[NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [MUSIC PLAYING] On the one-year anniversary of his season-ending Achilles injury, New York Jets quarterback Aaron Reidger says he's focused and relaxed and not reflecting on all the disappointment and doubts from a year ago. 40-year-old returned to the field Monday, and the Jets season opener against the San Francisco 49ers. And although the team lost 32 to 19, Reidger felt good about being back in the field, stating, I feel good about what I did out there. For the most part, there's some things I can clean up, but it was good to get back out there. Reidger's won 13 of 21 in the match up for 167 yards with a touchdown and one interception. Jets helping for a better outcome in Nashville this week when they face off against the Tennessee Titans. Reidger said Wednesday, it's the only thing on his mind. The Arizona Cardinals also suffered a loss in their season opener against the Buffalo Bills, in which rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. only had one catch for four yards. The number four pick from the 2024 NFL draft was only targeted three times in the 34 to 28 loss, and was double teamed by the Bills' defense for most of the game. While the performance wasn't what Harrison had in mind, his quarterback, Kyler Murray, said the team still has the utmost confidence in the rookie, and they know what he's capable of. Second year coach Jonathan Gannon had a similar response to the wide outs performance, stating, Marvin will be fine. While Harrison himself added, I've got to get open and catch the ball. That's my job as a receiver. The Cardinals will next face the Los Angeles Rams, Sunday for a 5 p.m. Eastern time on Fox. Baltimore Ravens linebacker, Kyle Van Noy criticized the Kansas City Chiefs medical staff for being slow to respond to his eye injury during the team season opener last week. Van Noy injured his right eye in the third quarter on Thursday night, and said he was disappointed about how long it took for Chiefs doctors to see him in the locker room after he'd left the field. Van Noy spoke about the incident on his podcast Tuesday with retired defensive tackle Gerald McCoy, stating the Chiefs medical staff took an entire quarter to get down to talk to me in the locker room. The chief spokesperson said the team had no comment on Van Noy's remarks, which also referenced the organization getting a failing grade for its training staff on the NFL Players Association report cards. Van Noy did not practice Wednesday. Coach John Harbaugh said this was a situation he was not getting involved in.
