As always, I am one of the hosts of this show, Michael Ritter. You can find me on X and Michael Fiverritter, or on Instagram and Michael Ritter 5, joining me on this episode per usual, my humble co-host, student of the game, Young Terrence Minnefield. I'll be him. But also, just like yesterday's episode, we have Young Kevin Watson joining us today. Yes, sir. Let's just preview off the right way, so we're going to dive right into the draft where the listeners already had to wait 24 hours before they were able to finish this week, so we've already got the prime time games done, let's dive right into this draft. Kevin, you have the very first pick, let's no longer, let's waste no more time, right? Let's go ahead and dive in this draft. Yeah, I've had this one on the pad since last night, so I slept on it, I'll say that. I'm going to go with a 325 slot game, and I'm going to go ahead and take that Chiefs and Bengals game. Nice pick, nice pick. That I feel like, I've been talking to Lane, Lane's been hyping that one up, and you know, you got some more chase with the whole contract situation, you got Joe Burrow as the wrist healthy, my homes in them looking like my homes in the Chiefs, but it's a division game, so I expect it to be a good one, so I'm going to take that one first. So you went to my taste, got locked up last week, but I am going to go ahead and take the Chiefs in that game as well. Yes, okay, smart. I was going to ask your pigs, I'm glad that you clarified there because I am also taking the Chiefs, but I want to talk on what you just mentioned. Go ahead. Christian Gonzalez, let's talk about it. Yeah, bro. I mean, we'll have to talk about it here in a little bit of his playful with the six foot five monster DK, I'll tell you right now, DK Metcalf, he's like the Anthony Richardson of wide receivers. Yeah, he's flashy, he looks the part like he is the first one off the bus, but Christian Gonzalez has locked up a much better wide receivers than DK Metcalf, so yeah, looking forward to talking about that whenever we get there already told you, you know, we were high on him whenever he came out as sons. He got injured last year. Oh my gosh, he is more than back, but anyways, yes, I agree. I think that the chief defense is going to be a nightmare for this team. Like the Bengals offense, it's tough, they were, they were losing some match ups last week just in terms of, you know, what the, what the Patriots are bringing key on white. I was seeing him make some plays just doing just pure bull rushes and just running over their interior offensive lineman because I mean, he's one of those defensive ends. Like, yes, he's an edge rusher. He can dismantle your tackle as well. Right. But if he knows that there's a weak spot on the interior offensive line, he can run a stunt right directly into that offensive lineman's chest, collapse the, you know, the interior of the pocket, forcing a quarterback like Joe Burrow, who's not necessarily known to run. And he likes to stand there in the pocket, it really throws him off and he was able to do that last week. What do you think going to happen this week? Whenever you have Chris Jones, yeah, chief defensive line, there it is, absolutely destroying game. There it is. And keeping their team in it. And I think that, I mean, the Ravens were a nightmare for the chief to handle last week. It literally took them all four quarters to get it done. Another AFC North opponent for the Chiefs here, another home game, and I think the same outcome, Chiefs on top. Yeah. Chiefs will be on top of this one. And it'll be all because of their defense. What I saw last week was the offensive line being, or the, the bangles offensive line being so banged up and, and, I mean, not an injury sense away, but getting, getting their ass whooped sense away. And we don't have anybody named Chris Jones on our defensive line and, you know, he is a person that you've got to spend weeks to prepare for. And I just don't think that the bingles off in the line have that in him in them yet. So I think this game will be won by the defensive line of the Kansas City Chiefs. I think the defense in general will rise up and, you know, do, if not as good of a job as Christian Gonzales did, but right up there with them, the defense will stay in pat. Chiefs will win this one. So you're up now, I'm going to give you the second pick here. Go right ahead. All right. I have the second pick. So should I, now I won't get it out of the way. I'm going to pick the 49ers versus the Vikings. My pick of the week for the most electricity in the air, both these teams are coming off a fantastic win. And I believe the Vikings will take this on their book, they'll have one of the hugest upsets of the season right here in week two. I just love what they bring that the wide receivers were just outpouring were just too much last week. And I believe they're rolling into this week on a high note and Sam Darnell was a part of this team last year. So he has a little animosity against them not being the guy that they thought that, you know, who they wanted, you know, he's got that time to shine now. And with the weapons that they have and who knows about Christian McCaffrey coming back, you know, if he is, I mean, will he be healthy? So I really like the Vikings, Tansen is on the pull-up set, maybe a one point upset, maybe a field goal. Who knows? But I believe it. I'm not calling you crazy for making that pick, but I will say I am picking the 49ers. I think that there's just a huge difference between the Giants and the Niners in terms of like what your opponent is in week one. I think Aaron Jones is going to have a hard time getting going. We saw what kind of happened to Breeze Hall, although I have thoughts on that performance on Monday night. Yeah, the Niners have already shown that they're more than capable of stopping your running back for a, you know, a majority of the game. Yeah, he might get going. He might get you a meaningless touchdown here there, but good luck stopping their offense. And that's pretty much what a bull is down to. They, with their talented offense, are going to have an easier time scoring on your defense than your offense is going to have scoring on their talented defense, if that kind of makes sense. Yeah, it does. Yeah. But most