And it shouldn't be. Twenty three years ago, of course, we all woke up to this horrendous news and it would be remiss of me. Is that why you say remiss? It would be remiss of me not to say. But unfortunately, real life strikes. And so this really got me this morning. I really, truly struggled seeing the news this morning. It's almost as if, you know, it's almost as if it's gotten harder. Over the years, I don't know if it's my age. I don't know if it's the fact that I'm a mom. I don't know if it's the fact that I'm just a little bit more mature, obviously, than I was, you know, when it happened. But, you know, you know, when it happened, even though, like, the shock and awe and fear of it has, like, lowered. It's the sadness that just kind of remains. And, oh, my gosh, thank you so much, Nicole, for your super sticker that is so kind, Nicole, sending you love. I see your comments. And then, of course, Andrew, you're a member. Welcome. We're going to do another members only later week. I just got to get the exact time. A lot of you guys really struggle with this date, too. How can you not? How can you not? I tried to explain to my kids this morning before we left to go to school, to the school drop-off that 3,000 people left their house that day just to go to work. Just to go eat. Just to go run an errand, just to go, you know, see their accountant, whatever it is, and didn't make it home that night. And how important it is. That's why I always, like, get really angry with my son when he is mad at me and just leaves my car in the morning and goes to school. And I'm like, no! You have to stop and say, I don't care if you're mad at me, but just say I love you and bye. It doesn't matter if you're mad at me. So now sometimes when he's mad at me, when he gets out of the car, I love you. Bye. I saw something this morning. Rachel, you could tell. You guys know Rachel, you could tell, probably, from just, like, pop culture references. I don't know how I miss this story. It's really kind of shocking to me that I miss this story, but Rachel, you could tell, lost her fiancé in the trade center, in the World Trade Center. And she posted something today that was so sad. And I thought, you know, this is a perfect opportunity for you guys to just see just like a pop culture slash 9/11 moment that we can just kind of watch. And then we can go on with the show. But I wanted to take a moment and watch this because I thought she did a really nice job talking and just kind of remembering her fiancé who died in the attacks on 9/11. I do. I'm just going from place to place. This is my fiancé. I have, I plan my whole future out with this person. If I don't find him, I have to start all over again. [Laughs] Because by 9, 9.30, I want to be in bed playing my, what song, what game am I playing now? I'm playing a match factory. It's fun. Okay. I'm playing match factory. I like doing that. You had Melissa Gorga on your show. Tell me all about it. Tell us all about it. Love Melissa Gorga. I've been very friendly with her for quite some time. She's like, we need to make this happen. And so I was originally supposed to come on to her podcast, which I think we're going to end up doing at a later date. And Bravo, I mean, as you, I'm sure, know, like has these stars unlike such tight PR holds, but now that Jersey's kind of in limbo, they finally gave her the go ahead to come on the show. And so we were like, okay, let's do it. Let's make it happen. And it was really fun. Did you get any like immediate Teresa stands in your in your audience? Like, because I feel like you can't bring up Melissa or Teresa without people just go with. It's kind of like politics, like it feels so hot and heated. Yes. I mean, I kind of feel like I've been hiding under the table, you know, because since the video I posted the other day, like there's just been so much chatter online that I'm like trying to not consume. And I knew obviously the Melissa Gorga interview. I mean, why also just had Whitney on from the secret lives of Mormon wives, also, you know, controversial. Yeah. We're going to talk about that. Don't you think? But so I haven't like actively been like looking and seeing, I know the crazy tree huggers will probably or the tree stumps will come from me at some point. But I was kind of expecting it. And I, you know, I'm ready for it. But at this point, like, and maybe I'm on an island here, but I feel like there's only really like two or three accounts that are constantly posting very pro Teresa content. They're obviously, I don't even need to name them. I think we kind of know name them. I don't think I need to. I think we all kind of know the accounts that are really, really like pro Teresa. But I would say the majority kind of fall in line with us. Yeah. Right. I agree. And I mean, yeah. And we do. I do kind of talk about some of that with Melissa. I mean, I didn't want to touch on the Teresa stuff with her too much, but we do kind of approach the topic without talking about Teresa directly or Louie doesn't come up at all in our interview. But she does kind of talk about that. And I mean, I mean, I'm not sure about that. I'm not sure about that. I'm not sure about that. I'm not sure about how Jersey became very toxic and how there were housewives that were giving, you know, blogger screeners