Something very interesting is happening in the lives of Tim Poole, Dave Ruben and, and Benny Johnson. I'm watching the attack on a company called Tenet Media, because Russia, Russia, Russia. And I'm looking at the timing of this, and I'm remembering a conversation I had with a guy who spent a good amount of years in federal prison who told that there was going to be a night of short knives coming for podcast and radio hosts.

Obviously, I think you know who Dave Rubin is and of course Tim Poole, very, very successful podcasters. Benny's not as well known. Of the three, he's the only one I've met in a just very brief conversation with him or maybe a couple of him in Washington, D.C. I don't know any of these guys. But I'm watching an attack on a company called Tenet Media because Russia, Russia, Russia. And I'm looking at the timing of this and I'm remembering a conversation I had with a guy who spent a good amount of years in federal prison. He kindly took me to dinner with a friend in common and he has been exonerated for the charges that put him in prison. He's seeking recompense for this. He was put in prison with lies. The judge who ultimately let him out said it was one of the most egregious cases she'd ever seen a prosecutorial misconduct. They intended to kill him before putting him in prison. He said something to me that I found unbelievable. I still find unbelievable. It was a warning to me. I'm not on Tim Poole's level anywhere near that. Not in podcasting, perhaps in national radio. We've got a huge audience in national radio, but we're still growing on YouTube. So, to the degree I can without giving away any hints as to who I was speaking with, I'll tell you what was told to me. Because the moment this hit came out on Poole, Rubin, and Benny Johnson, that conversation came rushing back into my mind. Today is the day the Lord has made and these are the times to which God is the side we shall live. I guess it was last summer or was it? Maybe it was the beginning of this year, I have trouble with time. Maybe it was spring time this year. Got together with a gentleman and a common friend. And I was told that there was going to be a night of short knives coming for hosts. A podcast host, radio host, and prior to the election, they were going to launch this attack. And in this conversation, this gentleman said to me, "You are on that list." And I kind of laughed and said, "Wow, I'm pretty far down the list if I'm on it." And he goes, "You are on the list." I'm not guessing. You're on the list. Now, this show is indestructible until God decides otherwise. And God could do that because we miss steward funds or we are not putting his word to the front of focus or for any number of reasons that God is going to God could decide to prune this show for my life because it's not bearing fruit. But until he makes that decision, I will trust in his word and his promise, his covenant, not in horses and chariots. So when he said this to me, I kind of stalked it away as that's an interesting view. And what would that look like? And so when I saw Benny Johnson and Dave Rubin and Tim Poole targeted and the charging papers in this make pretty clear their victims and the allegations are these that tenant media was a company that was connected to Russia today. Obviously, Russia today is a Russian media organization. I've watched some of the content you probably have as well aware that it comes from Russia. And the allegation was that Tim and Benny and Dave were effectively giving talking points, talking points. You need to stand against the Ukrainian war. You need to stand against the flood of immigrants coming into the country. You know, terrible, crazy ideas like standing against that or against DEI. You need to speak about black people being given privileges and white people being targeted. In other words, you know, things that are happening. And all of the hosts have made it very, very clear in their own statements that this is not the case. Again, I don't know any of these guys just have spoken to Benny a couple of times in Washington, DC, as I recall. That's that's it. So I'm not making claim to know them. But I am looking at the timing in the organization that's doing this, which is the Department of Justice. And I'm also looking at the mockingbird media that surrounds the story and is amplifying the story. Now you've heard me on this program or seen me on this program say that President Trump, if he makes it past the efforts to rob him of this election, to rig it and if they need to to steal it, because they've already, in my opinion, allowed someone to try to kill him. I've said that he should go after the mockingbird media to find out the degree to which they coordinate with government because there's no way it's just social media companies. No one should ever believe that. We watch the coordination with safest, most secure election in history. What was it? The safest, most secure election in history, the COVID shots, safe and effective, 99% safe and effectively watch the absolute distribution and regurgitation of talking points. There are legal ways to go after the mockingbird media to find out the degree to which they're cooperating. And I think that the people at the Department of Justice, or some people call it the Department of Justice, I think they're getting ahead of this by going first and giving a warning to other conservatives. And it could be that Russia was doing this. That's what the charging papers contend. You know what? I expect Russia to do this. I don't expect our own country to do it. Jake Tapper was making a statement, but this Joe Trippie made this on Twitter. Joe is a longtime Democrat activist. He's a podcaster. He is a strategist. He helped get Obama elected. I met Trippie in Washington, D.C. and actually considered him to be a decent dude. Smart guy, I was giving a speech at D.C. about what we did in tech, and Joe had, I don't know, the reason why, but he