[BLANK_AUDIO] >> My friends are degenerates, but I've never changed them. Like your sheets and hypocrites, knock inside for a save. >> 35, 40, 45, 50, 45, there goes Davis. >> My God. >> Davis is gonna run it all the way back. He's gonna win the football game. >> But it comes free to Henry, and now the Allen, here goes three-pointer. >> Got it. >> One, three, two, three, two, anyway. >> It's time to do something. Socks for the win. [NOISE] >> You're listening to the Best of News podcast with your house, Cody Mitchell, it's on her all day. >> Best of Juice podcast, week two of College Football is in the books. We had a crazy weekend there, made some money, hung out with a bunch of friends, hanging about, well, we have five TVs out there, some more quad screens. We had multiple games going on and on, so that is, at some point, it's, it's awesome, but it's too much. I can't, I can't, we're gonna get to some games where I lost focus for about 20 minutes, and the game completely switched. >> Yeah, though, these, week one isn't that way because like you have Thursday and Friday games. There weren't many weekday games, so it was just kind of an overload. It'll be nicer once we get into like October, November, and we got mid-week games to kind of take away from the slate, cuz I still feel like there were games that we completely missed, that were going on, and then we were last second throwing them on. It was just pandemonium, but amazing. >> And there's a lot of many of you got a lot of dudes coming up. If you have like five dudes in the same area, there's gonna be some stupid sports take that nobody can prove either side, and we're gonna sit there and debate it for an hour. It happens every fucking time. >> There were some takes flying. >> Yes, and you can't prove any of it either, so it makes no sense. >> I don't know, there was the hottest one that we had that we immediately shut down. >> Which one? >> JR's take that the NFC was harder than that. >> That's a tough one, that was a tough take. >> [LAUGH] >> Like Hunter had the right quote. He's like, it probably goes, the 49ers will be in the top three. The Lions will be somewhere in the top seven, and then it's the Eagles may be somewhere else, but like seven of your top tenor in the NFC, or the AFC. There's teams out of the playoff picture in the AFC. That would be maybe a two or three-seater than that. >> He's right, he's fuming right now, but hearing this. >> We will get, yeah, well, he's also in mourning. We will get to one of the games that cost him a substantial amount of money. >> We're both in mourning. >> Yeah, this is NFL take, so, or NFL bats, we can talk about it real quick. Connor is a CD lamb touchdown away from hitting, that would have been, what, 1,500? >> Yeah, five to win 1,500. >> Yeah, dollars, yeah. The one that was probably damn near, like you probably had to bet juice on that all night. >> No, it was plus 1.35. You got to think of the match of going up against Denza Ward or Craig Newsome. >> Yeah, but he's probably still one of the long, the shorter. >> No, he was on, he was the, I think the longest in the whole thing. >> Really? >> Yeah, hold on, I can see if I-- >> I would not expect to that by any minute. >> He was, if I remember correctly, he was plus, he was plus 1.25. Everybody else, Alvin Kamara and, well, Justin Jefferson at plus 1.35 was the longest. >> I guess he is a receiver. >> Alvin, well, and who knows that quarterback. And then Alvin Kamara at plus 1.30, but still like, I hate looking at this, because, god damn, I know what's going to end up happening. And I think a lot of people that listen to this show can attest to this. I'm going to keep doing this every single week. This is the closest that I'm going to be. >> 1,000%. >> I know, it's just the way the gambling gods are, but it would have been a hell of a way to start. >> And that's the shooting thing too, is there's like no, there's no way to like, hedge it, really? >> I mean, there's-- I believe ESPN still has odds on no for touchdown. And there are some books that you can hedge sort of that way. But when he's plus 1.25, I'm kind of laying a little bit juice. >> And the fact that there's another, you had a late guy too. >> Mm-hm. >> Like Gibbs was late, so it's kind of difficult. >> Yeah, but I mean, I was more worried about Kenneth Walker, because just watching that game, Seattle is doing everything to shoot themselves in the place. But fuck NFL, let's get straight to college football, starting off with, I love this, Texas 31, Michigan 12, dominant win. >> Yeah, that score to me was closer than what it was actually going on. >> Michigan buttoned it up at the end of the game, but Texas is O-line won the battle against Michigan's D-line. Zero sacks allowed, and they were able to get some holes in the run game, and for the run game ended up with 143 yards rushing. But also, Quinn Ewers was exceptional in this game. 24 for 36, 246 yards, three touchdowns. I mean, there's a reason why now he got moved up to the favorite for the Heisman. I mean, that was just in a big game, he showed out. And I think we're seeing the best version of Quinn now. Like, I know over the last couple of years with like the injuries, we've had some questions. He looks like he's playing his best football this year. >> For sure. I mean, it's only two weeks in, but maybe you just beat a top 10 team and worked Colorado State and could get anything he's wanted offensively. >> Defense looked pretty good, but also Michigan's offense sucks. >> That's kind of hard to argue with this one, it is not good. >> I mean, the biggest question for Michigan, do you have a quarterback? Like, I don't know of this two QB system that you're trying to do works. And honestly, I don't know about Warren as a passer. I mean, for the majority of that first half, Texas was just daring them to throw the ball. >> Like, how bad a passing is Alex Orgy that he cannot be outdated as Warren? >> I don't know, but I mean, Texas had the right game plan anytime Orgy came into the game, they knew he was running it. >> Well. >> They ran the same play with him every single fucking time he was in. >> They ran straight up the middle. >> Exactly. >> No sense at all. >> Yeah. Feels like the only person on this offense is like Colston leveling it. I kind of feel bad for him because he has to do a lot. For on the flip side for Michigan on the defense, Texas was basically picking on every secondary player that was not named Will Johnson. They were able to just pick apart the defense. And like the biggest thing for me was, and what made Quinn so great were, I think it was those first two touchdowns that he had. They weren't like they, they were out of structure. Like he, the first read wasn't there. So he kept having to move around to reads and then have to roll a little bit. But finding the tight end in the back of the end zone, like that was on a little bit of a like rollout. And he was just able to find him. It was just a masterclass by Quinn Ewers. I don't know what to expect from Michigan. I still believe that there's talent on this team that it still comes down to like two more games between Ohio State and who else do USC possibly. And they play Oregon. Yeah. And like the big, like what Texas was able to do was win on the offensive line and spread Texas out. So I mean, I think that Oregon is going to be able to do that to Texas. Or I mean to Michigan, USC is going to be able to stretch them out. I don't know about the offensive line against this defensive line. And I believe Ohio State's going to be able to kind of do whatever they want to, whether it's spread them out or whatever it is. But yeah, it's, it's going to be long stretch for Michigan, I think. I don't know where they go from here. Because to me, I feel like Texas lost or like left a lot out on