Hello hello hello welcome to the Manic Candice Podcast. This is your girl Candice back at it again with a brand new special episode of the podcast. Today we are going to be covering the arrests of Diddy, his indictment and his charges and the details of that indictment. His unsealed indictment is 14 pages it was released this morning. I was pending this episode upon the release of the indictment. I'm gonna go over a few points and then we're gonna read the indictment together. Trigger warning, abuse, sexual abuse, drug abuse, trafficking, all the above. Everything that we suspected Diddy of doing, he is now being charged, is now being alleged in federal court. So in recent developing news at approximately 7 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday 9 September 16th, P Diddy, Diddy Sean Combs, Love, Brother Love, whatever you want to call him, was arrested in New York City and taken into federal custody by the FBI. Back in March Diddy's home was raided by the feds, the FBI, to search for God knows what. I suspect they found some things and now he is indicted. For those of you who don't remember that raid back in March Diddy fled the scene and left his children to be held at gunpoint by the FBI and U.S. marshals and things like that. The federal government and federal court is very serious. They have a 98% conviction rate so when they charge you they are sure that you did what you are being accused of. Diddy has been investigated for alleged sex trafficking and other offenses. Like I said recently a grand jury has voted to indict Diddy and I do have that indictment. Recently Diddy lost a $100 million lawsuit by not showing up to court to contest allegations of rape against a former male worker. In light of that lawsuit his former band member Don of Danny D. Kane filed her own lawsuit against Diddy alleging abuse and other despicable acts. Diddy's arrest comes nearly a year after R&B singer Cassie his ex-girlfriend filed and won a sex trafficking and abuse lawsuit against the former rapper. This arrest also follows the infamous raid of his homes in March where his children were held at gunpoint as Diddy fled the scene. Like I said we all were shocked when Cassie came out with her lawsuit. We were shocked that she spoke up. We weren't shocked that what happened to what she alleged happened. We weren't shocked about that because for a while we've been side-eyed Diddy. His behaviors towards Meek Mill and 50 Cent and fabulous rumors about his parties, rumors about his sexuality that he is bisexual or gay. There's just been too many stories, too many allegations, too many first-hand accounts and witnesses to the alleged abuse and we'll get all into that soon here I promise. After the arrest Diddy's lawyer made a statement calling the arrest unjust and asked us as the public to withhold judgment. Look I watched Diddy drag Cassie from getting in the elevator in a hotel room, kick her proper up, kick her down again, grab a vase, smash that vase on her, drag her back to whatever debacle activity he had her doing that she tried to escape from. That's where I draw the line at. His lawyer saying we should withhold judgment. Diddy's apology for that video leaking was hardly an apology and he's just been hounded after lost it after lost it after lost it and now he's arrested. The indictment details are disgusting. So we're going to go ahead and get into 14 pages, the grand jury charges overview. For decades, Sean Combe, the defendant abused, threatened and incourished women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct. To do so, Combe relied on the employee's resources and influence of the multifaceted business empire that he led and controlled, creating a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in and attempted to engage in. Among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice. So his first count is racketeering conspiracy. Sean Combe's, the defendant, operated his business headquartered at various times in Manhattan and Los Angeles under a variety of United States based corporate entities, including bad boy entertainment, which was his record label. Combe's enterprises and Combe's global collectively the Combe's businesses. So what Diddy did is he used his businesses as a front to conduct criminal enterprise, criminal activity, allegedly, in this indictment. Combe's businesses included, among other things, record labels, a recording studio and a parallel line, Sean John, an alcoholic spirits business, Sirock, a marketing agency and a television network and media company. At all times relevant to this indictment, Sean Combe's, the defendant engaged in persistent and pervasive pattern of abuse towards women and other individuals. This abuse was at times verbal, emotional, physical and sexual. As part of his pattern of abuse, Combe's manipulated women to participate in highly orchestrated performances of sexual activity with male commercial sex workers. This is what Cassie referred to in her lawsuit as freak offs. Cassie was forced to go get male prostitutes and perform in front of Combe's Diddy under the influence of many drugs. And Cassie admitted that she became addicted to these drugs, drugs like ecstasy, coke, methamphetamine. It's it's really sick. I'm going to continue. At times, Combe's another acting at his direction made arrangement for women and commercial sex workers to fly to Combe's location. Combe's insured participation from the women by, among other things, obtaining and distributing narcotics to them, like I just said, controlling their careers, leveraging his financial support and threatening to cut off the same and using intimidation and violence. Don from Danny DeCain alleges that just that in her lawsuit against Diddy, her