teams don't have Jay Jettis. That is very true. Yeah. That is the game record, game playing record too. That's what I'm hanging my hat on. That's what I'm putting all my chips in him going off this week. He had 59 yards last week. I mean, they targeted him a couple of times, but I don't think they did as much as they should have. I mean, we're going to see a lot of, all right, Kev, break the time. I'm going to roll at the Niners, I agree with Mike. I think that there's definitely a big difference between the Niners and the Giants. I think that Dardom might have a hard time, you know, going against them. And honestly, the Niners, you know, they're coming off going to the Super Bowl. So I feel like they're going to be, they know how to prepare for a team and they're definitely going to know how to prepare for Sam Darnell if they were trying to prepare for Patrick Mahomes. And I just, I think that, you know, Justin Jefferson, he's going to get his regardless. I mean, that's just going to happen. But I think that the Niners are going to come away with this one. If they do win this one, put some respect on Sammy D's name. Okay. Put some respect. Yeah. This is a statement. This win right here would buy him two more years in the league. I, I also am going to Minnesota next week when the Texans play the Vikings. So I, you know, I want the Niners to depth that as we go then and depth that as to. Wait, so week three, you're going to be in Minnesota? Yes, sir. You need some. I want to be in Atlanta. Yeah. We're both traveling. Yeah. I'm going to be in Atlanta week three. I'll be there for the Sunday night game. So earlier in that day, you'll be at Minnesota. Mm hmm. That's going to be awesome. I'm excited, bro. Yeah. I wanted to go to that, that, that stadium pretty bad. And then I was like, honestly, I was excited because I thought it was going to be, you know, JJ McQuarney and now you know, Sam Donald, like, no way. Well, it's going to be a good game regardless. Sko, Sko, the people, the two guys that I'm going with, they went to their home opener last year, their Vikings fans. So they, they've been telling me all about it and how like no one pretty much drives and how it's just like you walking up to the stadium. So, and I've had a couple of clients that I've referred a couple places to eat. So we're going to go check those spots out too. So it's going to be pretty sick. I'm excited. So it's going to be a fun. Yeah. I mean, it kind of sucks that my game is Sunday night and yours is probably. Web members. Is it noon or? Yeah. It's not noon. Well, that sucks because I would love to get a FaceTime of us at an NFL stadium across the country. I've been dope, bro. But anyways, it is my pick here, I'm trying to decide which way to lean and I think it's pretty easy to be completely honest with you. I think this has potentially to be a freaking barn burner. I'm actually kind of surprised it made it as far as it did. I'm glad it made it to pick three, two division champions going at it, two one and O teams going at it. Yeah. Yeah. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers at the Detroit line. This has also possibilities of being uniform at tip of the week. If we're talking lions, all blue versus bucks, all white. That would be clean as there's a lot of great things to look at when you're looking at this game. Play off. Fremont. Yes. Exactly. The lions start their season in the same order that they played. Oh, yeah. They literally went Rams and then bugs and hopefully we have the same outcome here. I'm going with the home team, Detroit Lions to get the win, beat the Buccaneers. Yeah. I mean, I get it. The Buccaneers had a pretty nice showing last week against the Washington commanders. Just like we talked about, you know, the Vikings having a little bit of a step up opponent from an NFC East foe in week one. I think it's going to be the same thing with the Tampa Bay books are going to have a harder opponent. This is not the, you know, the, the walking commanders out there trotting around. No offense to them. Yeah. No offense. This is a different Heisman winning quarterback. And more established. Well, Jerry golf didn't win the Heisman most, being honest, that was, that was on me. Oh, that is on you. It is on you. Wait a minute though. Time out. Did he, what was, okay, you know, Daniels wasn't a number one overall pick. So it's not even that connection. Yeah. Let's just say that. Jerry golf held the quarterback and he had done here. That dude could fling the gut at home. Yeah. Give me the lions and get the win. Talking about it earlier about teams getting banged up and coming into the week two with the injury bug. And I think the Buccaneers is one of them in the secondary. I think they have gotten a couple of people down this week in a banged up secondary versus a lines team who will run you to death, but then they'll surprise you with the long bombs and then a monitoring, a Mon Ross, St. Brown. Good God. Almost had a stroke there. They'll find his and just like to judge as he will get his. I'm taking the lines as well. I believe the Baker and the Bucks will keep it close. But that secondary is just not going to hang up for them this week. So I believe that the lines will have it pretty steadily. Yeah. I mean, Bucks played pretty good last week, but like, I mean, just like we touched, it's just a different opponent lines, I feel like kind of about where they were last year just kind of like finding ways to win games last minute or, you know, just doing what they need to do to win. Jameer gives look good. David Montgomery look good. St. Brown's going to bounce back this week. I feel like I just think it's going to be a little too much for the Bucks, even though Baker did look good last week. You look great. Well, it is my pick again because of that, so yeah, we'll go back to back here. But before we start round two of this draft, let's go ahead and get the Browns Jags game preview out of the way because I'm not going to have it draft eligible just because I do believe it is going to be a flash drive. I expect the Browns have a bounce back game. Let's go. This is another good one. And I know it probably would have been picked here in this round two by somebody just because, you know, obviously similar to the last game we