They got a really good QB, really good offense, really good defense. It's week two, basically, by the time they get up and get going, they're going to be really, really good. So Texans fans, you can just calm down, understand you're going to walk away with the division easily, and probably a decent playoff run. Brian had them winning the division by what, 14-15 games? Six. Six games? Close, close, but six. Yeah, I did hear this narrative over the weekend, though, based on the way that the Texans have played in the first two games. And I think the Texans should have won by multi-possessions in each of these two games. But there's this narrative I've seen that the Texans cannot go on a deep playoff run based on what they saw Sunday. Where do you stay on that narrative? I just don't get it. Look, I think that it's never going to be the perfect storm. It's rare when you get the domination of a team that can just go week in, week out, and be clicking on all cylinders. And you saw that in the second half offensively the other night. But you saw a defense that was all over the football field. Reeking havoc and putting pressure on Caleb Williams and hitting him. And I saw some of the numbers in terms of the hits and the tackles for loss and the sacks. And everything that the defense was able to do. And so I think it's just, that shows you the overall caliber of the football team. And we were just talking about it from an offensive perspective and what the defense might be thinking. But the fact is, I think both sides can lean on the other knowing they got my back regardless of how I'm playing. If the defense is having a tough day, I believe the offense can put up enough points. If the offense is running the football, I believe the defense is going to keep them in the ball game. And when they are clicking on all cylinders, I feel like they're really tough to beat. And I think right now they look like one of the top two or three teams in the entire AFC. So I don't understand how I think that you're getting a little spoiled already. Kind of like when we were talking about CJ, if we feel like he's already a little overconfident, or you know, you got to do certain things to be able to say certain things, I think people are getting a little spoiled as fans to say, you've seen all this movement. You've heard all this hype. You see them now, they're two and oh, but now you're going to nitpick and say that you can't see him going that far because they're still making it's week two. Yeah, I know, I mean, if you're basically just solely on their first two weeks of games, I think it's fair to have that point. Like, I don't think they're an AFC championship team currently at the moment right now. I think that they are capable of getting to the AFC championship game right now, because I think that the opponent matters. And I think what they're doing or what they're giving you and what they're showing you. And also where you are in the season, I think you're going to get an Autry back too. I think the defense has the ability to get even better as you get Bullock and Lasseter to feel even more comfortable when you get Christian Harris back. I think the defense is definitely not even close to peaking yet. So that can even get better. I'm not sure Lasseter can play better than he's played. But nonetheless, if he's playing like that and you get guys back and everybody starts the kind of cohesion within the units on the field, I think they can get better as a unit. And I also believe offensively, we know that there's injuries, mix ins out, juices out. I think that you're going to see that the offense can get better too and they'll get better timing. And some of the things we were just talking about with play calls and I think are going to be more explosive because of the fact they're going to continue to build all those things. Yeah, I see my point with this is that teams get better, like good teams get better and you listed some of the personnel that's coming back that should make them better. I think that the receivers are going to have bigger games going forward. Now that you've needed them to have you games, like you won with the defense in week two, you won with a running attack in week one. That's fine. That's fine. Like you figure out ways to win. You figure out ways to win different games. The way that I look at the first two weeks, I don't think they're playing anywhere close to their best. I've seen potential from the Texans that makes me think they are capable of having a deep playoff run. If they if they entered the playoffs today and they played like they did in the last two games, I think they're probably a divisional round team. I don't think they're a top two team in the AFC based on how they've played in the last two weeks. But I've seen the potential there. I've seen the offense look good for three of the four halves. I've seen the defense look good really for a majority of the entirety of two games. I've seen a kicker AFC special teams player of the week. Hey, that's a kicker that you might need in a playoff game to knock in a game winning kick. I think that you have talent that can make the deep run. I've seen you win with a rushing attack blocking for Joe mix. And now as the Colts defense a little under overrated, they didn't look good last week against Green Bay. So I have seen the potential if the Texans can get it clicking on all cylinders that could give them a deep post-season run. I kind of view their first two weeks in a very weird way. It kind of is a microcosm to the Astros where we