the field. Like you had the late hold call where we just assumed watching the game. It was a celebration penalty. Yeah, it was like, like I said, that flag in the Miami, Ohio State National Championship wasn't even as long as that flag came out. It was so fucking late. It was. It was a hold. It was. Yes. But and then it leads to Texas missing a field goal. And it seemed like the offense kind of puttered a couple of times too. I don't think Michigan's defense is nearly as good as it was last season. The offense, I don't know what like I. If Davis Warren is your best answer at quarterback, like they could probably win eight games. Yeah, it seems like they, they were going into the season, hoping that Orgy was just going to win the job in the off season. And apparently he didn't. And I think they're kind of regretting not like looking into the portal a little bit more. I mean, you think like they have no there. This is probably a day when ball club in Texas. Still think they can get under 10 and a half like a bet, but. They are really fucking good. That Georgia game is just going to be so great when it happens. Oh, yeah, it's going to be amazing. We potentially wanted to match up at the time. Now to the upset that I don't think anyone outside of the state of Illinois saw coming. Northern Illinois 16, no term. Dame 14. Oh, buddy max. This is the max first ever win against a top five team. They were oh and 51 before. And this is also Northern Illinois's first win against a top 10 team ever. And it was a top technically their first win against the top five opponent too. But still just absolutely insane. We ended up getting to this game late and ended up getting to see the finish. But NIU was just able to get the most yards on Notre Dame's defense since 2002 against USC where they allowed 436. That was also a loss. They were able to get more passing yards despite having 13 less attempts and half of the completions. They had 10 completions compared to Notre Dame's 20. And they just did a great job of controlling the clock. They held it for 34 minutes and 38 seconds to miss or to Notre Dame's 25 minutes and 22 seconds. They out gained Notre Dame by 102 and shout out to Ontario Brown who was a dog in this game. 20 carries for 99 yards. Two receptions for 126 yards and one touchdown. He did have the long touchdown reception for 83 yards and another 40 yarder. I mean they did ever they had the perfect recipe and on the flip side. I love Riley Leonard. I want to preface that. But he kind of showed his limitations as a passer 20 for 32, 163 yards of 5.1 average per reception and two interceptions. Yeah college football. You were able to trade in college football and trading him to Texas A&M and swapping him and Wegman right now would be I think a match made to have it from both sides. Yeah it's we've seen this from Notre Dame in the Marcus Freeman era. Especially what was it two years ago after the Ohio State lost you last year. No no no they lost to Marshall into yeah yeah that was but they did they look like they had no juice whatsoever. I rewatch this game and just like there were times that just look like they were sleepwalking and kind of hoping that like oh the talent will eventually get us the win but they just didn't have any juice after all of the hype of this offense with Riley Leonard in there. You brought in all these wide receivers just this was a giant crash down. Yeah I mean I I think we overreacted to Notre Dame Beaten. I like I kind of said when we talked about that game this kind it kind of felt like a mid-off and I think that's that points kind of it's yeah it might have came true a little bit. I think the it's not one of those flooky crazy upsets either. I think the just the better team that day won. I think the team that wanted it more got the win. Yeah and that just reflects like Marcus Freeman is not a good football coach. Like I you're I know as your guy who played Ohio State but to be the head coach of Notre Dame you got to be better than that. I almost texted this to you when I was rewatching it. It it kind of reminds me back to when Tressel got fired we brought in Fickle. What what's happening to Notre Dame is what would have happened to Ohio State if we didn't hire Urban and just went with Luke. Yeah like obviously obviously the school is going to recruit itself you're going to get players but is he a good coach and I hate saying that because I still think that it no matter his path he was going to be a head coach at some point. I just think right now he it's too big of a job. He needs to learn somewhere else before he gets this big of a job. Like you have the bowl game that he blew like a 28 to 7 game gets Oklahoma State. You have the 10 men on the field situation Ohio State. You lose the Marshall and now you lose Northern Illinois. You're not ready to be the head coach in Notre Dame. So maybe I shouldn't say a not a good coach. He's not ready for a P4 job right now. He needs to go to Marshall and be the head coach. He needs to go. I don't even think I don't even think that. I think he needs like even one of the lower P4 jobs. I think he could do good at like if you put him like put him at a Purdue I think he could do good there. It's just he needs to well if he can't beat the the worst teams he's not going to be able to step up and beat teams with more talent than if he's complete. He's lost now two games where he's completely had way more talent than everybody else. No, I understand that. But I don't even think he needs to go to the G5 though. But I just I would hire him at P4 school. I just think that I don't know. It's going to be interesting to see how this the rest of the season goes for Notre Dame and then to see what they end up doing in the off season. I mean if you go if you go on if you went out like it's I understand this is a bad loss. But if you went out make it to the playoff like it's kind of hard to fire him then. Oh yeah. But if it comes down the road we'll look back at this game and like yeah this was one of the games kind of like how we look back to that Marshall game. So we annoyed to Notre Dame as they clinched the playoffs after week one. Now I think it's come down to you have to win out or Northern Illinois goes like 11 and one. And even even if they go 11 and one dude that loss. I mean yeah if they end up winning if Northern Illinois ends up winning the Mac goes like I don't know 10 and two or some shit like that. Yeah maybe then it doesn't look as bad but who knows. But also I don't they're not running the table like it's not going to happen like they they were not I don't think they're beating Louis though. They're not I USC right now looks a lot better. I think they lose the army play not army. Yeah so I don't know that I think that's a neutral site. I'm pretty sure the service academy games were. Oh yeah yeah right but yeah either way. I'm not going to overreact too much but Notre Dame I do not see my playoffs. All right next game in the battle of the Psyhawk Iowa State wins 20 to 19. I look away for 20 minutes and this score is different. I don't know how you look the way when it was on the big screen. I just like because I. Well also like it was a chopped up as a win. The first half was kind of uneventful. Both teams kind of trying to feel it out. I know Iowa went into halftime with a lead but I was halftime adjustments just won them the game. Honestly besides the halftime adjustments which they ended up finding something at halftime that was working for the offense because. After that Jalen Noel and Jayden Higgins just went off in that second half. But the biggest difference outside of the QB was just. Iowa State won the wide receiver battle in just the widest of possible margins. Iowa's wide receivers are like Mac level. Like I'm not trying to be mean but they don't recruit