for the Seattle Seahawks but Kenneth Walker looked great 103 yards on 20 carries and a touchdown the average 5.2 yards per carry nice 171 yards and a touchdown for Gino Smith although we did throw an interception um 77 yards for Locket 29 yards for DJ or DK Mac hath i apologize that game he was running the ball and this was after i already saw gino smith running that touchdown so i just thought man the Seahawks wanted more and obviously they ended up getting it yeah that's nice that the you know the uniform matchup of the one of the uniform matchups of the week is actually ended up pretty entertaining in that fashion guys i'm up next with one of my games the Raiders versus the Chargers and if we can recall last year's game between these two matchups good god was that a freaking blowout um that's safe to say i mean that it was 63 to 21 i was trying to look up to the score but an absolute thumping last year that these guys gave them this year not so much of uh not so much of that same medicine and i think it really does have it boiled down to it being Jim Harbaugh's way or no way at all um you look at this game and you see Justin Herbert only have 144 yards he had 144 yards and the Chargers still won by 12 yards or 12 points sorry um that just to me right there alone is a testament to what they have in the locker room just a bunch of guys who want a fucking win Justin Herbert obviously it revolves around him obviously he's going to stir the milk he's going to be the straw he's going to be the head honcho but Jim Harbaugh wanted to show that we have this kid we're going to protect him we know what we have in the backfield we're going to add we're going to take the weight off of his shoulder with a guy like jk dobbins who is making his debut if you recall jk dobbins had a couple down years in Baltimore actually all four years of his um ten year there he was just hurt never had time to shine never really had time to um open up the running game as he run he had today was beautiful bro he was an open field he just gone he got kyke he didn't he's like jk dobbins a few years ago wouldn't it gotten yeah yeah pre-injury jk yeah but he did he got caught and it but still I mean he was absolutely chugging along and he touched down before that so he really did have a great game he just looks rejuvenated went off for 135 yards and a touchdown for his debut I just love seeing you know guys like that making comebacks and making a story of him or making you know at about him in in a good way um you know guys like uh pretty much all of their stars came to play especially the defense defense really showed and I think that's going to be Jim Harbaugh's way of of driving this team we're going to run you to death and we're going to beat you in on the defensive line because they've got stars everywhere you know I mean you're talking Dyran James, Khalil Mack, Joey Bose so these guys they're big name guys and they're just play disruptors and that was apparent this game uh Gardner Menchoo was having trouble all we're just all game just having fits um and the Chargers are just a different team and it's it's a breath of fresh air to see because that that group that division right there is due for a team that's you know in competition with the Chiefs and I believe that Jim Harbaugh can have that team looking like the Chief Busters they were fighting that there today really weren't it was one of those things when you just when you looked at it they were I mean literally there was a pretty big brawl in this game literally I was paying attention but also I saw Gardner Menchoo make probably the worst throw I've ever seen in my entire life it was a absolutely pathetic I mean it slipped out of his hand yeah I mean it was just to watch it oh I mean they picked it up and I think they're rented all the way in for a touchdown big six if I'm not mistaken I think the Chargers did but yeah I mean this game it wasn't necessarily one that was catching my attention I was watching all three other games right and this one wasn't assigned to me so I wasn't peeking at this one I was like no I'll just hear Terry's break down on this as you know the show gets here I was watching the Tampa Bay Bucks in the Washington commanders and also the Broncos and Seahawks game while you know keeping an eye in on the Cleveland Browns game but as you would expect you just focus in a little bit on one game and you're gonna see a couple highlights and you know once that fight started going on that game had my undivided attention yeah Gardner Menchoo finished tonight 25-33-257 one touchdown one interceptions Zamere White 13 carries 44 yards Jacobi Myers three receptions 61 yards we could turn our attention to another game the Tennessee Titans lose to the Chicago Bears on the road and this one honestly Titans are going to they're gonna look back on this one and really kick themselves for how they let it slip away I don't even want to know the exact score what it was because to be honest I mean while the Falcons game was going on at the same time it was tough to know exactly just play if it played how this one was going but I did know that Caleb Williams was struggling yeah he didn't have that grade of a day only 127 yards and for the longest time it was at like 25 like literally I mean this dude barely got over 120 yards or I apologize we'll let it yeah Caleb Williams only a 93 yards okay that's why I'm telling you like a long time you barely at 25 yeah it was just the back breaking turnovers