look at the Astros. Now they're not losing like the Astros did early in the year, but we look at the Astros and even even though we were frustrated with them, mad at them, we still look at that team as if they get it clicking on all cylinders, they can make a deep post-season run. I still think that about the Astros. They can get it clicking on all cylinders. They can make a deep post-season run. I feel the same way with the Houston Texans based on what I've seen in two weeks that if they get it all clicking, they can make a deep post-season run. Yeah, I totally believe that. I believe the roster is so much better, significantly better than it was a year ago. And the fact that in a lot of cases, as you make the Astros comparison, the correlation to is the fact that you've got injured guys that are going to be coming back to and when they come back, they're going to enhance this team and take it to another level. We talked about it with the Astros like whether it was the trade deadline at what had come or gone or not that you were going to get guys back that were like getting a big pickup in free agency or a trade right at a critical time of the season. I think that when you look at how these injuries are spread out right now and the fact that you won't have Autry for the first six weeks, but when you get Christian Harris back and you get Drew Scruggs back and you get mixed in back, you're like this team is there's easily tears they can still get to to where I believe as good as they are now, we may not and I'm fine with not seeing the best version of this team till midway point of the season or a little further down the road. Yeah, I mean, Harris is going to make this. I mean, I've liked what I've seen from Toa Toa. But we also have to account for injury. Like guys are going to get hurt. But Harris, I'm excited to see his return at some point. You mentioned, you know, we talk about it all the time, the depth, the fact that we were concerned about the depth at linebacker. Now, at least it makes you feel better when Harris comes back, Toa Toa is capable. Yeah, I mean, yes, like, you're not really going to rotate linebackers, like they rotate defensive linemen. So I think Toa Toa's play will go significantly, like snap down, we'll go significantly down. When his numbers called, though, you feel more confident in him than you did at the start of the season. I rather not call his number. I get it. But yes, if you had to call on his number, you do feel more confident in the ultra yellow element. I'm not sure the defensive lines played at a really high level. Like, I don't know how much Autry is going to make this sounds crazy to say that because I think Autry is a really good football player. But I don't know how much better Autry is going to make the defensive line, like perform at a higher level. Because I think the defensive lines performed at an elite level in the last two games. What you think about settle, you think about Autry, you think about guys that even if it's just rotationally, you're going to move Autry around, I would assume. I don't think Autry is going to play a lot. I really don't. Well, I think I think Autry is going to play second and third downs. I think he's going to play less than 60% of the snaps. I think that's still a significant portion 60%. I thought you were dropping it. I mean, it's a little over half. Yeah. But I believe I think it's more than that. But I think they'll move him around. They'll give him, he'll spell the guys on the outside, he'll play on the inside. And I believe that he'll he'll be a factor for this defense. But you know, I think he'll help keep everybody else fresh. Yeah, definitely. Definitely. He's a good football player. Like don't don't get it twisted. I just think this defensive line is already played at a high level. Like I'm really curious how much better it could potentially be. And I don't think he's going to play a lot of defensive tackle. He's certainly not on first and 10. If it's second and five, probably not. Like he's, I don't want to say a gadget player. No, but I think you're right second and third down is where he's going to see a significant. And it's usually going to be second and long. Yeah. Yeah. But he's definitely on first down, especially if we just got done talking about if offenses are going to run the football more predominantly on first down, he's probably not going to see the field. Because they really like Mario Edwards. And I mean, Ariel Edwards has been fantastic. I was going to say no reason not to as much as we heard the hype. And we're like, he's a little older. He's been good. He's been really good. And then Foley eats tons of space. He's massive. Foley takes blocks. He eats space. I've liked what I've seen for him. Foley's more athletic than I thought he was. Because for a guy that size, he can move. You can't 6502 Texans. I started going to last year. I'm very happy with two and oh, this year, another texture. The Texans got a good overall team, a good O, good D, kicking special teams, coaching, they're going to be tough to beat. See, I think that's where you need to be. If you're a team that has aspirations of going deep, I think that you have to win in a variety of different ways. So like, you know, we had stress in on here a little bit, a little bit ago, and it's like, Hey, we're Schultz. Where's Tank Dell? They haven't needed to throw it 40 times a game yet. They were running it down the throats of the Colts. They won the game on the back of the running game this past week. They didn't have to throw it 