Sitting on your car drinking a beer wearing a bikini is not a crime.
I received a call from a resident 47 Luke Street, 4/7 Luke Street complaining that his neighbor at 1919 Luke Street is sitting on his vehicle drinking a beer wearing a bikini. I told him there was no crime and we would not be heading out there. I just received a call from number 47 saying there's screaming going on and yelling at number 43.
