Keal in company week demoting six till ten. Jamie Roman, he will be laid to rest today. Officer Roman killed in the line of duty and he actually died, obviously he died. Last week I should say he passed away, but that was after being shot during what started out as a routine traffic stop all the way back in June. He had fallen into a coma after that shooting and died last week as I say. So Officer Roman's body is right now being moved to the Basilica, St. Peter and Paul. This morning from Givnish funeral home in the Northeast and yes you can expect traffic in the area including I-95 southbound, many as Greg said, many of those different on-ramps, off-ramps all closed right now because of that that procession making its way to the Basilica. The funeral will be reserved for just family friends, law enforcement and not only law enforcement from here in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania, but from around the nation because officers and law enforcement want to back the blue across the nation. But I should say that video from the service will be displayed on a huge jumbotron that will be stationed right in front of the Basilica and many are expected to gather outside. So again, many traffic closures in and around center city because of what's happening. The funeral service actually, things will begin at the Basilica 11 a.m. this morning. In other news, Philadelphia police investigating the shooting death of a young girl. This is such a tragedy last night happened about seven thirty last night, second floor hallway of a home on the 2,800 block, excuse me, of North Bailey Street. This is North Philadelphia where police say officers found the 13 year old girl suffering from a gunshot wound to her chest. She was rushed to the hospital and later pronounced dead. Police believe this girl is an innocent victim. She was visiting this home, lives just a couple of blocks away and she was visiting the home with other relatives to visit friends when she was shot. There were several boys seen fleeing the home. They were looking at surveillance images and still investigating no firearm was recovered. No other ballistics were recovered, but they're searching for two to three boys believed to be suspects in this situation, just such a tragedy of Philadelphia teenager charged in connection with an alleged terrorism investigation with ties to Syria. Prosecutors say now 18 year old, Marie O'Dine Abdul Rahman was looking into the possibility of targeting the Philadelphia Pride Parade military bases, nuclear sites. So police originally searching the West Philadelphia home of Abdul Rahman last month after they say they received electronic communications between him and some terrorist organizations. It'd be nice to know if he has a pager or a walkie talkie and maybe we could just incinerate this clown as well. So the story here is, you know, and he, as you know, he was, this happened, this went down a year ago, August of last summer when he was 17 years old surrounding Philadelphia neighborhood and arresting him. We haven't heard a whole lot over the past 13 months. And so now we finally get these details as they say that he wanted to leave America, go to Syria, join this terrorist group and he had a full scholarship. This is a smart kid he, he, and they acknowledge a bright kid who was very, very much into knowing how to develop bombs, homemade bombs. If you've read about some of the, the 9/11 hijackers and a lot of these terrorists, some of them have medicine degrees, some of them have engineering degrees. They're very dialed into, you know, chemistry and physics. I mean, obviously some of that is kind of required if you enter that line of scumbaggery. But yeah, these, a lot of these people are not just your low level, you know, crook, so to speak. So he was the, he was apparently online. He became infatuated with and was indoctrinated by a terrorist organization affiliated with al-Qaeda. And they said he was very creative, critical thinkers, smart young man, like I say, college scholarship. And they said he didn't want to go to college. You can look him up online. He competed in national, I was looking last night. He competed nationally at a top level as a wrestler, had a full wrestling scholarship. And so the question I think by many in the community, how did this teenage kid look back at the videos when he was, you know, 16 years old, 17, what happened here that an American young man who had everything in front of him, how could he be indoctrinated like this by a major terrorist group? Yeah. All of a sudden these people get radicalized in social media. Yeah. That's the part of it. I think, I think it's fair to say, you know, it's fair to look into this and say, as we look into, because for me, I would want to know more about how they indoctrinated him. How that went down. We've heard in the past that there are these dating sites and that sometimes lonely teenage boys who feel isolated, perhaps, and women go online. And that's something that the terrorists use in the Middle East. So kind of operates, kind of serves as like a cover, so to speak, right? Because you would not expect to maybe go to a dating site to find people recruiting ISIS members or al-Qaeda members, right? Yeah. It's so true. I don't hear much about the fact that he was testing some of these bombs in the woods behind his parents' home. And so we'll continue to follow it, but a lot of questions by the community. Abdul Rahman, by the way, still