wide receivers. Like to even a big 10 level. They it's got awful what they do with wide receiver recruiting. But like I said for Jalen Noel burned them for the 75 yard touchdown and then Jayden Higgins who had eight receptions for 68 yards and a TD. Like those guys were just the absolute difference. Iowa's was able to turn it on in that second half and ultimately win the game. But why is Kade McNamara starting? You brought in Brendan Sullivan from Northwestern who. Pulled a good season kind of out of his ass for Northwestern. But Kade was thirteen to twenty nine ninety nine yards and two picks. He just was not good and I mean I get it. He doesn't have that many weapons but come on. I think maybe he's sold him I'd just be too good. I don't know he might be able to throw the ball a little bit better. I don't know it's just not want them to move the ball. I mean they were able to run the ball so effectively if you just have a little bit of passing game like it's just so tough to watch. It is and I can't imagine being an Iowa fan because you're you're literally rolling out on elite defense every single week. And if you could just have something on offense just twenty four twenty five twenty eight points a game like you could be not just come time with no if you're competing for big ten titles still but I mean you're you could probably almost pencil them into the playoff every year. And that's a tough one that that really sucks. Obviously we had I had the minus three had a money when playing them too. So that sucks but I think one thing is yes I think they did lose that game but I'm impressed by I would say a little bit. That's a game you normally lose you drop you got down to thirteen against Iowa. In this rivalry if I was up thirteen nothing you could most of the time turn it off the games over. But kind of a situation where those wide receivers just like out-athleted I know I keep making that word up I'm gonna keep using it. They out-athleted Iowa. They did and I would say it's an interesting team here. I think the I had I picked the rover on the show and I thought they could be good but I didn't see them like intending for the big 12. And I'm not saying they are right now but that is an impressive impressive one. I'm just trying to remember I thought I bet their win total with that. It was seven and a half of the number. I guess I didn't bet it. I don't know I have too many bets so. Yeah I don't know if I didn't actually bet it but I think I lean like the under but I mean it doesn't matter really that I mean this this was just a phenomenal game from Iowa State to kind of get right in this rivalry game and kind of build some momentum in this rivalry. I'm just going to schedule kind of opens up a little bit as well. Next game Penn State 34 Bowling Green 27. Oh boy was this a game. Penn State kind of turned on the defense in the second half only allowing three points and only allowed 89 yards on 33 points but and they were also able to get both a Connor Basel X INT's in the second half. But yeah it took took the offense a little bit to get started. I get it though it's still early in the season still trying to build that chemistry and everything like that but I mean this run game is still so phenomenal for them. Trying to remember what their stats were or pull up their stats. Come on work Damien. What gave me looking at a Penn State. Yes Singleton ended up with 119 yards and Alan ended up with 101 yards but I got give credit to BG they came out to play and executed extremely well. Baselak was a dog 25 for 39 254 yards two touchdowns two INT's and they also have some pretty good passcatchers and tight end Harold Fanon Jr. and wide receiver Malcolm Johnson Jr. They combined for 218 yards and two touchdowns in this game kind of worked that Penn State secondary a little bit but I want I'll also give a shout out for Penn State Tyler Warren the tight end eight receptions 146 yards. I mean obviously we know that Penn State loves their tight end but my God where they show him Warren some love in this game. Yeah like obviously you should be BG by more than that if you're Penn State. Also I think BG's a lot better than people are giving them credit. Like I know Northern Iowa just picked or just picked off Notre Dame. This this Bowling Green team has a lot of talent. Baselak we saw at Mizzou and I think he's getting better. Yeah they can they can win the Mac for sure but like no excuse you should be BG by more but could just be a sleepy spot. You had a big win in week one and everybody's anointing you a like a big 10 to win the big 10 contender this shit happens. I'm not going to freak out about it. Yeah we'll see how they got Kent State on deck. So like I did not downgrade Penn State a single point in the power ratings. All right next game kind of a crazy ass game Oklahoma State 39 Arkansas 31 in double over time. Yeah if you got Arkansas plus seven and a half I'm sorry. If you had the under I am sorry for you. This game was Oklahoma State was down 21 to 7 until 645 in the third quarter then slowly clawed back in until they took the lead then after that Arkansas answered with a touchdown. Oklahoma State kicks a field goal. Arkansas kicks a field goal as time expires in the first overtime. Both kickers missed a field goal in the second overtime. Oklahoma State starts with it. Ollie Gordon scores a rushing touchdown. They get the two point conversion and then after that Arkansas couldn't answer. In this game Arkansas out game Oklahoma State 648 to 385 and lost. Yeah and I ended up seeing this right before we got before you actually showed up to your house. Just a little insight to how crazy this loss was. Since 2020 there have been 338 games where a team put up 550 plus yards and out gained its opponent by 200 yards. Those teams are 337 and one now thanks to Arkansas. Insanity. The average score of those games is 53 to 15. The last loss of that criteria was Miami back in 2019 where they out gained Virginia Tech. For or what was it? 563 to 337 and they ended up throwing four picks in that game. That's kind of why they lost it. The thing was like they got there was a lot of luck in this game. Obviously the in the first half the only touchdown that they scored was a flooky ass pick six that they take like I think it was like 70. Then yards just I don't know what to take away from this game. Like I want to upgrade Arkansas because the offense was able to get 648 yards and tailing green looked fucking good Raheem Sanders looked like the best running back on that field with a field that had Ollie Gordon on it. I want to downgrade Oklahoma State but they fucking won. Yeah I kind of I think I would probably downgrade them a little bit. If you're Sam Pibben you got to be like you got to be really upset. Give credit to Road Rash face because he's finding a way to make this offense work and as somebody that gave out the Arkansas win total under I'm a little bit nervous. I'm being honest this offense kind of looks competent and they have some pieces on defense. Yeah this could potentially be a game where you look back in the Arkansas season or maybe one they're five and seven instead of six and six and they pull the plug on Pibben. So like this is one you really could have it probably wouldn't save your job but it would have definitely been a really nice win to making you the head coach for next season. All right we'll hit the late slate really quick. These games are kind of a little bit of blowouts. Tennessee 51 NC State 10. Just different level of player on both sides. Tennessee just out-athlete in them. It was a little bit of slow start for Tennessee's offense but then as soon as it started clicking the damn just broke. Yeah Tennessee is really good. Grayson McCall is not the same without Jamie Chadwell. He was not good last season. Coastal