talked about, these are two playoff teams that, you know, Jags made the playoffs last year, right, didn't they? Yes. Who? The Jags. No. No. Oh, that is right. They didn't know we won the division, they, yeah, that's right. They lost out. They started like seven and three. All right. Yeah. It's a team that could have made the playoffs. A team that's not a good season. Oh, they have beat up. The Browns got their own issues to going on here. I mean, two former Clemson quarterback talking to some Watson versus Trevor Lawrence here. The pride and joy of Clemson, where's Taj Boyd when you need to get him to do the playoffs out here. Yeah, that'd be sick. I'm going to pick the Cleveland Browns to go on the road and right there wrongs. And I'll be honest, guys, I know the Jags are pretty good opponents. So it's like saying, Hey, if you don't play well in this game, it's officially over. But man, to Sean Watson, if he doesn't show that he is capable of getting this Browns team in spots to win against the good teams, that's the, you put the Cowboys last week out home and they just seem like they outclassed them. Mm hmm. Now you're going on the road and it's your turn to do that to the Jacksonville Jaguars. And you don't expect the Jags to just lay down. But I would like to see that. And obviously to Sean's got a lot of stuff going on. I mean, there was some stuff that happened, and I believe his dad passed away two days before that game and some other things, you know, as well. But so yeah, a lot of factors into it and it just, it makes you think like, damn, like should I switch my pick to the Jags and maybe just kind of lean with their vibes, but you know, obviously they got their own list of, well, I guess their own laundry list. Yeah. Whether it's, you know, bad stuff, stuff that's going to solve itself once the season kind of gets going. But the Browns I feel like on paper, they should be a better team. Mm hmm. And I don't expect them to have two just blanks to start the season. So yeah, give me, give me the Browns on the road to get their first win in the season. I feel more of like a, more of a dick now about what I'm about to say because I was just so disappointed. And so, I mean, the Sean Watson played last week was just God awful. And I really don't see where it could get any better. I don't see, um, I really, I really do think he forgot how to play football flat out. It was just awful. I am one of the. Biggest advocate for the Cleveland Browns, and I want nothing more than these guys to win this game, but I have zero faith in the starting of Washington right now. This is more of a proven game. In my eyes, this is last straw or not, man. This office was looking phenomenal with, uh, what can I think of his name right now? Joe Flacko? Joe Flacko? I was thinking Nick Foles. Yeah, Joe Flacko. And I don't think he used nowhere near talented enough to, you know, raise a pinky to Sean Watson. And how that offense is not clicking on all of the cylinders and just running people out of the fucking stadium is besides me, man. I have no idea. So I'm taking the Jaguars last week, they blew an 11-point fourth quarter lead. And I believe that they have the capabilities to keep teams away, put them away, and, you know, especially early in the game, they have enough power to wind you down and, you know, really grind it because the team is physical as hell. Last week he didn't see any physicality from the Browns. We had D for the player of the year going into rookie and that was completely washed. That should have been him winning every single play to a rookie really showing his colors and how he's going to be in this league for a long time. So this week, for me, the Browns have a lot to prove and more so the Jaguars have to have a lot to polish up. So in a game where it's a get right, I have the Jaguars getting, you know, a little better than what the Browns have. So give me the Jaguars winning. This one's pretty close. Oh, I don't keep doing this game, making me break the ties. This is a tough one for me, man, because I like, it's bittersweet because we had to Sean Watson. And when we drafted to Sean, that was like the most excited I've ever been since I've been a Texans fan, I feel like, and then to like go down that road and to see, you know, how everything's like shaped out past couple of years in Cleveland and obviously Kaleb, you know, it's, you know, I'm always pulling for the Browns and stuff. So it's tough and last week was just really tough. I didn't really let, you know, thank God, they're not going against the Micah Parsons this week. But again, that Jags defense had the Dolphins on the ropes there for a little while. I mean, it's the fourth quarter comeback. They blew that lead, of course, but, you know, I think if to Sean and them can, you know, get something going, I definitely could see them winning, but the Jags being the Jags, I could also see them doing something, but I'm gonna, I'm gonna go with the Browns here. I think they're gonna get right. I think they're gonna come back. I think they're gonna prove to everyone that they had a contender up there in the North. And yeah, I'm gonna take, I'm gonna take the Browns here on the road. I just think this is a bad team to bounce back against, especially the defense. So it's good. It's not ideal for them. You know, you could be, I'm gonna start off the second round here, get this bad boy rolling. Oh, I'm taking a noon game. And I think I'm just man, and my noon slate is going to be loaded here. Give me Saints at Cowboys. And I just think that I want to see the Saints kind of get brought down, brought back down to Earth a little bit. Oh, yeah. Why don't I go to AT&T Stadium? Micah Parsons, Dak Prescott, one of the richest quarterbacks. And I will say, man, shout out to Dak for getting paid, whether you love them, whether you hate the guy, whether you appreciate who he is as a quarterback. I feel like the person Dak Prescott absolutely deserved to get paid. In fact, this just came to my mind, I remember a very long time ago before he was ever in an adult quarterback, Kevin actually met Dak Prescott. Oh, shit. It was pretty crazy back when is it? Was he already at Mississippi State or did he commit or when was that? No, that was when he was at Houghton in high school. I went