How About Them Saints 44-19 Knocked The Briskets Out The Cow-Boyzz

The New Orleans Saints rode four touchdowns from running back Alvin Kamara and near-perfect passing from quarterback Derek Carr to a dominating 44-19 victory over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

It was the Saints' second overwhelming victory to start the season as the first-team offense scored on 15 consecutive possessions before punting in the fourth quarter Sunday. New Orleans ended Dallas' 16-game home winning streak as the Cowboys dropped to 1-1.

(cheering) Highland, intelligent content solutions for innovators everywhere at highland.com. (upbeat music) - Good morning, good morning, good morning. How about those saints? (upbeat music) Not the briskets, out them cowboys. Out them boys, let's say it correctly, out them boys. (upbeat music) Ooh, boy, boy, boy, let me cut this off, man. (upbeat music) Cut the music off right quick. Listen, listen, they thought it was a fluke. And I know it's just a beat too, I know. But last week, last week, when we beat the snot out the Carolina Panthers, they said, man, it's just the Panthers, man, two and whatever. They only won two games last year, just the Panthers. I said, well, if it's just the Panthers, not mentioning it was a divisional game and they are always hard, we still, we should've won that by that much. 47 points, almost 50, almost a half a century, that's how I was supposed to happen. So I was on offense, and we coming in, Kyle boys, Kyle boys beat Cleveland. And if you watch the game, I was not that impressed, but people was on this high horse about the Kyle boys, something about the Kyle boys, still American team. I get it, I get it. It should've been action was the Kyle boys real, or is the Kyle boys real? Yeah, 'cause we went into Dallas and knocked the briskets out of them, man. We knocked it out. They went home home, man. They went home, look at the New Orleans Saints stats, man. Passing yards, 242. Now, Dallas Kyle boys had more 285 passing yards, but the difference, 190 rushing yards to the Kyle boys, 68 rushing yards. We had 400, the Saints had 432 total yards to the Kyle boys, 353 total yards. Now let's talk about quarterbacks. Okay, hmm. They recall, 11 out of 16 for 243 yards, two touchdowns, one interception, which to me, that interception, it kinda, that's what I never liked about Kyle, and I figured, okay, he worked on it, but yeah, he threw that one. And I hope they looked at that. I don't care how much we won, please look at that tape thing. Every press got 27 out of 39. Damn, he tried to put on that bow, huh? For 293 yards, one touchdown, two interceptions, two interceptions. Wow, rush two for three yards? I didn't see that put. Alvin Camaro, 20 attempts for 115 yards, three touchdowns, 15-yard loan touchdown. Doley, whoever he is, only had 30 yards, Elliott, 16-yard. Wow, what rush, wait, wait. Tyson here with 18-yard rushing. Shaheed with 13-yard rushing. Alavi, seven-yard rushing. Carhead, one-yard rushing. Hinner, negative three-yard, everyone rushing, huh? Receiving yards, wow. Rashi, four for four. Wow, for 96 yards, one touchdown, 70 loan. CD lamb, 90 yards, four receptions, out of seven. He dropped a few balls, I see. Alavi, six, huh, it's interesting. Six out of four, for 81 yards, 39-yard loan. Some bombs just coming out there. Tobin had eight to 82 yards. Camaro had 65 yards receiving. He's receiving yards, Tyson here had one-yard receiving. That's strange. Cooks only had two-yards. Yeah, y'all remember Cooks, Brandon Cooks. Yeah, they try to make it seem like he did something good. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, I take that back. He had 19-yards, I'm sorry, I said two-yards. I'm sorry, he had 19-yards, 19-yards. That means 29, shut you down. Well, do they shut you down, man? That's just what it was. Good game, good game, good game. I watched it from beginning to the end. Let me tell you something. A friend of mine, die-hard Dallas Cowboys fans. Living New Orleans, from the Warriors, born and raised New Orleans. I don't understand stuff like that, but hey, that's their cup of tea. Die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan, I remember telling him, I said listen, bro. If Dallas Cowboys try to get through that offensive line and they can't, it's gonna be a long day. If they can't get the call, it's going to be a long day. I told him this verbatim, verbatim. And guess what? They did not get the call. That line, that should be a pro. Look, if we could keep this up, that's a pro-bo offensive line, man. If we could keep this up, that's a pro-bo offensive line. Now, okay, I get it. Cooby Nick, Cooby Nick, Cooby Act, that's how you spell it. I hope I'm not butchering his name, but I get it. His schemes helped a lot, kind of, pause them, but you can't take away from the blocking. Blocking was amazing. Blocking was amazing. You can't take away from the blocking. And they blocked well. The game was executed well. I mean, you know how hard it is? Let me space them to you all. You know how hard it is. To school in the NFL, what was it? Four straight drives or six straight drives, something like that. Are we talking about, from last week? Not hard, that is. Come on, man. I think we put it in the fourth quarter from not mistaken, the fourth quarter? That's execution, man. Could it be? Could it be that everyone knew Pete Carmichael Playbook? That could be it, you know, I mean, I