right now their offense actually looks pretty good. Yeah I- Well Chadwell is not there. Huh Chadwell is not there. I know but I'm saying it looks way better when he left. Yeah so I don't have. I mean I'm not just going to give it up. I don't expect NC State to play off like I predicted. I thank you. Yeah yeah. Goals win eight games. I'm hoping that they could still kind of hopefully sneak into the ACC championship game for me but I like if they got out-athleteed by Tennessee they'll probably end up getting out athleteed by Miami possibly Clemson. But the second you start doubting Dave Dorn is one of the kinds of way to bring it back. So don't freak out too much. No next game Nebraska 28 Colorado 10 don't let that score fool you. This game was a lot more of an ass kicking than that score shows. Nebraska played a perfect game plan with keep on defense with keeping everything in front of them and make Colorado try to be methodical and not get the over like the they're big play offense. If you take that away from them you're kind of forcing them to do something that they're not used to and they dared Colorado to run the ball. They were only putting five in the box. They were if any coach in college football sees five people in the box consistently they're going to run it every single fucking time but they dared them and Colorado just didn't take the dare and flat out couldn't run the ball. Well it's because their coach is a moron. Like let's say what it is he's the worst FBS coach there is. Like by probably a pretty good margin. He's not proven anything and I think likes the camera more than anything else. You know why he was throwing what's throwing the ball instead of running it? It's because the sun's the quarterback and he wants to pat his stats up. This is the last year of Deon Sanders. There's no way he comes back right. He's going to lose Travis Hunter. He's losing Shader Sanders. They're going to win three or four games. Like he does not like football coach and he didn't even put guys around him that are competent football minds. He hired Sean Lewis. Well I think it's a great coach fired him because they lost like three games in a row. What do they want? They've won like two of their last 10 games. Like I heard but Ellie was saying it's good for the sport because like it just brings viewership to like more of like the late slate and it's something interesting for cultural ball but it to me it's like if you're a head coach at like an aspiring head coach in FCS that wants a P4 job. This would piss me off that this guy is out here being a head coach. Like I think either if it's on his terms or Colorado's terms. This is this is it. And JR if Colorado 101 would have won like a grand. So he was pretty pissed off. And then we tried to one and then we all had like one unit on Nebraska. We did it. Yeah we tried to tell him but one lesson. Nope. All right. Go through the rest of the slate. Kansas State 34 to lane 27. Yeah. This was a game. I know I didn't hit it on the big ones but toying game to fucking play. Kansas state stop scheduling games at Tulane. Please for the love of God or you know what just don't even schedule them. No matter what. Yeah. I mean I cast an eye and a half but I feel like I left it out there. I think Tulane could have won this game. Yeah. Avery needs to work more as a passer game that we had a lot of eyes on. Syracuse 31 Georgia Tech 28. Good game by Syracuse. Calamacord looked very, very good. Good control of the offense. I mean this is kind of what I thought like this was going to be one of the best quarterbacks they've had in a while and he was able to do well. No. Calamacord is really good. Have you heard Brock's take on why he's so good in two games? Why? Because he was always behind on the throws at Ohio State and now he's playing Syracuse. They're not as good of athletes. He's on time. I'm like math checks out. I'm not saying that's right by any means but I like where your head's at. No because I mean at Ohio State there were a lot of throws behind people and everything like that but either way good win by Syracuse. This is why I took their win total and put like a little dash on them to win the ACC. I think that Frank Brown is doing good things there. Next game, Minnesota 48, Rhode Island, zero. No eyes on it at all. Rutgers 49, Akron 17. Yeah I know it's Akron but Rutgers thinks 49. You got to be impressed. Crazy ass game pit goes into Cincinnati wins 28, 27. I don't know what it was. They were down seven. They were down 27 to six in the four minutes and 50 seconds left in the third quarter. And yeah, just fucking came back. We're able to throw the ball a lot. I didn't like coming into the season but I'm kind of changing my tune a little bit. I don't think you can play. Yeah, whole scene can play and it looks like the fire that they put under now Daisy C caught his attention, Yukon 63, Merrimack 17. Cash this one, Memphis 38, Troy 17. Big game this week. Oh huge one, which was it. That's why this impressed me a little bit too. Cause you know they had to be looking at it a little bit. Army goes into FAU and wins 24 to seven. Even got even got a little bit tricky with the kick. They did a fake field goal and still it was kind of an option play. But the punter just ran right. The army's good. Yeah, they are. They definitely are. I had that money line too. So that was nice. Texas A&M 52, McNeese 10. Good bounce back. Yeah. Georgia 48, Tennessee Tech 3. Tennessee still scored more. Yep. We'll see how that game goes. Ball State 42, Missouri State 34. Oddly enough, we had this on one of the small TVs. This was a hell of a game. It was. It was actually a good game. Missouri State's going to be drawing the FPS next year too. So good boy for ball state. Completely missed that this upset actually happened. St. Francis PA 23, Ken State 17. Ken is again really bad. Yeah. And, uh, God. I know they play somebody next. Who is it? Uh, Tennessee. Yeah. 89 is the number. Oh God. I don't want to lay. I want to lay it. I want to lay it so bad. Uh, UNLV 72 Utah Tech 14. Poor Deacon Hill. I mean, he did good. 14 28, 188 yards. Two touchdowns. One pick. Uh, let's see. He must have gotten sacked like four times, but, uh, yeah. Uh, and I mean, Saluka didn't even have to do shit. Eight for 17, 161 yards. They like ran the ball, but he did have three touchdowns. But yeah, you said it ran for 503 yards. Just insane. Uh, I'm sorry. I had to say it. Uh, Utah 23 Baylor 12. That's so fucking lame. They're using it. You did get fucked when Cam rising did injured his hand. Well, that's the, I know it's an injury not related to his, uh, the leg injury. It is his throwing hand. Yes. I know that, but to do sometimes people just have an act of getting hurt. And if Cam rising is not there for, if he misses some significant time with whether it's this or something else that occurs, like Utah is not winning the big 12. Yeah, they could have, uh, easily lost this game, but give credit to the defense. Uh, it did suck watching it. Daekwamp then just was getting fucking wrecked out. Defense is still really good. Yeah, but, uh, well, a bit nervous if they have to go to Isaac Wilson, aka Zach Wilson's little brother, because he looked like the moment was a little bit too big. Yeah. But, uh, next cash to this one, Louisville 49, Jack State 14 needed a little bit luck to cash it. I thought that hook was going to get us. Yeah. I hate, I hate the hook sometimes, but able to cash it. Louisville looks good. Um, Cody's a stooge for making me bet Jackson States went total. Yeah. They, well, I mean, I had them losing this game. So eight shit here. Cow 21 Auburn 14 Auburn's fucking bad. I'm just going to fucking say it. Um, just start looking ahead to next season. Find a fucking quarterback for the love of God. It just, you have too much talent at wide receiver to just be wasting them with Peyton Thorne, uh, eight shit here too, uh, South Carolina 31 Kentucky six. Fuck. I, yeah, that did not see this coming at all and never, I don't know what the fucking say. It was fucking 10 points spread. And you just get your pants pulled down at home and get spanked like that. Rock snakes. Yeah. I guess there was clearly a reason why he wasn't starting, um, 30 or three for 10, 30 yards, one pick. They even put fucking Gavin Whim stat in at quarterback. That's when you're, there's, that's not even a break glass for emergency. That's when you're, you're dipping well there. Yeah. And I'll give credit to Lenora Sellers 10 to 14, 166 yards, two touchdowns. Did throw one pick and kind of got knocked out of the game for a little bit. Had to throw in Robbie Ashford, but he came back and was just. It doesn't, um, doesn't Shane Beemer like kind of always be Kentucky? I have no idea. I feel like I've heard that somewhere when people were picking. I don't know. I wish I wish, I wish, I wish I would have fucking known that. Next game you want on this one. Michigan state. 