it's your daily dose of Donna. Welcome to the show. Today is Monday, September 16th. We are halfway through the month of September, which is shocking. I'm drinking my. Uh, it's like, um, hydration drink. It's kind of like, uh, it's got all the vitamins and nutrients. Because you know what? It's Monday. We're starting this week off strong. You have a lot to talk about today. Some things are interesting. Some things mean nothing. It doesn't matter. We're spending a week together. I mean, an hour together here on daily dose of Donna. I will, I'm so glad I'm so glad you're here because man, oh man, I just have been dying to get some stuff out. So let's get into it. Everyone say hi in the comments. You make sure that you let me know you're here. Okay. If this is not a one, one sided friendship, I want to know that you guys are here too. Everyone get cozy get comfy because today is of your daily dose of Donna. Yes, I cut my hair. I know, I know guys, I know you couldn't sleep all weekend long. I know you were just like at the edge of your seat. You're just like, what am I? Will she or won't she? And the truth is when I get it in my mind, it's over. I cut my hair. So Saturday morning, bright and early went to my hairdresser, said chop that shit off. I'm weighing in at the doctor later this week. Get all those split ends out of here just kidding. But I did cut a good amount off. I mean, it was like this and it was dead. Hey, it was very Blake lively. Ask you know what I mean? That just kind of frizzy dead. Hey, look. So I feel light and tight. You know, that is really what the show is about. It's a way to bring you the gossip, bring you the news, but keep you feeling light and tight. I'm all about bringing a smile to your face. Oh, man. I released a patreon episode last night. Yes, good afternoon. Talked in detail about my hairdresser and her relationship to a lot of these bands. You know, with the stories, the rumors about Dame Grohl, Foo Fighters. I mean, it's just, there's a lot going on out there. There's a lot. So make sure to tune into that. Jane's addiction is officially calling a quits. You know, we did see over the weekend, Saturday morning, while I sat down in my hairdresser's seat, the the story popped up about this Jane's addiction, you know, fight. And I could not tell you anything about Jane's addiction, except for the fact that one of the members, Dave Navarro was married to Carmen Electra. And Perry Farrell and his wife are very close with my hairdresser. She's like very in with them. So I've known about them for 20 years because of her, but I don't know the band at all. So I got a very insider scoop and not shocking at all that they did definitely cancel the rest of their tour. You know, when you're fighting on stage with each other, I feel like it's time, right? It's time to call it. So I'm not going to be fighting with any of you guys today. Okay, I'm going to keep you guys at arm's link. Just make sure you don't outshine me. I think that's why he got upset. Apparently, he felt like the band was out playing him. And, you know, front men and narcissists, they need all attention on them. It was wild to watch that fight though. Dave Navarro, Dave Navarro is someone that I just don't think about often. Like, who's thinking about Dave Navarro? However, going back to those days, those early MTV days, you know, with the newlyweds and the Shanna Mokler and Travis Barker days and the Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro show, I mean, I crave, miss and want all of those shows again in my life. However, I do have Paramount+, and you can watch a lot of these shows. And if I turn them on, I'm like, yes, I can't wait to like catch up and rewatch this. And three seconds later, I'm bored. Like, this is horrible TV. Also, all of those old MTV shows, remember, they're like, they're shot in a different aspect ratio or whatever as the shows that are shot now. So they're like half of the screen. And then you're bored, three seconds in, and you're like, why am I spending my day watching this when I can watch, you know, I don't know, anything else. Thank you guys so much with all your lovely comments. I really appreciate it. Yeah, Suki says there's a talk about Dave's messed up life. That's another thing I did find out. Both Dave Navarro and Perry Farrell have had some crazy childhood. So Dave Navarro, apparently, I'm pretty sure this is the story. His mom was killed, murdered by her boyfriend when he was 14 years old. He was here in the valley. He was just like a typical L.A. kid. Went to a high school called Notre Dame, which is in like the really close. I mean, it's a very local school. And allegedly, that's what happened. And I think they ended up finding the guy and taking him to jail, but crazy, crazy stories. You guys, before we get into today's stories, I have to shout out my new sponsor to Daily Dose of Donna. And I need you guys to listen and listen clearly, because this is a big one for me and for Lance, if you know what I'm talking about. I have a new sponsor, and that is James. Now, if you are a woman, I need you guys to understand that as a woman, we're all about self care, right? Like, we work out, we get our haircut, we cook, we eat healthy, all that we read our books, we watch our shows, we got our routines down, but what about pleasure as self care, huh? I'm talking about sexual wellness. And that's where Dame comes in. They've made it their mission to help you explore and enjoy your pleasure, because hey, that's self care too. Dame was created by women, women supporting women, right? Women supporting women who know that sometimes you need more than just a good night's sleep to feel truly rejuvenated. Their products are designed to help you connect with your body in a way that feels