own personal lawsuit against Diddy. I think it's very unfortunate that we look back and all the music he helped create, all the artists he brought on to his label, his bad boy records label, like how I wonder how many of them are afraid to speak up because Diddy's got some type of leverage over them or Diddy abused them. Maybe they don't want to relive that pain anymore. I mean, God only knows. Back to the indictment, controlling their careers, leveraging his financial support and threatening to cut off the same and using intimidation and violence. Physical abuse by Sean Combe's, the defendant, was recurrent and widely known on numerous occasions from at least in or about 2009 and continuing for years. Combe's assaulted women by, among other things, striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects at and kicking them. These assaults were at times witnessed by others and included one instance at a Los Angeles Hotel in or about March 2016, which was captured on video and later publicly reported where Combe's kicked drag and threw a vase at a woman, Cassie, and she was as she was attempting to leave. When a member of the hotel security staff intervened, Combs attempted to bribe the staff member to ensure silence. So there is a lot of people around Diddy that hang around Diddy, his honorage, the staff around the places he visited. People would see the abuse going on and not do anything or they were bribed to not say anything and that's how the abuse kept going despite there being people around. Combs attempted to bribe the staff member to ensure silence. Combs violence was not also limited to these women. It extended to his employees witnesses to his abuse and others. So not only would Diddy abuse women, he would abuse anyone around him, especially those that were witnesses to his abuse. Sean Combs, the defendant, used the Combs business including certain employees to carry out, facilitate, and cover up his abuse and commercial sex. Those employees including security staff, household staff, personal assistance, and high-ranking supervisors and other close associates acted as Combs intermediaries and their conduct was facilitated in assisted by Combs control of the Combs business. So he used his employees, his staff, his household main, his personal assistant, his quote-unquote high-ranking supervisors like what his shooters maybe, to carry out, facilitate, and cover up his abuse and commercial sex. So this was a deliberate cover-up of his behavior by those that he hired. So this section of the indictment is called the Combs Enterprise. From at least in or about 2008 through on or about the date of the filing of this indictment, Sean Combs, the defendant, and other known and unknown members and associates of a criminal organization, the Combs Enterprise, or the Enterprise, members and associates of the Combs Enterprise engagement and attempted to engage in, among other activities, sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion, and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotic offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice. The Combs Enterprise, including its leadership, its members and its associates, constituted an enterprise as defined by Title 18 United States Code Section 1961, Section 4, that is a group of individuals associated, in fact, although not a legal entity, that Combs Enterprise consisted of Sean Combs, the defendant entities within the Combs business, including but not limited to bad boy entertainment, Combs Enterprises, and Combs Global. Individuals employed by and associated with the Combs business and others known and unknown. So not only is Diddy being accused of a nefarious act, his staff, under these enterprises, these businesses like his record label, and his media businesses, they're also being accused of helping Combs cover up his abuse, his debauchery. So we should call it, it's just pure debauchery. The Combs Enterprise consisted an ongoing organization whose members function as a continuing unit for a common purpose of achieving the objectives of the Combs Enterprise. The Combs Enterprise was engaged in and its activities affected interstate and foreign commerce. The Combs Enterprise operated in the Southern District of New York and elsewhere. At all times relevant to this indictment, Sean Combs the defendant was a leader of the Combs Enterprise, hence why he's the one going down. Sean Combs the defendant and others known and unknown participated in unlawful and other activities related to the conduct of the Combs Enterprise Affairs. These individuals included certain Combs business employees such as members of Combs security staff, household staff, personal assistants, hierarchy supervisors, as well as other close associates of Combs. purposes of the Combs Enterprise, the purpose of the Combs Enterprise included the following, operating a global business in the media, entertainment, and lifestyle industries including among other things record labels, a recording studio, and a parallel line, an alcoholic spirits business, a marketing agency, and a television network and media company, preserving, protecting, promoting, and enhancing the power reputation and brand of Sean Combs the defendant as a musician, entrepreneur, and figure in the entertainment industry. Enriching members and associates of the Enterprise including its leader Combs and its particular and in particular those who demonstrated loyalty to Combs and willingness to conceal his crimes, preserving, protecting, promoting, and enhancing the power of Combs Enterprise including the power of its leader Combs through violence, use of firearms, threats of violence, coercion, and verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, fulfilling