I'm like, "Wow, this is not this difficult, really?" So it's not like riding a bike, like once you know, you know. I am saying that's correct. Yeah. A savory sauce made from melted cheese and various seasonings is traditionally served over toasted bread. Originated in whales, this dish was humorously referred to as "rarebit" instead of "rabbit," hinting at the notion that it was a luxurious alternative to meat. Perfect as a hearty snack or a comforting meal, this cheesy dish has stood the test of time. So get ready to indulge because today is National Welsh Rarebit Day. I'm proud to announce Rexham AFC's official cookbook, "20 Ways to Make Rarebit." It's everything you ever wanted to know about rarebit. Like, what is rarebit? Do you eat rarebit? Well, it's a cheese sauce made with cheddar cheese and milk and various seasonings poured over toasted bread. So yeah, I would eat, happily eat this. This is kind of like a luxurious grilled cheese sandwich. That's exactly what it is. It's a fancy cheese toast. Ooh, I think you should try making that today. I think I should as well.