natural. And most importantly, fun. You know, when you think about self-pleasuring, don't you just say, I want to have fun tonight. So, guys, I'm sorry, this is, I know this is like so, this is like so ex-rated for my show, but it's fun to talk about. Take calm, for example, calm is a powerful external vibrator that's perfect for solo sessions, or a little added buzz with a partner. And if you're looking for something a bit more subtle, there's Finn, which adds just a little tiny, a tiny finger that adds a new twist to the touch you already know and love. So, Dame is all about breaking the stigma, right? Let's break the stigma right now around sexual wellness. They make it easy to find products that fit your needs to have a healthier relationship with pleasure. So, if you're ready to take your self-care routine to the next level, check out dame.com and use code daily dose 30. That's daily dose 31 word for 30% off. Trust me, it's time for some well-deserved me time. So, I need you guys to do me a favor. If you were in the market for any sort of self-love, you know, when you watch Cody on sister wives and you just get tingly, just me, just me, go and get yourself some products. And men, I know you're listening. I know your secret, major daily dose watchers, like you wouldn't tell your friends, right? You're like, yeah, I'm watching. I'm watching dope errors. You're turning on daily dose. Buy your lady something at dame.com and use code daily dose 30. Okay. And let me know in the comments which one you like. Andrew wants to know if I've said clitoris and you know what, Andrew, come on. This is a family show. Okay. This is a family show, clitoris. You know, if we're watching Mormon wives and they're talking about labia plasties, why can't we talk about dame.com? Use code daily dose 30 for 30% off. Okay. I, I think I've had it up to here with the Mormon wives talk, although I did just see a TikTok this morning. The woman that comes on the show on the video says, I am speaking from experience. She goes, I was raised by a Mormon family. My dad was raised Mormon, four kids, married young, and fully in the closet gay. He came out when I was seven years old and left the Mormon church. And she said, he and I watch secret lives of Mormon wives together. And he straight up said, within the first 10 seconds of seeing Whitney and her husband Connor, that man is gay. I'm just repeating what she said on TikTok. Season two, you never know what's going to happen. You never know what's going to happen. Hopefully Connor has bought Whitney some good dame.com products. You know, who else needs some good dame.com products? That's Mary Brown. Maybe Janelle. I can't wait to talk about sister wives. Let's just get a couple other stories in and then let's get into sister wives so we can really have fun. I do have to talk just briefly about the Emmys, but not because I want to talk about the Emmys because honestly, the Emmys, they were so not anything. The best part about the Emmys for me is that I know the nominations for the most part, whereas when I go to the, when I go to the concerts, when I watch the Oscars, I find them to be highly, you know, over my head. I don't watch any movies that get nominated for Oscars. But with the Emmys, like, you know, I'm watching a lot of the movies. I mean, TV shows, avid elementary, the bear, those are, the bear was a big winner last night. There was a show called Shogun that took home a lot of awards, but I didn't watch it, but I have good luck and I do win all these ballots. I usually win them. So I did win the ballot with all my friends. I got 14 categories right out of all of them. I loved how Alex Edelman won. That was exciting because Alex Edelman is really funny. If you guys haven't seen a standup special, especially if you are Jewish or know like the Jewish culture, it's really, really funny. There was a lot of, there was a lot of kind of fun people to watch, but honestly, I think this is the first year that the Emmys brought us nothing. Like, there was nothing interesting. I love Eugene Levy and Dan Levy as co-host. I knew they were going to rock it. I thought for sure, if you put a father and son, especially a father and son comedian duo, especially someone like Eugene Levy, who to me is the most likable person in the entire world. And then you get his son, Dan, who's gay, who's like this most, this really funny. And I say gay because it was a big part of the shtick last night. I thought it was an amazing, wonderful, wonderful kind of choice for the Emmys. And I loved how Catherine O'Hara was up there and the sister from the show, Schitt's Creek. Now, I can't remember her name was part of the show a little bit. But to be honest, I was really spending a lot of my night on the cheese plate over the charcuterie and with a little bit of move. Like, that's what I was spending my night on. So, you know that the Emmys really didn't do anything amazing. A couple things. The traders won an Emmy, which I knew was going to happen because I saw Alan coming there. And I thought there's absolutely no reason that Alan coming is at the Emmys unless he is either presenting or winning. And of course, he did win. A couple other things that I loved. I love Steve Martin. I love Martin Short. I love those two. Only murders in the building is one of my shows. Like, I love it. And it's a lover hate type of show. You know what I mean? Reese Witherspoon did make some housewives news because Heather Monahan was so sorry, Heather Monahan was interviewing her on the red carpet. And they started chatting, not Heather Monahan. I'm saying you're wrong. Heather McMahon. There's another woman named Heather Monahan. I don't know why that stuck in my head for that. But she was interviewing Reese Witherspoon and Reese Witherspoon