the personal desires of Combs. So guys what I'm doing is going through the purposes of the Combs Enterprise. The defendant Diddy said that his businesses were for one thing, when in fact they were for these things that I am listing out, which is preserving, protecting, promoting, and enhancing the power of Combs Enterprise including the power of its leader Combs through violence, use of firearms, threats of violence, coercion, verbal, and emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. The purpose of the Enterprise was also to fulfill the personal desires of Combs, particularly those related to Combs sexual gratification including through the exploitation of women and the use of commercial sex workers. Another function of the Combs Enterprise was enabling Combs and other members and associates of the Combs Enterprise to engage in unlawful acts of violence, including sexual violence, sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion, and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics distribution, and other crimes and concealing the commission of such acts. Another function of the Combs Enterprises were to secure absolute loyalty from members of the Combs Enterprise including through acts of violence and threats. Another function of the Combs Enterprises was protecting the Combs Enterprise and its members and associates including Combs from detection and prosecution by law enforcement authorities through acts of intimidation, manipulation, bribery, and threat to retaliation against individuals who witness the crimes committed by members and associates of the Enterprise. Basically, Diddy was running a mob and using the name Bad Boy Record label, Sir Rock, Sean John, all his brands as a front. Anybody who was involved as far as like an employee, his staff member, his high-ranking personal assistants, they were all in cahoots with keeping his image intact, providing him with his vices and keeping it a secret by intimidating witnesses through violence and I just can't believe that it took so long for us to, well, for anyone. You know, I think Cassie first for this comes almost a year after her lawsuit and he settled within 24 hours, that let us know that this man is guilty of so much and judging by his character, he's going to take a lot of people down with him because his behavior was enabled by everyone around him. The means and method of the Enterprise Among the means and methods by which Sean comes to defend it and other members and associates of the Combs Enterprise conducted and participated in the conduct of the affairs of the Combs Enterprise included the following. Combs and other members and associates of the Combs Enterprise wielded the power and prestige of Combs' role at the Combs' business to intimidate, threaten, and lure female victims into Combs, orbit, often under the pretence of a romantic relationship, so this is coercion, sexual coercion. Combs then used force, threat to force, and coercion to cause victims to engage in extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers that Combs referred to, among other things, freakoffs. Freakoffs were elaborate and produced sex performances that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during, and even electronically recorded. In arranging these freakoffs, Combs, with the assistance of members and associates of the Combs' enterprises, transported and caused to be transported commercial sex workers across state lines and internationally, freakoffs occurred regularly. Sometimes lasted multiple days and often involved multiple commercial sex workers. During freakoffs, Combs distributed a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant. Sometimes, unbeknownst to the victims, Combs kept videos he filmed of victims engaging in sex acts with commercial sex workers. After freakoffs, Combs and the victims typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug abuse. Jesus Christ. Imagine being forced to take drugs and then being forced by Diddy and directed by Diddy to do sexual acts, and then being so weak from the drugs and the days of sex that you have to be hooked up to when IV to recover. That is disgusting. It goes on to saying members and associates of the Combs' enterprise included, including high-ranking supervisors, security staff, household staff, personal assistants, and other Combs' business employees facilitated the freakoffs, among other things, booking hotel rooms for the freakoffs, stocking hotel rooms in advance with required freakoff supplies, including controlled substances, baby oil, lubricant, extra linens, and lightning, cleaning the hotel rooms after the freakoffs to try to mitigate room damage, arranging for travel for victims, commercial sex workers in Combs to and from freakoffs, resupplying Combs with requested supplies, delivering large sums of cash to Combs to pay to the commercial sex workers, and scheduling the delivery of IV fluids. In or about March 2024, during searches of Combs' residences in Miami, Florida, and Los Angeles, California, law enforcement sees various freakoff supplies, including narcotics, more than a thousand bottles of baby oil and lubricant. It goes on to say that Combs subjected victims to physical, emotional, and verbal abuse to cause victims to engage in freakoffs. Combs maintain control over his victims through, among other things, physical violence, promises of career opportunities, granting and threatening to withhold financial support, and by other coercive means, including tracking their whereabouts, dictating the victim's appearance, monitoring their medical records, controlling their housing, and supplying them with controlled substances. During and separate from freakoffs, Combs, among other