40 times a game. Yes, the running attack wasn't as good, but you were in front that entire game. Your defense was playing lights out. So they're going to come a game where CJ Stroud throws at 40 times and all these receivers put up a huge game and Dalton Schultz puts up a huge game. But give me a team that can beat you in a variety of different ways. And then you have the signs of a team that can go deep. And the Texans have shown us. I know they can beat teams with the passing game. They just haven't had to do it. They beat a team of the Russian game. They beat the team with the defense. I think the Texans are capable of winning in a bunch of different ways. Oh, I think they're going to pop the top off sooner rather than later to show you just, you know, let the Ferrari go. I think that there's plenty of of games coming up real soon where you're going to see the passing game take over. That's going to be phenomenal. And I have total confidence in it. But I think the bigger thing is, would you rather be the Texans right now or the Ravens or the Bengals? Because regardless of what their rosters look like or where you thought they were going to be preseason, they got a more uphill challenging battle now because they're Oh, and two, you won the games. Maybe if some people out there don't think it was as pretty as it should have been. But the bottom line is the alternative is as those teams right there that now have a bigger challenge on their hands than you. Yeah, Ravens might have a better roster, but I don't want to have the whole. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. 713 780 ESPN HR and Pete listener line 713 7803776. Let's let's talk about those underutilized receivers. I think the tank Dell not being utilized properly has been overblown after two games. It is the bees. I know it's early but I think this week will tell a lot about our team on the road against a good defensive team and us playing better offensively and cutting back on penalties. Let's see if we're capable. Yeah, it'll be a it'll be a good test against the defense. If the Texans don't beat the Vikings just on the road. Yes, a 2 and 0 team. Yes, well coached. Just Justin Jefferson is there. I'll be I'll be disappointed if the Texans can't beat the Vikings. Agree. I think that again, when we start talking about the caliber of team that the Texans have and where you put them up against other teams, in my opinion, they're a better team than the Minnesota Vikings. They should win a football game against the Minnesota Vikings. I like the fact that again, early because it's not how you start. It's how you finish. I'd like to see it because of the fact that we would talk about the Colts and the Bears and where they had deficiencies. The Vikings are really good on defense. And so now maybe you see a different wrinkle from Bobby Sloech knowing that their strength is going to be defensive line. They get they get good pass rush. They have the strength. There maybe that lends itself towards him opening up the defense but also being aware of the offensive lines going to be tested because I mean in watching some of the tape and seeing the way that Flores runs his defense, he has a lot of exotic packages. He likes to bring it, you know, bring it from different ways, trying to confuse a younger quarterback and it's going to be a challenge for CJ 9440. I'd rather be the whole hum boring Texans right now and not show all of our cards early. Okay, I think there's some I don't think the Texans are like, that's not show everybody all of our plays right now. They just haven't had to because of the way the games have went. A to a brain and T. It's not about players stats. It's about stacking wins. That's fast for sure. It is fact. All right. I think the tank Dale not being utilized properly has been overblown. It's been two games, but a lot of people are wondering like what's going on and then they've they've offered some ideas on what they would change. So what would you change to get tank more involved in the offense? I'm not going to change a thing. I think that I think that he is going to be a a big factor in this offense. We just got done talking about it depending on who you're playing and what they're bringing at you and what you're seeing and who has the best matchups so far. He's had opportunities and they've literally slipped through his fingers a couple of times, but he's going to get more. And I think that from week to week and again, we're going to see defensive coordinators see what happened the week previous like the Bears did and saw what was going on with mixing and they were hyper focused on stopping the run. Same thing in the passing game where I think that there's going to be teams more focused on Nico and that's where digs and and and tank are going to excel and they're going to pick up more looks and they're going to get more yards and they're going to, you know, have a bigger impact on the game. I right now two weeks in. I'm not going to worry about tank Dale. I'm glad he's not hurt. That's a great factor because if he's healthy, I believe he's a weapon that will be used. Yeah, I think it's overblown. I think the Texans have done a pretty good job of utilizing tank. Like you go back to week one. He had like six or seven targets. They used him a couple of times in the run game this past week. They just they didn't have a whole lot of passing activity. Like other than Nico Collins, no one had this, you know, outstanding huge production game. They used him in the running attack a couple of times to actually