27. Oh, the money line. Maryland 24. Um, I will admit the Aiden child's experience is not a funny experience whatsoever. What did he end up? Depends. 24. Oh my God. They made him throw it 39 times. What the fuck? Find fun 330, 363 yards, three touchdowns, three picks. That's my definition of fun. Maybe not good, but I mean, he, he, he's got so much talent. It's just the decision making in like between the years. He's got to be a little bit better on some of those throws. He is just staring down his number one guy and throwing it into double coverage. Doesn't make any sense. Um, I still think he could be really good. I just, maybe he's like super, super young too. So maybe next year's the year. I know in real time, this game was pissing you off to no avail. Uh, Washington 30 eastern Michigan nine. Did you end up getting the cover? Yeah, they covered. Okay. Yeah, they kicked up. Did they kick the last second field goal to get the cover? Um, no, it was a little earlier, but. I mean, yeah. Eight minutes, a 50. Argy, but the problem was Washington was they were like, they wouldn't stop. I'm like, dude, they kept calling time out. Yes. And they're going to have some fucking karma come back to him this Saturday. Uh, next one, Wisconsin 27 South Dakota 13. This was kind of a game for a bit. Yeah. Interesting taking on, uh, taking Tyler Mandike. I mean, nothing's impressive. Yeah. 17 to 27, 214 yards, one touchdown, zero picks, but the worst thing is honestly, like South Dakota was an FCS playoff team, but you're still Wisconsin. And we just every time we think of Wisconsin, a lead defense. Yeah. It's not been the case. Yeah. The transition for Luke Fickle hasn't been too easy. Uh, Toledo 38 UMass 23. This was closer at one point. And then Toledo got a couple eight scores there. Uh, Boston college kicks the shit out of Duquesne 56 to zero. Uh, this was on one of the quads. And I really didn't pay much attention to it. Uh, North Carolina 38 fifth POGI in the Charlotte. Wait, what the fuck are they? 49ers. 49ers. That's what I thought. Uh, 20. Yeah. Keep it close. Cover spread. Yeah. All you can do there. Um, who do they play it? Okay. So they, well, they played Connor Harrell. The majority of it did throw Jacobi Creswell in there a little bit. Well, not much, but yeah, uh, I have UNCs over and I'm getting a little worried about it. But I will say the schedule's so super freaking easy. Just get out of here. I'm hoping for, uh, next one. I caught one on this one on the money line. Idaho 17, Wyoming 13. They go into Laramie and pull off the upset. Also heard the starting quarterback. I thought they did. No, the starting quarterback for Idaho didn't play. Oh, who did it? Or Savoda, whatever his name is. I can't remember. Yeah. Savoda played for, uh, Wyoming, but yeah, Jack Wagner. Yeah. That's the backup. Oh, shit. That's even worse. Um, that's, I, I thought the higher within would have kept this team. Here's the thing I didn't even realize that this is a kind of, was kind of a look ahead spot for Wyoming. You know who they host now. Yeah, they have BYU, which is a rivalry game, but also Wyoming did lose their OC. He's the coach in North Dakota State now. And, and Wiley's not playing either. The, they're running back. It was like they're most of their offense last year. I think Wyoming's bad. One on this one. Navy 38 temple 11, uh, temple's bad. They're on complete auto fade. Yes. I want that. They should have a bowl game within the year. We just pair Kent State and double. Let them play. Is it, do they play who I think they play next? Who? Oh, they play coastal next. Who's, is that who you thought? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. I couldn't, I couldn't remember. I knew it was the sombelt team, but I just couldn't remember it now. I'm glad it's coastal. Oh, yeah. We're already having all my cheat. Uh, what you won on this one by a wide margin. Texas State 49 UTSA 10. Yeah. I needed a little bit of vindication on this show last week. I'm like, Hey, talk, make me bet this. And you were a grant. You weren't a grant. So I went and wrote it. Yeah. Jordan McLeod looks really fucking good in this system. 18 for 27, 309 yards, two touchdowns, one pick, but also is rushing ability. Ran for, ran six times for 30 yards and also Lincoln pair. 11 carries 109 yards rushing. Like that. If you add in a game, a rush game to this Texas state offense, that this team's going to be fucking unstoppable in the Sunday. Yeah. Enjoy it now, Texas state fans, because GJ is going to be somewhere else next year. I want him at either, I've been thinking about him at Texas tech, mostly possibly Colorado. A lot of people say Baylor. Yeah, Baylor was the other one. I can't wait. I'm going to follow him wherever he goes. Ended up winning on this one. Ole Miss 52, male Tennessee state three. Got a lovely in Kevin. Next one, Virginia Tech 31, Marshall 14. Good bounce back after the loss to Vandy. This could have been like an opponent that you've lost to before. Yeah, I mean, don't take a lot away from it still. Miami 56, Florida, and M9. Can't work. Just a phenomenal West Virginia 49. You, Al, Albany, my bad, 14. Somebody was a little bit scared at the beginning of this game. Yeah, I'm worried about the defense a little bit. Actually a lot. Completely missed this game. We might have to back Pippo Stadium. FIU 52, Central Michigan 16, mother of God. I completely missed. Central Michigan the week before hung a 60 burger on FCS school. Bike back guitar is a good coach. I will say that. Now he's just not had a lot of talent. So maybe what an introductory to the Pippo Stadium. I was, it was cool. I saw some of the pictures. Like he was out in the crowd and like, makes me want to go to an FIU game. All right. Didn't see this score whatsoever. James Madison 13 Gardener web nine or six. I'm sorry. Yeah, what's, people need to realize this is not. Yeah, this is not JZMS last year. I think Bob Chesley is a good coach. And I think they got the right guy, but I don't know if it's the same. They just lost so much. Yeah. And like seriously, they weren't F's. Last year was the first year in the FPS too. Yeah, you overachieved with a really good coach. Like it takes time. You want on the money line with this one. East Carolina 20 old Dominion 14. Um, we were favored. Oh, okay. Yeah, but still I did cover the spread there. Um, J. Garcia. I couldn't remember what you had. Let's do the weekly J. Garcia update. 25 of 38 283 yards, an average of 7.4 yards per catch. Zero touchdowns, four picks, a QV rating of 28, or 29.8. How the fuck did they win this game? He is so careless with that one. I'll tell you. Rajige, or how you pronounce the running back's name. Hey, Harris. I say Rajige. 