Hosts Ben Ennis and Brent Gunning start the week pumped that the NHL is back. They go over the opening night slate on Sportsnet which includes the Lightning with unproven goaltending, Connor Bedard’s debut facing Sidney Crosby & the Penguins and the defending champion Golden Knights in action as well. One more day until the Leafs season starts so B&B look at their roster and some moves made this weekend with Fraser Minten making the team and trading Sam Lafferty out west to Vancouver. Also this weekend, Blue Jays GM Ross Atkins gave his end of season address and the guys re-visited some of his quotes and tried to decipher some of what was said. They end with a quick Week 5 Sunday rundown discussing Bill Belichick’s seeming fall, Anthony Richardson’s injury and just a wide-open AFC (36:13).