don't think they doing good in Denver. I'm being honest with you, if I'm not mistaken, isn't Pete Carmichael over there as the offense coordinator, whatever? I don't think they doing too good. I think the entire league knew his playbook 'cause as a die-hard Saints fan and watched, I watch every game, when home, I'm at the game. It seemed like every time the play happens, the defender right there, it's like someone telling them to play. I swear, it was hard for, what's his name? Michael Thomas to catch lately? Anyone of lobby, it's the same people now that's been scoring for the two weeks crazy. It's hard for him to catch the ball. It was like the scheme was not working anymore. And haven't been working for five, six, seven years now. Well, lo and behold, what was his father's name? Doug Kubiak, I think, I don't know. Here come, there's a new offensive coordinator with a scheme that not only I was the vision not used to seeing it from the Saints, the entire NFL catalog, or not used to seeing this from I was new on the Saints. And let me tell you something, I'm not the one to yell Super Bowl after two games, that's not me, but if we continue to play like this, oh my God, oh my God, Dallas defense is not a pushover. Let's get one thing straight. Now you might need to question the cornerbacks and the safeties, I don't know. But the linebackers in that line, it's no pushover. We dominated, we, our line, offensive line, they just dominated from the line of scrimmage. And I told him, verbatim, I said, man, if, if, when I see the first time either Dallas blitz, or that little, that front floor would pause them, or whoever, if I see they can't get through, I'm telling you it's gonna be a long day. Yeah, he said, we gonna see, we gonna see, we gonna see. And we saw, we, all of us saw, the entire world saw, and the entire world talking about it. Now, don't jinx us by saying Super Bowl. Nah, we don't need a big head. We do not need a big head, thanks to that Prescott. That Prescott said online, I mean, and I don't like, well, it was online, but it was national TV too. He said, this is why we can't listen to what the media say. Nah, me, I think he was talking to some of his players. This is why we cannot listen to the media, because they might've hiked them up more than they should be. He said this, he said this out his own mouth. (speaks in foreign language) (speaks in foreign language) (speaks in foreign language) - When you need meal time inspiration, it's worth shopping King Supers for thousands of appetizing ingredients that inspire countless mouth-watering meals. Please listen, 'cause I sent you out there getting a little arrogant, you know, doing your little Michael Jackson dance and everything. You over through that ball, boy. You over through that ball, and that's how the interception happens. We don't need that. I don't know if you get happy, you're scared. I don't know. Well, so even although it's a flawless victory, in my opinion, it wasn't too flawless. Yeah, we, we, we, we, we, we, we. Fear, hear a little few bumps in the fourth quarter. That interception should have never been, never been an interception, but it was. Yeah, yeah. So, you know, you're doing your Michael Jackson dance. I'm happy for you. You're looking good. The offense fits you. I like it. I think it's good enough to go to the Super Bowl. I think that, and you know what? I'm going to be honest with you. It's, it's like the 49ers, to be honest with you. Although that's what Kubernette Kubernette pleased to me how to pronounce his name. That's where he's from. And if you notice, the QB is not, no, it's not you breathe. He's not paid man, and he's not, he's not that, but it works. It works. And I believe that they went to the drawing board and said, "Hey, look, listen here. Call." You know, I wish we could take some of the money back. I wish we could take some of that money back, man, 'cause you're not worth it, but we paid you. You here. We need to rethink trying to make you the star, 'cause you're not a star. You're, you're just not. You're not a star. So, we're going to make it good. You're good, but you're not a superstar. You're not going to break records here. Just not. So, but we need to deal with this. We need to play to our strengths, which is Ava Kamarra. Right, she's shot, he types him here. We have so many. Chris Alabi. Even Williams, Williams have to help. I think they should put him in more to punish the defensive line, 'cause he's that type of running back. I think that should, you know, for future references and send me my check for coaching. And I think they had that conversation with him. Like, look, man, look, you're no star. We stopped trying to make you a star, but we need to make this fit. We need to fit you into this offense. That way we all look good, because if you know your strengths and you know your weaknesses, you will be a better person. That's in life, period. Life, period. That's life, period. Matter of fact, I put a quote on my Facebook page. And you know what? I think this quote fits. It fits everything because you have arrogance. And some people are arrogant. I kid you not. I tell people to the day. I would do all the saints. I would do all the saints, man. It, to me, how can I say this? I love Drew Brees. But I think arrogance and loyalty stopped us from having a super, not really a Super Bowl, but stopped us from a lot of, stopped us from getting, what's the guy in Kansas