down there to see Dustin Hadley, who had just moved there. I think that was like ours, sophomore year maybe, but me and Dylan went down there to visit him for like Christmas or something. And yeah, we ended up meeting him. That's crazy. And just to see where he's going to be, I mean, did you think, I'm just meeting the guy who's going to one day sign the richest contract in adult history. Pretty great. Think about it. Yeah. No, like you don't, you don't expect stuff like that to ever occur. I mean, from every, like anyone you talk to there, they were just like, yeah, no, like Dak's going to be like the shit someday, somewhere, somehow. So yeah. So yeah, we can definitely check that off the list. But one thing I will say this was somewhere on social media that whenever Dak got the contract, whenever he signed it, the first person that he told, the first person that he hugged was Ezekielia. And this kind of ties back, you know, obviously they were the same rookie class in 2016. And they were really close, Zeke had a first round contract. So he was making bank, you know, and Dak Prescott only made $680,000 a year. On his rookie deal because he was a mid round pick. So clearly the living arrangements were a little bit different, but Ezekielia, it would pay for a lot of Dak Prescott stuff, you know, he, you know, like food and things like that. Yeah. He would take care of him. And now Ezekielia, I mean, the tables have turned and you look at Dak Prescott and they were talking about how, you know, Dak made $680,000 a year back then now with this new contract, $3.25 million a game. Oh my God. Not a season. Can I have some? Literally. Every time this guy suits up to play quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, who was his childhood team, he is going to make $3.25 million like that's why he money every time he step on the field. I just want a little bit. Can I just get a little? But yeah, I'm hoping that he absolutely beats the living hell out of New Orleans Saints here and gets a nice win. Give me the Cowboys at home. I believe the Cowboys will be beating the Saints in their home opener as well. They were just suffocating the Browns, man. And I believe that their defense is going to carry that over to this game. Is it going to be tight game? Yes. I believe that the Saints have enough willpower and enough talent to run and throw against the Cowboys. But then being at home, the fans will be rowdy. The Cowboys will go two and up. What do you think, Kev? I mean, I think this is another one of those games you can allude to who they played the first week. The Saints played the Panthers where you could buy two tickets for $1.80 right now if you want to do that. But you can do that right now out there. So I think it's just going to be a different game, Parsons and that group, DAG being high spade, I think that does something to him. My director, shout out to Walter, he is the Saints fan. He's going to be tailgating at that game, but he's going to be leaving a sad boy. I feel like Cowboys are going to take that one. I'm pretty sure DAGs from Louisiana too. So maybe there is a little bit of like a, because I mean, there's a whole story about wanting to go to LSU. It didn't work out. So it went to Mississippi State. So, I mean, wait, was that like, so is that where Hadley lived? Was Louisiana? Yeah. He moved from here down to like hot and like, yeah, Dustin played baseball and football with him, I'm pretty sure. That's sick. Yeah. That's wild. But Kev, you were up now back to back. You're going to finish up with startup round three. I'm sure you already have at least one game in mind. Do I have a, Do I have a, yeah. I think I actually am going to roll with the Colts and the Packers. You mother. I want to see how the Colts bounce back and see how the Packers bounce back without love. It's going to be an interesting game up there at Lambo. I think that's about the only thing the Packers got going for him there. I think the Colts might actually go in there and beat him. So I think I'm going to go with the Colts and Anthony Richardson. He's only going to get better. If he can stay healthy, you know, he's only playing last week was like, he's like, I got the fifth game overall since he missed all of last season pretty much. So as the game slows down for him, he's only going to get better. They have Jonathan Taylor, who's a bell cow there, Michael Pittman, Alex Piss, who looks pretty good. That defensive front is really good too, nothing against the Packers. But I think they're going to go in there and win. Yeah. I think when Malik Willis at quarterback, it just spells a big challenge for Matt LaFloor. And I think that the Packers will rally around him being, you know, him being a just a new guy there and obviously the quarterback of the team. I feel like they'll rally and make some big plays for them. But the Colts defense played out of their mind last week against CJ Stroud, a kid that's going to be talked about the best for a long as time. Yeah, the defense is going to show up pretty tremendously this week and, you know, I think they'll give the Packers fits that they didn't even see last week. So obviously it's going to be a struggle for the offense to move the ball. The Colts have the run game that will put you to sleep and then get lit up through beautiful deep passes, bombs that'll just drop out of the heavens. And they're about 14 10 yard over throws. True, true. You'll get a lot of those. You'll get a lot of bad from, from young Anthony Richardson, who is still working, who's still young in this game. But he's been young in the game since like his eighth grade year. They have, they have specific packages that look way different than any other offense that I've seen they've got. Triple read with, you know, their tackle or their, I mean, not their tackle, but their tail back throwing passes and is ridiculous. Their offense is fun to watch. It's complex to a level where it's like the simplicity is pretty simple as well. But yeah, it's beautiful to watch the way that they can, you know, manage a game is going to be hard for the Packers to compete with. So I believe that the Colts will come in on the road here and win this game. I just had myself in my pan. See, I agree that the Malik Willis factor definitely makes you