kind of hinted that she is working on a project with a real housewife. She teased that she's working with one of Bravo's housewives franchise stars on an upcoming project. She said that, well, Heather asked, have you been watching any reality TV? And she said, I feel like I can't catch up. But I did sit next to a real housewife on a flight recently. And Heather said, are we going to name names? And she goes, um, well, we might have a hello sunshine project cooking now, but I can't say anything. But it was cool. It was very cool. So a lot of people are questioning, is it Kyle? Because Kyle's an actress? Is it Garcelle? Because Garcelle's an actress? And a lot of people are thinking, maybe it's Bethany. Because Bethany Frankle has been hinting at this really big announcement. I don't know if you guys have seen this on her TikTok. She may have put it on Instagram too. But she's hinting that she has this huge announcement in the next week or two that is going to be like the biggest thing ever that she's done. And this would track you guys. If Bethany Frankle is working with Heather, I'm sorry, with Reese Witherspoon on Hello Sunshine on a project. Interesting. Oh, okay. Well, reset. I mean, Simone says that Reese Witherspoon is only following Kyle Richards on Instagram. So she's not falling Bethany. Okay. I just thought that kind of like works. Skinny girl, chicken salad coming to a theater near you. How about like, um, what was the show? Uh, big little lies. It's like big little be big little chicken. Big little chicken salad starring Bethany Frankle and Nicole Kidman. Because Nicole Kidman always has to get in there, you know, um, Heather Page can. Oh my God. It's Heather Dubrow. Heather Dubrow, a hundred percent is working on a project with Reese Witherspoon. Just kidding. Chicken salad, the musical. You guys are so good. I love chicken. I love mayo. But I'm the only one who knows what's good. People sell me chicken salad from across the entire state. And I rate it on my TikTok. Ranswam farms was doing well until they decided they didn't like me. They're canceled. Then the next one came up and I loved it. And then they stopped returning my calls. They're canceled. So I decided to do something huge. I decided to make my own chicken salad. I took the chicken. I shredded the chicken. I mayo'd it up. I mustered it up. And I ate it with a mouth open while I was talking and closing my eyes. And I have found it. Chicken salad. Anyone? Anyone? You guys gonna buy tickets to my upcoming show? Okay. Cool. Thanks. All right. Our next story is about we're gonna move on from the Emmys. That's really all I wanted to talk about. Oh, I mean, I guess a little reality side show. Neenie, remember we talked about how Neenie was going to be doing that show with the after show with Ariana. And they did. And in this, I'll show you a little Queen's Abravo posted a little screenshot of it because I didn't watch it. I don't watch any of that shit. But Neenie looks phenomenal. Doesn't she? I think she looks great. Ariana, of course, looks gorgeous. And Justin looks like he always does. He looks good. But Neenie really looks great. Like they really pulled it off for her. So I mean, happy for them, you guys. You know, if anyone needs a comeback, it really is Ariana. She's just struggling. You guys, Ariana just can't get a job. Can't get a job. That's obviously sarcastic. You guys, Ariana, can't not get a job. Did you guys hear about this Jen and Ben story? I just have to throw it out there really fast. Jen and Ben were spotted together over the weekend at the Beverly Hills Hotel yesterday. Actually, I believe those yesterday for brunch with her kids and a couple of his kids. And when I tell you, this is, you know what I think when I think of Ben and Jen? And I understand like if their kids got so close that they wanted to kind of keep the family together, it does make sense. But they were together two years. They were married two years. You think their kids are that close that they, you know, can't like not that they wanted to be this co-parenting family. I mean, I guess it's nice. The two of them could not be seen together for the life of us when they were still married. But now that they've filed for divorce and they're actually going through with the divorce, they're showing up together again. These are people that love the cat and mouse game. These are people that love the chase. He and her own, well, I would say he probably mostly than her. She filed for divorce and all of a sudden he calls her back. Like this guy would not be seen with her. Months. He was not with her. And now all of a sudden they're kissing. They're together. Apparently they're still moving forward with the divorce, but it's like it. This is the most toxic, unhealthy relationship you've ever seen. They're never going to like separate because the second that they're going to break up, he's going to want her back. And then she's going to come back to him and he's not going to be into it. Don't you guys get that feeling that it's like he's only into her when she doesn't want him? Or when she's moved on? Like if she finds another man, if she starts dating another guy, all of a sudden, who's going to come knocking? And that's Ben Affleck. It's crazy. Oh, speaking of Ben Affleck, a lot of people have done some deep dives about Zach Affleck from Secret Lives and Mormon wives. See, we can't go one show without talking about the show multiple times. And allegedly, they're not even cousins because they did like some genealogy background. And they said, if anyone is cousins, it's maybe like their parents are not even first cousins. Like there's a lot of layers and levels there. So I don't believe in my opinion, I don't believe that the two of them are actually cousins. I don't