City? We could have had him. We could have had, at the same time, we could have had Lamar Jackson. But arrogance, arrogance kept us away. Why say that? What do you mean by that? The loyalty the saints had for Drew Brees and still have to the day, as facts for Drew Brees, kept us from getting a quarterback that can replace Drew Brees. Drew Brees eagle couldn't take him out, which he should have been. And now it shows because for what I'm understanding, he barely and barely can lift his right arm. barely, he should have retired earlier. He barely can lift his right arm. Let me, let's talk some inside stuff on Drew Brees that no one knows. I know. I know Drew Brees, new Drew Brees. What you call them? Therapists, massage therapists or whatever. How do you want to do a physical therapist? And he says, after a game, Drew Brees couldn't move, barely can move. Move his arm. So he was going through a lot to play those games, man. I would say more, I'll say that for later. He said more about Drew Brees 'cause this guy, he have a disliking for Drew Brees. And I don't know if I want to say why, but I would say it on the later podcast. But I said to know everything one must first know nothing. For to know nothing is to have the potential to know everything. An empty cup has potential while a full cup has none. What does that mean, everyone? Matter of fact, crack the cold. I talk about the next podcast, crack the cold. But how about those things? Now, who will we play next? Let's talk about this, is it Philadelphia Eagles? Yes, same schedule, matter of fact, let's go through the same schedule. Let's go through same schedule right now. Play the Eagles next, 12 p.m. Oh, I think they come in here from not mistaken. I think this is a home game. Then after that, we play the Falcons. Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh. That's gonna be a good one, baby. After that, we play the Falcons. Then the Chiefs, then the Buccaneers, and the Broncos, and the Chargers. Okay, Eagles, tough game. Falcons, Eagles, we can win, we still win. Falcons, we gonna win. Chiefs, ooh, ooh. That's gonna be the side factor there, man. We talking about a veteran team, championship team, championship caliber players, mindset. That's going to be a game. Buccaneers, that's gonna be tough too. But we can win, we can win. Broncos, we better win, we better win. Let me tell you something. October 17th marked on my calendar. Calendar, we better win. They say, they say, Sean Payton would not be booed in the dorm. I beg to differ. Me to boo his ass. How dare he leave? How dare you? How dare you? For whatever reason? Couldn't have been, could he help the Saints? 'Cause they own Sean about the Bonnie Gate. I'm here to tell you, man. Some of the calls we didn't get that we should have went straight to the Super Bowl on. I think it's because of that. I'm be honest with you, man. I'm just being honest with you. Chargers? Yeah. Let me tell you something, man. We have a chance to go straight to the playoffs. We do, we do, we do. And I think we are going to do it. You know, you gotta count for injuries. Hopefully that does not happen. I think Tyson here left with an injury. Who else I see left with an injury? I see Cam Jordan getting up kind of slow. See, I watch everything. Um, I watch everything. I hope we don't hear anything about that because he is the general. He might be a step, step or two slow and they might bump him. They might bump him like they've been doing chasing. Yeah, you're seeing how they bump and chase young? They scared of chase young already. Yeah. So that should lead people like Grannison and everyone to get the sacks in. Yeah, man. Y'all have to step it up, man. 'Cause I see they putting two people on chase young. Almost every play. Almost every play. Yeah. Then what they might do is in the full quarter, they might stop. But that didn't work. That didn't work. Man, listen. How about those Saints? Knock the brisket out them boys. Knock the cowboy head back to Dallas 'cause they playing all of them. Sit them in the, like my Bible. You should have seen them on the sideline. It was beautiful, beautiful, baby. Matter of fact, they had, I'm, I'm acknowledging this guy. They had a, and look, I'm being honest with you. I don't like guys like this. I'm not gonna, like, I'm not talking about personally. I don't like the attitudes. They had a guy from New Iberia. New Iberia stood up. He had Dallas cowboy overalls on. But he's from New Iberia, Louisiana. He said, man, I'm going back to the Saints. I don't like that. Don't hop on the bandwagon. But you a bandwagon hopper. That's how I think my friend is. Matter of fact, I think a lot of people that live in New Orleans, that's from New Orleans, that's Dallas cowboy fans or any other fans, they just so disappointed in the Saints. They bandwagon riders. That's, that's all. That's all. Soon the Saints start playing good. They're gonna have on the same tap because they from New Orleans. I don't like you once they do that. Now, stick with your team, man. Stick with your team. Your guy from New Iberia, we accept you 'cause you just was too funny. I can't think of your name, but you had on them overalls that, you know, don't, don't wear that. Don't, don't wear that. We, we, Saints, Saints organization. We don't need you to wear our overalls with Saints on it that look kind of, you know, look kind of off, man. But thank y'all for listening. Listen, listen, listen.
