-Hey guys, welcome into the Gorilla Sports Podcast. I'm your host Alex Bullpin, and it is Saturday, September the 14th. Let's go. What a night we had last night. So we had five plays going yesterday, and we went five and oh, oh, baby. Now after three break even days in a row, we had a beautiful five and oh sweep yesterday. Let's get into what we had. So our first play was my favorite play, and we took the San Diego Padres on the Moneyline. We couldn't have called this one any better. We said Dylan Sees was going to give up little to no hits and little to no runs, and what do you know San Diego goes on to win five and nothing easy. No sweat winner, love that. Our next plays we took a half a unit and we put it on the Kansas City Royals on the Moneyline. This was also a no sweat easy winner. They were up five nothing as well, and it would be an 8-3 final as they ended up getting them up three runs in the eighth and ninth inning to kind of make it less embarrassing. But that was a monster, loved that as well. And then we had three batter parlays that we had going yesterday. We took Bobby Whit and we paired it with Lawrence Butler, winner. We took Vladigorero, paired it with Globertores, winner. We took Mandy Machano and paired it with Xavier, excuse me, Xavier Edwards, winner. Love it. All right. After smashing yesterday, and of course they had some same game parlays and boost stuff like that. Have you boosted any of our players together? You were a winner. I had a same game parlay boost. I took it all and put it on the San Diego Padres. So I took them to win by one and a half runs, which is always the play when you're back in the road team. You usually don't want to take a home team as a minus one and a half run favorite as I tried to tell my brother yesterday as he bet on the Blue Jays. That didn't go well. Hey, they won the game, but they weren't winning by minus one and a half runs at home. And especially if it's going to be a close tight game. The only way to win those is to get a walk off home run. That's not easy to do, even in Toronto. All right. So our plays today, as we are going to take Lawrence Butler of the Oakland A's to get one hit and we're going to pair that with Jordan Alvarez of the Houston Astros to get one hit. One of the two of these guys together, you get a minus one 24. So a decent price there. Now Lawrence Butler is on a 21 game hitting streak. He's going versus Chris flexing today, who gives up 10.09 hits per nine. So that's a great little combination for these two guys together. And we're going to pair him with Jordan Alvarez. Now this guy is back in 429 with two home runs versus Tyler Anderson. He best three 76 versus left handed pitching. So it's a beautiful combination to get these two guys together to get one hit each and get it at a minus one 24. Our next play is we are going to take Vlady Guerrero to get one hit and we're going to pair that with Jose Altuve to get one hit. And when you pair these two guys together, it's a little juicy. It's a minus one 31, but I think the juice is worth the squeeze today. We're going to take Vlady Guerrero to get one hit. Now he's got three 57 in 15 play appearances versus Kyle Gibson. He that's three 47 at home and he's been an absolute monster this year. Now we're going to pair him with Jose Altuve of the Houston Astros. Now he's back in four for nine, that four 44 versus Tyler Anderson and he's two for three versus him this year in 2024. Great combination when you pair these two guys together at minus one 31, not a bad price. Our last and final play today is we're going to take Cody Bellinger of the Chicago Cubs to get one hit and we're going to pair him with Raphael Dever's of the Boston Red Sox. Cody Bellinger is about 345 in 45 play appearances versus Kyle Freedoms. Kyle freely gives up 10.31 hits per nine and we're in header friendly Coors Field. So love that combination. Now we're going with Raphael Dever's. He's going versus Garrett Cole. He destroys Garrett Cole. His background on him is insane. Now he's 10 for 23 so he's got four 35 great number. He's got six home runs versus him. We bet on him once already this year versus Garrett Cole. He went two for three with a homer in 2024. Love that. You pair Cody Bellinger to get one hit and Raphael Dever's to get one hit and you get a minus one 17 price. That's beautiful. We got just the three plays going today. We got a nice juicy bank roll going into tomorrow. I have a ton of football plays I love for tomorrow so come back and check out me tomorrow and if you're rocking with me, let's roll.
