Your morning ray of sunshine, bharn and sev kumaru, it's not about you. In any project or work situation, every relationship or social endeavor, it is never about us. And making ourselves the be all and end all of everything is the worst idea in the world. The day we understand and live this, is the day we can start contributing wholeheartedly to everything we do, and we can actually end up being content and happy. When we make it our ourselves, we are only feeding the evil, who is a rapacious demon and can never be satisfied. Hence, we end up always anxious, always craving more, eternally unhappy. And yes, the project or relationship suffer badly in the baddie. When we work selflessly, unconditionally towards the good of the project or relationship, it also encourages others to do the same. Whether they do or don't, our efforts appear and netnet, the endeavor, the connection are all nurtured and grown, which is a huge way in any case. Class, because we have moved beyond ego, we feel a deep sense of joy, fulfilment and accomplishment, because we have actually lived these moments, fully, gone beyond ourselves.