things, hit, kicked, threw objects at, and dragged victims at time by their hair. These assaults often resulted in injuries that took days or weeks to heal. Combs also threaten victims' careers in livelihoods, including if they resisted participating in freakoffs. Victims believe that they cannot refuse Combs' demands without risking their financial or job security or without repercussions in the form of physical or emotional abuse. Combs also use the sensitive, embarrassing, and incriminating records that he had made during freakoffs as collateral to ensure the continued obedience and silence of the victims. Members and associates of the Combs Enterprise, including Combs' security personnel, at times, carry firearms. On more than one occasion, Combs himself carried a brandish firearm to intimidate and threaten others, including victims of and witnesses to his abuse. In our about March 2024, during the search of Combs' residences in Miami, Florida, in Los Angeles, California, Los Angeles seized firearms and ammunition, including three AR-15s, with defaced serial numbers as well as the Durham magazine. So that is illegal, illegal, illegal. That's three firearm felonies right there. Members and associates of Combs' enterprise enabled Combs' control over victims by following his directions regarding financial payments to victims, advancing or suppressing the victim's career opportunities, and acquiring the controlled substances Combs used to keep the victims compliant. Members and associates of the Combs Enterprise, at times, witnessed Combs' violence towards the victims. The victims' injuries caused by Combs without intervening. Instead, members and associates of the Combs Enterprise helped conceal the violence and abuse by among other things assisting Combs in monitoring and preventing victims from leaving locations such as hotels or Combs' residence. So the people that works for him are just as bad as he is. They helped perpetuate the abuse, the freakoffs, the drugs, just all the tactics they would do. Saying that I won't advance your career, I'll make you lose your job or I'll beat the shit out of you. They would flash a gun at them saying that you want to leave the freak off and show a gun. I can't imagine being in that position of one of his victims. It's disgusting. And a thousand bottles of lubricant and baby oil? That is disgusting. That is disgusting. Where was I? When employees witnesses to his abuse and others threaten Combs' authority or reputation, Combs and members and associates of the Enterprise engage in acts of violence, threats of violence, threats of financial and reputational harms and verbal abuse. These acts of violence, including kidnapping and arson and addition on multiple occasions, Combs threw both objects and people as well as hit, dragged, choked and shoved others. When Combs' authority or reputation was threatened by the possibility of negative publicity or illegal or law enforcement action against them, including in or about late 2023 following public allegations of Combs' crimes, Combs and members and associates of the Enterprise pressured witnesses and victims, including through attempted bribery to stay silent and not report what they experience or new to law enforcement. On phone calls, Combs and other members and associates of the Enterprise, among other things, provided these victims and witnesses with a false narrative of events and efforts to conceal Combs' crimes. Combs caused these calls to be recorded on at least two occasions. Okay, so now we're going to get into the racketeering conspiracy, which is one of his charges, from at least in or about 2008 through on or about the date of the filing of this indictment. So last 16 years in the Southern District of New York and elsewhere, Sean Combs, the defendant and others known and unknown, being persons employed by and associated with the Combs Enterprise, described in paragraph 6 through 12 of this indictment, an enterprise engaged in the activities of which affected interstate and foreign commerce, knowingly combined, conspired, confederated, and agreed together and with each other to violate the racketeering laws of the United States, to what Title 18 United States Code Section 1962C, that is to conduct and participate directly and indirectly in the conduct of the affairs of the Combs Enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity as that term is defined in Title 18 in the United States Code Sections 1961-1 and 1961-5, consisting of a multiple action involving kidnapping, chargeable under the following provisions of state law, b, multiple acts involving arson, chargeable under the following provisions of state law, c, multiple acts involving bribery, chargeable under the following provisions of state law, d, multiple acts indictable under Title 18, relating to tampering with the witness, victim, or an informant, e, multiple acts as indictable under Title 18 relating to forced labor, f, multiple acts indictable under Title 19 related to sex trafficking, multiple acts indictable under Title 18 relating to transportation and inducement to travel purposes of prostitution and other legal sexual activities and multiple offenses involving the possession with intent to distribute or distribution of narcotics and controlled substances including cocaine, oxycodone, alprasalam, methamphetamine, ecstasy, acid, ketamine, and G.B.H. It was part of the conspiracy that Sean Combs, the defendant agreed that a conspirator would commit at least two acts of humanitarian activity in the conduct of the affairs of the Holmes Enterprise. Guys, this is just crazy. This is just crazy. So to finish off count one, notice a special sentencing factor from at least in or about 2009 up to and including in or