- Attention then shifted to a historical look back at the 1985 football season for the BYU Cougars as the 100 Seasons of BYU Football Countdown rolled on. Jake looked back at the 1985 season and how LaVell Edwards and co. followed up their national championship season in and up and down (way down in one instance) fashion
- Finally, the show wrapped up with the news of former BYU men's basketball standout Matt Haarms signing a two year deal to play professionally in Germany's Basketball Bundesliga with the Fraport Skyliners on a two-year contract