like him on the on the ground. Like the in around stuff. I think that he runs the ball really well. Like Tyler and Conroe, I would call an all out stop to utilizing Dell on jet sweeps and reverses. Please feel the love of everything I hold dear in this world. Stop doing that. I think it works really well. I love it. Just don't turn it inside a lot. Yeah, I would agree with that. Yeah, because then he's got three defensive linemen that are going to pile on them as opposed to get to the sideline or get your yardage and get down. But other than that, I think it's a dynamic part of why he's a weapon that you have to utilize because again, you're not going to sit there and say I got the shiny new Ferrari, but I'm only I'm only going to use him on you know, odd days of the week. I'm going to I'm going to use the ability to run just like I'm going to use the ability to pass. But hopefully I'm going to use them in a way where he doesn't get in a car accident. Yeah, I'd rather him not cut inside either. There was that one jet sweep where he tried to cut it to his left, cut it in and to kind of a kind of slit took a big hit looked up looked more awkward than it was like actual. But but I agree with you. But that the first jet sweep in this game went for like 20 something yards. Yeah, he had a 18 yards. That was he also had Kate Stover was like blocking on that one is the lead blocker was unbelievable blocking by Kate Stover. So I actually liked the jet sweep. Some with you don't cut it inside. Oh, so says, we forget to that that ball up the seam if he catches it. Yep. Then he's a hero in that game. Yeah, I mean, if he catches that in stride and runs it in for a touchdown, we're talking about a tank Dell. Yes, it would only been like a two catch game. We're looking at two catch 50 yards in a score. And throw in the 16 yards on the ground too. So that game does look a lot different. And that was kind of a low scoring defensive oriented game where you only, you know, you weren't slinging it all over the yard. Right. No doubt about it. That's why I'm saying, I mean, the big thing is keep him healthy and he's going to have plenty of opportunities to gouge the defense, put up some some gaudy stats, but really contribute in a variety of ways to the offense. Seven, one, three, seven, eight, zero ESPN seven. Actually, I want this from oh, so a tank just needs to wear the number three chain rather than the dude on the sidelines. You see that he's got a sideline. He's got a sideline chain wearer. Yeah, he takes one of the, the, what do you call it? The complimentary football people on the sideline. It hasn't. Where is his jewelry? Probably equipment staffer. That's, I guess he puts it on. Like the, when does he put it on? Does he put it on? They're on defense. You're the staffer. Don't you tuck that thing in your golf shirt instead of having that thing flashing all over the place? No, I think he likes that. I'm sure he was trying to get the look on TV, but it didn't look great on him. It's kind of, it's, it's interesting. Seven five, six, zero. We've been lucky with solid defense and good offense. Let the head coach call what he wants. We are going to screw it up, but I feel the Texans will be top five teams by the end of the season. Well, makes you think they're going to screw it up? Yeah, I don't, I don't understand that part of it. I believe that, look, I think it's a hell of a good situation to be in that you're not, you haven't played nearly your best, but look the hell out if you do, because when this thing comes together and the offense and the defense is playing at the same level at the same time, I think they can play with anybody. Yeah, I think they're going to, I think Tank will be just fine. I think all of the, all the doubt on Tank, the exaggeration, we'll put it to, we'll put it to bed. Thanks going to go off here pretty soon. All right. Seven one three seven eight zero ESPN is Kyle Tucker. Back is the king back all the way back. It is the bees on ESPN 97 five and ESPN 92 five. Sunday at two forty five on ESPN 97 five. Coming to you live from the Veritex Community Bank studios, it's the killer bees on ESPN 97 five and 92 five. Here's Joel Blanken, Jeremy Branham. LeMont says Branham, it took me a while to figure out all of this fluffy talk from blankers with Texans. Texans face Chicago, next week Vikings, he's a packer. This plays out perfectly for him. Fluffy talk? His words are mine. You have to ask him. What's my fluffy talk? Look, I mean, I don't know what you're trying to get to LeMont, but I believe that, you know, the Texans are a better football team than I think any team in the north, not named the lions. And I think at the end of the year, they might be as much as people have made the lions a sexy pick. I think the Texans are as talented as just about any team in this league. When you look across the board and especially taking a guy like my homes out of the Chiefs, I think overall with the talent, Texans can compete with the Chiefs. But Minnesota, Sam Darnell doesn't scare me for the long haul. I mean, Justin Jefferson's dinged up. He's going to play Addison's been dinged up too. But even if they weren't, even if they were at full strength, I believe in the Texans to beat the Bears and the Vikings. And I think they're better team. Uh, the injury report for the Texas is not look great today. Chris Boyd did not practice. Nico Collins did not practice hip foot. It's not good. Uh, Foley, Fatikasi did not practice. Oh, that's not good. Joe Mixon did not practice. Jared Patterson did not