This is an IP68 certified device that's made of an aluminium frame with Corning Gorilla Glass on both the front and back. It uses a 6.1 QHD+ full-vision MLs ED+ RGBW display which is a great size for viewing various multimedia content. Under the hood is a Snapdragon 845 processor combined with six gigabytes of RAM align the device to run multiple apps smoothly. The first thing that you will want to do when the device is stuck on the boot logo is to make sure that the battery of the phone is sufficient charge by following the troubleshooting steps listed below. Clean the charging port of the phone using a can of compressed air. Make sure to remove any dirt or debris stuck in the port. Use a wall charger to fully charge the phone in case the charging indicator does not appear then try using a different charging cord and wall charger. You should also try charging the phone from the computer USB port or try using a wireless charger. Once the battery has sufficient charge remove the mic crossed card of the phone then proceed with the additional steps listed below. Perform a soft reset. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons. When the LG logo appears quickly release and then re-hold the power button while continuing to hold the volume down button. Use the volume down button to select swipe cache. Press the power button to confirm. Use the volume down button to highlight yes. Allow several minutes for the process to complete. Check if the phone will now boot normally. Perform a factory reset. One last troubleshooting step you can perform if the above steps fails to fix the problem is a factory reset. Turn off the device. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons. When the LG logo appears quickly release and then re-hold the power button while continuing to hold the volume down button. Factory data reset appears. Use the volume down button to highlight yes. Press the power button to re-set the device.
