(upbeat music) Today is Thursday, August 29th, and this is Coke's Barry's Daily Reading Plan. Our scripture is Exodus 6, 10 through 12. Then the Lord said to Moses, "Go back to Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, "and tell him to let the people of Israel leave his country." But Lord, Moses subjected my own, people won't listen to me anymore. How can I expect Pharaoh to listen? I'm such a clumsy speaker. Let's apply it. Moses faced the impossible task of leading the Israelites out of Egypt. How was he, Moses, supposed to tell Pharaoh what to do when his own people wouldn't listen to him? How was he supposed to even speak to Pharaoh when he already had trouble speaking? We know the rest of the story that Moses did indeed challenge Pharaoh and also lead the Israelites out of Egypt. God knew what was possible. - Thank you for joining us for the Daily Bible Reading Podcast.
