It's supposed to be evacuating everybody that you want us to stop it. But try to get a hold of the troop that has been charged here at 15. So it buys them not to evacuate back there. There's no need to. Copy, we'll pass the word. We'll work on a state trooper to get over here, so we could stop this confusion about getting people out of here. Please help.