in custody, held on $5 million bond. Well, Mayor Cheryl Parker, making a major announcement yesterday afternoon that she would send city council bills in support of building a proposed new arena in the marketing section of center city for the Philadelphia 76ers. She posted this via a video that she created before then going into a meeting. And so as the video then was posted, you had members of Chinatown outside city hall. They are furious and vowed a huge fight, a legal fight. But this project would bring more than $1 billion in private investment from the basketball franchise, create more than 9,000 construction jobs if approved by council. And remember, it's Thursday, so council will be in session. Expect fireworks today. Yeah. I think there's three different ways to look at this from this. The fan standpoint, if you're a fan of the team after the last 10 years of getting knocked out on the playoffs early, you don't care if they play in center city, South Philly or Camden. Now, if you're a season ticket holder, that's a completely different ball game, right? Where are you driving 41 nights a year when it comes to, oh, by the way, can you sell those tickets if they're in center city to people want to deal with the headache? You highlighted the economic impact. The economic impact is obviously what's going to drive this. But then also think about those who live and work in that area, right? Like if you work in that area and you have a business, maybe it helps you. If you live there, it might be an unbelievable nightmare, right? Yeah. And that's John Chin, executive director of the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation. He spoke with reporters last evening, saying that he's anxious about this decision. But the mayor negotiated a $50 million community benefits agreement for the neighborhood with the Sixers. She's looking at it from a positive impact to offset higher taxes, property taxes. Remember, we had a huge population loss. And so Chinatown neighbors are saying culturally this is wrong. This will destroy their culture, destroy Chinatown. And as you mentioned, what about all that parking for the proposed 18,500 seat venue? Yeah. Yeah. That's a big issue right there. So the Fed slash rates, as expected, the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates for the first time in four years, monetary policymakers really kicking off their first easing campaign. And this was fully expected. But we had talked about really what was expected, for sure, was a quarter point. They cut the rate by 50 basis points to a range between 4.75% and 5%. So this affects interest rates on everything from credit cards, auto loans, mortgages, other financial products, as well as savings accounts. A little too late, though, to save the harassment and economy at this point as we approach 47 days. Just saying. This headline is free that the stop the stop gap bill has failed, house failed to pass that temporary spending fix yesterday that would have forced all the government shut down. So 14 Republicans voting against their own party's measure, which would have extended the government funding deadline by six months. So we'll see a lot of monetary new monetary issues in the news for sure over the next coming weeks and coming into the November 5 election on the Phillies falling short and quite a nail-biter losing two to one to end a potential playoff series preview against the Brewers. They can do it tonight in Flushing, so. In where? In Flushing. Oh, in the Mets. Yeah. Yeah. So we'll see. I'm sorry, I'm sorry for the play. God, we just trimmed 20 to 40 games off the baseball schedule. I agree with that. God, what a process. It's way too long. My great. God. And then once they, you know, clinch and then especially once they win the division, officially, you know, a lot of their players aren't going to play. It's going to be, you know, I mean, you can be like NFL preseason football. Exactly. It just gets the games that matter. Well, the Mets won last night and the Braves did too. So that's why they didn't, uh, they didn't, they didn't clinch. Yeah. That could be some good representation from the NL East and the playoffs. Yeah. Braves. Mets. Yeah. Phillies. Yep. Yep. So Phil's will clinch with the next win, of course, right? Yeah. It's a formality. Yeah. Yeah. My wife, my wife's a big fan, by the way of Kyle Swarvers, Kyle Swarvers beard. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I got that commentary last night. That commentary. I'm thinking it's probably going to happen Saturday. Yeah. I won't be paying attention. I'll be watching that college football, like most human beings. Well, it's exciting when it happens at home though. Oh, of course. You know, I never want to clinch anything on the road, clinching any, like, especially a championship, like the world championship or the world series was, you know, the NBA fun. You always want to do it for the home crowd. They're not home. Yeah. Are they? I don't know. I could be wrong about that, but I thought because I was watching the Sunday game and I heard, I heard the announcer say the last home game of the season. Yeah. Maybe it was the last weekend. I don't know. Yeah. I don't know. I'll check that for you. I'll check the schedule. We're sponsored by Piazza Auto Group. Retreat from the noise here, God's voice, Malvern Retreat.com, Killing Company News Live. All right, Dawn. Thank you very much. Six, 16, Thursday morning. Let's get to another big