and there was like a whole method to their madness of like making sure that they had their tweets ready to like go out first as people were watching Jersey to help them get the highest engagement. And like it was just a whole machine with all of these bloggers. And I mean, I even feel like using the term blogger. We use that loosely because it's like, you know, we have podcasts, we have, you know, content in long form that we're putting out there. Long form and short form, but like allowed mouth on Twitter just to me is not. The court wants to know where sprinkle cookies mentioned. No, I did think about bringing up the sprinkle cookies, but because obviously the sprinkle cookies come up in the finale, but no, I did not bring up any of the sprinkle cookies. Yeah, it's, you know, and the reason Louie didn't come up is because I heard and this is just a legend that if you say Louie three times, he comes through the door very red-faced. Well, don't be scared. We have one more, one more left in his life before he arrives. No, he has, he has arrived in my DMS before. So D M'd with him. I have a while back. You know, he reached out to me. I think I posted some, or I said something like nice about Teresa and he, he DM'd me on his own accord and went out of his way and was like, Oh, my God, thank you for being so nice to Teresa. You know, it's really hard with the fans. You know, I have a son with special needs and he's like, you know, telling me. And I was like, this is like, why are you telling me all this? Like, it was just strange. And I was like, okay, like, you know, I wasn't trying to, like, be on team Teresa. I just happened to say something nice about her. I didn't even remember what the context of what I said was. But yeah, he was like trying to tell me on why he's such a good dude. And you know, he has a son with special needs and, you know, have you ever had to try to sell someone on you being a good person? That feels like only the people that do that are the ones that need like, don't. Aren't. No. Yeah, I agree. I don't need to sell anybody on who, I mean, and you know, like, I will just say whatever is true that I believe in my heart. And like, it is what it is. Like, if you don't like me for it, that's, you know, that has nothing to do with me. I don't need to prove to you that I'm a good person. I know I'm a good person at the end of the day. So if you're trying to prove it to somebody, you're trying to convince yourself of that. Totally. And that's like a lot of people I think do that. I think a lot of people really just feel it's like a projection situation. But also, you know, I think in this, you know, obviously I want to get into some of our stories, but I think being a vlogger, podcaster, et cetera, comes with a lot of risks in the sense that, you know, we're open about our feelings. You got into what you say was a little bit of drama. I thought it was beautiful. I spoke, I posted your real live here for my audience and talking about how to accept people with different beliefs and nothing's more true than what we're seeing these days, you know, and even like, you know, even with your favorite reality stars, like the amount of hate around if you're on someone's team quote unquote or not. Yeah. I mean, this happens with Ariana and Lala. Like it's just at the end of the day, we are just two mouthpieces for so many, but it would be so sad if we didn't have our own opinions that are sometimes going to disagree with the majority and you and I tend to sometimes be on that side. Yeah, I agree. Which is probably why we get along so well. Yeah, we're not afraid to be original. No, no, not at all. What are you when it comes to like the, you know, new stuff that's coming? Oh, this is what I wanted to ask you speaking of like not being afraid. You had Whitney on your show, Whitney from Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. You guys go back and listen or watch his episodes because it was a two-parter or was a one-parter? Just a one-part. I'm not one of those bitches that's going to be like, listen, oh, three-part. I'm like, I'm going to give it to you all at once. I did release an early chunk of the interview the week prior that way I could promote the premiere. Now, did you, when you had Whitney on your show, have any idea how hateable she is? And I say this like in a joking way, okay? I really don't want like people to go and attack, but she really is a dislike, unlikable character. Yes. So the interesting thing about that, because a lot of people are like, of all of the wise, why would you choose Whitney? So first of all, I didn't choose who was coming on the show, who they reached out. They coordinated an interview and my manager is the one that was like, do you want to, there's this new show, they're coming out, do you want to do this? And I'm like, yeah, sure, whatever. And so, you know, they had all confirmed it. I didn't even know who I was going to be interviewing. And I was like, okay, if I'm going to be interviewing them, I want screeners for the show and watch it, you know, and let me know what restrictions we have in terms of spoilers. They didn't give me any restrictions in terms of spoilers. They gave me all eight episodes up front because all eight episodes were dropping at once. And it wasn't until I was actually