26 carries, 131 yards rushing, two touchdowns. Yeah, big game this weekend. Um, just mother of god. Uh, didn't really have eyes on this one, but I learned, I think you ended up betting this. You just didn't give it out. Ohio 27, South Alabama 20. No, I didn't, but I told my hunter in jail. I think we had a group ride on that. Yeah, they were OU alum. So I was like, go, I would bet that one. If I had to pick a side on it. Ignore the score on this one. Alabama 42, South Alabama 16. Yeah, we talked about a lot of wins that I've had here. So far, let's talk about a loss here. Cause I was. You're almost back toward the fucking hell. Yeah, but like this. This was a 16 to 21 point game in the fourth quarter. 645 left in the fourth quarter. And this score was 16 to 21. And then touchdown, Ryan Williams, 43 yard pass. Then another touchdown. GM Williams, 56 yarder, and then Justice Haynes, a 29 yarder to kind of button this game up. I don't know what it is. The USF's defense has like, I don't want to say that they're cheating, but somehow though, some way they know how to play this Alabama defense. And I know a lot of your like, uh, handicap on this was Jaylem Melrow was benched in this game last year. And kind of want to come out. It was, I don't know what it was in that, in those first three quarters, but Alabama did not look good offensively. And I didn't see the best version of Bryce Brown that, or Byron Brown that I have seen. If he's just a little bit like closer on some of those passes, USF could have easily won this game. Yeah, release been a contention late in this game too. Cause this score is a hundred percent button up. It was, this was, I think I had 31 was the number. So it was not close. I mean, I was kind of close. Yeah, I had the over in this game. And I mean, backdoor, almost, almost close to it, but still it. Just a little bit worried about Bama. Yeah. We'll see a lot more from this weekend. Mizzou 38 Buffalo zero. Absolutely no eyes on it. Nope, Illinois 23 R Kansas Jayhawks. Unfortunately 17. Tom. Yeah. That was Jalen Daniels first loss as a starter. Or maybe not, maybe that's wrong. It was, it was weird because in, it seemed like they were able to move the ball in that first half and then just the second half, it kind of fell apart a little bit. Yeah, I, I just don't, I don't know. I mean, the schedule is really nice. And they saw a time to come back and I trust like, but also I didn't really, I didn't have no idea what the expectations were for Illinois. So, yeah, I mean, a lot of like the Illinois handicap was like, is Altmire going to take a step? Or is it going to be the same kid that we saw last year? And I mean, he took a step. Yeah. So he looks, he looks a lot more comfortable out there. I'm still just kind of keeping an eye out on both of them. I know this is like technically like a ranking upset, but I don't really view it as much of an upset. No, I mean, the spread was only like five. So Florida 45 Samford seven. Is it time for DJ Lagway to be the starter? You can't go back now. 18 for 25 led the FBS with 456 yards passing an average of 18.2 yards per completion and three touchdowns. Granite Samford, who literally lost the West Georgia, who's in division. Well, I, and I also kind of feel like, uh, he would. Napier was kind of letting him air it the fuck out to like, hey, like, I got this good recruiting there. You guys got to keep me around or you're going to lose this kid. Yeah, I, again, unfortunately the schedule is just too hard. It's not going to matter. Uh, coastal 40 William and Mary 21, uh, no, I mean, coast of the offense looks good. Score over 40 in both games. In the battle of Kentucky, Western Kentucky wins 31 to zero over Eastern Kentucky. I know it's not, but fucking try add some. It's a, uh, it used to be a rivalry game. Cause like, uh, when they were in the FCS ranks and in for basketball, they used to both be in the Ohio Valley. Uh, did not see this score whatsoever. Georgia state 24 Chattanooga 21. Yeah. Georgia stage is not good. I know. And kind of a look at the spot. Yeah. They're, I mean, they're hosting a P four game. So yeah, I mean, not even that an SEC school and undefeated SEC school. Yes. We're not going to say the name of them, but no, uh, Stanford 41 Cal Poly seven. Good. I need, I need that. That's one you got to get when you bet the one total over completely didn't know. Until yesterday they actually cashed on the, uh, money line here. Virginia 31 Wake Forest 30. As somebody who did bet the over on Virginia win total. I love that they came away with this game. Uh, Calandria is just everything that I could possibly love and hate in a quarterback. 33 of 43, 357 yards, three touchdowns, two picks. Between him, Garcia, Nate and Child's is just there. It's just James Winston reincarnated. Got to love it. Uh, Louisiana 34, Kennesaw state 10 in their first home game as an FBS school. Unfortunately, a lot of people did like Ken, Kennesaw to pull off the offset. Louisiana just too good for them. Uh, San Jose state 17 air force seven had some eyes on it, but I mean, air force was down and had to try to throw their way into this game. And obviously they're not built yet. Also, Yukon just beat Mary back by like a hundred and Air Force was struggling with them. And they might be really bad. It could be. I mean, San Jose state like good win for them, especially with like all the turnover that you've had on that team. Uh, Colorado state 38, Northern Colorado 17. Um, kind of buttoned this game up. I do believe this was a little bit of a game in that. And could be a little bit of a look ahead. Obviously get to rivalry this week. Uh, Georgia Southern 20, Nevada 17. Cashed. I had Georgia Southern and I didn't give it on the show though. So I shouldn't say cash, but I didn't have betting this one the other night. Arkansas state 28 Tulsa 24. I ate shit on the money line here, but I don't say it stinks. I know. Butch Jones is not a good coach. They should have lost the Tulsa. They should have lost week one to Central Oregon. So I loved my guy, Jalen Rainer, but I don't think this team's very good. They should be owing to, but I did bet their win total. So if you're going to give me two, two games, they probably should have lost. I'll take it every time. All right. Big win here. You, Elman, row 32, UAB six. Did they cash their win total? They're, I think there was a two and I think it was two. They're at two right now. I'm pretty sure it was two. I can't remember, but huge win for you, Elman, row, uh, kind of pull up our boy stats. I mean, just general booty nine to 16, 80. Yeah, I was waiting for you because I looked it up already. It wasn't great. But they kind of ran did good running the ball against them. But just UAB's offense just sucks. Yeah, Trent Dauffer's not also a good coach. Absolutely not. So you kind of talked about like Dion getting the job, like other coaches have to be pissed at Trent Dauffer. Yeah, at least Dion. I mean, I mean, we're talking about a man that got carried by a defense to a Super Bowl ring. Yeah. Well, at least Dion in all his antics, he did have. He's a whole famed player. That too. No Super Bowls though. Um, yeah, he did. Oh, I probably won with the Cowboys. Yeah, he did. Yeah, you're right. He was a commander too. So I can't be that mad, but what the fuck did that have? One year, Jesus Christ, um, at least Dion though, did coach at the FCS level. Yeah. Dauffer went from the high school ranks. It's just because this is all my monitor. Like he's another guy. It's not going to last year. They now even realize he went to UAB either way. Southern Miss 35 Southeast Louisiana 10 Rice 69. Nice. Texas Southern seven. Yeah. Big bounce back here. They needed that one. You kind of ate shit on this one. UCF 45 Sam Houston 14. Yeah, that one