complimented us on what we did in tech and actually said to the Democrats in the room, you should pay attention to what these guys did. This is big. He and I later connected in the hallway. And the way he introduced himself to me is he walked up and said, "Hi, I'm Joe." I said, "Yeah, of course you're Joe Trippie, you're famous. Great to meet you. Thank you for the compliment." And Joe said, "Tod, I love my children. I want them to grow up in a nation that's safe and secure. I want them to have opportunity, but not special privileges. I want them to have freedom and liberty. I love my kids." And I said, "Joe, I love my daughter. I want those same things for her." So we talked for a good long while about how party makes it hard for us to see these things face to face. I always appreciated that conversation with Joe. Here's what he posted on Twitter about these attacks against these hosts and this company, Tenant Media. Reid Jake Tapper's entire quote, "exmarks the spot." Today, the US government is trying to peel back more layers of what officials say are a massive and complex efforts underway to influence your vote in this upcoming election. One part of these alleged plots, replacing your average 2016 Russia social media bots with actual conservative Americans, right-wing influencers with the combined millions of followers, influencers promoted by Elon Musk, some visited by Republican politicians such as President Trump. It's talking there, I think, about Tim Poole. And I'm sure Dave Rubens talked to President Trump. I think Tim Poole did as well. What's hilarious about this is that Joe is quoting Jake Tapper. Jake Tapper this year repeated the claim that President Trump told people to shoot up with bleach this year. This year, CNN has repeated countless times the very fine people hoax. Over the past four years, CNN has combined with government to push deadly disinformation. The shots are safe and effective. Lockdowns work. Ivermectin is horse-paced. And narratives that cannot be believed. This was the safest, most secure election in history. No one can believe that. It is impossible to actually believe that an election with the rules changed 90 days before the election was the safest, most secure election in history. When you have, in the case of states like what was it, Pennsylvania, more ballots returned than were sent out, you can't believe these things. So for Joe to turn to Jake to say, look how Jake Tapper is treating this is another indicator of why I'm looking at this and saying, I give Benny Johnson, Dave Ruben and Tim Poole the complete benefit of the doubt in this. A company named Tenet Media, according to these guys, came to them and said, we want to distribute your content. It's not we want you to make content for you, for us, we want to distribute your content. So they signed this deal apparently. Now, they looked into the background of the person who did this and there were some questions. A person who supposedly running the company, there were some questions and we'll talk about that. But listen to how John Daniel Davidson writing it, the Federalist treats this issue. I think this is spot on. The Biden administration's announcement this week that the Justice Department is taking action against alleged Kremlin websites and Russia state media employees as part of an effort to crack down on Russian misinformation ahead of the election should raise huge, huge, red and obvious red flags. The biggest red flag is the timing of the indictment and the accompanying announcement, just as mail-in ballots in some states are sent out two weeks before in-person voting pause. Right. There's also another piece of timing to this. Tim Poole has said he's readying papers to sue the Harris campaign. And I believe Hillary Clinton for lies about what he didn't say on his program. He'd asked them to take them down to clarify them they didn't. And then all of a sudden, here's Tim Poole put into this jackpot back to this article. In other words, the timing of the indictment itself represents an egregious form of election meddling by your own Justice Department, whose long-standing policy is to not file indictments that can potentially influence an election. Yet that's the purpose of this indictment announced this week. We've seen this playbook before from Democrats hand-waving about Russian disinformation, election interference by the DOJ and the U.S. intelligence community is, of course, a well-worn election interference tactic that's arguably more potent than anything that's ever come out from Moscow. True. The election meddling begins by telling people that Russia is hacking our election. It begins with telling people you can't trust these major conservative voices because they are all on the pay of Russia. They're tying this to President Trump who has nothing to do with this company other than he's been a guest on a show or two. And he goes through many, many of the claims. Russia ran President Trump. He was an asset. The entire intelligence community coming out and saying that President Trump was these things. The Hunter Biden laptop was disinformation. We know this stuff all by heart. In the article, he continues, but Democrats in the deep state didn't give up. Desperate to pry Trump out of office in 2020, the FBI and the intelligence community interfered with our elections yet again. First, they prepped social media companies like Facebook and Twitter that any negative stories about Hunter Biden in the run-up to the election should be considered Russian disinformation. We know about that. Not only that, but dozens of former intelligence officials, crude ordered and congealed by none other than the current secretary of state, Anthony Blinken issued an open letter claiming Hunter Biden's story had hauled the hallmarks of a Kremlin disinformation operation. CNN did this. Jake Tapper amplified this. And the Department of Justice doesn't want to know why. No, because they know why. The