know. Maybe they met an Affleck like somewhere, somehow. And that was that. Did you guys see that one text message that Zach Affleck sent to his wife, Jen? That was, I guess, screenshot on the show. I didn't actually see this until someone posted it on the Facebook group. By the way, you guys, Facebook group, Daily Doze Adana, you're coming on in and I love it. Keep coming with dame.com use code dailydose30. This is the craziest letter someone wrote, someone posted it in the Facebook group. And I couldn't believe some of the things that I was seeing, it was really like some of the things he was writing in this in this text. Here it is. I don't want to show you guys because then you'll see the people in the Facebook group, but it says this seriously, this is from Zach Affleck to Jen in the show that they I had not seen this until this. Seriously, I don't want to hear one more time about your heart. This was in Vegas. Remember when she went off to she went to the Chippendales thing for one minute and then he threatened to end the marriage? Seriously, I don't want to hear one more thing about your heart. Start taking accountability for your actions in the situations you put yourself in. You're a grown woman. He spelled your wrong. He spelled it Y-O-U-R. This is a doctor in training. It doesn't matter your intention. You were there and that's the image you portray of yourself, family, church, etc. Everyone you represent with this platform. The fact that you would have to ask me is, I can't say the word because I'll get canceled, the R word and it means stupid. The fact that you would have to ask me is R. Would you ever find someone else asking Kyle that? No, because she respects her own values and her husband. I would never put herself in the situation. The fact that we are even having this conversation is sad, especially after everything with the temple. He can go F himself. Ben Affleck called the right people and said, get him off my 23andMe. I don't want any connection with Ben Affleck. I mean, with Zach Affleck, do you think that Ben Affleck is watching Secret Lives of Mormon wives? He's nuts. Anyway, what about this story, you guys? Did you guys hear about this Kelly Osborn documentary that's coming out on TMZ? It's a TMZ presents type of documentary. They've done this before a presents show, but this is about Matthew Perry. Essentially, she's talking about how rehab centers in California, especially, but so many, are basically corrupt that they are enablers, that they feed into these addictions, and they do the opposite of what they're supposed to do. I think that this is probably where Jack's Taylor went, allegedly, because it does sound like a Jack's Taylor moment, right? He went to a center where he was scrolling Instagram and going to the gym for six hours a day. She appears on the new documentary called the Secret Celebrity Drug Ring, and she shared that some rehab centers exploit their patients for financial gain. She admitted the first rehab I went to was like university on how to be a better drug addict. This is essentially kind of what I was talking about last night on Patreon about these rock docs, doctors that go on tour with rock stars to make sure that they have their shit together, you know, to make sure that they're not getting too effed up every night, getting the right kind of medication so that they can get on stage and do their job, but they're still out there parting. And it's given, you know, it's very similar to kind of that whole ketamine queen that essentially killed Matthew Perry, not to say it's only their fault, but everyone was enabling the behavior. She says that she learned so many tricks, so many things that I never even thought of from my fellow addicts that were in rehab. In the past, she has admitted to using heroin at age 13. She also said that she had seen people threaten to leave treatment until they were given what they wanted, whether it be ambient for sleep or Valium for nerves, they would somehow end up getting it. The host clarified so the rehab facility is faced with either give me the drugs or I'm going to leave and you're going to lose your $100,000. The former fashion police host confirms that they give you whatever you ask for. They'll sit outside of AA meetings looking for weak and vulnerable people that they encouraged to go and relapse so they can pick you up again. When pressed by the host that it's hard to believe the mother one insisted I swear on everything that it's true, it's heartbreaking. I don't feel like there's anything that she's saying that feels like that crazy. I feel like that is true. These are businesses for a lot of these people. I'm not saying everyone that's involved in rehab centers are bad. I think you're going to always find good and bad doctors. You're going to find good and bad lawyers. You're going to find good and bad judges. You're going to find good teachers. But I do believe there is some truth to say that some of these rehab centers definitely take advantage because it's a financial gain. The truth is do you really want your patients to heal and get out of there and never come back when you know these are rich people and they can come back and come back and come back and come back. I don't know. Wow. Lisa says, "Watch body brokers the movie." It explains this exactly. It's totally true how they pay people to go to rehab, come out and get the rest of their money. They get loaded again and go back in. Wow. That's pretty crazy. I'm sure there's a lot of stories about this. I just remember hearing in the Matthew Perry book, in the audiobook of Matthew Perry's, he talked about this that he was in rehab and some of them were giving him some stuff to kind of feel better. Okay, Britney, Cartwright is over. Jack's Taylor, welcome to the