Just make sure to back up your phone data before doing the reset. From the home screen, settings, tap the general tab. Pre-start and reset. Tap factory data reset. If desired, tap the erase SD card check box. Tap reset phone greater than delete all greater than reset. You can also do a factory reset from the recovery mode, turn off the phone. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons. When the LG logo appears, quickly release and then re-hold the power button while continuing to hold the volume down button. Press the power button to reset the device, once the reset is complete do not install any apps in your phone just yet. Try to check first if the issue still occurs. In case it does then this could already be a hardware related problem. The best thing to do right now is to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked. [Music] [Music] [Music]