wonder, hmm, what's direction do I lean here? But I'm actually going to lean towards the Packers. I think that when you look at what the Colts said, yes, their defense played great. It gets a very talented Houston Texans offense, but will their defense travel? Because that is a big question, Mark, you know, that was at home and so stadium. So now that they're going to Rambo, that is going to be a little bit of a different Packers. Do you play a creative style of football? They offer a, you know, a unique challenge. It's kind of, it's kind of strange the way that they run the ball, but I think it's going to be a little bit similar, not not that they're running style or strange, but the fact that they went from Aaron Jones, who's a very dynamic running back now, they're just straight up grounded pound with Josh Jacobs. It looks weird, you know, because you get used to it, you get used to Aaron Jones for over the course of what the last, like four or five years. And now all of a sudden, you know, somebody else and it's obviously been longer than that. It's been like six years for Aaron Jones, but nonetheless, I think that the group of Packers are going to get it done at home because I watched a lot of that game between the Colts and the Texans. And yes, the scoreboard would tell you, oh, yeah, this game is absolutely close. But if you just watch the game, you would see like, yeah, the Colts made a couple pretty big plays and that wins games like I don't make no mistake about big plays can win you a game, but whenever you're watching play and play out of this offense, that's really all it is is a few plays. And yes, they made the Texans pay, which is dangerous because they have Anthony Richardson who can cock back and throw his 64 yards beautifully on a row. One of the best throws I've literally ever seen in my entire life, no exaggeration on his back foot. Beautiful throw. But I saw a lot of throws, I was like, dude, what are you doing? Yeah. Like, how did you sail that? He could have had another one. He legitimately could have had another, he could have had another, I think it might have been Mitchell, AD Mitchell, he had a fucking, you could have had a hell of a tape of Anthony Richardson, Richardson just going to hit him. Yeah. So that's why I'm like, man, you think that the Grumbit Packers aren't going to be ready for that? Like you think the Grumbit Packers and Matt LaFlore and all their experience with all their games that they've won, they're not going to be ready for an offense, like, you know, the Indianapolis Colts to walk in the door, I'm not sure it's not going to be like, oh, I think the Packers should be 14 point favorites, but at home, I think that, and obviously, you know, this isn't Jordan Love. So when you think about the Packers, like you guys mentioned, Malik Willis, that's, you automatically got to take a touchdown off what you expected. Like what you expected. If you expected them to score 28 points, automatically think they might score 2021 and that's given them a little bit. I think they are going to try to run the ball heavy in this game. It's not like Malik Willis is their backup quarterback that's been there for three years. He just got there not that long ago. So the Packers are going to be at a disadvantage by saying you guys are crazy for making that pick. I just, I think that from what I've seen from the Packers, how they played against the Eagles and again, I'm going to say it one more time, they had Jordan Love in that game. Yeah. But I saw enough for, I was like, man, you know, this is a team that if they get Josh Jacobs going, they need is a few of those bad throws from Anthony Richardson, they could really change this game. They have a real ball hockey defense. Yeah, they do. So I think that, yeah, we spent a little bit of time on this game. But yeah, I do. I think the Packers are going to get it done. Kevin, you are up again here to start off round three. What other game are you going to add to your slate? Let's see here, man, really, really pushing the limits here. Damn. Would you like me to go mix? No, you get it, I got it. Hell yeah. I'm going to rock with the, I'm going to go with the Raiders and the Ravens. I knew that was going up. Okay. Can't stand fucking Ravens, but I really am interested in watching the game. For one, I want to see how the Ravens play and see, you know, how they come off that loss to the Chiefs last week, see if they bounce back and see if, you know, they continue it downward spiral. They did give the Chiefs all they could handle. I do think that they are going to win this game. Raiders have been proven to, you know, bounce back at things like that, but, you know, Gardner Minshew, I don't know that he's going to get it done. So I'm definitely going to take the Ravens here. Didn't they lose it last week? The Raiders. Yeah. So the Chargers. Ladd Maconkey had a touchdown. You did. I predicted he would have two, but he had one and it was shaking. Yeah. He absolutely put me onto young Ladd. Really quickly, Terry. Pause. What pick do you have? I have the Vikings versus the 49ers and... I think I'm back to back. Oh. I have 3 though. I'm in the middle. Yeah, because we skipped the Browns and I went Saints and Cowboys to start off this next round. And then I think you put, did you put Kevin on the clock or did I put Kevin on the clock? I may have put Kevin on the clock. I don't know. Okay. So Kevin. Kevin has three games. Yep. Already. So LV. I have two games. And I have one. Yeah, you have one. So yeah, Terry, go ahead and get you one. Go ahead and slide in there. Get you ahead and get it out of the way. And I have not been this excited for a game in a long time. I'm going to go ahead and get my game out of the way. We are playing the Seattle Seahawks. They are coming to us, all right? Now it's about to be a whole new Terry. Bro, I haven't been this happy in a long time. I believe that the vibes will still be high after this game. It will be a ugly performance, but we will come out victorious. I will go on record of saying that if we did have a game that was untraftable, I was going to pick this one just because of the fact that the fireworks won't be there. This is going to be a 12 to 13 kind of score game, probably six to seven. You know what I mean? Our officers aren't