Today's guest is a ray of sunshine and a dear friend. Elizabeth Endres is a serial wellness founder of Sweats and The City, ORRO App, theheard app, and recently Femme Farmacy Podcast. In other words, she has cracked the code when it comes to how to succeed as a wellness founder. What started as a side hustle, while working in the corporate world, has become a series of highly successful businesses.
But, while the glory of success tends to shine brightly on the outside, the challenges we go through during the path to get there, don’t always show. We’ll get into it all in today's episode. Lyme disease, getting a pacemaker in her early 20s, dealing with anxiety, gut issues, and years of unresolvable pelvic floor pain, have been some of the challenges she’s had to endure.
Instead of letting her challenges break her down, she’s brought what it’s taught her into her businesses, and used it for growth.
Expect to learn:
What it takes to leave the corporate world and start your own company
How to deal with setbacks, and keep your direction clear when others are doubting you’ll be successful
How to navigate having your own companies when your health takes a toll
How to deal with anxiety and mental health struggles
Elizabeth's health journey with Lyme disease, getting a pacemaker, anxiety, and what has felt like an endless journey of pelvic pain
How she has kept building, instead of getting into victim mentality
And so much more. I’ve gotten to experience a little Sweats And The City live tour, as she showed me a lot of amazing wellness spots when I visited her in NYC.
Bonus - follow her on instagram for some amazing styling between the wellness recs.