club. Now, why do I think this? I mean, look, I think she is, she filed for divorce. But still, a lot of people filed for divorce and still have feelings, JLo, and still care for other people. But I think that Britney Cartwright is so over Jack's from an Instagram post that was posted on the account. CC loves you. This is an Instagram post. And she posted a picture that she received. I don't know how. I don't know what. And it's of the after party from the rap party. So the Valley wrapped over the weekend. They all went to Yama Shiro, which is up in the Hollywood Hills. It's a sushi restaurant where you have a really beautiful view. And they were all up there. Michelle, Jessie, Shina, and Brock with no hair, Brock shaved his head. That was quite a look. You know, Janna, like all of them from the Valley. And I guess Jack's Taylor too. But he wasn't in any of the group pictures that I saw. They went to an after party after they wrapped allegedly. And there's a picture of Jack's kind of bending over towards his, this girl. And she is, I'll try to find the picture for you guys right now. And she is kind of blurred out. So you really can't see who she is. And I guess a lot of people were thinking, Oh, it's got to be Brittany. So here's the actual picture. Um, obviously, as you can see, there's a girl here and Jack's is kind of bending over and talking to her. And she commented, well, Ryan Bailey commented is the blurry lady Brit and Brittany commented, that's definitely not me. I don't want him in my face, which is pretty, pretty funny. If you think about it, she's over him. If she's saying on, you know, in a public way, I, uh, you know, I do not want him in my face. I, I think that's like pretty telling that she's just done with his antics. And I'm sure, you know, this bullshit that I'm going to be a great ex-husband. Who says that? Only Jack's tailor says, I'm going to be a great ex-husband. Yeah, just like you were a great husband and a great boyfriend. We're all over Jack's. I can't wait for the valley. Get that show back on our TV. We have to talk about sister wives. Let's spend some time talking about our fave and that is sister wives, you guys. Wow. Wow. Wow. Let me know in the comments, did you watch last night's sister wives? I watched part of it last night. I watched the recipe this morning and I wanted it to never end. The most confusing thing about sister wives, though, and I'll tell you this, the most confusing thing about it is the timing. Remember, sister wives is eight years behind. We're in a simulation. When we watch sister wives, we are dark brown. We've just jumped into a time machine. We've left the building. Sister wives is now still filming or airing in this beginning of season 49, it's season 19. Season 19, episode one, it's called a house divided cannot stand. And episode one starts by saying we tape this in the end of 2022. In fact, they had some words on the screen that said this season of sister wives began filming in September. Is it September? Did it? Did they say late begin filming in late 2022? And then it says this is on a black screen with white writing on March 5, 2024, Cody and Janelle's son, Garrison passed away. He was greatly loved and will be deeply missed. And then they go into the show. Look, I understand we're dealing with some really, really sensitive topics. We're talking about one of their kids who has unalived himself. This is a kid that we grew up watching, basically. We've seen him grow up. Horrible, awful story. We know we just passed the six month anniversary of his death. I talked about it last week, I believe when Janelle said something about it, just awful. So it's so crazy. And I understand that you had they had to make some sort of reference to it because it's so confusing for the audience. We're watching almost two years before he died right now. It's so it's so weird. It's bananas. Why it's so behind. I don't get it. I'm like, why is every reality show like pretty much right on it? But this show cannot get on track. Like, why can't we get on track on the show? It's an hour long episode. You think you don't have enough time to like speed it up a bit? Do you need 46 years in editing or is it that nothing happens for so long that they essentially need to kind of push it in and put it together, you know? It's crazy. Yes. And Michelle says, even though we already watched Christine's 2023 wedding, this is the craziest part is that a huge portion of this episode is Christine talking about how happy she is to have left Cody and be single. I'm like, B, we already saw you get married. We know David's family. We watched the aisle. You guys walking down the aisle? We know it. Like, this is it's so it's like, it makes you feel high almost when you watch it because you're like, where am I? Are we still in Flagstaff? Is Coyote past still a thing? So confusing. So of course, they had the trailer from last season, which basically tells us exactly where we are now, which is like, I'll tell you one thing. No show in the history of America and this show or movie, this includes like a movie like Schindler's list. Okay. No score is sadder than the sister wives score. The music that opens up season 19, usually, you know, how in reality shows like season, seasons usually open with like a doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo. So this is what's happening. And then like drama comes, the season starts with like, sad. Coyote past is crying. Literally, Coyote past is flooding with the the the tears of the world watching the show. Remember that pond in Coyote past? It's no longer a pond. It's an ocean. We are so devastated still in Coyote past. The fact that Coyote past is still coming out of our mouths. One of you guys, Michelle said, Mckelti's twins, which we celebrate