Department of Justice is the Russia of our nation. They are the creators and amplifiers of dense information. They're far more dangerous to this nation than Russia could ever be. And no, no one from tenant media is paying me to say these things. We know exactly who pays us for ads. We do partnerships with people. Now on YouTube, we've got no control over that. That matters because I'm going to play a soundbite from Tim Poole explaining how a company might make it appear that they have influence over your program. Get to that in a second. Back to the Federalists. Now they're back with a warmover version of the same old tactic called the Russia collusion hoax 3.0. According to the DOJ indictment, the so-called malign influence operation involved two Russian nationals who work for Russia today, formerly known as Russia today, they stay or RT, formerly known as Russia today, state run media outlet. These are T employees allegedly ran a series of covert projects that funneled $10 million to a Tennessee based company called Tenet Media, which is found that in 2022 by Liam Donovan and his wife, Lauren Shen. Shen is a right wing turning points USA provocateur of source who made videos for the blaze, which is sent skies with her and proffered what were meant to be edgy conservative takes on social media. This scheme, Shen and Donovan and Alleged the Rad was to fund other right wingish commentators like Ruben, Tim Poole and Betty Johnson, without disclosing their company was funded and directed by RT. Ruben Poole and Johnson all released statements Wednesday insisting they were received by Tenet and are victims of this Russian propaganda plot. And indeed, there was a lot to look into. It appears there was a fake human being involved in this. A guy whose name is Georgie came about that he wasn't really in France. As he said, he was in Russia. This from time stamps on his email, etc. That comes from the indictment papers itself. This is another form of a Russia collusion hoax as I see it. It's also though a warning to conservative media hosts. Dave may have the money to fight this. Tim Poole might. I don't know that Benny does. He's got a whole series of lawyers according to him, but for my knowledge, he's independent. I can tell you this. If they came for me, I don't know that I have the money to fight this on that level. Maybe you guys had helped me. I don't think they're coming for me and the show is not about me. It's about what they're doing to swing an election. God has created a world of order. The sun and the moon are DNA, water, the common blessings, the knowledge and our hearts of right and wrong, and God does not abuse his power. Men abuse powers. This isn't a sign of strength coming from Washington, D.C. It's a distinct sign of fear. Let's you in a second hear how CBS News is covering this because it stinks. Of course it does because CBS News is one of the places that was happy to fire Cheryl Atkinson. Remember her? Cheryl's become a great independent success. Remember her? CBS was okay with the fact that they were searching her computers and probably hacked her computers. Went after her family members. It was CBS that held back the story about Jeffrey Epstein, even though they had it for years. They did not run it. In other words, holding back meaningful information and issuing disinformation, which utterly stinks to high Evan. If you have anything in your life, anything in your business that you are embarrassed by people coming over and it's in the way of smell, I can solve that for you today. Just two months before Election Day, the Department of Justice accused Russia of an elaborate, sophisticated propaganda campaign to sway voters. Two Russian officials with state-controlled RT are charged as part of an alleged scheme to work with a Tennessee company to publish stories favorable to Russia, to splinter Americans and dampen support for Ukraine. Both officials remain at large overseas. The American people were informed when a foreign power engages in political activities or seeks to influence public discourse. Would this be like when Al Gore sold his media company to, was it Saudi Arabia? Would it be like that? Would it be like China purchasing editorials in American newspapers and news sites? Would it be like that? Would it be like when the World Health Organization funded through Bill Gates purchased editorial positions in local television to drive fear about the virus? Would it be like that? Would it be like BlackRock who owns controlling positions of most of the major media companies waging their influence campaign against us? Would it be like that? Like that? No, it's different because these are conservatives. The feds also seized 32 internet domains believed to be tools of Russia's disinformation campaign directed by Vladimir Putin's administration with a playbook to push polarizing issues. Okay, let's see the polarizing issues. Now this is what Russia's pushing. Think of the lies. Including inflation, job loss for white Americans, privileges for people of color, threats of crime from people of color, and to target an audience of lower and middle class white Americans as supporters of candidate A. Though the court filings don't explicitly identify candidate A, the attorney general indicated Russia wanted to bolster support for Trump. Russia's preferences have not changed from the preceding election. The Department of Justice says Russia pushed out phony news reports to trick readers and viewers into thinking they were reading real articles from the Washington Post or Fox News. The Kamala Harris campaign last month, or not even that maybe two weeks ago, was doing that. They were putting up Google ads that pretended to be Washington Post headlines, headlines of other media organizations. They had rewritten for the campaign. They just did that. No one looked into this. The fact of the matter is this, Barack Hussein, Obama, God bless Rush Limbaugh, turned off all fraud