practice. Damien Pierce did not practice. Drew Scruggs did not practice. Dalton Schultz limited Azizal Shire limited Brevin Jordan placed on the IR. Oh, not agree. Yeah, you catch that. Yeah, they placed on the IR today. Me injury. Thanks. I hadn't heard that. Yeah. So that not a great injury report. When can we go back to the peaceful days when we were talking about only one or two guys on the injury last week? Yeah. And we were like, Oh, we're good. We're good. Well, now I would hope that a majority of that is just where veterans with wear and tear that you're not going to like work too hard during the week to make sure they're ready for the weekend. But yeah, that's not, that's not a great list. Yeah. Wednesday's kind of a lighter day. So we'll see how this all go. Aaron Wilson is reporting that Nico Collins is already expected to play. So there is that. All right. Is Kyle Tucker back? Is the king back blinkers? I don't think he's completely back, but I think he's showing a lot of good signs. I think he's going in the right direction. I think we've seen the progress. We saw the pop of the power with the home run in Anaheim. He got two knocks again last night. I believe, you know, he got a key knock when you needed it too. So I think that the progression is there as much as I was concerned that there was going to be more rust and and putting him in the lineup with rust was dangerous because he didn't do any rehab stint in Sugar Land. I believe he looks more and more like the old Kyle Tucker. I still have some concerns about his ability to run, both in the outfield and on the bases. I would like to see more power in his game develop the way it was prior to the injury, but I think that he's he's getting closer. He's progressing and I feel good about where he is because of the fact you got 11 games now still before the start of the playoffs. One, two, four, eight says you say limited like Russell Wilson, Mr. Unlimited. I don't think he's all the way back. He's off today. Like if he's all the way back, he's playing every single day. Yeah, he played outfield the three days in a row. Was it four or five days? So like that's good. That's good. It's trending in the right direction. Like things are looking good. He's productive. He's not screwing up baseballs like he would like to. He said that yesterday to Julia immediately after the win. They're still using a pinch runners for him every now and then. He's not taking that like yesterday had an opportunity to go first to third didn't. People always stole a bag. Well, I stole the bag whenever no one was paying attention to and could have crawled into second base. And the other one was there was a situation in the last two games where it was an easy base to take on a first and third, I think situation where they weren't paying attention. And because it was Kyle Tucker, he did not steal. Yeah. And that's what I'm concerned about because Kyle Tucker before was stealing bags on a on a pretty consistent rate. And he was really good at doing it. And they're not going to even think about that right now. Yeah, I would say he's like an 85%. I don't think that he's back back all the way back. Now is, you know, is he fine hitting third or fourth in the lineup? Obviously he was intentionally walked yesterday on a 2-2 count to face Johnny Diaz. So like he's productive. He's it's fine. So I like where Kyle Tucker is at. I wouldn't say that he's all the way back. I think he's closer to being all the way back. I hope he's all the way back by the postseason, which is just a few weeks away right now. So hopefully. Look, I was worried about his power period. At least he got a bomb. You know, he had a home run. I still think that I'm glad he's talking about, you know, still not barreling everything up because I think there's so much more that's still there. But because he's got so much ability, what he's doing right now is good signs that it's coming back, which was a huge concern. I think one of my my the most optimistic things about this is that he's looked fine defensively. I haven't really noticed him looking poor out there. I haven't looked at I haven't seen him like lumber. I haven't seen him look unhealthy in right field. I've liked the way he's played the position. Do I think he's at a hundred percent range? No, but do I feel like am I worried about putting him out there? No, not at all. No, the one thing that I would say where he showed concern is late in that game against the Angels when Jake got hurt and twisted his ankle. He immediately was kind of going over there talking to him, realized and hey, I might have to cover more of the gap. I might have to, if he's limited and stays in the game, how much more am I going to have to cover? That's why he was asking right away. How bad is it? Because I think that there's some concern about how much ground he can cover in the outfield. I think that's a reach. I don't. I think it's a reach that he was worried about how much ground he was covered because Jay Myers was hopping around. Of how bad is he? Because if he's staying in the game, he now knows consciously, regardless of if he's not 100% or how his leg feels, he's going to have to cover more ground. Is he though? Like you can only cover the ground that you can cover, right? But he's going to where he plays and the fact that he's going to have to compensate if Jake can't move around in center field. You're usually going to compensate based on where you play though. Like you're limited range wise. But he's more, if there's more, if he's more, there's more stress