I'm your host Alex bullpen and it is Wednesday, September the 18th. Another day and another winning day, guys. We had five plays yesterday with three winners. We went three and two. We'll take a profit any day. Let's get into what we had yesterday. Our first play is we took the Philadelphia Phillies on the money line. That came through pretty easy guys as a good read, a good call in it with that one five to one. And then we had four batter parlays, which means eight batters. We had six of them correct, but only two winners. We didn't pair the right ones together today, but we still broke even on the batter parlays, which means we had a winning day. Our winners. We took Vladigararo and we paired that with Marcelo Zuna to get one hit each that came through for us. Then we took Salvador Perez and we paired that with Brian Reynolds. That was a winner. And then our two losers. We took Bobby Witt, the biggest, highest price of the day, a minus 450. Did not get a hit for us. Oh, that was painful. We paired him with Alex Bergman, who was only a minus 190 to get a hit. He came through for us. He had two hits yesterday. And then our other loser is we took Christian Walker. He banged out a homerun yesterday and we paired with Nolan our NATO and our NATO did not come through. But that's all right, guys, that's five winning days in a row. We're on smashing. We are 20 wins five losses over our last five days. So a nice 80% clip. We are heating up right now, guys. All right, let's get into some plays today. I got one money line and I got two batter parlays. So our first play is we're going to take the Atlanta Braves on the money line today. Now we're back in Spencer Schwalenbach. This rookie at the beginning of the year I was betting against him, wasn't sure of his stuff. And now I've been on him for a while. This kid has got electric stuff. Now he's only got a six and seven record with a 373 ERA and a 1.1 whip. But his metrics are insane. He's got a 97th percentile chase rate, which means guys are just, you know, whiffing at stuff that they don't even know is there. His fastball tops in his average fastball is at 96 miles per hour, which is in tops in the leagues. Love that look. He's got a five point six percentile. See, five point six percent barrel rate, which comes in in the 84th percentile, which means guys are chasing and missing and they can't barrel on on the ball. So I'm loving his underlying statistics. Atlanta needs this win. So they are two games back of both the Mets and the DBACs for the final wild card spot. The DBACs and Mets are tied. They're two games back. So they need this game since he's well out of it. They have nothing to play for. They're just kind of going through the motions and Atlanta needs this. Now, Atlanta's going versus Jacob Junice today. This guy is kind of a bullpen guy who's kind of been turned into a starter for the last couple of, uh, last couple of weeks because since he's running out of starters. Now, he has overlining metrics that look good. He's got a four and oh, er excuse me, four and oh record with a 273 ERA. But his underlying metrics are not good. When you're a bull pin guy and you come out and you just, you know, pitched to three, four, maybe five guys, they don't see you a second and third time. So yeah, your percentages are going to look a little better when you come out of the bullpen. Guys have not seen you in a while or haven't seen you in weeks, but it's different when you're a starter and you get that second and third plate appearance versus these guys. So some of his metrics, he's in the four, he's in the bottom 40th percentile and a lot of different statistics that matter. So he's in the 23rd, bottom 23rd percentile in K rate and he's not really striking guys out. He's in the 32, excuse me, the bottom 32nd percentile in barrel rate. He's in the bottom 17th percentile and hard hit percentage. And he's in the top bottom 22nd percentile in exit velocity, which are not good stats against a hard hitting team like the Atlanta Braves with Olsen, Ozuna, Harris, all of these guys that can really get behind the bat and it's in Cincinnati, which is rated the second highest hitter friendly park in all of the majors behind Coorsfield. So this is a good look for getting Atlanta on the money line today on the road. Again, I will be betting this on bet 365 as if they ever go up by five runs at any point in the game, even if it's in the first inning and they go on to lose the game, bet 365 still pays it out as a winner. That is a huge edge, especially in a game with a high total like this one. And in a home run hitter friendly park where, you know, next thing you know, a grand slam ties the game up and you're wishing that you added on bet 365. I have two batter parlays that I'm going with today. Our first one is we're going right back to Christian Walker. Now this guy since coming back from injury, he's got to hit in nine out of his last 10 games. We've been on him for his last three games and he hasn't let us down yet. Now he's going versus Austin Gomber at Coorsfield today. Great combination. He's six for 15 back in 400 with two home runs and a double versus Austin Gomber. So great stats. Now we're going to pair with Randy a Rosa Reyna of the Seattle Mariners. Now he's going versus Carlos Rondo today. Now he is seven for 25. So not terrible bet two 80 versus Rondo. But in 2024, he is four for seven with three home runs. He's got a home run one home run and all three of the games that he's gone versus Carlos Rondo. So that is a great look. And when you pair Christian Walker and Randy a Rosa Reyna together, you get a plus 109. I love that. We're getting plus money on these two guys together. Now our next play is in that same Seattle game. Now I normally tell you guys not to take two batters on the same team as because the correlation between them, the books really destroy the odds. However, these two batters are elite and the prices on these guys are perfect. We're going to take our boys Juan Soto and Aaron judge on the same ticket together. Now Juan Soto, they're going versus Bryce Miller. Now as good as Bryce Miller is, some of his underlying statistics aren't great. He's in the bottom 12th percentile in exit velocity and the bottom 13th percentile in barrel percentage, which are two things you do not want to be giving up to Aaron judge and one Soto, two of the most elite hitters in the majors. And there's kind of something about elite pitchers when they go versus these guys. Like if you're just kind of an average Joe Schmo pitcher, you don't mind getting that walk sign from the manager saying, give this guy a free pass. But a lot of these super studs are like, no, I'm going to put it by Aaron judge and it costs them. So Juan Soto has only seen Bryce Miller three played appearances and he's got two home runs versus him. So he's two for three with two home runs in 2024 versus Bryce Miller. Love that. Aaron judge is three for six. He's got 500 and he's got two home runs and a double. So all of their hits of all but extra base hits versus each other. Judges on the six game hitting streak. And when you pair the two of these superstars together, you get a plus one 12. So we have two batter parlays that are both plus money today. Love that. Now I know on FanDuel, they have a $10 token for a free same game parlay. Now I took our three batters from this Seattle game. I took Juan Soto, Aaron judge and Randy Rosarina all to get two bases and you pair them together and you get a plus 1000. So you get a 10 to one shot on your money. So I use my free token on that one. And that's and those are our plays for today, guys. All right. We're on a nasty run. If you're rocking with me, let's roll.
