This is a premium phone release this year that has several outstanding features such as a 6.2 inch IPS LCD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, Snapdragon 845 processor with 6GB of RAM, and dual 16 MP rear cameras just to name a few. Although this is a solid performing phone there are instances when certain issues can occur which we will be addressing today. From this latest installment of our troubleshooting series we will tackle the LG G7 think boots to recovery mode this year. It's very likely that the issue is caused by a faulty hardware component, possibly the volume up button which is always activating or is shorted, this will explain the reason as to why the phone will always enter the recovery mode whenever it is restarted. After troubleshoot this issue you should first back up your phone data then do a factory reset in recovery mode. Switch off the mobile by pressing the power key for a few seconds, after that hold down volume down and power buttons for a short while. When the LG logo appears, let go of the power key, keep pressing the volume down and then push once more the power key. Let go of all keys when factory data reset appears, choose yes two times. Use volume keys to scroll down and the power button to accept it. In case the issue persists even after a factory reset then you should bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.