on him because Jake's hurt. But where's the stress though? He can't cover as much ground in center field, which means you've got to make up for it. But how is he going to make up for it? He's not going to make up for it by running harder. But we were talking about the fact that was, you know, if there, if he looks like there's anything to be concerned about or if he looks like, you know, because he's not 100%, I would think that that conversation was checking him out knowing, hey, depending, it doesn't matter how I feel, I'm going to have to be in the gap quicker. And I'm not sure he was fully capable of doing it like he used to do it. I don't know. I feel like he's kind of eased his way back in. Like if we're just going to throw out an arbitrary number, like he's covering 100 yards of space, I don't think because Jake Myers is hobbling around, he's going to cover 120 yards of space. I think the range is the range. I think that he has 100%, he has far better range than whatever he's, whatever percentage he's at right now. Yeah. And I think that when you throw into the mix that your center fielder who normally we talk about is an above average defensive center fielder that can cover a lot of ground. And suddenly he can't. I think that can, that could be a stressful situation on the lagging on him. I'll agree to disagree on this one. Do you think, like where should you bond started? What was it back to back games in center? Was it three in a row? I think it was back to back. Marisha DuBond doesn't have the range of Jake Myers. Do you think Kyle Tucker was stressing that Marisha DuBond was in centerfield and not Jake Myers because he's going to need to cover more ground? No, but it's also the situation in the game. You're getting late in the game was a one run game at the time. You know, you got to worry about the fact that I got to be on my horse and the leg's not 100%. That's all I'm saying. Okay. All right. Yeah. But at the plate, I think he's starting to come around. I don't think he's full Kyle Tucker yet, but he's not overmatched like he was early. First few at bats, first few games, whenever he came back, he didn't look good. He looked like Andrew Diaz did last night, but he started to look better. Like you mentioned the home run. He also had that ball, the double off the top of the wall. So like the power is there. He's getting some like the knocks. He kind of had some bleaters and bloopers there last night was not like barreled up, but you know, he took a tough pitch and he went the other way with it and dropped it into left field over Machado's head and shallow left. And it was a key point in the ball game. Yeah. He's getting there. I think he's getting there. That's good to see. All right. 713 780 ESPN HR and P listener line. What is your car wreck of the day? 713 780 3776. What are you nominating for your car wreck of the day? It is the bees on ESPN 97 5 and ESPN 92 5 before we go to the break. A word from a good friend, Doc Linville. Look, Doc Linville is here locally. It's not all these national solutions for losing your hair. Doc is right here in the medical center and he does a phenomenal job is practice covers a variety of different things, plastic surgery, spot treatments, Botox. But the thing that I have personal experience with is the PRP treatments and the neograph procedure because they're game changers. They got my hair back unsolicited. Doc came to me one day and say, can I talk to you for a second? Can I explain to you some of the things that I do? Sure. I'll listen, Doc sat down started talking about some things didn't realize that you're never going to lose the hair on the sides in the back of your head, no matter how bald you go in other areas. And he had a way of being able to take some of that hair that you're never going to lose and put it where you've already lost hair. You've had thinning spots, bald spots that you didn't think you could do anything with. So as we got deeper into the conversation, he explained, hey, look, what we're going to first look at is a can you do PRP? PRP is like fertilizing your lawn. The hairs there, the strands are visible. They're just not as thick and strong and as long as it used to be when you were younger. So on the PRP treatment is essentially like fertilizing your lawn, taking the hair that's there and getting it back to its original form. If Doc looks at your scalp and says, no, look, I think we're already past the point of PRP. We got to start talking about the neograft. Then the neograft is essentially like re-siding your lawn. Again, taking some of that hair where you're never going to lose it, putting it where you need it most by moving the follicles to either maybe the front where you have a forehead that's gone to an eight head or up on top and back where you have a baboon's butt showing and you're not proud of it. The fact is, is that the neograft works and almost instantly you're going to see follicles there. And as they get stronger and longer as they grow and settle in, they're going to look and give you the feel of your own hair when you were in your heyday. Fantastic procedure. And the greatest thing about this, 95 to 99% of the follicles that he's going to move, they're going to be with you for the rest of your life. They ain't falling out. They ain't going anywhere. They're going to be with you until the day you die. That's why I did the procedure. Flat out. That was the biggest bullet point that stuck out to me. Here's Joel Blank and Jeremy Branham. My gosh. This is Rombre Valdez's music. Astros in San