take on Killing Company and it's brought to you by Indeed. Parity and hilarity, how the left is killing comedy and free speech. If you think about the hypocrisy, the left wants to stifle speech, all while continuing to say things under the protections of the First Amendment, such as Trump is Hitler and Trump is a threat to democracy, all of which you can easily show insights violence. But we know Trump is neither. He is not Hitler. He is not a threat to the fabric of what our nation was founded upon. But if the roles are reversed, you better be careful about the memes, the gifts, AI and parody that you share on social media, because they want that removed from your arsenal of free speech, Republicans, Trump supporters and free speech, absolutists, beware. You've been warned. The latest coming from California governor Gavin Newsom, who signed into law, State Bill AB 2655, which essentially gives social media platforms the power and the ability to ban election related content that is obviously fake. Of course, if you have an IQ north of honey mustard, you can spot out these bogus ads mocking a candidate. And if you have an ounce of personality, you'll probably find them to be funny whether they're mocking Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, or even Donald Trump, but the gatekeepers of truth, like elected officials, Democrats, ABC news, debate moderators, and the legacy media will tell you what's true, what's acceptable, and you'll like it. Here is the California tyrant himself, Gavin Newsom, talking about deep fakes and disclosure. Listen and watch this. There's a lot of deep fakes out there. There's not a lot of disclosure. There's not a lot of lately. So, among the many AI bills that are on the desk are three specific election related bills. Do you want to sign some of this? [Applause] I just thought, you know, why waste your time with a politician, unless they're going to do something for you. There's two. Two are signed, and three are signed. And this is an official that is now indunctive relief if you do any of those deep fakes on election misrepresentations. So, that's how easy it is to govern in California. With the stroke of a pen right there, amongst a few sheep, Gavin Newsom taking away first amendment rights from Californians, that's how easy it is to be a tyrant. So what would qualify as illegal on social media? Should you post something that is funny? Obviously not true and likely to trigger a Democrat, but I'm glad you asked. There is an example of deep fakes and lack of disclosure. Listen and watch this ad. I come all Harris and your Democrat candidate for president because Joe Biden finally exposed to senility of debate. Thanks, John. I was selected because I am the ultimate diversity hire and both a woman and a person of color. So, if you criticize anything I say, you're both sexist and racist. I may not know the first thing about running the country, but remember, that's a good thing if you're a deep state puppet. I had four years under the tutelage of the ultimate deep state puppet, a wonderful mentor Joe Biden. Joe taught me rule number one, carefully hide your total of puppets. I take in significant things and I discuss them as if they're significant and I believe that exploring the significance of the insignificant is in itself significant. Talking about the significance of the passage of time, right, the significance of the passage of time. So, when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time and there is such great significance to the passage of time. It took all of eight seconds to realize that's a spoof, that's parody, that's artificial intelligence. It's a deep fake, but you know what? It's funny and actually it's true. It's a hundred percent true about the content with Kamala Harris and what she fails to offer, but obviously that is fake. But in California, no, no, I can't do that anymore. The LA Times with the following headline, Governor Newsom signs AI related bills regulating Hollywood actor replicas and deep fakes. They go on to write, Governor Gavin Newsom on Monday signed a handful of artificial intelligence related bills that would give actors more protection over their digital likeness and fight against the spread of deep fakes in political ads amongst other regulations aimed at the fast rising technology. So, they were important election integrity bills that are long overdue. Newsom said in an interview at Dreamforce, which is a San Francisco conference hosted by business software giant Salesforce. At least one of the new laws could play into this year's presidential election, which is already seen in online proliferation of deep fake political endorsements and videos featuring false videos of candidates. The other bills signed include AB 2655, which requires technology platforms to have procedures for identifying, removing, and labeling fake content. But I'm sure that the content moderation on politically neutral platforms, such as Facebook, they'll be very fair and even keeled, right? And you know what starts in California usually makes its way to the East Coast. But it's going to come to New York, it's going to come to Philadelphia, this will be a Josh Shapiro thing, this will be a Kathy Hochl thing, you can take that to the bank. But Gavin talks about election integrity. Isn't that interesting coming from a guy who doesn't feel like you need ID to vote? About that for integrity, Gavin Yahoo with this headline, Gavin Newsom signs AI bills