[MUSIC] >> Well, the Illinois volleyball team now 6 and 0. They were able to get some wins up in Ames, Iowa over Toledo, Iowa State and Wake Forest. The latter two matches against the cyclones and the Demon Deacons went to five sets. Chris Thomas talks about his team's mentality. This year's been better in winning those five set match. >> We weren't pulling those out in the last couple of years. And so the fact that we're able to come away with two of them this weekend, I thought it was a big deal and it's not easy to win those. We often call fifth sets a coin flip because the game happens that fast. And so we hit some really good serves in those fifth sets. Took some really nice swings in those fifth sets and played some good volleyball. So it's good to see. Obviously you don't want to get there. You like to win in three and just get out of there, but we'll take it. We went back in the locker room. I just said, hey, this isn't us, right? We can't play, we're playing a little too safe. We're trying to just hoping they were going to mess it up. And like I said, every team out there's pretty good and we have to make sure we stay the aggressor and pick our spots when you're able to. And just kind of go from there and I felt we came out in the third and fourth and just served a lot better and kind of put them back in their heels and made them change some things and kind of shifted the match into our favor. Next up for the Alonai volleyball team down in Bowling Green, Kentucky. They'll take on Dayton and Western Kentucky. More on that coming up tomorrow.