prevention techniques to the donation websites. So all you needed was a credit card number. You didn't even need a name, first or last. You didn't need an employer or an address. You didn't even need the four digit safety code. All you needed was a credit card. They obviously took overseas donations, obviously. But the comparison, this is a message to conservatives. You are going to get it, shut up and play the game now, or look forward to Kamala Harris, who's going to be in office, they think. Kamala Harris, who wants to ban speech, wants more control over social media back to the CBS News piece, but they were not. Show me your legal authority or get out. The propaganda is targeted social media influencers who have massive followings to spread this misinformation far and why. Some articles and videos. So misinformation like inflation. It's massive misinformation. There's no inflation. Joe Biden's not having a sign of dementia. And we'll talk about the special privileges and job losses for white Americans, millions of you, including on YouTube. Russia has used the past several years to refine their tactics, to enhance their impact and identify new ways to reach an American audience to sway the election. That's CBS News, and that's their election disinformation expert speaking to us. CBS News. We're, of course, we were told it was the safest, most secure election in history, minutes after the polls closed. Now, to those pieces of disinformation. In August, 653,000 foreign board workers gained jobs. Well, great. They're working. Meanwhile, 1.3 million Americans lost jobs. Let's do some math. What percentage of Americans are white? Let's do some rough math here. The foreign board workers, what, what so-called race do you think they are? Hispanic? Haitian? I don't want to split people by race. Race is a construct. I detest. Why? Because the Lord Jesus tells us in the body of Christ, there's neither Greek nor Jew, nor servant nor master. He wants to see us all equally. He sees us all equally, doesn't want to. He does. Those are legitimate statistics. There is not a piece of that that was actual disinformation by category. Inflation is happening. There are special privileges for illegal immigrants. You are not getting a check for $2,200 a month simply for being in your state. You have not been handed $10,000 to move from one state to another. You get pulled over for a DUI in separate countries like Washington state. You will be charged to the felony. Illegal immigrants will not. There are these special privileges. So the fact is that what Russia does is amplify things actually going on here. This advantage is Russia to talk about truthful events in the United States. Think of the insanity of this and then think again about the sources who are making these charges against Tim Poole and Dave Rubin and Benny Johnson. The charging papers in the actual documents show that these guys were victims of a scheme. That's what the charging papers say. So this is a woman who worked for Kathy Holchle. Kathy Holchle, one of the chief Democrat bosses, got her job as dictator of New York because Cuomo was forced to step down. This is a woman named Linda Son, just as the case with Eric Solwell and Senator from State of California, Barbara Freinstein, she was a Russian, pardon me, a Chinese plant, a Chinese spy. Solwell was either sleeping with a Chinese spy or hoping to. It was formerly Diane Feinstein who had a Chinese spy working on her campaign. It was Barbara. What's your name? Who had one driving her around? No talk of this. This woman is making some statements that China would want us to hear. Russia, according to these charging documents, wants us to hear about inflation, special privileges for illegal immigrants and white people losing jobs. This is what China wants us to hear apparently because this woman has been charged with acting as an agent of the Chinese Communist Party, even as she worked for Kathy Holchle. I think, you know, when people say diversity and inclusion, I think everybody agrees or most people generally agree that it's a good thing, right? But I think right now we also need to bring in the word equity, right? Diversity is when you say that there's, you know, many different types of people with different backgrounds and they're all, you know, invited to the table. Inclusion is when, you know, we include all of their ideas, but equity is when we make sure that all of the people who are at the table have equal access to making sure that their ideas and their thoughts are heard. And unfortunately, I think some of the statistics that you quoted is that we don't have that much leadership. So that woman is charged with being a Chinese Communist spy working for the dictator of the state of New York. That's what she wants us to listen to is DEI. Russia, inflation. China wants DEI. Which one do you think is more harmful to the country? See, the ultimate scottop that Putin could create would be this. Yeah, give money to influencers who are conservative. Have them speak truth. We do have an inflation crisis. There are special privileges given to illegal immigrants. There is an effort to have fewer white employees. Airline CEOs have said it. We need to hire fewer white men. We need fewer white pilots. They have said it. They have testified, in other words, to it. So what if Putin's ultimate scottop is to pay people to tell truths about America so that when it comes out that the government comes for them, they're coming for them for telling truth. Yeah, it's complicated. I think it's meant to be complicated. A lot of things in life can be complicated, particularly ways to care for your body or I can try to simplify it for you. I can build a business on YouTube because YouTube hates our values. Tim Poole has built a business on YouTube and people do buy campaigns. And this is something he said about how can appear that they're actually funding you. So what happens with social media, particularly