aimed at fighting election deep fakes like those spread by Elon Musk. Newsom has vowed to pass the legislation after billionaire tech CEO, Elon Musk circulated a deep fake video on his platform X back in July, featuring altered footage of vice president and Democratic presidential nominee, Kamala Harris. That was the deep fake video that we just played for you two seconds ago here on this show. But the last time I checked, Elon Musk owns X and it's a private company. But we do have precedent for this, we talked about the story from eight years ago during the 2016 election with Hillary Clinton and social media memes. You guys remember the name of Douglas Mackie? We talked about the Douglas Mackie case. He was ultimately sentenced to seven months in prison for memes just last year in 2023. But a lot of those obviously bogus clips, they're meant as political humor. I love political humor. A lot of you love political humor, Saturday Night Live during an election season, political humor. But the left hates humor. They despise comedy that approaches that line. They deem if you get too close to the line, it's considered cringe. Check your feelings at the door. And speaking of Hollywood in laughter, another sign that our country has gone soft and stupid headline from Variety. Will Ferrell says dressing up as a woman on SNL years ago for laughs is something I wouldn't choose to do now. You may recall in one of the glory eras of SNL, Will Ferrell would imitate Janet Reno. But today he's too woke for that. But remember this great bit? Listen and watch this. And now from the home of the Attorney General of the United States, it's time for Janet Reno's Dance Party. Hi, I'm Janet Reno, welcome to Janet Reno's dance party, coming to you live from my basement. Say, I really like dancing to that song. I want to dance to it again. Hey, that's enough dancing. Well, now it's time for a segment of the show that I like to call Teen Talk, where I roll up my sleeves and shoot straight with the kids of today, as we tackle the issues that affect them most. Well, hello, so how's this year's school year going for you? Pretty good. I like most of my classes. Don't shut your mouth, you dirty liar. One of my favorite Will Ferrell recurring parodies, but no, not anymore. Variety writes the following, "Will Ferrell no longer interested in performing in drag for laughs." During an interview on The New York Times, the interview podcast, alongside his longtime friend and former SNL head writer Harper Steel, Ferrell expressed a bit of regret over the Janet Reno fantasy sketch from season 23 of the sketch comedy show. The sketch featured Ferrell in drag as the attorney general with his appearance, dressing up as a woman being used for laughs. "That's something I wouldn't choose to do now," Ferrell said. When the Times noted the character, "Hits a false note now. This kind of bums me out, Steel added. I understand the laugh is a drag laugh. It's, hey, look at this guy in a dress, and that's funny. It's absolutely not funny. It's absolutely a way that we should be able to live in this world. However, with performers and actors, I do like a sense of play." Good Lord, find your funny bone and return it back to your body. But finally, how about this for the ultimate lie? The White House coming out two days ago and saying they condemn Brazil's banning of "X" in the ongoing fight for free speech. The White House issued a rare rebuttal to Brazil on Tuesday for banning the country's residence from accessing "X" in a free speech struggle with the platform's billionaire owner, Elon Musk. Quote, "When it comes to social media, we have been very clear that we think that folks should have access to social media. It's a form of freedom of speech," said White House press secretary Corinne Jean-Pierre. In a response to a press briefing question from a reporter from a TV station in Brazil. As you know or maybe you don't know, Brazil blocked the country's more than 200 million residents from using "X" back on August the 30th after a few people got caught up in a powerful situation with the country's Supreme Court, which ultimately resulted in the demanding of censorship of a large number of accounts that featured alleged hate speech or misinformation. But how about the irony? Seriously, from California to Brazil to the White House, the machine is humming yet again. Have you noticed the theme in the trend for about a week straight now? The battle on misinformation and disinformation and cheap fakes? Why? Because we're 46 days away from an election. And the machine is hungry again. With its sights said on snuffing out anything that can put Kamala Harris in a porn light with a goal yet again of trying to keep Donald Trump out of the White House again. And that's the big take. This is the Kaling Company podcast from Dark Radio 1210 WPHD and on the free Odyssey app. The way social media can impact an election and we covered that absurd story, that ridiculous case with Douglas Mackey who was using a meme or some sort of altered social media deep fake, whatever you want to call these things, gifts, memes, vines, everybody is enamored with those things on social media and they're funny. And I think they're very easy to spot out the fake ones. Now some of them, like I've taken the bait, I've fallen for some things that I've retweeted in the past that ultimately turned out to be not true, but we gave you the update. It was at some point in 2023 and we I think we even played