watching the show, which I had less than 48 hours from when I was watching the screeners to when I had to do the interview. So I had to binge all eight episodes in a very short amount of time. On top of taping, the pop report and no filter and like all my brothers. I had to cram all eight episodes to the point where I think I even watched the finale like right before the interview. So when you're just watching the show and you're kind of in binge mode, I feel like you don't fully process. You also don't know like what the internet is thinking, right? You don't know what their reactions are, who they like or who they don't like. So I'm just kind of watching it from my own lens. And from my own lens, I'm always somebody that like never really hates the villain. I see what the villain brings to the show because I somehow believe that you like the villains usually like you're always on the team more so than me even. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I definitely lean. I like the villains because I like what they bring to the show. But I think I often get branded as the villain lover because I will defend the villain because the majority happens to be hating the villain. So I'm the only one that's actually willing to say anything, you know, in defense of the villain, but that doesn't mean that I like the villain any more than I like any of the other cast numbers. And going in, but I thought Taylor was going to be the villain, you know. I think the whole show felt like it was going to be surrounding her like drama. Yeah. So, so Macy and Whitney in studio when they came in, they had just found out in that moment because I had my questions prepared and I just found out in the moment, I think one of the first things I asked, I was like, so how do you guys feel now that, you know, the show's coming out? I was like, how do you feel about, you know, how it got edited? Like, do you, you know, have any, and this is before we were even recording and they're like, we haven't seen the show. Hulu has not allowed us to watch a single episode of the show. Oh, my gosh. That's why all the stuff is coming out now on social. Yeah. So all the, so Macy said that there was only one small clip and that was the very last five minutes of the finale. She's like, that's the only piece of footage that I've seen. And I think she convinced like another reporter or someone to show her that clip. She convinced someone to show her that clip. But aside from that, they had no idea. So, I was like, oh, so you didn't even know how you got edited. And then Whitney's like, why am I the villain? And I was like, um, I was like, well, this is awkward. And then I have like the producers sitting over there. I was like, listen, it's, you know, it's going to be an interesting show for sure. And she's like, oh, my God, I'm the villain. So. What's crazy about this is you're telling me this whole thing and this, this is unheard of, right? Most shows, they get screeners before they have to watch the episodes for professionals. So they didn't even have to watch the episodes. Like that's wild to me. But they also didn't have a reunion that they filmed where they had to like catch up on everything. You're telling Whitney's, she's a villain. So she is literally, this woman goes through life, in my opinion, completely unaware of how she comes off because the fact that she couldn't recognize that she was making some major missteps, she does, I hate to say it, she does see herself as the, like the perpetual victim on all of these shows. All of the episodes. Yeah. Yeah. She does. And she definitely like separates herself. Like I was watching the show and just from like reality TV consumer, I was kind of like, I don't know, she's not really setting herself up for longevity on these shows because she's not engaging with the cast. Like we've seen from Housewives history, when you disengage from the cast, you're easily, you know, on the shopping block because you have no connections to anybody and unless you're bringing a whole lot, which Whitney really wasn't and I've had the same critique of Ariana about how when reality stars have these really strict boundaries, it hinders the content of the show because then there's no conflict and resolution because there's not a willingness to engage in the conflict as we saw with Ariana in the finale of Vanderpump Rules. So, you know, I do kind of see what I'm going to say is that it's not going to take a lot take, but, you know, there are two people that are very much like my boundaries, my boundaries, my boundaries, I have to protect myself, but they also don't realize you're not in an environment where, you know, boundaries are going to be the most embraced given you're trying to create a television show. Interesting. You know, I think the difference is with Whitney versus these other girls that we've seen this happen with because we've seen this with Stossie. We've seen this with Ariana. She's like, I need to separate myself from this person. I don't want to film with this person. I don't want to be with this person. But, and even on housewives right now, but it was like with Shannon and Alexis, or, I mean, gosh, you can come up with so many different times that this happened. At the end of the day, the difference is all of these people have these redeemable