built to beat you down the field. We're built to run you to death and run you a little bit more. And then after that, we're going to run a little bit more after that. So don't expect fireworks, but do expect us to win. Shout out to Cam. He gave me a huge props, if you will, last week via Facebook and shout out to you Cam. I don't expect anything from the Funkeys, obviously, but anything nice or just wishing the family well or anything like that is always, it always is good gracious in my hearts. And I'll never forget that and I know it's something small, but in my eyes, it's super big. So big shout out to you, big homie. You look great. You look like you're having fun over there and I'm super jealous, man, but we're going to start out the season two and know, baby. Straight up. Ooh, that'd be tough. Yeah, we'll be just because Seahawks are coming to town. They got some weapons. Don't give up. I'm going to pick the Seahawks here. I got to say that, you know, the Seahawks, they're going to, I just look at what they did against the Broncos and I know the Broncos, they're not, they're nothing to sneeze at right now. You know, there's nothing really there that you just think, damn, but they do have a pretty damn good corner, just like you guys do, some talented areas, you know, so there are some similarities where they could say, okay, how do we attack that defense last week? Let's try to do some similar things. It is going to be a little bit different. We're not wearing our beautiful throwbacks. We're not in our stadium. Yeah. We're across the country. This is going to be interesting, another Super Bowl rematch. Every time the Seahawks play the Broncos, they play the Patriots like right next to it. I feel like that always happened, but yeah, this, unfortunately, they can't go back and change that game, but I do think they are going to win this game too long of a trip. Too long of a trip, Doug. Week two Seattle Seahawks get it done. Way to the tie breaker. I too am going to take the Seahawks. I just feel like I trust that offense a little bit more. Patriots played really good. That was a huge win for them. Week one that like, that's awesome for them, Jermaio getting that first dub and everything. I think this is going to be a nail-biter. I think it is going to be a really, really close game coming down to like last second field goal or something like that, low scoring, but I do think the Seahawks have enough to get it done, especially after that showing last week. Well, I'm going to go ahead and your haters. Am I up in the clock here or is it somebody else that I believe you're at the clock? I don't want to fourth. Okay. Well, I'll get on the clock here and I'll go ahead and take a three o'clock game and I'm going to go Rams Cardinal. I almost took this the whole round, like a whole round earlier and I was like, man, but I saw that Saints and Cowboys game and it really hyped me. So now I really feel like I got such a juicy slate here with the Rams and Cardinals. I am going to pick the Rams. I think they look good last week on the road against the Lions. I saw it. No, it's a no-cooper. Cup is back. Yeah. Matthew Stafford is still doing his thing. That offense ain't going nowhere. Pooka Makua is obviously going to have a pretty big game at some point here. He's going to quiet to start the season. He's on the hour. Wait, whoa. What happened? Pooka. He got hurt. Yeah. He's going to miss like the next four games. I think. Oh, man. Well, they're going to need Cooper Cup then. No wonder he found a quiet game. Must have been dealing with something during that game, but yeah, I'm still going to go with the Rams. All right. I am. I think that the Cardinals. Yes, they look great too. Like both of these teams were impressive last week. This is going to be a pretty good game. I'm excited to watch it, but I am going to pick the Rams to get it done against the Cardinals. I just think they still have the coaching advantage. They have a lot of advantages across the board and I think it is going to equal a win on the road. Two road games in a row, which is a huge task to ask for. They're also banged up on the offensive line is another one of those teams that had the injury bug bite them a little bit last week. So in the spirit of the gritty, rough team, physical, and you got to give them credit too. They played the bills last week to a factor where Josh Allen had to, you know, show the league that, you know, the bills are put on by him and him alone. It took a Superman heroic effort from Josh Allen to beat this team. And that's a mighty task to ask and I believe in this Cardinals team. I believe that they have the young guns to have that mindset of not giving a shit of who is in that stadium. I think they have the quarterback obviously to do that in the run game. I believe the defense will show up. I do know that the Rams have the Cardinals name. They have their number over the past couple of years, but all that changes this year. I believe a 27 21 game is in this future. Give me the Cardinals winning this one. Let's go Red Sea, baby. Another close one, I think the Rams did play good and I think that Cooper Cup is looking like a like former MVP like he once was this season, you know, maybe starting that campaign again, especially Pukin Akut out, but Stafford look good. That Rams team look good. It's going to be a really good game for two own one teams who played really well last weekend. Cards coming off a really strong game to James Connor looked really good. Kyle and Murray look pretty good. But I think it's going to be another close hard fought game, but I do see the Rams coming on coming out on top on this one. Hey, that's two in a row that three in a row. All right. So I know you can't keep doing the papers. Can't deny. Already have three. Yeah. We're on the same page. Yeah. We're on the same page. Yeah. Sometimes it's not a good thing, especially on our parlays because we hope that, you know, the winds of change will blow us in the right direction, because I'm still optimistic. We need something. And we're going to continue to shoot in one of these days. We are going to shoot half quarter. Put a melee, huh? I mean, I'm going to be that much, but it's going to be enough to where it's going to make a fucking worth it. I'll tell you