some of the clips on the cut sheet where Douglas Mackey went to jail for seven months. So if you have Gavin Newsom doing this in California and we know all of these left wing loony tune ideas usually emanate from the west coast and work their way to the east coast. It's only a matter of time in my opinion until it ends up in New York until it ends up in Pennsylvania. And I think really what's at play here and Don you've been a part of the media for for a long time on one side of the ledger now on the other side of the spectrum. It seems to me that the powers that be hate the fact that they can't control the narrative on social media. Like they know that legacy media is dying. They know that people have kind of figured out what you see on NBC is only part of the story, it's bought and paid for propaganda and they don't want you to have access to some of this stuff on social media, which look, there's definitely fake stuff on social media. But sometimes there's a lot of truth out there that never gets shared in the mainstream media. And for example, you wouldn't know about story Y or Z if you didn't see it or read it on X, right? And that's what I feel like this is about. I think it's about more. I think so you mentioned my television news career. I would say there's part of this with SAG-AFTRA. This has been part of the argument with the unions that, for example, is the anchor person of the future and AI robot. And the first place I go to, first and foremost, the unions and we know that already, I know in New Jersey there are stations that overnight use AI technologies so they don't have an overnight guy or gal working. So there's part of that that's aimed at saving jobs but also for people like us who are on air, whether you're an actor, whether you're a broadcaster, news person, some of this, I will say, is legitimately saying you can't take somebody's face or voice or image and then use that and we've seen that in movies with actors or after they die. So that's a whole other issue. There's another issue as far as pornography that there were some that were caught making porn that was putting children's images on things and they want to deal with that. So there are just so many ways you can go with it as far as AI. So as I parse through it, some of it, I think, is legit. I think if an actor or a singer, let's say, or a broadcaster, they want to take their voice and then use that for something and then not pay that person. Well, that's not fair. So there are just so many ways to look at it and this is all about new technology and how to legislate it and that's why you need people who are smart. That's why I like the fact that people like the Vayk Ramaswami or Elon Musk, different thinking kind of bright people can look at this and say, you know what we want to have laws that protect our freedoms, but as well protect our what is unique to us that helps us make a living. That is correct. And you mentioned SAG-AFTRA, which is a union, which will lead us to Trump and the union of the Teamsters. So yesterday, I would say this is short of, you know, maybe the Fed and what's going on with the the walkie-talkie explosion with with Israel. Probably the biggest story is the fact that for the first time since 1996, the Teamsters Union will not endorse a presidential candidate despite what their polling data internally amongst members of the union shows them. I saw a couple of screen grabs yesterday of some of the polling results and you can see them here on YouTube. Town Hall straw polls for president amongst Teamsters. Now when Joe was in the race, it was 44% for Joe, 36% for Donald Trump, RFK about five and a half, and Cornell West at 1.7%. Now electronic member poll after the switcharoo, Donald Trump, 60% support Kamala Harris, 34% and then via a research phone poll, almost the identical results Donald Trump, 58% Kamala Harris, 31%. And we always know that there's a difference between the union members versus the people at the top of the food chain at the top of the pyramid. So I understand that, but for the first time in 28 years, they will not endorse a presidential candidate. They endorsed Joe Biden and they will not endorse Kamala Harris. And I think it's because they can't endorse Harris. So they won't endorse Trump despite what basically six out of 10 union members are saying we will be voting for personally. They released a statement yesterday for the past year, the Teamsters union has pledged to conduct the most inclusive democratic and transparent presidential endorsement process in the history of our 121 year old organization. And today we are delivering on that promise to our members said Teamsters General President Sean O'Brien, our members are the union and their voices and opinions must be at the forefront of everything the Teamsters do. Our final decision around a possible presidential endorsement will not be made lightly, but you can be sure it will be driven directly by our diverse membership. The Teamsters come out and then say this was a statement released at 1.52 PM yesterday. A few minutes go by maybe an hour or so and then they officially decide not to endorse anybody. Don Stenzel and in my opinion, this is an act of cowardice. This is I don't care about your history, voting them, endorsing them. We're talking almost three decades since you last kind of sat out, skipped or punted. And you said, you know, we'll pass this time around. They know that Donald Trump's the best candidate. Their people