including the pick six where he was just trying to toss the ball out of bounds ended up getting intercepted taking all the way to the house two picks total though I mean when you allow the Bears to score two touchdowns late in the game you just you're not going to bounce back from that and that's pretty much just what happened the Titans were victims to a miraculous comeback thanks to the Chicago Bears defense Tony Paula though 82 yards one touchdown average 5.1 yards per carry and a decent performance definitely could have gotten more through the air from the Tennessee Titans if they really wanted to make this a game because for the most part the you know they just as soon as the Bears got any type of good momentum they were able to snatch it from them had the Bears not you know been shooting themselves in the foot for the entire game maybe they would have been able to do something a little bit earlier and the Titans wouldn't have had that lead but I for the longest time I thought the Titans were going to win this game and all of a sudden the Bears like flipped a switch nice the ball started bouncing their way and the Titans ended up paying for it so the Bears start wanting to know Caleb Williams the first rookie quarterback or I apologize the first number one overall pick quarterback to win a week one since 2002 and that's awesome that's that's great to be a part of history you know I mean definitely great to be a part of history the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Miami Dolphins try to make history today how did this game go man it was a action-packed heavyweight bout today full of haymakers encounters for all four fucking quarters man we saw Jacksonville go down to a game-winning field goal 52 yards from Jason Sanders for the Miami Dolphins to take this one it was it was amazing game the Jacksonville Jaguars came out with a great game plan to start the half 17 to 7 with one yard with a one yard touchdown run by Travis ETN that capped off a seven-place 60 yard touchdown or four-minute possession and then a 14 yard touchdown pass from T law to Thomas followed up by a 50 yard boom stick by Mr I can't remember his name the Jacksonville Jaguars kicker I haven't written down but I just have his last name I can't remember what his first name is but that right there let them the 17 and 7 and a half time and it gave Jackson fans hope that they might pull it off but the second half here came the damned offense and that motherfucking cheetah they absolutely let loose and lay let Jacksonville have it man it was just an all-out performance from the cheetah man including a 80 yard bomb off of a 14 point swing you might say Travis ETN was going into what seemed to be a walking touchdown but the hustle from Javon Holland coming out of nowhere from behind punching the ball out causing a fumble recovered by Miami in the end zone it was just a which is an awesome play by Javon obviously but then the very next play was the 80 yard bomb to the cheetah who just dusted everybody if you forgot the speed of this man he let you know on that play that ain't nobody out here fucking with his speed man you let him get an ounce an inch of separation he gone he's gone man and and it's so crazy how fast that man is and what should have been a 24 to 7 lead like I said it was a 14 point swing 17 to 14 at half time and the jags bad luck didn't in there they failed to connect or T law and Kurt failed to connect on a crucial third down play that played real big dividends in the end the offense punted four more times turning the ball over one more time on a fourth and down or fourth down try and did not complete it the momentum was just not there for the jacks of a jack words they tried to build it they tried to get up they tried to um involve a balanced offense and you know it just didn't seem like they could get on like the first game jitters were definitely there you could you could definitely see it but they just couldn't get out of their own way in my opinion and the dolphins in my eyes they just couldn't do no wrong and as bad as it fucking you know hurts me to say this they're pretty fucking good dolphins the dolphins are pretty fucking good man they're pretty fast everybody on that team I guarantee he runs like a 2.740 dude I am not joking with pads on getting chased by the most elite of the elite these guys are just they're just good man two of them finished at night 23 or 37 338 yards one touchdown clean performance night the biggest addition to these guys they're not the biggest but Jeff Wilson to that running back group was the leader on the ground five carries for 26 yards and then obviously mr. Tida seven receptions for 130 yards and that fucking beautiful ass touchdown run just led the dolphins past this jack for jackson go jaguar's team both these teams are going to be contenders in in uh you know one things get down further in the line the dolphins play the bills I'm yeah they play the bills next in their second home and upper game in the jags I think they have their home opener against the browns next week so they look to get on track at home it gets team that it looks like they're struggling right now but as far as this game Miami takes it 2017 this is a game I'm definitely looking forward to at least watching like those 15 minute cut-ups yeah to see you know the gist of how this one played out because I did see the jags had the lead early in the game and then all of a sudden kind of similar to what the bears did just simmered