qualities. Yeah. And what's her name? Whitney just didn't. We didn't get to know her enough. Yeah. I agree. I will say my experience with her in studio. She was very lovely. And, you know, but again, I also, I don't know, I see her as, you know, the type of person that very much is like, she's a little snootie, right? Like, she's very probably polite to you, but, you know, she does have her boundaries and she does have her way of doing things. And if you don't fall in line with that, you know, she's very much not going to be bothered by you. Did you meet her husband? No. It was only Whitney and Maisie because they flew the two of them in to do press. This was, we taped that weeks ago, though. Do you believe, do you believe that there is truth in these rumors about the husband in terms of like, is he, like, do you even play that game to talk about these rumors that are going around? I'm not going to say that, but like -- I'll say it. You'll say it, but I won't. Yeah. So they think he's gay, right? And then they think that like he was on grinder and not tender. I looked this up yesterday because a lot of people were saying he should have been on grinder and not on tender. And it looks like the original rumors that were circulating on Reddit were about him being on tender. But I also did want to remind everybody just because he's done on grinder doesn't mean he probably wasn't also talking to dudes. That's within the realm of possibility. I don't know. I've never met the dude. You know, he -- I know a lot of people think that he's gay based off of what they saw on the show and he was definitely serving more looks than some of the ladies were. Crazy. Every scene he had another little outfit, another hair, and another color, and another this. I don't know. He seems like a nice dude. I'd speak to whether or not he's gay because only he can speak to that. No, a hundred percent. And do you think that he's going to -- or she's going to be back next season? She plans to. She said that in my interview. I was like -- Sure. She plans to. And they would be crazy, in my opinion, to not bring her back because what is happening on social media right now? Can you, like, summarize if you're seeing anything? Because I've seen some crazy stuff between Whitney and all the other girls commenting on her post. Because Whitney's playing this game of, like, that's not how it happened. I remember it differently. And now she's, like, really leaning into this villain role. Yes. Well, in -- in "Siderty," I think Whitney intentionally tried to be the victim -- not the victim, the villain. I think she leaned into that. But here's where I think I agree or I see where she's coming from, where she says she didn't -- she doesn't remember it that way. And it's because she was living her life outside of the show. She was filming her life at home, right, where the cameras were following her there. She wasn't active in a lot of these trips or a lot of these events with these other girls, so she doesn't really know what's going on. So when you don't show up to film, you're allowing them to create the narrative and when they have the power because they have the power to create the narrative, then the editing has to follow the story that the other girls are telling, right? So that's why she just remember it that way, is because she was an active in whatever the narrative was that all she knows is what she was filming at home. But that's not going to be the narrative if all these other girls have these other opinions of her or they're painting her in a very different light because they're the ones with the power. And this is why you can't walk away from the cameras. You have to lean into this. Otherwise, somebody else is going to tell your story, Rachel Levis. It's so true. And there were a couple of times where she did shoot, obviously, with everyone else. And in those both, like in the Gallantines party, she was there. She was also there for that one night away that they all went to, I forget where they were. Where they all put on the same black sweaters. I forget where they were in that house, but they were in some house and she was like dying of laughter while all these other girls were getting hurt by some other girls comments. And I don't know if you have any questions. I don't know if you have any questions to do. That is to me. When someone laughs when other people are getting angry or offended or hurt by someone's words is just gross. She is the whole fruit loops or fruity pebbles, which we can do a whole synopsis on what the hell happened with those. What happened with fruity cereal? It went up her hula. That's what I thought. It went up her hula. Yeah. And he was eating cereal. Okay. He was eating cereal and she was providing the bowl. Yeah. And Whitney thought it was so funny to bring that whole box. And meanwhile, when Demi got rightfully so a little offended by it, like a little thrown by it, Whitney turned it. You can just tell Whitney and her husband, every time Whitney does something wrong and Connor is frustrated with her. Is that his name? Connor? Yeah. And he's frustrated with her. She turns it around and she becomes the victim. And he has to apologize to her. I guarantee you in every fight. I wouldn't be surprised. Anyway, I'm buying fruity cereal for this weekend. Yeah.
