Let's start this off with, and of course, you know, we have to throw the New Orleans in here, but I will have to talk about what happened with Shannon Cho. Shannon Cho. For those who don't know, his phone went live. And I want to tell you something, a lot of people saying he did it on purpose. I believe he didn't. I believe he didn't. And I'm going to talk about what I believe happened that no one's speaking about. No one. But I noticed soon he went live. People started talking about how he's going to get fired from ESPN and deals going to be lost. And it's like, wow, why a grown man having sex? Now, I understand that this is IG live. You have kids. You have children that can see this. I doubt if his fan base is a bunch of kids, but it can happen. It can happen. And that's why. But I just feel like people was wishing he'd get fired. I feel like people hoping he'd get fired. I feel like people hoping he'd get canceled, but turned out he didn't. Then you had one second of applause. Now, when it first happened, this is this major news. It broke the internet. So when they realized ESPN didn't fire him, first take didn't fire him. Pooh, guess what? If we clap and thank God we had one post. All I see was one post. That's a wrap. We love drama. That's the internet. Love drama. Love drama, man. And I'm like, wow, y'all really hoping this man get canceled. Now, let's get back to that story. People saying he did it on purpose. He's saying he didn't. He's saying he lost a million dollar deal because of it. I don't understand how. But he said he had a guest that was supposed to come on. Supposed to come on. But the guests decided not to. And it was a guest that all of us knew. Big time guests were the top all guests. That sound like, you know, I love sharing the show up. That sounded fake to me because I don't think anything will top Kat Williams. You understand? And nothing. So that was, that seemed like a stretch. So he said, why would he do it? Why would he risk millions over this? But nobody seemed to say this. What if the person he was with did it? Everyone says a female. You know, you have people sound female out there. You know, I'm just gonna leave like that. But, um, what if they did it? What if they grabbed this phone, cut it on live and set it down? Man, people do treacherous things, man. You know, um, right now. I'm a faithful man. Let me tell you why. I do love my wife. I do. But that's, I decided to be faithful before I met her. Because in my late twenties, early to all through my twenties, I had pieces, side pieces and everything else. And every last one of them did sneaky stuff. Every last one of them from going to your glove department, when you get out the car to see where you stay. All kinds of stuff, man. Trying to leave stuff in the car like slippers or, or, you know, condom wrapper or, you know, excuse me. But that, that's what happens. That's what happens. It's not for a fester. This lady, whoever she was, whoever it was. Did that, put it on IG live and got it in. It's not for a fetch, but I haven't the strains, man. Kind of make you, it makes you feel like everything staged. Even on YouTube now, YouTube turned into the new Hollywood. And I'm here to tell you, I fake beefs and everything is seem like everything is staged. You know, staged. But yeah, no one seem to think about that. Personally, in my opinion, the female did it. The person did it. For whatever reasons, who knows. But I didn't even see him think of that one. I guess you think she's nice as she, whoever it was, I guess you thinking she's not capable. But no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I've been around too long and I know anyone is capable. Now let's move on from there. I definitely want to talk about this. Because like I said, when you go up, there's nowhere to go but down. For some reason cash money records in Lil Wayne just knew that it was performing in the wall in Super Bowl. Might still happen. We don't know yet. Like I say, they seem staged and seems fake. Everyone knows drama brings attention. So who knows? This all could be a force, but let's talk about it. Next thing you know, they say Jay-Z is in control of the performances at the Super Bowl. He might be, who knows? Next thing you know, K-DOT, Kendrick Lamar has named to host the Super Bowl. They went off. Nicki Minaj went off. Birdman went off as we call him baby. Lil Wayne came on but he didn't go off. He was real political with it. He just said he hurt. But you had this one dude, D1. Nah, let me tell you about D1. Since D1 been rapping, he's been about God. Positivity. No negative. God and positivity. Trust me on that. That's a fact. That's a fact. That's what he's been on. He's been standing 10 tools down on that since day one. Seemed like he's going a little bit harder since day one, but he's been standing 10 tools down on. Look, I'm about God and positivity, about church positivity. About, you know, I ain't gonna say church, but he's about positivity. I think he went to Delgado College if I'm not mistaken. And that's what he's about. So he came off and he stood up for Kendrick Lamar. Man, they went up. People that he hung with, people that he dealt with, they went against him hard on that. Hard like, even some of them made threats. You better not come back here. You better not come back here. You know, stuff like this. And basically he's just basically saying I'm standing on what I'm standing on. Why? Now all of a sudden I'm getting threats by people I knew. Friends and everything. See. Was he wrong? In