Encourage us on tonight, increase our faith. Somebody here tonight. Our faith is shaken and wavery tonight. Let their faith be strengthened tonight because you said in your word, faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Encourage your people on tonight as we teach and preach the word. In Jesus' name, somebody say amen. Tonight, we're talking about supernatural provision. All right, let's get into the word of God here tonight. We're talking about supernatural provision. And now we're gonna point out seven different ways that God provides. The first, the first point I wanna point out to you, God Himself, God Himself does it without anyone's help. I don't know about you, but I love that kind of provision right there. When God just does something crazy and ridiculous and does it without the help of anybody. God just overrides and tramples the system and make it happen. I'm gonna show it to you from the Bible. Let's go in the book of Exodus, chapter 16, verse 13 through 17 in the new living translation. Watch this, y'all, that evening, vast numbers of quail flew in and covered the camp. That's the camp of Israel. And the next morning, the area around the camp was wet with dew, watch this, y'all. When the dew evaporated, a flaky substance as fine as frost blanketed the ground. That's a manna. I mean, God dropped to meet all around the tent. I mean, gave them angels food. Lord, help me Jesus. The Israelites were puzzled when they saw it. What is it? They asked each other. They had no idea what it was. And Moses told them, you ready for this? It is the food the Lord has given you to eat. I mean, straight out the bakery, straight out the oven of heaven. My God, you can't beat that. These are the Lord's instructions. Each household should gather as much as it needs. You're not God, God is stingy, y'all. Do you see this? God said, look, saints, I want you to have as much as you need. Listen to what He told them for, come on. Listen to, look at what He said. He said, each household, that's every house in the body of Christ. God is willing to meet your need and provide for every single person. I mean, God, He's struggling. Are you paying attention to this? He said, each household should gather as much as it needs. Do you understand, Lord? Let me look at that camera for a minute. Do you realize God has no limitation on you? This is why you got to think big saints. Look, it's okay to start with the job. That's great. Start with the job. Don't stop with the job. Think big saints, think CEO, come on. Think about owning your own company, your own corporation, LLC, whether, come on somebody. God wants you in the driver's seat. But just think about what He says, right? And put this scripture back up for me, Josh. He said, each household should gather as much as it needs. Lord, help me. He said, pick up two quarts for each person in your tent. Verse 17, so the people of Israel did as they were told. Sam gathered a lot, Sam only a little, but he told them, he said, get as much as you want. My God. So the first, the first way we see how God provides us, that's when God just overrides the whole system and does it Himself and you wake up and big bread is all around your tent. I mean, come on, somebody. My God, you didn't even, they didn't even, they didn't even need a Walmart or a super target. We got this big store now down here called HEB. I mean, we love it. I went over there, check 'em out. I'm like, they got some goodies up in there. But the Holy Ghost, I didn't need HEB. I didn't need Walmart. I don't need super target, Kroger. God's, I don't need none of them. I got my own bakery going on. Think about it, God did it Himself. And some of you tonight, you need a miracle from God. And I'm just pointing out, I'm not saying these are the only ways He provides, but I'm just pointing out seven of them because these are faith builders. God can just override the whole system. The second way God provides is through angels. Are you hearing me? He provides through angels. Let's look at this example in the Bible. First Kings, chapter 19, verse five through eight. This, an angel came and take care of Elijah. Then he laid down and slept under the broom tree, but as he was sleeping, an angel touched him and told him, "Get up and eat." This is when Elijah was on the run from Jezebel. The angels say, "Get up and eat." He looked around and there beside his head was some bread baked on hot stones and a jar of water. So he ate and drank, I lay down again, Elijah is too much for me. He wasn't even bothered by the angel's presence. Wow, but an angel came and provided. Verse seven, then the angel of the Lord came again and touched him and said, "Get up and eat some more." That means this, I mean God provided more than enough for this guy, right? The angel said, "Get up and eat some more." Or the journey ahead will be too much for you. So he got up and ate and drank and the food gave him enough strength to travel for 40 days and 40 nights to Mount Sinai, the mountain of God. Come on, somebody, put your hands together. Isn't that just absolutely awesome? I just love this because God himself, the first way we see God provide is when God himself just overrides the whole system and does it without anybody's help. The second way we see here tonight is he sent an angel. He sent an angel to go and cook for Elijah. You're gonna be taking, I can, can someone lift your hand and say, "I'm gonna be all right." God got me covered, man. I wanna look at the third way that God provides. God works through people. Are y'all still here? He works through people, remember? We read it all the time, Luke 638, "Give," and it should be given unto you how good measure, press down, shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. So