All of them will be longer rides, probably for more money than airplanes. Or maybe even for driving. Why? The focus on this is various in many, but let's start with some of the most obvious. They hate our personal ability. They intend to limit our personal ability. Electric cars are part of that. They all, new cars, come with the ability to be tracked. The government is pushing for offswitches in these, so they can be turned off. Remember, they tried to get Elon Musk to do that in Russia to just turn off all the Tesla's and he to his credit refused, because he's not going to make his company a tool of warfare, in that case, maybe not at all. They hate our mobility. They want us to be shipped around in tiny little boxes. So that's part of this. The other part of it is flat graft, it's theft. Where choo-choo trains go, land is stolen. It's stolen by eminent domain. We don't need these trains. There are highways and freeways that service all of these corridors. There are airplane service through all of these corridors to all of these cities. I just booked a flight to Tupelo, Mississippi. Yeah, I got to do a puddle hop at the end, but I'm getting there, and I'm getting there in pretty good time. Mayor Pete's map is a map of how they intend to go through and seize land. When they seize the land for eminent domain, they turn around and they sell it for many, many times, what it was ever worth. There's a great instance of this in Seattle. A guy owns a parking lot right across from the airport. He's an entrepreneur. He was... Yeah, the inventor of Red Robin and one of the other brands, Salty's, Salty's is regionally would know this Red Robin, I think, is around the West. If you've been in the West Coast, you've eaten probably at a Red Robin if you like hamburgers. So he invented that company and the other. Very successful guy. He invested some money in real estate. He owned a parking lot across the street from the airport, and when they came in to put in a choo-choo train, light rail, they seized his property. First, they came to buy it using straw buyers, which is, by the way, usually illegal. They were not going to release who they were, so he wouldn't know how much money they had. He didn't want to sell, even through the straw buyers, so they came and applied pressure. Who used eminent domain will take it away from you, so he had to sell. But he did an investigation on the back end and found out all the laws they'd broken. They bought that property against his will, and then they parked equipment there. That's all they used it for. They turned around and sold it after they'd parked equipment there. They didn't need to tear it down. They didn't need to change it. They sold it. That's what it's used for, a parking lot. They stole his parking lot and gave it dimes on the dollar to accompany an entity to run a parking lot, a mobbed up entity. See, the thing is never the thing. This is a money grab just as much as it is in everything, and it's a mobility grab. It reeks a bit, well, like socialism, but the new kind, the China model. It's not necessarily owning the means of production. It's in fact becoming partners in the means of production. It's not so much communism or socialism as it is the literal example of fascism. People who have lived under systems like this, like in North Korea, know what they're talking about. The tyranny always comes in the name of compassion and equality of outcomes. When I was at Columbia, they are brainwashing my classmates saying education should be free. Healthcare is a human right. How unfair is it that there are billionaires and there are homeless people? It should be real or equal. This same idea began the living hell of North Korea. When Kimerson came to my grandmothers and my grandfather, he said this to exacting to us. How unfair is that there are landowners, there are capitalists, and how unfair is that your children cannot be educated, you need to pay for it. If you gave me the power, Kimerson said, "I'm going to make everything free." Governments who are going to provide everything for us, if we just gave up our private property, our freedom of speech, our freedom of movement, our freedom of movement, our private property. Why do they love choo-choo trains? Because it lets them do all the above. All will make sure it's for our convenience. Story number two. This is hard one to explain. So some young women who unfortunately do and I don't know the level of porn, it's not safe for work content, they're dressed up to look like coquettish school girls, I'm guessing these young women are in their 20s, they're wearing sleep over underwear and they're saying it says they're on the post, just two boys being silly. Now, clearly they're girls, young women, clearly. The comments that follow come from men who pretend to be women and they're outraged. Now, I didn't include and will not include what's in the girls panties, which is, and I'll be very careful here, sex toys, to of course pretend to be boys. Then this one, to me, is the topper of all of them, Kiana. Sing cis girls, which don't exist, that means actual girls. Sing cis girls shoving, I'll edit, sex toys in their pants pretending to be trans for money makes me so annoyed. My gender isn't your costume. My gender isn't your costume. You know who's been saying this for about 10 years? My sex isn't your costume? Woman isn't a costume? That's right, actual women. All it took was for some girls to pretend, to pretend to be boys, to make money, to call out the flat