Diego. That was a three out of ten of Jim Rossville there. There. Who's that? They play at 6.05. So roughly 18 minutes away from Rombre Valdez facing Dillon Sees. Good matchup. I hope he doesn't get through the first with ease. What are you expecting from Rombre Valdez tonight? Every big win if the Astros could take the series at San Diego. Some people considering them as a nationally contender to represent the NL in the World Series. It'd be a huge, huge statement. I just think it's gonna be another statement. They've played really well against good teams. They've established that they can play with anybody. And I agree with you though. I think it would be great to go into this stretch of the schedule and also because every game is imperative and take two out of three in San Diego. Good pitching matchup as well. I expect Bromford to still be dealing the same way I have confidence in Hunter Brown. We talk about pitchers you trust or don't trust. I trust that you're going to get the best stuff out of Bromford tonight. I'm going to go seven and one. Take it. Oh, absolutely. Yeah. I feel good about it. I would play the over but I would take it. I almost nailed a hundred Browns last night. Pause. Yeah. I said six and a third but I said I said two. So you don't let them brown? Yeah. No. Easy Brian. I know you want it. Yeah. Let's get to our car wreck of the day. This is the car wreck of the day. What is your car wreck of the day 713 7803776. The 582 forces the game is on right now. There ain't no way. There ain't no way the Astros and Padres start when the killer bees are on the air. They wait for us to finish. They started 605. What is your car wreck of the day, blank man? Easy. I mean, I mean, for me, the umpires last night. I mean, they were absolutely an embarrassment and it was multiple times. You can just go right down the list. You can go from Hader warming up and the disengagement. You can go to Altuve having to show his foot. You can, you know, the tossing of both your manager and Altuve everything and anything that you could say with the umpires and their strikes on last night was not a good look for baseball. I feel like you're being very unfair to the first second and third base umpires then. They're all involved. I mean, I'm not involved with the zone and throwing it. No, but they also could have been involved in like all you had to do was ask him about the foul ball. No, anybody can call a foul ball. You don't have to be asked. But the home plate umpires should have asked for help. He didn't. He refused to. No, he didn't. He didn't refuse to ask for help. I thought that was one of the stories part of the deal. You can call a foul ball as a base umpire no matter what. You don't need to be asked. It's not an appeal. I thought they were asking for him to ask the other umpires and he said no. He said he didn't call a foul ball. He'd already been asked. You're asked every time a ball is at the foot of a hitter. Like anybody can make that call. That's not the home plate umpires call. It's all of their calls, but they so you're saying that they could have just chimed in and said it hit his foot. Absolutely happens all the time. Okay. Well, regardless, they were they were brutal last night. They were bad. Home plate umpire was especially bad. The Jose Altuve thing was funny to me. Sheila Jose Altuve taking off the spike, taking off the sock, showing it to the umpire. That was funny. But yeah, he was bad. I saw the umpire auditor thing like cost the Astros. This is only the strike zone. This is everything else. It cost the Astros like half a run, a little over half a run. And that's before you even mentioned the hater saga of going to the New York for the rule interpretation. I thought the ejections were warranted. They were funny, but they were warranted. What was the other the pro far one? The pro far one was bad too. It was kind of beneficial to the Astros, but that was bad. And then the the three oh pitch to Mandy Machado that was called a strike. We thought it was favorable to the Astros. Probably turned out to it did turn out to be unfavorable to the Astros because your home retired the game. All right, I want to nominate Victor Robles, Victor Robles, Mariner, Seattle Mariner facing the Yankees yesterday. They had Luis Gil on the hook. They had him off the hook. They knew who they were. They knew who the Yankees were. They they were who they thought they were. And they let Luis Gil off the hook. Victor wrote basis reloaded for the mirrors. Bases reloaded three Oh count and Victor Robles with the blunder of the year. He tries to still home ahead of a three Oh pitch with two outs in the bases loaded. Gets thrown out the Luis go made a fabulous play fabulous throw. It took a fabulous throw to get Robles out. But what in the world are you doing that for ahead of a three Oh count where Luis Gil cannot find the strike zone. He couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. He couldn't fall. He couldn't find water if he fell out of a boat in the Atlantic Ocean. And he tries to still home ahead of a three Oh count gets thrown out Yankees roll. They blow them out Victor Robles clueless should be his name. The blunder of the year. That was embarrassing. Would they take him out two innings later? I think they really took him out. I think two innings later. But just watching his walk back to the it was like the the death march back to the dugout. Like what the hell were you possibly thinking because the Yankees jumped on them early anyway. But you had an opportunity that was just that