my opinion? No, that's his opinion. That's his opinion. You understand? That's his opinion. If he felt like Lewayne or whatever was not fit for the Super Bowl halftime show, Kendrick Lamar is, that's his opinion. Should people want to hurt him for that? No. See, we have to get out of that. You know, we have to get out this child state of mind. The child state of mind, man, you disagree with me, you're an enemy. Now I want to hurt you. Now I want to fight because I don't agree with you. Or you don't agree with me and now we want to hurt each other. Man, that's garbage. That's childish. That is childish. And the Super Bowl not here yet. So you never know what's going to happen. Because believe me, New Orleans is a different city. Let me tell you people out there that's listening, that's not from New Orleans. We are a different city. We are different. Never now. At first it was strong. Now it was kind of not as strong. But New Orleans never gave a hoot about anyone but New Orleans. All right, let's say that again. New Orleans never cared about anyone with my generation, the generation before. This new generation, we own some new stuff. New Orleans always had and still had over those kind of watered down our own culture, our own stars, our own people that we mess with. And if you come here from out of town, that's why stores love coming to New Orleans. You ever hear them say I love New Orleans? That's my favorite city. They come here and you know, you don't get that many people rushing you. Like if you in LA and New York, you don't get that. Lately, I think it kind of uprots, like I say, this new generation is different. But other than that, man, we bought out wheat. If you was a local celebrity, they might be a little different. But no, we didn't care about the outside world. You know, we just didn't. And it's still kind of like that. So when you say Kendrick Lamar, I don't know if they thought it would be like, "Oh, that's Kendrick, that's Kendrick." You still might have that, but in the city of New Orleans, man, we don't give a hoo about Kendrick. I'm speaking for New Orleans. Me, I don't have a dog in this fight. I really don't care. Just being honest. Now, they didn't expect this pushback. So now, Jay-Z, I don't know if one of Jay-Z's friends, he's from New Orleans, somebody he signed, Jay-Z signed him. Let's keep it a thousand. Did he ever come out with an album? And how long did it take? Why did Jay-Z sign you? You know, people sign you and sit on you because they figure you too good. You know that? I'm not saying that's what happened. Who knows what happened in the inside? But that's how I always felt about this cat. Um, Jay Electronica. Jay Electronica stood up for Jay-Z. Basically said, I'm standing up for Jay-Z, basically. And then he said, well, wait a minute, you can't blame Jay-Z. He don't control all that. But wait, let's stop right here. What do you mean he don't control the performance? That's what we were told. So again, we have this pants on one to be the face of something. So you can fix the NFL or what is this? What is this? So do he control performances? Do he ever say so or not? 'Cause now I'm on a whole 'nother route with this. Like, okay, the way not performing cool. So for, he's not. Okay, cool. D1 got the entire city beef and not beef with him because he took up for Kendrick Lamar. Yeah, cool. His opinion, but cool. It happens. But now you saying now you saying Jay-Z don't control performances? Wait a minute, I thought he did. Yeah, he didn't expect that backlash. I think it's bull. I think he do have say so performed. But if he don't, it's not for fetch neither because it is a rare occurrence of someone behind the scenes paying a stall or a rapper or someone famous to be the face of something just so it can push further. So is this not something that's, I cannot say, that's, um, for fetched? But we here now. And D1 is catching on type of backlash. And let me tell you something, man. Um, I don't think it's fair. I don't think it's warranted. I believe that you should be entitled to your own opinion. And I would appreciate if Lil Wayne step up and say, hey, man, that's his opinion. We don't need to be trying to fight anyone or beef out with anyone over their opinion. It doesn't make sense at all. It just don't. And we have to come to a, I cannot say. Ah, what's the right word I want to use? We have to come to. I don't want to down anyone by saying, not childish. Well, we have to grow up hell with it. I'm just going to say it. We must grow up. We must grow up, man. And kill it. And kill that. Super Bowl is coming to New Orleans in 2025. I would love for my Saints to be in them. The first game, we look good. We look good. Now, everyone said, man, that's the Panthers. They were two in whatever next year. Well, yeah, if that's true and it is true, then we beat them. How we supposed to beat them? 47 to 10. So if that's true, which it is true, I keep saying if. We beat them how we were supposed to beat them. Now, here's the thing. Last year, they were said. And we barely squeaked by it. Why? Because in my opinion, everyone knew Pete called Michael's playbook the entire NFL. That's why I don't think Denver going anywhere. I'm just being honest. Everyone knew Pete called Michael's playbook. Pete called Michael, neither retired. It's gone. It's done. You could tell. You can tell throughout the years, it's almost like the fenders there before the ball get there. You know, but now we have a new offensive coordinator. That's called in place. Could be that.