up the dolphins just flipped the switch and this thing you know they walk away with the win well keep things in Florida just do Tampa Bay where they host the Washington commanders they get a 37 to 20 victory at home Baker Mayfield four touchdowns 24 30 for 289 yards zero interceptions very clean game um they get a couple backs that average over 60 yards per carry pretty much seven Bucky Irvin at 6.9 and then Baker Mayfield seven yards just off of three carries but it was really what he did through the air four passing touchdowns like I mentioned two of them went to Mike Evans one of them went to Chris God one and another one to Jalen McMillan so clearly Baker Mayfield trying to keep all those wider severs happy but I'm going to go over to the Washington commander side of things where I was very impressed with Jayden Daniels today with what he looked like against that uh Tampa Bay Bucks defense on the road I felt like he did look pretty calm he needed to work on a slide especially he's going to be as big a part of the running game as he was the commanders had three rushing touchdowns today two of them from Jayden Daniels one of them from Brian Robinson but Daniels had 88 rushing yards to go along with his 184 passing yards no turnovers but like I mentioned I mean he just falls forward eventually he you know the ball won't bounce his way and luck won't be on the side and there will be a linebacker or you know a a very fast defensive back that makes him pay so if he just he's got to learn how to slide but for the most part I will say very impressed with Jayden Daniels nice they do focus on you know making him a direct runner more than what I would like them to I don't like that I feel like how much he was doing it against this defense earlier today I was like man it's one thing if you know play breaks down he's just using his athleticism but there were a lot of times it was very clear that they were trying to get him going on the ground which is what you want to do if you want to win the game obviously you want to use this guy skill set to the best of his ability but I was just like man you want to also protect him a little bit the last thing you want is for him to get banged up midway into his rookie season we saw what happened RG3 whenever you did that to him Anthony Richardson last year so just be careful let's try to get the most out of Jayden Daniels and I feel like if he continues to build off of what he did today I'm gonna be pretty impressed with the kid yeah I'm glad to hear that man but obviously we know other than Lamar we know the the future that holds for you know that style of play and Lamar has been the outlier but let's not forget that he's also been heard a couple of times it's just a style that they play um it's just it just spells for a bad recipe man I am up next with some of the best news of the night before you go in just make sure you know that let's go move on to another game probably the most exciting game that i was able to lay my eyes on today the Buffalo Bills getting a home win over the Arizona Cardinals the Cardinals had a 17 to three lead that's what i saw right before halftime man i was really pulling and Josh Allen had a rushing touchdown with about 20 seconds that's in the first half and then bam the bills get the ball and they drive down in score start the second half so a very quick bam bam 17 to 17 out of nowhere so it's not like ooh the Cardinals blew this now there was a sack fumble a little bit later in the game two we gave the Bills great field position but man the Cardinals had a 96 yard kick return touchdown in this game to make it very interesting Josh Allen no man he took this game specifically on the ground where he had two rushing touchdowns including one from the you know right before the first half ended but also two passing touchdowns that go along with 18 completions on 23 attempts 232 yards zero picks lead great win is it the card oh definitely man this is a great win when you look at what Josh Allen was able to do because the Cardinals wouldn't go away when it comes to yeah they never do you know playing who's in front of you number one whenever the other teams making plays it doesn't matter if it's the 85 Bears or the 2009 Raiders you know right as long as someone's out there making plays and you're forced to score and you're forced to score 34 points to win this game then yeah I think it does uh it does matter and I think this was a pretty great win for the Buffalo Bills now looking at the receiving Marvin Harrison junior one catch for four yards that's what I was I was waiting to hear man it just really was one of those things where he just I don't know if it was just a great job by the Bills kind of limiting him or shutting him down but it was just kind of Murray just if he did lick his way he wasn't available he had to kind of go through his progressions it was mostly Greg Dorst James Conner you know Conner had a great day on the ground as well the Cardinals got a lot despite not getting a lot from their big time players if that makes sense you know like Marvin Harrison junior I would love to see him have a 150 yard game what's this game look like then the fact that they were able to do this without Marvin Harrison makes me think hey the Cardinals could reach another level than what we saw them reaching that's what Hill I'm on right now if they could do this performance and drive the Bills to look down deep into themselves and pull that out of their ass like they did