sucked. I backed the. They were never live. No, I backed the Bearcats. They were indeed not live. Good bounce back for UCF though. Um, this was kind of a game. LSU 44. Nichols 21. Yeah, I'm very much worried. Yeah, just a little bit. That's a Southland school. I know that's who I can't remember who LSU has this week. Is it somebody relevant? No, I think they have like a pretty easy stretch. Oh, no, wait, they're at South Carolina. Yeah, it's a six point spread too. I'm, I'm a litter. I'm a little hesitant because I it looks so easy, but they're that defensive. Yeah, Kentucky looked fucking easy to me too. Yeah. Uh, Vandy 55 Alcorn State 0. One went away from catching that Vandy win total over. Yeah, wait till Saturday. Uh, North Texas 35 Stephen F Austin 20. This one eight absolute absolute shit was rooting for the underdog after seeing how this offense looked. Oklahoma 16 Houston 12. What the fuck that's bad. This team this used. Maybe we maybe I kind of overreacted to UNLV thumping Houston after seeing what they did to Utah Tech. But Houston should not be good. No, and you're still Oklahoma. You should be able to put more than 16 points on the board. Yeah, no fucking kidding. Um, another game I just ate absolute dog shit on Clemson 66 Abstay 20. Um, yeah, Dabo kind of hit me the day the grave I've been digging for Dabo. He kind of smacked the fuck out of me with that shovel. I mean, I didn't see I would have leaned. They hit the over before halftime. Yeah, dude. I don't know what that was to be honest with you. And to be honest with you, I don't, I'm not just Georgia. Just that fucking good. I'm not just going to immediately crown Clemson. Anything I go back or they're going to win the ACC or not to. I'm still waiting to see. Yeah, I'm not going to, but now I'm not going to overreact to it. But if you are a Clemson fan that you should feel a little bit more confident because Kate actually looked pretty good. TCU 45 Long Island zero, uh, weird game. Like long island going to, um, TCU. This is odd. Still thinking it's weird that they're the sharks. Yeah, makes no sense either. Uh, did completely miss this Southern Utah 27. You tapped 24 in overtime. Wow. Yeah. You tip, you tip had a chance to, I think they, they had two chances to win the game in regulation. They did not. Um, this was a hell of a game. We might talk about this like a little bit longer than the other ones. Oregon 37 Boise State 34. What a fucking game granted. I missed half of it driving home after helping you find your deaf dog. Said to go for a little bit of a joy run. At like 11 o'clock at night. There we got her. We got her. But either way, this was a great game. But I am a little bit worried about Oregon because what was it? Um, two of their touchdowns. One was a punt return. The other one was a kick return for a touchdown. Well, did you see the pun return? Uh, or I got home just as he had scored it. So I didn't see the replay. Um, they chat, they reviewed it. Oh, yeah. That's right. He dropped. I don't think he was in personally, but they, but if you look at the pictures afterwards, there was an immediate recovery by Oregon in then zone. That doesn't help my case because I didn't see that. Yeah, there were, yeah, there were pictures and even the Pac 12, uh, command center. Oh, I'm sorry. Big 10. Yeah. Command center even said, yeah, the, uh, they saw that he recovered it in the end zone. So they can, well, all I saw, because I didn't get it. I didn't get it up in time. Um, all I saw was on Twitter and he dropped it early. No one showed the damn clip of him recovering it. But I mean, like outside of that, Gabriel was 18 and 21, 243 yards. Did have two touchdowns. We're kind of able to run the ball, but my God, dude, I'm so pissed that I picked Ollie Gordon in the Heisman draft. Cause the best running back in the country is at Boise State. And that is Ashton, Gente, 25 carries, 192 yards, an average of 7.7 yards of carry, three touchdowns and a long carry of 70. So fucking phenomenal. Kind of carried the offense a little bit. Madsen couldn't really get the passing game going 17 of 40 for 148 yards. Did have the one touchdown, but the average of 3.7 yards per reception just flat out, not good. Um, yeah. I mean, Boise State made this a hell of a game for Oregon. And I know Dan Lane's a defensive guy, but man, he's got, he's got some work to do on that defense because you have a lot more high powered offenses on your schedule than Boise State. I mean, uh, you play Ohio State. Um, fuck, they, they don't really play any good offense. No, but the on the flip side though is your offense is not good. No, well, I mean, that's the thing. It's like, it's efficient, but it's not getting, it's not getting the results. You fucking need. No, I've never really been a giant Dylan Gabriel guy, but I just expected in this Oregon system for him to put up. Well, he's putting up the numbers as the thing though, he's just not getting in the end zone. Yeah, it's like Bo was able to get this team a lot of points and be just as efficient, if not be more efficient than Gabriel is being. So I don't know, it's a little bit worrisome. Yeah, I mean, you got, you have till October 12th to really get your shit together because if yes, if a Boise State's putting up that money and I'm points on you, like Ohio State could drop a ton. Uh, little worried about our boys. Arizona 22, Northern Arizona 10. Yikes. No, it's. The offense is good. The, I, I, I, but we'll, we'll find out more later. Yeah, this week, uh, Washington State gets a big win. 37 16 over Texas tech. Now I know Texas tech almost lost that Abilene Christian week one, but I've been thoroughly impressed with Washington State. Oh my God. Yeah. My tier is a dog at running or at quarterback. Hey, his running ability is just absolutely insane. Carry the ball 21 times, 197 yards rushing for a fucking quarterback. Yeah, he's, I, I think Washington State's a really, really good team. I really do. And on the flip side for Texas tech, the dark, everybody's dark horse to win the big 12. It doesn't look good. Yeah. Joey McGuire's days could potentially be numbered. Fresno State 46 Sacramento State 30. Not see this score. Yikes. I just, just a little bit of a flip side going back to what we were doing. They, every book has removed Ohio State Oregon's line. So probably a wait and see. I was hoping to still try to get some value there, but damn it. Um, next one, Liberty 30 New Mexico State 24. They were losing late in that game. Yeah. And it's a little bit worrisome because this is not the same New Mexico State team from last year. This is probably one of the worst 15 FBS schools. Like Liberty looked like shit against Campbell, and they looked like shit against New Mexico State. I don't. Now, Greg, they're in Cusa, but someone's going to get him if you keep playing like this. Yeah. They're able to run the ball very well and average of 6.2 yards per carry for the whole team. But I mean, soliders, stats really aren't there. 