I'll take you to this because this is this is huge as far as girls flag football and Pennsylvania has now sanctioned this that Pennsylvania Pennsylvania officially the Commonwealth sanctioning girls for flag football as an official high school sport Okay, and this is this is huge as the we know the NFL is pushing this these teams across the Commonwealth are are big and Flag football officially sanctioned. What does this mean for high school? It means? When you think about Scholarships coming in speaking of scholarships. This is a this is a big issue and they want to make it an Olympic sport and all of that But this is the PIA a Pennsylvania interscholastic athletic association Yep statewide body governing high school athletics and the Commonwealth and they have made now flag football This is an official sport for girls and They've I and they're the one that identified biological girls, so hopefully I was just I was just gonna say the two things number one my high school Does an annual powder puff game Thanksgiving week where the girls compete against Phillipsburg high school in a flag football game, but how long do you think until we get one of these stories of Biological man who was third string high school defensive tackle decides to play female flag football. You know, that's coming dawn. Oh, yeah I'll set the over under what so when does this go into effect for us? And I'm assuming next fall or is this a springtime thing and so it's starting the 2526 school year So not right now. Okay, but for next school year. Okay. Well, they're pushing the girls are thrilled Well, they're pushing it because number one the NFL wants girls to be able to play a form of football and the inclusion mantra But more importantly they're pushing it too because they want to have an alternative from a safety standpoint With everything that we now know about the violence of football and the head injuries and CTE So yeah, well now you can get your football fixed and you won't have your brain scramble But it's great for him because if you so so she's playing by the way with a travel team right now As a fifth grader. She's playing with all eighth graders. That's how good she is Yeah, but she is into it when you go to this and you see these girls from around the nation and then around the region This is trust me. This is huge. Oh, it's good to see so many friends I love you back So she adopts this Spanish twang according to the Daily Mail while talking at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute's annual leadership conference So the Daily Mail reached out to psychotherapist Jonathan Alpert who owns a practice in upstate New York And he has said that there are two main reasons as to why people alter their accents Which in psychology circles is known as mirroring or the chameleon effect And we've had people on the voicemail sing and call in comma comma comma chameleon that whole thing So that's actually a real thing. It's called the chameleon effect or mirroring and Harris appears to say I love you back with a Spanish accent to a group of her supporters now they go on to say in their professional opinion that some do it out of empathy so others find them trustworthy and to show that they want to experience another person's emotions also As I flip over here with the staple others put on different accents to fit in Because they feel like an outsider of a group and they want to conform Alpert also told the Daily Mail that he thinks this is the case with Harris quote using a fake accent could also be a result of feeling self-conscious around a particular group and feeling like she has to make Changes to her baseline voice in order to be accepted to some extent This is a natural and normal way to handle people. We might perceive as different than ourselves I've got to tell you and I can only speak from my own firsthand experience I have never changed my accent regarding who I've been around whether it's Asian Hispanic African American Whether I've been in the suburbs or the city or whether I'm at temples campus on the corner of Cecil B More or I'm at a golf course Whether I've lived in Nashville or I've lived in Bethlehem I've never changed that but I do think the second one that he brings up here Really does resonate where she's trying to fit in because she feels like an outsider and I go back to what dawn But you said yesterday about Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and I don't want to revisit you and Greg in the with the guys had But I don't think she really fits in in a lot of settings And it's not to make a make light of her upbringing or where she grew up or what you know a family situation She was raised in or inherited financially or what her dad stands for or what her mom did working three jobs I just feel like she's had generally this somewhat of an isolated life and then being in the public sector and Working her way up throughout politics a very elitist coastal background So I this goes back to the I don't think she resonates with the common folk Which is why I think Trump is doing well with independence, and you can say what you want about Trump and his bombastic nature Trump Trump doesn't change his personality to fit in with different demos like him or hate him He wears what he is and he wears it on his sleeve, and you're gonna take him at face value This is who I am love me or hate me But call me what you want like Kamala Harris is the ultimate and I guess this is a real clinical diagnosis They call it the communian effect Yeah, well, she she's not relatable You know and that's why as far as even the issue that the the media was trying to make yesterday about her As a mom as a mother that sort of thing it it really fits into her profile that she's somebody who in every single way in Every single aspect of her life. She's not somebody who's relatable because she's for for one thing She has always lived this in a bubble in San Francisco she claims she's from this middle-class home. Well look at where she lived and Look at her life, and so then look at her career So she has had a successful career. That's true But even in her career if you think about the way that she was in many ways Coddled and put up on a you know a platform if you will But she was somebody who lived in that bubble and lived a privileged life her entire life as somebody who is not relatable Didn't raise a family Did not and that what does that mean if you did not have a home With with the family you you've never even really done a family budget Think about that never grocery shopped for the entire family that sort of thing. She's never done that in her life It's really it's a really detached way of not resonating with the common folk and I think they're making this campaign and I had one other thing on the The whole imitation and accent thing that I think if they've been paying attention They should have picked up on this, but you know when you when you think about this campaign They're trying to make it all about Trump They want Trump to be in the news and they can react and use sound bites to run ads and go after Trump Alternatively, they're trying to not make it about her. They're trying to hide her and get her to the finish line I just saw from Axios they tweeted out how many TV and print interviews each presidential ticket has done JD Vance has done 59 interviews Trump has done 14 Tim walls has done four and Kamala Harris has done three Kamala Harris has almost as many interviews as Trump has survived assassination attempts I mean, it's it's astounding that they actually think they can get to the finish line and maybe they will by not showing their hand You know, it's like you're trying to win that showdown in the poker room But you have to flip over your cards and show what you hold to scoop up the pot They're the first people ever trying to win a pot of poker without showing their hand Hoping that somebody else will just fold and they can scoop up the chips But when we talk about hiding her and we talk about these fake accents in this Assimilation amongst her vocabulary. I if I was advising them I would say one of the things I think that made Joe look like a fraud Was when Joe said he was raised in the Portuguese church and the synagogues and the Greek church and the Puerto Rican community And what is she doing? She's copycatting that now I mean, she's had a southern accent. She's had an urban accent when she's in Detroit She's had a Hispanic accent. I don't know if I'm in those communities I mean, maybe some people find that endearing I find it disingenuous if you're just looking at from a neutral perspective Yeah, I mean, I think you're right I think as as far as Kamala Harris goes look even her I was looking at the wealth of when she married Doug Amhoff as a you know, 50-year-old career woman They live together and they're four and a half million dollar California LA mansion she has a nearly million dollar apartment in where San Francisco I mean they these are not people these are not your ordinary, you know, Americans who've lived this.
