When it comes to entrepreneurship, there's more to it than just finances. There are multiple dimensions to your business and there are multiple reasons to stay open and serve your clients and your team. One of the key ways to do this is to improve your skill set, leadership skills, and how you show up for other people. Using the enneagram personality test is a great way to help you achieve this. I invited Lindsey Lewis on the show to expand upon the enneagram types and share how the results can be useful in business.

Lindsey is a wife and mother to two daughters. She works for Love Thy Neighborhood, a non-profit in Louisville, Kentucky, as the Director of Relational Development. Lindsey is a certified enneagram teacher and an experienced leader of enneagram workshops and private coaching. Her passion is helping people increase their self-awareness and capacity for compassion for themselves and others. In our conversation, Lindsey explains what the enneagram is, how it can be used in the workplace, and some common misconceptions around it.