God works through men. Let's look at this in the book of Ruth chapter 2, verse 14, 15, and 16. "At meal time, Boaz called to her, "come over here and help yourself to some food. "You can dip your bread in the sour wine." So she sat with his harvesters and Boaz gave her some roasted grain to eat. She ate all she wanted and still had some leftover. Ruth is a poor woman who came along with Naomi from Moab back to Bethlehem, and they were, I mean, they were broke. Ruth had no husband, Naomi had no husband, and the struggle was on, and what did Ruth do? She did what Naomi told her. She went to go and pick up the leftovers because windows, men had their business employees out there and reaping the harvest as grain would fall from what they were reaping, they would leave that day, were ordered to leave that by God in the Old Testament, so the poor people can just clean the scraps. And Ruth was there cleaning the scraps, but God began to move on Boaz to start looking out for her. Boaz is looking out for somebody here tonight. At meal time, Boaz called to her, "Come over here and help yourself to some food." You can dip your bread in the sour wine. So she sat with his harvesters and Boaz gave us some roasted grain to eat. She ate all she wanted and still had some leftover. When Ruth went back to work again, Boaz ordered his young men, let her gather grain right among the sheaves without stopping her and pull out some heads of Bali from the bundles and drop them on purpose for her. Let her pick them up and don't give her a hard time. So God here is providing through Boaz to meet the need of Ruth and Naomi. Do you see this? So God moves on people to begin to look out for you. Come on, somebody, when God moves on someone to bless you, you, I mean, be grateful, but realize this is the hand of God. He moves, he touches the heart of men. That's right, the Bible says the heart of the king and the hands of the Lord. As the rivers of water, God can turn it however he will. The fault we God provides is supernaturally multiplying what you already have. Are you hearing me? God can just supernaturally multiply what you already have in your possession. Let's read the story here in the book of 1 Kings chapter 17 verse 14 through 16. This was the widow woman who was very good to Elijah. I mean, Elijah said, bake me a cake first. And things was tight and even though things was tight, she baked Elijah a cake and she honored that man of God. There's no way you're gonna honor man of God and God leave you hanging, no way, Jose. He said, if you give a prophet a drink of water in the name of a prophet, you'll get the prophet's reward. Well, she set herself up to get the prophet's reward because this was in the midst of famine. Nobody had food to spare and to be helping someone else, but she took a chance on Elijah. And watch what happens in verse 14 of 1 Kings chapter 17. For this is what the Lord said. This is Elijah prophesying. This is what the Lord, the God of Israel says. There will always be flour and olive oil left in your containers until the time when the Lord sends rain and the crops grow again. So she did, as Elijah said, and she and Elijah and her family continued to eat for many days. Many days is three and a half yes. Lord have mercy, that's over a thousand days. There was always enough flour and olive oil left in the containers just as the Lord had promised through Elijah. God took what the woman already had and multiply it and increase it. Now, I wanna talk to some people here for a minute. Don't take lightly what you have in your possession. Are you hearing me? You, look, you may not have oil. You may not have flour, but you have an idea. Come on, somebody, come on, somebody. All you need is one idea from God. Look, use what you have. God can multiply what you have. Remember, in John six, they came to him and they said, oh, we got it just a little boy's lunch. Five, little boy, Philip and Elijah, they said, but what is that among so many? Look, you better be grateful for what you have and this is what you gotta understand. Some people miss God because they look in everywhere else for the miracle except for inside their house, what's in their own possession. Are you hearing me? Come on, somebody. God, look, use what you have. God, look, for somebody here tonight, God may wanna use what you have. Don't doubt God's saints, you never know. Someone may want, someone may want several dozen. Hey, that's a stop, right? Use what you got. But anyways, in the case of this woman, God supernaturally multiplied what the woman had. She had a, she had meal in a barrel and she had some oil and Elijah said God's gonna multiply that until the famine is over. So every, and that's called the miracle of being sustained or the miracle of sustainment. You gotta be careful because some seasons, God don't give you overflow, he just sustained you. Oh, come on, who know what I'm talking about? Who know, who come on somebody? I know what it is to be, Jeff, you know what I'm talking. We know what it is, Jeff been around it for almost 30 years. We know what it is to be sustained. We know what it is. I mean, when there ain't nothing else that we pray to tongues all night for God to do something. (laughing) Can you lie? (laughing) Can you lie? (speaking in foreign language) I mean, come listen here. Like, yes, sir, it's easy to pray when you know, I mean, either God gonna do this or you are. You are up the creek, come on somebody. The light's about to get turned off. I mean, you prayed all night like it was a 10 minute prayer. Then that's the prayer of desperation. You understand what I'm talking about? In the case of this woman, God used what the woman had. He multiplied it. He