her baby sprinkle are now two. And we're in her baby sprinkle in this episode. Why? Why? TLC, you got some spin in to do. The episode starts. We've got Cody driving over to Coyote past him. It's not good, guys. The dream. The dream of this polygamy. It's over. I don't want to be with her. I don't want to be with her. She doesn't want to be with me. It's over. I mean, he's so depressed walking through Coyote past with Robin in there. I don't know. It's a Highlander or like a Lexus SUV. Trying to figure out what are we going to do with this lot? What are we going to do with this land? And Robin, oh, if we don't pay off Coyote past, we're going to lose it. We need to pay this off in the allotted time. Now, Cody is trying to say Robin, Robin, I know, I know exactly what we're going to do. We're going to do this and we're going to do that. And maybe we sell and Robin's like, Oh, I can't even go there with you, Cody. I am not there with you. I am not mentally there with you. Don't go there. Robin keeps kind of going back and forth. Is this Cody's fault? She says, or is this someone else's fault? We don't know. We don't know. We still just don't know. Now, I believe that Cody and Robin are sharing their hot tools in the bathroom. They both have the very same curls in the scene. In fact, I've never seen Robin's hair so curly. She does Cody's hair. He does her hair. And soon enough, they're going to be on TikTok selling on the TikTok shop. I mean, they have to. They have to start making money. They need to take a page from Bethany's book and become influencers. Now, Mary is at this point talking about how she and Cody had a conversation that their marriage is over. Now, remember, at this point, Mary has basically had 46 boyfriends in real life. So the fact that we're still here, like I said, so confusing for our brains. She's talking about how he basically said, you can stick around and stay with us, but I'm out. You can still be in this marriage, but like for Robin, maybe. I just like, I don't want you around. So obviously, she decides like, you know, we still still in a spiritual commitment, but I've got to cut that off. How do you, how do you break up a spiritual commitment? Like, do you need sage? Do you need, you know, like a medium, to break up a spiritual, spiritual, Helen? We're in a Helen journey. Um, Cody is, Cody is trying to still explain to Robin, you know, man's plane. They're also talking about the fact that Janelle still owns a lot. And they don't know what she's going to do with the lot. Christine has left and she has sold her lot and she has pieced the f out. Christine is like the smartest of them all. She's like, I'm out of this relationship. I'm selling off my lot of Coyote Pass and I am, I'm just wiping myself clean of Coyote Pass. Like, why doesn't everyone just do a Christine did? She's the smartest one, right? She's the smartest. So they're just, you know, this is when Cody was like, we just, maybe we just scrap it. Good. No, no, no, no. I'm sorry. I can't, I can't talk about that. Cody, don't even, I'm not there. I'm not there. In my mind, I'm still on my purple carpet leading into my shower. What would Thomas Edison say? Go look at the quote that we have in the bathroom. Thomas Edison or Thomas Jefferson? It's one of those. Anyway, the curly-haired princesses, Cody and Robin are looking off into Coyote Pass, wondering what's going on. And Janelle, you know, Janelle's moving on too. You guys, everyone's moving on. Then we have an event which can only be described as, hmm. Okay. Well, I'll tell you what it is. It's MacKelty's baby sprinkle for her twins and they decided to do it Vegas style. But of course, it's during the day. There's bagels. Bagels in Vegas. You want some blackjack and schmir? They should have called it like, like, I don't know, bagels in bagels in blackjack. That should have been the name of the party. They got the most horrendous party city clearance section, decorations for this event. When I tell you, if you think Vegas, poker, you think sexy, you think like kind of darker, you think like martinis, you think what they were like, look, let's go and get some. We got to go get some Vegas-themed things. They lived in Vegas. They never probably went to the strip. They were like, we've heard that Vegas looks like this. Michelle says, who has a casino sprinkle? MacKelty does, duh, MacKelty and Tony. You know, when some people zig, big zag. That's how it works, right? We're all all over the place. So they decide to have this baby sprinkle and MacKelty has an energy about her. And I don't know how to put this out there in words. MacKelty has an energy about her, which she's like, has the band. I'm pregnant. You know, she's very like high on herself. I don't know how to put it, like, I'm missing the word, but she's the kind of girl that just like walks around. She's like, I'm I'm pregnant. Baby rearing married husband. I need to cut the cake. She drives me and nutty. So they're having this party and Christine's explaining. It's a double down thing because double down is what you do when you play blackjack. But they're having twins. We're doubling down. She tells us that Janelle can't come, but she was invited, but she can't come. Mary wasn't invited. It got real serious, real, real serious. Mary says, I don't know if anyone knows that we broke up. I don't know if anyone's talked about it, but we're already broken up. I haven't told anyone. I don't really care about it. Mary is pissed off. Mary took a bitter pill before this interview. She calls Cody all kinds of names. She talks shit. She doesn't care. There's one moment where she says, I wish I could find the line, but she says something along the lines of, you know, oh gosh, I think I may need to find this because it's so good. I