about 2018 in the Southern District of New York and elsewhere as part of his agreement to conduct and participate in the conduct of the affairs of the Holmes Enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity. Sean, the defendant, Sean Combs, the defendant agreed to in an affecting interstate and foreign commerce knowingly recruit and ties harbor transport provide obtain, advertise, maintain patronize and solicit by any means of person knowing and in reckless disregard of the fact that the means of force, threat to force, fraud, and coercion are described in Title 18 and any combination of such means would be used to cause a person to engage in a commercial sex act and violation of Title 19. So basically Title 19, Title 18 of the United States Code has to do with racketeering and all its subsidiaries and he greatly violated that Title 18 multiple ways. So this is his second count and we're almost done. Count two, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. The grand jury further charges from at least in or about 2009 up to and including in or about 2018 in the Southern District of New York and elsewhere, Sean Combs, the defendant in an affecting interstate and foreign commerce knowingly recruited and ties harbor transporter provided obtain, advertise, maintain patronize and solicit by any means of person knowing and in reckless disregard of the fact that means of force, threat to force, fraud, and coercion are described in Title 18, United States Section 1591E2 and any combination of such means would be used to cause a person to engage in commercial sex acts attempted, aided, and abetted and willfully caused the same to which Combs recruited and ties harbor transported and maintained a person, victim one, and attempted to aid, and attempted, aided, and abetted and willfully caused victim one to engage in commercial sex acts knowing and in regular disregard of the fact that victim one was engaging in commercial sex as the act of result of force, fraud, and coercion. Count three, transportation to engage in prostitution. So the grand, that's his third charge from the grand jury. So forfeiture allegations as a result of committing the offense alleged in count one of this indictment, Sean Combs, the defendant shall forfeit to the United States pursuant to Title 18 any and all interests the defendant acquired or maintained in violation of the Title 18 United States Code Section 1962. Any and all interests and securities of claims again and property or contractual rights of any kind affording a source of influence over the enterprise named and described herein which the defendant established, operated, controlled, conducted, and participated in the conduct of in violation of Title 18 US Code Section 1962 and any and all property constituating and derive constituting and derived from proceeds obtained directly and indirectly set offense, including with not limited to the sum of money in United States currency representing the amount of proceeds traceable to the commission of set offense. So this section is called or is about asset forfeiture. What the federal court has deemed illegal income, illegal purchases, anything stemming from his bad boy enterprise, which he made money off of, any money he made from that bad boy enterprise that he spent on is it is now government property. So not only is he going to be hit with jail time, he's going to be hit with the heavy fine. He already he's already out $100 million from that one lawsuit. He's going to start snitching or he's going to start he has to sell everything he has. All of the masters to biggie, to dinity cane, to mace, like all of those, all of all of his former artists under bad boy record labels, all those masters, he's going to have to sell because he's going to have to pay a hell of a lot of restitution to these victims. And these victims are going to come out one by one. I guarantee it. This is just absolutely crazy to me. This last page is basically saying that, you know, oh, by the way, Damian Williams is the U.S. attorney prosecuting Sean Combs. You guys, I don't, I'm disgusted. We read all 14 pages of the indictment, go us, but I'm I'm disgusted. I'm disgusted and I make and then begs the question, who killed biggie? Who ordered that? Did he do that? Uh, who killed Tupac? Did he do that indirectly? That like, I'm sure Diddy has a lot of secrets, a lot, a lot of secrets. Um, I think Jay-Z is next. I think Jay-Z has a lot of skeletons in his closet. I think, you know, his image with Beyonce saved him from scrutiny. But I think I really do believe that number one, Sean Combs, P Diddy is petty. And if he's got nothing else to lose, he's going to start singing like a canary. Mm hmm. Because he's going to be in federal prison a long time and convicted of these counts. Like, Cat Williams said in his Shen Sharp interview, all big dig deviants will be dealt with. Doesn't matter who it is. Mm hmm. Well, y'all, I just wanted to come here and give the facts. Um, read the indictment to you so you don't have to explain bits and parts of the indictment because I have a criminal justice degree, so I have a background and understanding court jargon. He's fucked. He's, he's fucked. And I'm glad he's fucked. And what I want is everybody a part of his bad boy enterprises, his staff members, his security, his, um, high ranking personal assistants, whatever the fuck that means, young Miami. Like, I need everybody involved, everybody complacent. I need all of them arrested. All of them. This has been Candace with the Manate Candace podcast with a crazy episode covering, um, the arrest and, and indictment of Sean Combs. Yeah. Good morning, good evening, good afternoon, good night. And I bid you to do my friends. Bye-bye.
