So this will go deep into an activation of that, and I want you to just be fully present in your body, fully present with yourself. Whatever emotions or bias, whatever, if your body feels like moving, that is OK. Just allow yourself to be fully present and release and let go into this activation. Whatever you feel is fully welcome and fully OK. That is part of how we help this activate. Anything that is not in resonance with this frequency of being in a coherent state, being open to receiving, being fully embodied and embraced will not be in resonance with this activation. So if you feel emotions arise, it is likely because they are in the middle of being released, so you can actually be in this state of openness. Openness to receive everything that's available to you. I'm sure you're still coming back into your body and just take your time to, to land back in, bringing back all of the energy. All the activations you felt, all the sensations, all the emotions that you've just let go of, anything that happened. And know that even if you didn't feel any wild sensation in your body, you still receive this activation. And sometimes being in just a very restful and peaceful state is the best way in order for us to receive. So I want to invite you to listen into this activation every day this week.