think I remember it's right before when she's talking in her confessional and she's talking about, oh yeah. And so I'm like, what do I do with all of this? It doesn't feel like a family. Bill. It's fine. Mary, go love Robin. Love her the best that you can, but be honest with me. I don't care if she applied to believe over that. We're going to get the season of Mary's anger. Mary, I'm angry. I'm angry. I don't care if you believe over that. That's going to be what I'm going to say to people now when I'm pissed. I am pissed off and I don't care if you bleep over me. I'm pissed for Mary though. You know, she talks about the fact that she is really, she's really upset about the fact that they were together for so long. I mean, we'll get into that when she gets later, but they're talking about who's invited to this party and who's not. And there's nothing that's more strange looking than 14 pregnant women standing around a blackjack table in the middle of the day between two bagels. Nothing about this party looks fun. Again, like the sister wives are able to always do a party that doesn't look fun. Do you want to go to that party? Look at that dealer. That dealer just graduated eighth grade. He's like, "I watched a YouTube on how to play blackjack." Then Christine says, "Cody and Robin are coming. McKelty wanted Cody and Robin to come, and this is about McKelty. It's not about me." Cody comes out, comes to this party like a bat out of hell. He's so damn uncomfortable. Hey, guys. Hey, hey, yeah. I guess I will gamble with money that's not mine. I got secondhand embarrassment for Cody on this episode more than I've ever in my life. And Robin was like, "Hello. Hello, everyone. Hello. It's so awkward. They don't even say a word to each other." Robin said 14 times in this episode. Christine made it very clear she wants nothing to do with my family or me, so I will not go talk to her. It's so awkward. Meanwhile, this party is going on. Everyone's awkwardly running around talking to each other. Remember, daytime, no alcohol, bagels, and poker. I couldn't think of anything worse. You couldn't pay me, okay? I would go for free if I was invited to McKelty's, but if this was anyone else's event, you couldn't pay me. So Robin does mention one thing that I think is really smart. I don't know how to go through this with Cody. He thinks he's very angry, and he's going through all this rejection. She goes, "He feels rejected." And he's worried that I'm going to reject him. And she says, "There is no resource out there for a woman who is still married to a man who's going through divorces." And I thought to myself, "Book idea, babe. Get your ass on the podcast train. Robin, we need a podcast. It should be called The Lone Wolf." Hi. My name is Robin Brown, and I'm still married to Cody. I'm the only one, and I've lived to tell the tale. Come join me. Pull up a purple chair. Let's get real. The lone... Michelle says, "The Lone Coyote." "The Lone Coyote, Cody's Lone Coyote." KLC on TLC. The show should really be rebranded. KLC, Cody's lone coyote on TLC, starting this fall. So this is when Mecelty's like, "Haz bend, cut the cake." Now, I'm so confused. Didn't Mecelty and Tony lose a shit ton of weight? This must be after these kids, because they're not looking... I mean, she's pregnant, but Tony's looking beastly. In all ways, his hair, you know, Tony, Cody, and Robin can really teach a hair class. If you want volume, watch "Sister Wives." Telling you, this morning, I was like, "How do I volumeize my hair? I wish Cody Brown had a YouTube channel where he could, uh, you know, teach me." Oh my God, it's so good. You guys, I just absolutely love it. So there's this really awkward moment where Cody's like, "I feel manic here. I feel manic because I'm just kind of here, but my heart is breaking." Why? What part of your heart is breaking? You did this. Cody is like such a typical victim. He's always the victim. Cody's the kind of person that runs into you, hurts you, like if you're at the market or whatever, runs into you with his shopping cart, hurts you, and then expects to be told sorry. Can't handle. So, um, let's see, where else are we? We continue... I mean, it's really just the same conversations about anything. You know, we're all over the place. We're in Vegas. We're in Flagstaff. We're talking about moving. This is when, um, Mary goes to her friend's house, Jen. And Jen, I think that's her name, right? Jen? Jen looks great. At least she did at the end of 2022. I don't know how she looks now. Oh, Brandy, because it's not Jen. It ends up Brandy. That's why she looks great. It's a different person than what I thought. Because I'm used to seeing Jen on her social media. On her social media, she has this friend Jen. Remember that helped her with the storage units and the Airbnb? This is a completely different friend. This is Brandy, who I think lives in the cul-de-sac that they lived in because you can see it looks all the same. Anyway, she sees Mary, she sees Brandy and Brandy's husband and she sits down with Brandy and she explains everything about Cody. And Brandy goes, "I'm gonna, I'm gonna call that Cody and give him a piece of my mind." How could he do that to you? So many years. How could he do that? And she goes, "I know." And then what Mary really gets stuck on is that I don't know what to do with the ornaments. Mary has not cried one time in all of these episodes, but she almost comes to tears thinking about what will I do with all the ornaments? Will they fit in my new web bar? Mary, web bar brown, she is, Mary is maybe as bad as Cody. I really, I know this is, Cody's the worst and then Robin, but Mary's down there with them. She's kind of in the garbage crew, right? She's just like, she's an ultimate victim as well. She