want it and they decide to just sit idly on the fence. That comes off very weak in my opinion. So I always look at all things are Pennsylvania. So as far as Philadelphia and Pennsylvania, Harris has been endorsed by 10 Teamsters locals in Philadelphia, Miami, Boston and Washington state. And then for Pennsylvania, they came out yesterday, 35,000 Teamsters across Western Pennsylvania endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris yesterday. So they broke with the decision by the parent union, you know, the international brother of Teamsters to not endorse a candidate in the race for president. So if you think that's the Pittsburgh area, basically, which I would expect to go lean Kamala. So, you know, I to me, I think how does that break down then? If we go state by state, we think of Pennsylvania's precious 19 electoral votes. How does the union tip the balance? And is this a case where the union leadership is not really speaking for the union rank and file here in Pennsylvania? So I don't really know the answer to that because part of me thinks that on a national level, they're being pretty transparent because they released that poll. And so on a national level, it's kind of embarrassing because they've stood on stages with Biden and so on. But to me, what they're saying is, hey, we liked Joe Biden. We know Joe, we trusted Joe, her, not so much. You either don't trust her or you don't feel like you know anything because she doesn't give you anything. But I also think it's really interesting. The shift that we have seen Trump now resonating with union members more than any Republican has in a long time because Trump really resonates with the working class now, whereas the Democrats are catering more to the coastal elites, the college Ivy League educated. It just kind of goes along with the theme of the two parties appealing to different bases than historically they have in the past. So that that was, I mean, I expect Kamala to do well in those areas that you mentioned. What did you say, Boston, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, like those are, that's Kamala country for the most part to begin with or gem country. I mean that, but Nick, that's just it is. Are these union leaders here in Pennsylvania are the leaders just speaking for their rank and file? Yes. You know what I'm saying? That's exactly what's happening. Like union members, I know like, you know what I mean? They're not voting for Kamala. So to me, that's the mystery here that maybe Kamala thinks, oh, I've got, no, no. I think this is in Pennsylvania. I think the union strong because of Shapiro, right, they don't want to, they don't want to anger Shapiro because they got to get their vague and so on and so forth. The leadership I'm talking about, I think this is more, hey, we've got Democrat control in Pennsylvania. We're going to come out and publicly say, oh yeah, we endorse Harris, but not for nothing. We can't really speak for the rank and file when they go in that ballot, you know, in that booth, we can't speak for them. I think at a national level, they're just kind of saying, ma screw you, we're not going to speak for our rank and file. It's really obvious. Gregory, you were going to say something? No, it's just, it's not just Pennsylvania. A lot of the swing states, Michigan, Wisconsin, a lot of the local chapters there have come out in, in support of Harris or endorsing Harris, but don't is right. It's, it's not, it's not the map. It's not the members. Don't think I think it's the leadership in those, in those districts or states that are doing this. Mm hmm. 855-839-1210, if you want to jump in, we'll come back, get to Trump's busy day yesterday that thankfully was a false alarm, but more concern regarding the FBI and these alphabet agencies and whether or not you can trust them to actually do what they're paid to do. Trump showing up yesterday at a Bitcoin bar, I've never seen anything quite like that in my life. Thanks a lot of guts, a lot of stones just to be rolling into a little dive bar after you're almost killed again. What is a Bitcoin bar? Damn defined up, because I still haven't figured out Bitcoin, crypto or any of that stuff. But I guess he's the first, they saw this on social media, he made a stop at this Bitcoin bar and was the first former president or president to ever to ever go there, to ever hang out. Yeah, he was handing out. He was handing out sandwiches next to the beer taps in this little hole in the wall bar that probably had maybe 15 seats available for patrons. Of course, he had a secret service agent and I'm like, man, this guy's just unflappable from the standpoint of, you know, not a day goes by, it seems like, and we had a false alarm yesterday. I think it was during your show, Don, as I was driving home, I got the notification on my phone and it said the following. Now, ultimately, it was a false alarm. It was not true. And I don't know how they botched this, whether it's the media, it wasn't a false alarm. It was a police. It was a hoax. It was in a false alarm. According to a reporter that shared this, he said that he was, you know, let me read this for you. This was, I don't know who this reporter is. It's some sort of New York media guy. I don't know if he covers for a TV, a local TV station or a newspaper. Nassau County Police Commissioner say reports of explosives being found at the Trump Long Island rally site are unfounded. Reports of explosives being found at the site