YouTube where it's really easy, you can have a foreign agent or even the government or some corporation or whatever, say, this guy talks about things that we really like. Dump ad money into his channel through Google AdSense and they'll never know we were the ones funding them and you can't prove it. So do you think YouTube, you think that's something like YouTube should be looking into or somebody should audit YouTube for that kind of information? Definitely. Do you think YouTube's in on it? I don't think YouTube's in on it. I think YouTube doesn't care. Yeah. And as long as journalists don't call them out for it, they're not going to say anything. That's going to cause another ad apocalypse. That's the big problem. But I think I've said it a million times. If they announced that they were going to ban Twitter, I would lose my account. I'd be like, do Twitter's terrible. I'm half kidding. No, it's bad for us. But if I found out that someone was secretly funneling money through AdSense to my channel, I'd be like, cut it all off. I'm saying I don't know, but you should look into it. When you are in the digital environment and you are at the level that Tim pools at, all sorts of games are going to get played. And I expect this of Russia. I expected of China. I do not expect it. Well, that's not true. I do. We shouldn't expect it of our DOJ, but we can because they've shown their cards. To me, this is an early shot. It's naming these guys not as victims. And this is what the charging paper says. I mean, you could look at it yourself. The indictment alleges that the founders of the company, Lauren Chen and her husband, intentionally deceived the influencers. It's mentioned right here. You can look at the charging papers. And again, the timing on this, the timing on this is suspicious. This came weeks after Tim Poole had said he's engaged legal counsel. Here's what happened. You can see this in the image. Trump operatives say their project 2025 plan is to give Trump total control, unchecked legal powers so they can jail and execute those who don't support Trump if he wins. They've since scrubbed this video from YouTube and it's a picture of Tim Poole on set speaking. Tim Poole warned them. He never said any such thing. He warned them to take it down and they didn't. So Tim Poole tweeted, I've engaged legal counsel. We are preparing to take action more to come. Not even 24 hours, a commentator says after Tim Poole announces lawsuit against Kamala HQ, he's now being indicted for Russia collusion. Do you get it yet? Trump must have banned this band. The Department of Justice when reelected, we need to drain the swamp. This is bad. It is bad. Here's Tim Poole's statement. My statement regarding the allegations of the leaked DOJ indictment leaked, leaked, yes, course leaked, handed to the press. It wasn't leaked. Tim knows that. Should these allegations prove true, I as well as other personalities and commentators were deceived and are victims. I got to go to pizza with a young guy, one of the students and one of my ministries. I have a tradition. I got to spend time with them. We got to talking about God in the word. Something else happened. I met a gentleman named Phil who's been with the program for years and radio days. He and his wife were over here and his family moved over here. It was this incredible night standing in line meeting a couple of viewers, dash listeners to the program and having dinner with one. We talked about God's word and the potency of it and the importance of words. And one of the things I talked about at dinner was that despite all the efforts to destroy truth, it's not working. I find this remarkable. All the efforts to destroy truth that are not working. You can't destroy truth. Merrick Garland may think he's at war with conservatives. He may think it wes at war with right-wingers as he attempts to silence voices. God himself is truth. Now I've said before on the program that God is pro-free speech, but I want you to think here about how deeply God values words. We'll start in Genesis chapter 1 verses 1 through 4 in the beginning. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty. Darkness was over the surface of the deep and the spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, "Let there be light." Pause. God said, "Let there be light." Why? He doesn't need words. He doesn't need to speak. He can think a thing into existence. Why did he say it? God saw the light was good and he separated the light from the darkness. God called the light day and the darkness. He called night. There was evening, there was morning, the first day. It's from the very beginning of the Bible. In the New Testament, John chapter 1 verses 1 through 5, the Word became flesh. In the beginning was the Word. And the Word was with God and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made. Without Him nothing was made, that has been made. In Him was life and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness and the darkness is not overcome it. In the beginning was the Word. God values words. He put them in our mouths. It is one of the things that separates us from the animals, our full complete grammatical talking, speaking, communicating, writing. It's one of the things that separates us from animals, but it's one of the things that connects us to Him because He chose to speak. The people who think they're attacking right-wingers, or right-wing speech, are in fact attacking truth. They do this through gender. They do this through inflation as a lie. They do this through Joe Biden is not the least bit mentally incapacitated. They can't win because God Himself is truth. When was the last time you thanked God for the fact that despite all their efforts to silence people like Tim Poole, like Dave Rubin, and like Betty Johnson, they're losing. Look what happened with Russell Brand, with Tucker Carlson, with Cheryl Akerson, and more. It's not working. Praise God.
