The FAN Morning Show

Are the Leafs Atlantic Division Favourites?

Hour 3 of The FAN Morning Show kicks off with hosts Ben Ennis and Brent Gunning's sights set on the Maple Leafs' season opener tonight. They discuss if Toronto should be the favourites to win the Atlantic Division, who their biggest competition will be, and if Leaf fans care about anything short of Game 83. They then turn to NHL insider Frank Seravalli of Daily Faceoff to get his outside perspective of the team and where they figure in to the Eastern Conference landscape (03:13). Frank also discusses being in Pittsburgh last night for Connor Bedard’s regular season debut. Later on, Sportsnet broadcaster and analyst Craig Simpson joins the show to share his expectations of the Leafs this season; from the 'Core Four', to the new additions, to the youngsters, and of course goaltending (28:13). The morning duo sign off with their final thoughts ahead of tonight's puck drop.