unfounded. There is a person who is being questioned who have may have been training a bomb detection dog near the site. That is according to the commissioner of police, Patrick Ryder, the development comes after reporter. Now, I don't know who he works for. James Lilino, L-A-L-I-N-O said that a source told him that police found explosives. Lilino said, quote, sources in the Nassau County Police Department just told me that the perimeter was breached and a blue barrel was removed from the area surrounding tonight's Trump rally site. They said during, quote, K-9 doing their checks, they found an explosive device in one of the vehicles and that the driver ended up running into the woods. No one saw if he had anything on him. They just saw him take off running. A lot of cars are now parking. They're lining up on Hempstead Turnpike, just parking on the grass even over at Eisenhower Park, just parking over there. So I'm not sure who James Lilino, I mean, is he an ABC affiliate guy? Is he a writer? I have no idea who the individual is, but he apparently did not do his diligence and his digging because this was ultimately proven not to be true. So, but I think we have to be careful with hoaxes versus what's reported. If it's reported by somebody that is a media member, not to say that it's true, but I think that's different than a hoax. Am I, am I, am I missing words or am I splitting hairs too much? I mean, I saw it when it came, when the alert came down, so I just reported it as- I mean, the Hill had it, Daily Mail had it. Yeah, I mean, it's so it's legit to say there's a suspicious situation or an investigation. That's fair. It's a, you know, obviously even if somebody calls in something, even if it's a mistake, they still have to investigate. Sure. I would hope they would, especially after what we've seen now twice in the last 70 days, right? That's the way I look at it. Absolutely. But I think that it shows, I mean, look, New York, that task force that they put together after 9/11, those, that group of like big guys that you see in the subways in New York and throughout, they are incredible. And in New York City, they as I say, post 9/11 with beefing up all those resources, even though they're down in police, like we are with the retirements and defund the police and all of that. But those types of units in New York are highly trained. Yeah. And the fact that they, that encourages me, the fact that they were doing their due diligence. They had canines. They were searching the perimeter. But I will say this as well. Think about that. The people started, people were showing up before eight o'clock in the morning. Oh yeah. 12 hours. Think about that. Yeah. And, and the rally started, actually didn't start right at seven o'clock. I know you'll get into it because he was, that just like, you know, I got all teared up last night because he, he, he came out a little late on stage because of a special gift that he was giving to a special little boy named Leo. Yeah. Yeah. With special need to sell that. But, you know, so think about that people were, were, were there and, and by the thousands and they learned that more like 70 plus thousand people wanted to go to this. And it's, and I love on social media, speaking of AI, was it road warrior who put up, who created a thing with Nick with the face tattoo, and actually makes me look better. I never thought that face tats could improve my appearance, but apparently they do, I left my head off. I said, maybe, maybe Nick was onto something, maybe because you had said that if Trump wins New York, Nick's going to get like a Kamala tattoo, by the way, road worse, still waiting for you to unsheath and unsurface that tape that apparently I said that Trump could win New York or wouldn't it win New York. And I don't think I ever said that. I think that's fake news. By the way, James. And I say it. One of us. One of us. I think you were more of the belief that he could than I am. Nice. Definitely wasn't stocker. Right. And by the way, this James Alino character said, followed up with a tweet about seven hours ago, the Associated Press had this story as well. The Associated Press did follow up reporting that confirmed that Nassau County police did in fact attain a civilian suspect that was near the rally site with a quote, self trained bomb detecting dog. So there you go, eight, five, five, eight, three, nine, twelve, ten, we'll get to the news, the Trump FBI stuff. And then I've got to defend Melania Trump and her nude modeling career. And by the way, sick perverts out there, there's going to be no nudes of Melania on YouTube. But you're more than welcome to get to YouTube to see the three of us. We are fully clothed and we are back after this. Start your day with killing company weekday morning, six till 10 on talk radio, 12, 10, W P H T and the free odyssey app. Certainly everybody has been impacted in their life directly or indirectly by cancer. So coming up on Monday, September 23rd, we are going to be at the 28th Jim Maloney golf site, 12 10 W P H T dot com to join myself and three others for a force of golf and all of your donations that you put forward to partake in this great cause will benefit the American Cancer Society as part of the coaches versus cancer classic hosted by Philadelphia's big five men basketball coach, basketball coaches, I should say, if you recall, we had the great Phil Martelli on formerly of St. Joe's last week, Fran Dunfield be out there, many other