Keep What You Earn

Building a Sales Process with Jason Weinstein

Broadcast on:
05 Aug 2022

This is a really special episode because we are welcoming my husband, Jason, onto the show.

Jason graduated with a degree in entrepreneurship, labor relations, and strategy from McGill University in Montreal. Soon after he graduated and started working, he decided that he would rather build a business that did things better than was currently available. He opened Budget Dry Waterproofing, which has grown from Jason working in his basement, to a business with over 25 employees and over $40M in total sales. Jason is a past president of the Basement Health Association and has served as a mentor and a volunteer for various organizations. However, the endeavor he is most proud of is developing his employees and making a difference in their lives.

One of the skills that Jason was really lucky to have developed at a young age is sales ability. He has continued learning through the years and has been able to collect advice from multiple generations. He has seen how the sales landscape has evolved and knows that underneath it all, it doesn't matter if you're selling online or you're selling home improvement services, it's the same psychology and concepts. I know you'll relate to all the knowledge he has to share even if your type of business is vastly different than his.
