- The BYU Cougars saw their 2023 season come to a close with their loss Saturday to the Oklahoma State Cowboys and team captain Connor Pay says there is a resolve by the BYU football program to not let another bowl-less season happen in 2024 and beyond
- Jake Hatch and Connor Pay then did a debriefing of the offensive line for Brigham Young University as Pay explained the highs, lows and everything inbetween for his position group as he felt they did improve as the season progressed overall
- Finally, the show wrapped up with some thoughts from Pay about the way forward for Kalani Sitake and BYU and how he is feeling after the latest campaign physically, which he says is a lot of doctor visits and rehab as he recovers from the grind
