This phone has an aluminium frame with Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and back. It sports a 6.1 inch QHD+ full vision MLs ED display that has a 19.5 to 9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is the powerful Snapdragon 845 processor combined with 6GB of RAM. Before proceeding with the troubleshooting steps it is best to make sure that the phone is running on the latest software version. If an update is available then you should download and install it in your phone. Clean the charging port of the phone, make sure that the charging port does not have any dirt or debris stuck in the port as this could cause the phone not to charge properly.