here today the fucking Cardinals are gonna be a good ass team yeah for sure so I wasn't sure if you were taking it from the perspective of maybe the Bills aren't as good as what I thought maybe the Cardinals are still bad in the Bills this was just a battle with two bad teams no hell no okay no no I I believe that the the Bills are just a shitty team that fall into luck with Josh Allen being the Superman that he is I'll give respect where his respect is due he will put on the cape and and make you feel bad a couple times but man I really I was really hoping the Cardinals would pull Josh Allen I will say second best quarterback in the NFL he doesn't get the respect he doesn't always get that title with all a bad game as the quarterbacks don't have bad games and all the sudden people think this guy forgets how to play football I think Josh Allen is one of the best quarterbacks in the league anything outside of my home he can go toe to toe with anybody he's complete doo-doo man but you got to close us out here right yes sir closing us out with Houston Texans my favorite game of my slate this whole week man this game was action packed a game that you know I never thought was gonna come down to the very end but man did it come to the end Texas pulled out 29 to 27 in Indianapolis to come home with a big season one victory and a big reason for that was their two newest members of the team man they came in clutch today step on digs grabbed six catches for 35 yards and two touchdowns two really big touchdowns and Joe Mixon man did he find all the holes that the Colts were you know just showing all over the defense especially defense line man Joe Mixon was exploiting it went for 30 carries for 160 yards and never did I think coming from this game that I would be disappointed in the Colts line play that's offensive and defensive line we all know how good the Colts offensive line has been is now and you know they could show how they could be but today they were just getting beat Laila Anthony Richardson gets sacked I think it was six times and pressured so many more times Anthony Richards went nine of 19 for 212 yards two touchdowns and one costly interception man I was like I said I was just so disappointed in in the old line I feel like they let Richardson down but on the run they were they're about that life during the run game they were pushing the line they were pushing people back and forth with Fort Jonathan Taylor and some for Anthony Richardson as well they ran Anthony like you said in one of your takes like they ran him a little more than I would like to he finished a night leading the charge with 56 yards say Alpha six carries I feel like a guy coming off a surgery your franchise player you can't put him in harms way like that especially when you have a fucking running back like Jonathan Taylor who only had 10 more carries in that but finished the night with 48 yards I feel like they were let down by their line especially the defensive line getting carved up how they did the force buggner did go out for a little while I forgot what kind of injury he had but leotu latu came in and was making big plays along with uh Z Zorta large or um I can't remember what the hell his name is but uh defense was just a disappointment um getting pushed around like that with uh with the game playing pretty much getting thrown out of the the window that just let CJ Stratton come in in their heads a little bit more I feel like CJ from the start was just in command he really didn't take long for him or it really didn't take long for him to show that he's got the this league by the horns he's got in my opinion at least offensive player the year locked up if not MVP race deep talks of the MVP race it really didn't take long for him to showcase his talents there was a third down and 13 on their own 40 yard line I think it was he takes a snap goes back he's getting pressured really really heavy actually shakes off a sack sees nobody open takes off running and dives head first for what I thought well a lot of people thought was a first down the headline men judge thought otherwise put him down inches from the fourth so gave them the fourth down in inches CJ Stratton company stay on the field for this fourth down conversion under snap CJ takes it for a play action to the left rolls right slips and from his knees throws a dot to Brevin Jordan for the first down it was just a fucking awesome highlight of a play that just really shows you that CJ CJ Stratton is fucking about that business this year and he ain't he ain't playing around this guy was just sharp all game 24 32 234 yards two touchdowns and zero interceptions just a clean game this kid is going to take this league by storm again I believe that they're on track for being just a the most devastating dark horse we've ever seen and not only team I believe that CJ is going to be the dark horse for the MVP like I said not only that I believe he's going to win off at the play of the year this kid is phenomenal put the team on his back came home with the victor 29 to 27 yeah it's hard to call the Texans and any of their players in the dark horse they just really don't go together these days I feel you everyone expects them to fall out this year be in the running be a contender push the AFC and possibly make the AFC championship game that would be pretty awesome but that does it for us here this week one review guys thank you guys so much a loaded episode with a lot of games that's just the nature of the