16 or 29, 256 yards, zero touchdown, zero picks, but, Well, to think of though, like just for like playoff implications, they still have to play ECU with. So I have to play app state. Yeah. And you're probably dull. You might end up be, you might not be dogs. They're both at home though, right? Or is app state on the road? App state's on the road. I do believe. Okay. ECU is at home. So I don't know. I just, I'm a little bit worried about the flames a little bit, but I still trust Chadwell enough. Kind of ate shit on the over here. Even though fucking ahead a shot, if Skadaboo just keeps fucking wrong. Yeah, you got fucked there, dude. Arizona state 30, Mississippi state 23, just a reference. What I'm talking about in the, trying to run out the clock. Skadaboo has a wide open lane and it just looks like he's going to walk to the end zone and then just. He did the Todd girly slides down a 10 yard line and I am cussing. Is that talk early? Who is the Rams guy who was screwing everybody other bets? I think it was talk early. I own, uh, yeah, Todd. Yeah. Yeah. Well, and also Nick shrubs done it. Well, and that was home's done. Well, unfortunately, Todd girly also had the scenario where when he was with the Falcons, he tried to stop in the one yard line and fell into the end zone. Yeah. But yeah, kind of sucks. Uh, Oregon state 21 San Diego state zero. I had this on the quad a little bit. Uh, Oregon state's defense looked pretty good. Just wasn't given that South San Diego state offense, really anything. And I mean, still would have liked to seen a little bit more from Oregon state's offense, but still good. Good win. Last one here USC 48 Utah state zero. Yeah. That was a good bounce back when this is a game where you could have maybe gotten. Oh, I forgot to hit on the Friday games. And you also, did you mention Ohio state? Oh, they're at the top. They're at the top because they're, I'm doing it off of ESPN. Yeah, that's because that makes sense. Cause I always have that, but here we'll, we'll hit on the Friday games first. Indiana 77 Western Illinois three. Kirk's dignity. God love you, dude. I'm going to say I went three and oh on Friday. So I took the, I laid the 44 and a half. Um, just because Western Illinois was really, really, really bad. Is really bad. Also, I forgot to mention this. Western Illinois put up more yards on Northern Illinois than Notre Dame did. Western Illinois has not won a game in two years in the FCS level. I totally forgot about that. That's fucking hilarious. Uh, BYU 18 SMU 15. Uh, yeah, SMU is not what I fucking thought they were going to be. Nope. Cash that money line and cash the spread. BYU is good everywhere outside of quarterback or not. I wouldn't say good, but they're not like a four-win team. Like I thought they were going to be, I think they can win a few games. Yeah. And, uh, SMU finally making the switch to Jennings. Yeah. That was just announced today. I will say though, I was lower on SMU. I bet they're under, but Preston Stone, he just doesn't look right. The injury must be bothering him still because I watched that kid a lot last year. And he was really good. I thought he was one of the best four quarterbacks in the AC. Granted, I do think Jennings fits Lashley's system a lot better because of the ability to use his leg. Oh, no, for sure. And I think they're making the right decision because what we've seen in the first two weeks from Stone is just, he's not the same guy. Um, kind of ate shit on the under, even though I shouldn't have Duke 26 Northwestern 20 in double overtime. It was 13 to 13 at the end of regulation. We talked about this. Malik Murphy, I was like, this guy, thanks. And then literally turned into Peyton Manning in the last three drives of the game, ultimately leading to Duke's victory there. I cash that. I bet the plus two. I don't feel great about it. No, fuck you. No, they probably should have lost. Yeah. Fuck you. You fuck. They scored at the end of regulation. When they could have easily just won the game in regulation with a touchdown. Yeah. But pitter patter around the fucking and goal line and yeah. Yeah, it's a bad beat there. Well, but, uh, last one just because I missed it because they're at the top of my thing. Uh, Ohio State 56 Western Michigan zero just looked phenomenal. No, Ohio State was everything was clogging. They, that's the offense that I, we thought we were going to get. They got, they picked that up a little bit against Akron, but man, they every time I would, obviously it's a blowout. I'm not a high state fan. I wasn't paying attention, but we had that on the smaller quad box. Every time I looked over, it's just an Ohio State player running and there's no Western Michigan player. Yeah. I mean, it was everything that I could have possibly hoped this offense would look like the defense still extremely stout Jeremiah Smith still phenomenal. Got to even see a little bit Devin Brown and Julian sayings. Funny enough, I didn't even realize this. Devin Brown was five for five and sayings was two for two. Damn. Yeah. So hold her back competition. Uh, no, um, either way, Will Howard is still very good. Eighteen to 26, 292 yards, one touchdown. And then the combination of Quinn Sean Juckins and Trevion Henderson was just too much 108 yards from Juckins and 66 from Henderson. They'd like to see that they got, uh, some of the other backs in there, like James Peeples and, uh, Sam Williams Dixon. And I mean, Jesus Christ, I don't even know. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, 12 different players had a reception. Yeah. I mean, just very, uh, live fun to watch. When you're playing a max school and you're, how many point favorites is exactly what you want to happen. Yeah. Um, just a good quick look ahead. Pretty decent slate in my opinion now that we kind of know what teams are. It's, it's not a slate filled with rank, a lot of rank on ranked, but I still like a lot of the games. Yes. Uh, Thursday we have Arizona state at Texas. Dude, that game, I will 100% be watching this over the bills. And I can't remember that they play dolphins. I don't care because I'm watching this game. Uh, Friday nights just absolutely loaded. You got UNLV at Kansas and Arizona at Kansas state. Just two phenomenal games, in my opinion. And then on Saturday we have Alabama at Wisconsin, LSU at South Carolina, Memphis at Florida state, since the at Miami of Ohio, North Texas at Texas tech, Boston college at Mizzou, one of those ranked on ranked games that probably shouldn't be, uh, Oregon at Oregon state, Colleen at Oklahoma, Notre Dame at Purdue, Texas A&M at Florida, Wazoo versus Washington, at state at ECU in Georgia at Kentucky. Yeah, I'm going to be honest with you. I circled 20 games for potential picks. Uh, I have like, I already have seven money line dogs. Okay. So I'm not crazy because of the 20 14 of them. I think that so far this is the most underdogs that I'm willing to. I have 14 underdogs circled as like potential spreads. So yeah, there is like five underdogs that I'm betting, but then so many money. I'm going to kind of try to do something this week. I'm going to try. There's a lot of money line dogs I like. I might end up like round robbing him or something like that. I've never been a round robbing guy, but I'm going to try to figure it out. Um, before we got out of here, I'll save the Friday games for next show, because we're going to record there tonight. But we do have that Texas tech, uh, Texas state, Arizona state game. The line is Arizona state about one and a half. Over under is 59 and a half. I know we've talked about it. That number seems low. The total. Yeah, it does a little bit too. Cause Arizona state's offense looks good. So maybe that's something I would also jump for. Bet it, bet it, bet it. But I'm betting the money line. I don't, I'll take the plus one and a half, but I'm also going to bet the money line. Yep, Texas state money line, betting it. I think San Marcos is, this is their Super Bowl. Yep. Yeah. Looks really good in the first two weeks. This is a win that could maybe put you above everybody else into getting the cultural plan down the road. I'm not just going to freak out and I'm, you, you got to react to the gains, but you did your prep work in the off season. You could be wrong, but I'm not just getting ready to crown Arizona state. Wyoming's really bad and I don't think Mississippi's any good. So just because this is in San Marcos, I think Texas state gets it done. I think they do too. So all right. We will be back with our picks and preview for week three. Podge beyond your first and so. So that's it for the season. Peace. [inaudible]