multiplied it. That was, that's a miracle. That's a miracle. Let's go to the fifth way that God provides for us. Go for it, Joshy. The fifth way God provides is he uses the animal kingdom. Are y'all still here? He uses the animal kingdom. In the case of the ravens who took, who brought food to Elijah. Let's go and look at that passage of scripture. First king, chapter 17, verse one through six. Verse one says, "Now Elijah, who was from Tishby and Gilead, "told King I have a sholly as the Lord God of Israel "lived, the God I served, there will be no dew or rain "during the next years until I give the word." Then the Lord said to Elijah, "Go to the east "and hide by Keareth, Brooke. "Now where'd end is the Jordan River? "Drink from the brook and eat what the ravens bring you for. "I have commanded, I have commanded them to bring you food. "God has sent, I have commanded the ravens. "Stingy birds." Verse six, "The ravens brought, who brought it? "The ravens birds from the animal kingdom. "The ravens brought him bread and meat each morning "and evening and he drank from the brook. "If God got to use a raven, if he got to use a bird "to bring you your provision, you're gonna be provided for. "Is this helping anybody? "What about, what about, what did Jesus said to Peter? "Jesus needed money to pay his taxes. "That meant things was tied in the ministry. "It wasn't there. "That means his partners were having, "they were having a tough time financially. "Come on, somebody." And the Holy Ghost spoke to Jesus. And Jesus looked at Peter and said, "Peter, you still got that? "You still got your fish in line, bro?" Peter said, "Yes, sir." Jesus said, "Go down to the lake, "put some bait on that line, throw it out there, "and he's specific. "The first fish that comes up, "take the silver coin out of his mouth "and go pay my taxes and yours. "Come on, somebody." So that's the fifth way that God provides. He would work through the animals. And y'all still here? Is this encouraging anybody? And that's only five. That's only five. We got two more to go and then we'll wrap up. Let's go into the sixth way that God provides for us. The wealth of the wicked. The wealth of the wicked. I'm gonna show you this in the book of Job. Chapter 27, verse 13 through 17. And I want you to pay close attention to what I'm reading 'cause this stuff's powerful right here. This is what the wicked will receive from God. Pay attention to this. This is their inheritance from the Almighty. They may have children, but the children will die in war or starve to death. Those who survive will die of a plague and not even their widows will mourn them. Evil people, pay attention to these next two verses. Evil people may have piles of money and may store away mounds of clothing. Listen to verse 17. But the righteous will wear that clothing and the innocent will divide that money. Who the innocent? The innocent of those who are saved, wash in the blood of the Lord Jesus, those who have faith in God. God is saying, I will provide for you by taking wealth from the wicked. Are you listening to me? I'm very specific in how I say that. He said, I'll take the wealth of the wicked and hand it over to you. It happened in Second Chronicles. Chapter 20, when they surrounded King Jehoshapha, God defeated them. The enemies turned on each other. They had brought loot with them. They had brought silver. They had brought gold, precious diamonds. And after all of them were dead, all of the silver in the gold, the children of Judah, Jehoshapha, those took it. They took three days gathering the spoil. It was so much. So that was a wealth transfer. Are y'all still here? So God will take wealth from the wicked and put it right at your fingertips. Isn't that amazing? That's the six way God provides. Is this helping anybody here tonight? Now let's go to the seven way God provides. Either he can give you your own business or he will use your job. Are y'all still here? God can give you your own business or he can provide for you through your job. Let's go to Genesis chapter 26, verse 12, 13, and 14. The Bible says, when Isaac planted his crops that year, that means this man had his own company. When Isaac planted his crops that year, he harvested a hundred times more grain than he planted for the Lord blessed him. That's when God blessed in the work of your hands. He became a very rich man and his wealth continued to grow. Verse 14, he acquired so many flocks of sheep and goats, herds of cattle and servants that the Philistines they became jealous of him. Now I want to read Deuteronomy chapter 28, verse 12. The Lord shall open under thee his good treasure, the heaven to give rain unto thy land in his season and to bless all the work of thy hand and thou shall land unto many nations and thou shall not borrow. We just covered the seven way that God provides. Are you listening to me? God wants to give some of you your own businesses. He's given some of you great ideas for you to do something with it. So we see God provides seven different ways. First we saw that God himself, God does it himself without the help of anybody. The second way God provides is through angels. The third way God provides is he works through people. The fourth way God provides is supernaturally multiplying which you already have. The fifth way God provides is through the animal kingdom like in the case where he told the ravens to take care of Elijah. Jesus told Peter, go down by the lake and a fish have the money in his mouth that we need to pay our taxes to stay out of trouble. The sixth way God provides is the wealth of the wicked. The seven way God provides is your own business or your job. He will bless the work of your hands. Somebody bow your heads and let's pray.