insanity, "Hey, that's our job pretending to be women. Wait a minute. The bad news is that it's not catching up quickly enough, the world isn't, and people like that teacher are being arrested for refusing to go along with utter madness like this. Let's pray for Enoch Burke, but let's do something else, let's praise God for men like Enoch Burke, who will actually stand up for the actual truth. Story number three, now it's Chicago. It's Chicago where Venezuelan gangs are taking over apartment buildings, and this time it's not video, it's audio of 911 calls. You'll hear this and become very, very clear, then Kevin O'Leary, the investor from the Shark Tank Show, lectured some of the women on that program about what it is to invest in cities and why there's certain cities in which he'll not invest. Well, he kind of touches on some things, but there's a deeper reality to this. All these things form impressions in people's minds and it creates a level of discomfort for you. These are policy decisions with dual edge benefits, the Electoral College and the disrupting of the American system. So people will vote for people like Kamala Harris who has yet to articulate a real policy position, not one stolen from President Trump. Even though Larry looks at this from an investment perspective and in this clip, he's going to I think pretend to have respect for a certain politician. I think it's a pretense. Maybe it's just being reflexively polite or he's smarter than me. Well, he's smarter than me. That's self-evident, but he's smart enough to not to go out to personally attack a politician he might need for one of his many, many businesses. He's talking about moving investments out of America's cities. And here's the one thing that nobody saw coming and this is the competition of states. I don't put companies here in New York anymore, or in Massachusetts, or in New Jersey, or in California. Those states are uninvestable. The policy here is insane, the taxes are too high. We put them in Fargo, North Dakota because 40% of the people work elsewhere, including Boston. So I was a bit of a debate with Elizabeth Warren about this, but I say, look, Senator, we've got to move the companies out of your state because you're not investable anymore. You're punishing people if they're successful. You over-tax them, you hit them with a super-tax. New Jersey, what a mess, New York, uninvestable. Wait, why is New York uninvestable? Try and do a project in New York. Try and build a data. Yeah, I'm asking. Don's point, is it beyond the taxes? Oh, the regulatory environment is punitive. I had a project in upstate New York behind the grid in Niagara Falls for electricity. A global data center, we were building. Eventually, it got so bad with the politicians in the local region and the state policy. We moved it to Norway and all the jobs. Norway has it now. Thousands of jobs coming out of that. I mean, that's New York. Uninvestable. Sorry, don't shoot the messenger, just telling you the way it is. That's it. Uninvestable. Some pushback from our elected officials in New York on that's going to say Cathy Hockel. Yeah. But wait. We'll debate them any time of the day you want. We would love to step out of the AOC. She's great at killing jobs. She kills jobs by the thousands. When I was leaving local radio and I'd not yet left, I hadn't yet made the decision to leave. I said that obviously on purpose and sent her a text and then an email following up, how kind of them to make that point that I could work here for the rest of my life. Now, I negotiated on my contract that I could work remotely from time to time on an agreed upon rhythm. On this phone call, one of the senior executives, in fact, the boss of the Seattle market said to me, hey, how's it house shopping going in Seattle? I said, no, I sold my house there. She said, right. But I mean, are you going to rent? I said, oh, I'm not coming back. I said, there's no private property there. I'm not going to rent. No, I'm not going to throw money away. And I can't buy over there. There's no private property. She goes, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, pardon me. What are you talking about? What do you mean there's no private property? And one of the executives in the programming department stepped in and said he's talking about COVID. He's talking about how people didn't have to pay rent. And this executive said, yeah, but that's over now. I said, no, it's not. Your government still believes it has the right to go to someone like me and say, you can't collect rent on a building you live in every other week. You can't even have Airbnb rentals because no one has to pay. They could turn that back on any time. You add things like that to the crime, the decisions to not punish crime, the decisions to allow downtown corridors to rot all of these decisions to push crime into people's faces to push destitution and people who are under the boot of drugs into people's faces. It's not to get them help. It's to get more walking around money in the cities and top down, bottom up, squeeze the middle so more people in states like Washington go, wow, we really need the Democrats. Why? Because they're the ones who want to give money to this. We need money for housing. The second they get it. Hey, let's legalize fentanyl because cocaine that worked. Let's legalize fentanyl. Let's not punish sex trafficking. Let's pay illegal immigrants $10,000 to move here in $2,200 a month. The housing filled up, I guess we need to elect more Democrats.
