It plans to sell the restaurants to a new company that has hired the former CEO of the P.F. Chang's Restaurant Chain. Getting cash back when you make a debit card purchase at a store is a convenient way to access your cash, but now there's a price to pay. Federal regulators say big chains like Dollar General and Kroger are charging a fee when you get cash back, even for small amounts.