that. But nonetheless, Terry, let's get you a third game here. You can pick, honestly, between the Jets and Titan, or the Steelers and Brown, or the Steelers. I apologize. Yeah. That game's at three o'clock. So I mean, that one seems like it might make a little bit sense, although, you know, you are familiar with the Jets and all that. Do you want to watch them? It's kind of like, no, I do not. All right. So you're going to go Steelers Bronco? Yes, I am. All right. Well, who do you think is going to win and watch? Listen, I believe that this Broncos team has a lot to offer. I watched the highlights from this game and, you know, Nick's didn't play as bad as what people were telling me and how I work with a Die Hard Bronco fan. And he has the utmost faith in what the Broncos in what Sean Faden is trying to deliver. He was really trying to hammer down the last drive of that game, which was the last Broncos drive on that game, where he said that bone nakes connected on four or five passes and ran the offense in a way that wasn't shown in any of the previous quarters. So with that being said, I do believe that the Broncos will show something that I show a level above of what they did last week from the highlights of what I saw. Like I said, there weren't too bad of plays, I mean, put bone nicks in Anthony Richardson's scenario. Then we're talking about how he had a shitty game. But I believe they bone nicks had a way better game than Anthony Richardson. So in this game, the defense will be a big factor, but also bone nicks in that offense will drive up and down the field and show a showcase of a better. And also the Steelers while the better game plan used against them did not have last week. But not only that, I mean, the Steelers is the second straight road game. They were in Atlanta last week. Now they go to Denver or do with that altitude. Yeah. I think the Broncos could steal one here. Give me the Broncos at home. Let's go. Yeah. I too am taking the Broncos. I feel like that's a pretty accurate statement with how they played against the Seahawks last week. I think they're just going to be a little too much for the Steelers. I don't even know who they're going to start a quarterback this week. And if it's just a field, it's definitely going to probably not end well. I think I like next a little bit better. So is there a reason why Russell didn't play last week? I didn't know. Yeah. It's like a less. Yeah. He had less second injury or some shit. I will say he was like dressed. Not wearing a hat. I saw that. I saw that. But look here, the headset on his fully dressed Brussels case fully dressing despite being on IR where he literally can't play. Oh, he's on IR being inactive. I mean, he's on the inactive list. I mean, you literally cannot play no matter what. Yeah. You will not see the field him dressing up and still wearing his pads is probably the most Russell Wilson thing I've ever seen. Most definitely. That is the geeky shit I've ever fucking heard about. Just in case. So we got two games that went undrafted here. They quickly knock them out. We'll start off Jets at Titans. Snooze fast. I mean, low-key kind of. Yeah. But I will say the Jets look good coming out of the gate against the Niners and they kind of got just pushed around a little bit. What was up with Aaron Rodgers coming out at the like the last four minutes? I don't know. I don't know. But from what I saw against the Titans last week or with the Titans last week against the Bears and how quickly they gave it up once the Bears showed any life. Yeah. I think that the Jets can do that. I think they can grind it or grind this game out with Breeze Hall, some of a bitch. Oh, it can also just, you know, make the plays that they need. I expect not a huge Garrett Wilson game, you know, the Titans double dairiest needs. Oh, he looks so good in five. It's going to be an interesting matchup out there when you look at the wide receiver versus corner. But I do think that this game has potential to be better than we might expect. So yeah, kind of like, you know, whenever we're, when I'm drafted, we're still going to break it down on Sunday. Absolutely. But it's going to be one of those games where it could over deliver from what we expect. Give me the Jets. Yeah. This is a game where the Jets have to look at and say, we are better. We have to win this game. And not only do we have to look game, we have to look better than what we put on film last week against the 49ers, obviously, that's going to be a huge test. The offense came out on fire with the defense having a major issue and obviously Shanahan's going to do that to any defense. But with the stars that that Jets have on defense, obviously, I mean, honestly, you cannot, you cannot shit the bed like you did last week. And it gets you in for your team, like the Texans or the Titans this week, they do have a great, they have a great receiving core, but they've got to have somebody that fucking throw them the ball and Will Levis has to play better. He shows any inclination of how he played last week. The Jets are going to eat his fucking lunch day in and day out on the road at home, whatever it is. This game solely depends on the arm of Will Levis because the defense is going to come and they're coming hard and fast, man. That defensive line is nasty, and I hate to say it, but they're fucking good on the back end. Their linebackers are great and their physical is fucked. So Titans have a huge test to climb here, a huge mountain to get over, but I do expect the Jets to win this one pretty handily, even though they suck at it. I agree with you. I think that this might be, you know, you might see two quarterbacks in this game for the Titans, actually, especially given last week, Levis, it's crazy, they invested a lot of money on both sides of the ball last year. And just to be this, I don't think that they're going to get it done this week against the Jets. I think it might be a pretty single sided victory. Definitely might be, you know, they had a first round quarterback or no shots to the title. Will Levis wasn't the first rounder, right? No, no, no, no, no, no, Malik Willis wasn't, he wasn't seventh pick. No. What am I smoking? Will Levis? He was a second round, I think. Oh, that is. That's true. That's right. That's right. That's right. The leather slid to the second round, too, right? I've never seen his fine ass girl. What? What? Wifey Clutiers. He was a second round pick, too, actually. Yeah. So I thought Levis was a second round pick, but nonetheless. So I was going to try to have a little segue here, but it doesn't really work out. I guess there's a little segue here, and that's a disappointing quarterback. We can talk about Daniel Jones in New York Giants traveling to take on the Washington commanders, and I think it's going to win this game, and it's going to be the biggest win in Dane wins early tenure as the Washington commanders against the Giants. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Now they were doing all right. This will be Daniel's last week. This will be dealing, Daniel's biggest win of his career. Yeah, no doubt. I don't know about Dayball, you know. Dayball. I mean, Dan Quinn. Sorry. I think the best win of his young commanders. Oh, gotcha. Gotcha. Gotcha. Gotcha. No, it's all right. Yeah. I think the commanders showed me some stuff last week. Yeah. And this offense could be interesting. And the Giants. Did not. I mean, they're what you call one of those teams. It's like, man, can we, I mean, I don't think they could really be that optimistic right now. And it sucks because I love the Giants fans that we have in support of our podcast. I love them. I want the Giants to be good. I've always admired how the Giants say, you know what? Fuck it. Let's get hot. I know when the fucking Super Bowl right now. You know, let's beat this undefeated team. Let's go fucking seven and ten this year. Who gives a shit. Let's go fucking absolutely just win three road playoff games and go beat Tom Brady in the Super Bowl. What's their record? Eighteen and old. Let's just ruin everything. Sorry. I got a cadence in there, but nonetheless, give me the commanders at home. I think they're going to get this game. The Giants look the worst out of these two teams and be in the fact that the commanders maybe have been the worst team last year. I know this is a whole new year, but I don't know. I guess that this is just a horrible situation that the Giants are in. Look in the fact of how well Seqwon played last week and, you know, how not well Daniel Jones did this week or last week. So I don't know. I think a lot of big plays are going to be out of the commanders, you know, back field, Jalen Daniels was electric and, you know, the health injury or the health bug or whatever is the hugest aspect of his young career. If we can keep this kid healthy, it's going to be tremendous, you know, for the commanders and just, you know, in general, for football. I believe that the commanders are, you know, better, you know, at least, you know, shitty and this week. I just hope that they all get that Giants team for the sake of our listeners. I don't give a shit about anything else. Just for the sake of the Funkeys, I hope that the Giants put on a better show this week. Give me the commander's zone, a very close game and a game where we will find out a lot about Daniel Jones, a lot about where his future lies and a lot about, you know, him just as a person. Can he just fight the fucking haters off and, you know, throw 200 yards, please, and no interceptions. Just that. Give me that, please. And we'll be suffice. We'll be on, we'll be on good terms, but give me the commander's one and so on. This is our last one of the day, Kev. Give us who you could, who do you think is going to win this one? Uh, I am going to roll with the commander's, uh, man. Yeah, I mean, Jay and Daniel, he didn't, he didn't look too bad last week. I think if they can kind of improve on what they got going with him and figure out what his role is going to be and how they're going to utilize him, I definitely trust them a lot more than, you know, Daniel Jones and that Giants team over there about, you know, the only thing he's got going for him is that contract and I think he's dating Kay Adams. So props to him. But, uh, wait, who you dating? Hey, Adam. Yeah, bro. Who is who is? Daniel Jones, lucky way bro, fucker. But, uh, he's a little too skinny for me, but she's got the prettiest eyes ever. Either way, I mean, I'm not really blown away by her, just the news itself is what I'm going to wait. That's what my mind is just blown by right now. Okay, Adam. Yeah. Awesome. She knows so much about what we'll do. I love it. I think she's kind of got a unlikable personality from being completely honest. I love her a little bit. A little bit arrogant, a little bit. A little no, but all he. Oh, yeah. I love that. I love my thickness, man. Keep it all. And there was a time period, probably, I don't know, 2017, 2018, which was a little too hard on that Saints bandwagon. I was like, yo, bitch. Let that fly. She's a nice lady. It's not like she's got a fucking ear. Very good point. And if she does. Okay, well, that was good girl. Roast my ass. Come on the podcast girl. She put it on her podcast with like her 80 million now. I have all her fans is shitting on me. As long as they come over, fuck it, Eddie, right? We would appreciate that. You know what it is. Okay, Adam, come on with it. Anyways. So yeah, I can't even you pick the giant or you pick the commanders. I did. Well, that does it for us here. This was a bumpy long ride on this week two preview show. Obviously, we had Kevin here, which makes it a nice fun episode. We're going to have him joining us for the review show, the full week two experience on the football function podcast. So, cap, thank you so much for joining Terry. Sir. Thank you as well. Any shout out YouTube before we sign off or you want to save them for Sunday? I'll say, man. Kevin, I'll save it. All right. Well, you guys heard it here. First, having damn good weekend. Enjoy the college football as well. A lot of juicy stuff coming to the college football function. Take it as number two. See him doing his thing rhythm. Oh, one more number two. Good this year. Good. Good. That's impressive. I did not know that, but maybe I'm sure see him with definitely, you were there. He'll be predicted in some stuff. No doubt. I'm going to see that episode of you here, but have a damn good weekend guys while passionately in the direction of your dreams. And I'll talk to you soon.
