If I Finish the Bracha Before My Friend (Same Bracha) Could I Answer Amen? Introduction to 'How Much of the Bracha Do I Have to Hear in Order to Say אמן (Amen)?'
Welcome everybody to Shayneba 895 getting back to our Wilkes-Brahos. Okay, so we started the semi-rage test vove, we're in the middle of the Haloksev answering. I mean, I just want to read from the Mr. Bruin Semen, actually Nunn alif, which is way out of our league right now. It's in the Wilkes-Thrilo, Sukkah Dizimra all the way in the beginning, just real quickly to read because it's Nagail Amist. It's what we are learning in our Semen and sort of package it up and move on from there. So the Muhammad just says in Semen Nunn alif, I mean, "Brahshiyamah kodim sukkah dizimah vishtabakh kahreim." Okay, we know we all know that we say, "Brahshiyamah" in the beginning of Sukkah Dizimra and "Istabakhat" the end, some have a meaning. You say, "How do you first say it?" Okay, depending on what you know, sakkh is farad, ashkhanah. Okay, but the point I want to make is in Semen's days says in "Brahshiyamah" like this, "I'm seeing Brahshiyamah kodim shiimah kahzim." And if you get to say, "If you finish Brahshiyamah," so now the question is, "I'm not sure." So we know, so I know that I'm not supposed to say a main. Now if we finish together Brahshiyamah, me and the kahzimah, the kahzimah myself, right? So then I do not answer a main in that case. But let's say I finished before the kahzimah. Right? "Istabakhshiyamah" says in "Brahshiyamah kodim shiimah kahzim" before the kahzim finishes Brahshiyamah. So then in "Akharav Al-Main," then you could answer after him Al-Main, right? Because you already finished. I finished my Brahshah. And now, you know, whatever, a few seconds afterwards, whatever the case might be, the kahzim finishes. So now I'm not answering Al-Main to my Brahsh. It doesn't look like I'm answering Al-Main to my Brahshah. So I could answer Al-Main to the kahzim's Brahshiyamah. Okay, so that's one point. Now, just real quickly to read from the Mishaburo. But the Mishaburo says that "Sifkot and Gimmel, 'Aval imseem im akhazim abas akhaz." But if you finish together with the kahzim at one time, "Laeyana, Al-Main, don't answer Al-Main." Because then it looks like I'm answering Al-Main to my Brahshah. The nirikah in the Al-Main-Akhabrahshah says, "The time of the time, Al-Main-Akhazim Magoonah," right? It says something that's Magoonah. "Hwadim, hwadim hwala brahsha then king." Oh, but now the point is, it says, Al-Main-Akhazim, which we spoke about last time. The Vadbi Shtabaq al-Lest is a few exceptions. By Shtabaq you would be allowed to, if you finish together with the Khazim, to enter a mane, by Hallel, the Alukkah, Aqar, Hallel, Aqar Shtabaq al-Shtabaq al-A'd, or after the brokh of Shtabaq al-Mai-Shtabaq al-Mai-Shtabaq al-Mai-Shtabaq al-Mai-Shtabaq al-Mai-Shtabaq al-Mai-Shtabaq al-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A'l-A' the Brakh of Shtabaq al-Mayis Raulawad, which is in Mariv, right, in Siamh Beshava, in Shtabaq, Al-Mayis Raulawad, then that will be okay, in Siamh Beshava, in Siamh Beshava, in Madam Aqar, in Aqar, that will be okay, why? The Ha'ar Beysekim's fear of Lahul, there is that Aqar Beysekim's Aqar Beysekim, because there's many Beysekim would say, again we don't hold like that, but the many Beysekim who do say that you answer Aqar Beysekim after those Brakhis, even if you say it yourself, so at least that much, if your friend finishes, it's not a problem, because it doesn't look like you're entering Aqar Beysekim after your Brakhim, because you're allowed to answer the many after that, but Aqar, because Lahul, because of the many Beysekim, a whole like that. And then the Mishabur, it finishes off after Anand, like, even though we don't hold like that, we don't pass again like that, right, but Kama'i Shikasa, the Simeon Raish Tezvav, he says, again we're quoting Simeon Nuneh Al-of, he's quoting our Simeon Raish Tezvav, which is what we're learning, right, very nice. So he says, mikor makar makar makar, the Sesimh Beshava again, and Sifkatan gimmul over there, mikor makar makar, the Va'ar, the Yishla Simeh Beshava. At least that much, you could answer Aimeon Nada problem. And then he just finishes off, which again, which we know, but we want to, you know, sort of set sedine, as they say, M.C., who Brakhah Aqas, but if he finishes one Brakhah, he's a Brakhah Shithiyev, actually, in other words, I finish one Brakhah, let's say Brakhshiy, I'm not just an example, but actually Siba Brakhah, here's initially Siba finishes another Brakhah, it's Mutulana, it's Aimeon, then I could answer Aimeon, no problem, it's two different things. Okay, the only reason why I wanted to read from there, because even though it's Simeon Nun alaf, which is way out of our realm right now, but because the cross-references back and forth, over here, they cross-referenced Nun alaf, and Nun alaf, they cross-referenced alaf, so now it's just moving along to the next part of the halakhas of entering Aimeon. What are some of the halakhas of entering Aimeon? Let's say that, let's backtrack, just to introduce the subject, and then we'll get into the halakhas upcoming for you. Let's say I hear, so if I hear somebody make a full Brakhah fine, I hear somebody make a Shahakal near, but very fine, I answer Aimeon, I hear the whole Brakhah, the whole thing and fine, I answer Aimeon, and there's a ri of Tansam, and you have Tansam, it's not like yeah, it's a from-a-thing, okay, if I want to answer Aimeon, I'll answer Aimeon, yeah. That's why it's so important, people have to realize you're another control sometimes, I don't like to say it, but everybody knows, you know, you'll see people talking, even even if they're not finished dovening, they're not finished, I'm sorry, even if they're finished dovening, but they're standing over there, and the guy next to him is saying, "Brahas, it's a brahm because you have to, it's a ri of Tansam, it's a ri of Tansam, and then I'm shmoozing, not me, I mean, whatever person shmoozing with somebody else, and there's a ri of Tansam, and they hear the Brakhah, so the person has to be very, very careful. Okay, so now the question is, do I have to hear the entire Brakhah, right, or could I maybe just hear the end of the Brakhah, you hear my friend saying, "Chaakol nir bhvare, right, so should I say Aimeon, what do you mean, I didn't say, I didn't hear Baruchatosham, I didn't hear the beginning, all the way up to Melahulam, I didn't hear, I just heard Chaakol nir bhvare, should I answer, what about, so if he says the whole Brakhah, I didn't have to answer, now what about if I know which Brakhah he's making, but I did not hear it, and but I know he just finished it, that's a little bit pushing it, right, I know he just finished Chaakol, and I saw his mouth moving, let's say, but somehow I didn't hear it, there was noise, or whatever the case might be, let's say there was a lot of noise in the room, and I see him, his mouth moving, let's say, and he's finishing the Brakhah, but I didn't hear anything, and I see him with the soda, and obviously he made a Chaakol, he didn't make a bar of Minimuzonos on his soda, so should I say, "Aimeon, I didn't hear anything, I'm not sure, what should I do?" So these are some of the halokas, extremely important halokas, which we want to talk about upcoming shyrm, obviously, these are things which are negaya on a daily basis, and we'll see how they work. Thank you for listening, I saw some Brakhah culture.