was just stupid stupid. Like I could see it kind of if it's like an O2 count. You just think the gills is a pitch away from punching them out. Like I get it at that spot. But not on a three Oh count where the guy can't find the zone. He walked the previous guy too. So he walked a dude is three and O to Turner. Let me try to still home. The stupidest baseball player ever seen low IQ low as two Victor Robles. You're an idiot. Yeah, I got a buddy that's a Yankee fan and he was like as we keep talking about the fact that he's like you're gonna cheer for us now, aren't you? Because you got it. I'm like, yeah, you guys could do us a favor, but they're doing themselves. I mean, the Mariners are doing us a favor too doing what they're doing. That was absolutely as tonight. I wonder if he did get flat out bench. So looking at the box score now, he was DH and the next time up, he was pinched. Right. He did not hit again. I think it would have been more impactful if they did it immediately. But well, he was not playing the field. Right. You don't know. He might be getting so maybe maybe they did. That's what I was thinking. I didn't realize you guys. Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I didn't realize he was just in turn or wouldn't said something because I this was something that didn't see live. I saw the headline for it. Apparently Justin Turner was pissed. And he seems at play. Yeah. Maybe like this is obviously stupid. Maybe it was a selfish play too. Like it's certainly a selfish play, but I wonder if they think Robles is a selfish player because why else are you doing that? Why else are you doing that? You'd never do that on a 3-0 count. No, you just don't. That's just an unwritten rule of baseball. You just don't do that. That's just stupid play that shouldn't be a part of a team trying to chase down a team in the division with 12 games left. I think that was a straw that broke the camel back. I think the Mariners are done. I agree. I think they're done. Yeah, I thought that last night. I thought that was it. If the Astros win tonight and especially follow up by a four game home stand against the Angels, I think the vision's over. Victor Clueless has ended their season. Yeah, I mean, I'll still give them the benefit of the doubt. If the Astros lose tonight, then maybe it keeps them slightly in it. But if the Astros win tonight against the Padres, then they have the Angels at home. It's a wrap. They would have to win too though. I know. Like I said, the door will be slightly open, but the Astros win tonight. Ballgame, it's over. All right. What do you nominate for Karak of the day? My nomination was the umpires last night. I can't top either umpires or Victor Robles. I'll second. I don't know who to pick here between the two of you guys, but there's nothing worse than what we saw with the umpire show last night or Victor Robles trying to step home on a 3-0 count. We can honorable mention everybody nitpicking both sides of the CJ Caleb Williams debate. Oh, yes, you know what? That's a good idea. Whoever took whoever decided to take down the Florio post will get my nomination for Karak of the day. I think it was Florio. Okay. I think it had to have been Florio. Why would the radio station take it down? The radio station loves because everybody across the country is going to click on it and see what was said. Yeah, there's lots of free promotion for them. Everyone's playing and talking about as heard on blah, blah, blah. Actually, I'll throw the Bernstein guy in there as a car wreck of the day. Don't call him Bernstein. Where he gets mad at that? Oh, that's the varsity. That's the same guy. What do you do? Someone there was a varsity guy filling in and they as they were I can't remember exactly how they set it up, but basically they refer to him as Bernstein in the setup for a segment and the guy got mad and said, don't call me Bernstein. Only my close friends could call me Bernstein. Well, meanwhile, the name of the show is Bernstein in the name of the other guy. I thought they called him Bernie. No, it was Bernstein. I thought he called him Bernie. You said you could you're calling me my first name or Bernstein? No, it was Bernstein. He says, you don't know me like that. Yeah, I did see that. I thought I said you could call me Bernstein, but I'll throw Bernstein under the late nominee to for calling CJ shroud. Talk was Caleb Williams for formative. Yeah. That that's where he went too far. Excessive. Like I can get defending Caleb Williams there. I defended Caleb Williams there, but to say that CJ shroud is being performative there. Yeah, it's car regular day. Josh from Seabrook wants to nominate the Nike's new CBA City Edition jerseys. There's minimalism and then there's being lazy talk about a lack of effort. The rocket ones I saw are awful. Yeah, I'm trying to verify that they are the legit ones because yet they ain't much. Have you not been able to yet? Because the people that I know said they have to, I have to send them the picture. Like, I haven't seen anything yet. I go, it's out there. I'm like, are those the legit jerseys? There's like, well, send me a picture. I haven't seen it yet. I'm like, I'm sure you know it. Yeah, they're awful. All right, Glenn Davis soccer matters coming up next. He's live from Shell Energy Stadium is the Dynamo host van Cooper tonight. He's going to have GM Pat on said live. Never knows going to be said on live radio with a little match preview. Does it for us? Thanks to Brian. Thanks to stress joining us earlier. He's blank on Branham.