also sold Lula Ro. Maybe still does. And because of that, I don't know if I can ever like overlook her. They're all MLM girlies, all of them. They all do the plexes, the, all the stuff. But Mary is actually horrendous to watch. Like she's hard to watch. She's the ultimate victim. She lived alone in a huge house for so many years. Do you remember that? She, as Michelle says, she refuses to accept that her catfish affair embarrassed Cody and gave him the egg. Yeah. Oh, and then he strung her along for her ability to earn money. I mean, I think she probably did do really well in her, in her social media, Lula Ro scams because she had an audience and she was doing those lives. I just remember popping up and seeing those lives that she still, oh, she's still dogs. Next time Mary does a live of Lula Ro, I need a DM, immediate, immediate, we're going immediately live, urgent ASAP. Now, for those of you that don't watch sister wives and are wondering like, do I even stick around for this? The answer is yes. You're always going to find something that you're going to relate to, you know? Now, my healthy is like, I'm just so sad because I think back 14 years ago to when Robin came into our family, we were just so wonderful. We loved each other. We cared so much about each other. And then, you know, now we just don't. And in McKelty's interviews, which are probably in 2024, she's half of her face. Like, she has lost half of her body weight. It's really confusing to watch the show. At least they should, you know, maybe do some interviews at the same time as they're shooting these episodes because it's really confusing. We find out that Madison's also pregnant. Like, there's a lot of pregnancies going on. We did have this one moment where we were talking about Madison and his relationship, her relationship with Cody. Now, remember, Madison is one of Janelle's, I think Janelle's oldest. And she's married with kids. And Cody is asked about Madison. And he answers. His answer is something along the lines of, I won't talk about that. No one knows why Madison and Cody don't talk. But Cody will not even speak to it. Cody says something that makes me want to die. He says this. He says, this is his words. Because of course, he's the ultimate victim, right? This is what Cody says. Tell me if you guys can hear this. Maybe I was unfair. Well, it's just as unfair to me. Because I didn't have a choice to get out. Mary thinks it was unfair for her. It's just as unfair to me. Because I didn't have a choice to get out. Yes, my love, my polygamist father, you, my friend, are the poor, sad one. You are the one that was really treated badly. It's so insane. Okay, Madison hates Robin, which is why they don't talk. And that's probably why he can't talk about it. Because, you know, he'll get beat by the purple whip. I think that to me, their relationships ending, his relationships with so many of his kids, including rest in peace, Garrison, not saying that he is responsible in any way. But that is the saddest part of the show, is the fact that he's lost not only his wives, he's lost his kids. Because he's a fair weathered dad. He only loves you if you love him. And he only loves you if you respect him 100%. And he only loves you if he likes your mom, which is crazy. Because as a parent, you don't have to have a relationship with your kids. That's for sure. But you have to try. Your kids are going to be assholes. They're going to treat you badly, but you have to try. So interesting. I'm just like thinking about that with like my own personal life. See, you guys sister wives brings us back to our own personal lives. Mary says, I don't believe that Robin has a bad heart. And a lot of people within our family, I don't believe they have a bad heart. But I think a lot of people think that she does. Do you guys think Robin has a bad heart? Or do you think Robin was just bad place, bad time? It's really, it's really sad. Now coming up in this next season of sister wives, we have the whole now we have to watch Christine meet David, because we're living our lives in backwards timing with the show. But now we have to watch Christine meet David and date him. She's like, she's like, I went on a date, and we already have a second date plan. Hi, baby. If I called Lance baby after our first date, like stock our alert. Hi, baby. This, this is going to be a great season. We're going to really see the demise of everyone. But most importantly, I think we're going to see the rise. We're going to see the demise of Cody and Robin. We're going to see the rise of Janelle. We're going to see the rise of Mary and the rise of Christine. And I'm excited to be about, I'm excited to watch that. Yes, Debbie says your relationship with your kids shouldn't be transactional. That is exactly it. It shouldn't be like do for me. And then I love you. Now I understand as a kid feeling like your parents should do for you as a kid. And then you love them. But there's no world where your dad is going to keep moving on with new kids, new kids, new kids that he's going to spend all his time with. You're not going to feel jealous. You're not going to feel that feeling of jealousy. I mean, my sister and I just, it was just the two of us growing up and I was jealous about attention that my sister got. Imagine with 46 kids. It's, it's just awful. But I'm looking forward to a good season. That's for sure. Okay, you guys, I love you. Thank you so much for being here. We're going to get into all of the other sister wives throughout the season. We're also going to talk about what show is airing. Is there another new show this week? No, nothing yet. Just the same old, same old until later. You guys, thank you for being here. Subscribe. Tell your friends. Love you. See you tomorrow. Bye. [BLANK_AUDIO]
