Illinois football tonight against Eastern Illinois, the third ever meeting between the two schools, about 45 minutes apart. Illinois and Eastern kickoff tonight at eight. Lani Volleyball on the road this weekend at Bowling Green, they'll take on Cincinnati, Friday at two, Bowling Green on Saturday at five. Here's Coach Chris Thomas on this year's Lani Volleyball team as it gets started. Just came back from Paris, watch the Olympics and the game internationally is awesome. I think it's, you know, you guys help catapult USA volleyball in that regard as well. So I do appreciate that from all the media that are here and looking forward to a great season with the team. And as mentioned, you know, we've made several tournament runs. You know, we've been in the top half of the Big 10, but, you know, that's not good enough for us. And we want to get back to the top and, you know, in the last couple of years, we've just kind of been dealt with the injury bug a little bit. Get another shot and that's all you can ask for. And, you know, the conference is going to be as good as ever. And we welcome that challenge. And so, you know, we've got just a great opportunity this year to do some really great things on the court. I'm really happy with how this kind of the spring went and how the summer from when I hear is developed. And the Alanae volleyball team in action, soccer plays Kentucky this weekend as well.
