Keep What You Earn

Questions to Ask Yourself as a CEO

Broadcast on:
16 Jun 2023

I'm a firm believer that the most quality advice you get is based on the quality of the questions you ask. There is no difference here between the questions you ask mentors, experts, consultants, advisors, and the questions you ask yourself.

I think the questions you're asking yourself are what unlocks the next level of growth for you and your business. I want to share with you some of the key questions to ask yourself as the CEO of your business to help you take a different look at your problems, challenges, and struggles.

What you’ll hear in this episode:

[1:00] Thinking differently and challenging yourself are key aspects of being a CEO.

[2:21] The first question that I challenge you to ask yourself as a CEO: Are you still in tune with your “why”?

[4:49] The second question that I challenge you to ask yourself as a CEO: Have I created the right incentives for my customers or my team?

[7:55] The third question that I challenge you to ask yourself as a CEO: How can you embody the future of the company today?