basketball legends in the history of the great. The greatness that is the big five, you know, temple legend, St. Joe's, Villanova on down the list. Our sister stations, K Y W and W I P will be there, NBC sports, Philadelphia. So there's a lot of a lot of people that you might have, you know, grown up watching and enjoying play basketball that were legends back when, you know, college basketball was actually entertaining before it's become what has become. So if you would like to sign up and play, that would be great. We're going to have a great day of golf, eating, fighting for cancer, and perhaps, you know, a few cold ones out on the course, just a, just a little sport, perhaps, perhaps, perhaps, and I might be bartending for you. All right. So that's that. Let's get to the news round number two at 706, the great Don Stensland. And good morning. We are sponsored this morning and kill and company news live this, this warmer September morning because it was quite cool yesterday, September 19th. But we are sponsored this morning, this Thursday, September 19th by, I'm sorry, I'm pulling up my sponsor. We're sponsored by first have harvest credit union, a lot of financial news. So it's appropriate that we're sponsored by first harvest credit union, a somber predom procession filling the streets of Philadelphia with flashing blue red lights as fallen Philadelphia police officer, Jamie Roman has adjusted his procession, has made its way down broad street in Philadelphia down 995 first then broad and then coming down to the basilica. So officer Roman killed in the line of duty, gunned down during what started out as a routine traffic stop back in June. He fell into a coma after the shooting after he was gunned down and died last week, 31 years old. He would have turned 32 this weekend and leaves behind his wife, his young seven year old daughter, four year old son, a beautiful young family, but his body moved now to the basilica of St. Peter and Paul this morning where a second viewing will be held and that is beginning in less than one hour. So obviously traffic in the area, in and around Philadelphia and center city, obviously there will be some closures, especially around the basilica, even after, let's say after eight o'clock this morning, so a traffic heads up as you make your way down. We also have some, you know, sad news with Philadelphia police investigating the shooting death of a young girl. This happened last night, right around sunset on the second floor hallway of a home on the 2800 block of North Bailey Street, North Philadelphia. Police officers found the 13 year old girl suffering from a gunshot wound to her chest. This was one of those situations where officers, because she was dying at that point, the officers just picked her up and rushed her themselves to nearby children's hospital. And so just a tragic situation here is the emergency department, you know, doctors and nurses could not save her life. She was shot in the chest. And you said innocent bystander? Yes, she was an innocent kid. She lives a few blocks away, we're told, and was with family at this home. And apparently they're looking for two, two boys, they're just saying they're looking for two to three boys who were, who were running from that area and tight-lipped about the rest of it. So we, we don't have the firearm. We don't have the details just that they're, they're looking for these, the suspects were suspect. Just awful. I mean, it's bad enough that somebody would potentially die if they were the intended victim much less. And it's, it's, it's countless times, don't it's it's every time it's some, oh, this person had nothing to do with the, the situation at hand. All right. It's just my God. It's awful. And also for the Philadelphia police, you can't imagine the trauma of what that day on the job is like. Oh, I know. To scoop a, you know, a 13 year old child, Russia, the hospital, trying to save her. Going back to the officer in, in today's proceeding, you know, it isn't really awesome. And I know it's under sad circumstances, obviously, but the, the brotherhood that police officers have, I mean, it's one thing for, you know, cops in this area, this region, even statewide, but nationwide, I mean, it just goes to show you kind of that, that bond that officers have, especially in this day and age where there's such divisive rhetoric around cops. Yeah. So it's so true. I mean, they're backing the blue and I think from around the nation, it's common that you'll see law enforcement from, from across America, they will all come here to Philadelphia just to show that, like you're saying, the brotherhood, the sisterhood, the solidarity and in supporting this. And then, you know, it's not lost on anybody, the detail that the individual accused of, of shooting officer Roman was in fact somebody who had allegedly shot at police in Puerto Rico during a carjacking and, or at right after a carjacking. And so it's not lost on anybody that once again, it seems to be the scenario of somebody who slipped through the cracks or slipped through the system. So we'll learn more about that as we move forth, but, you know, certainly our prayers with the Roman family, the 25th district family of officers as well, Philadelphia teenager charged in connection with that alleged terrorism investigation ties to Syria and prosecutors say he has now turned 18, but he was 17 last summer, 13 months ago when arrested and when SWAT surrounded his family's home. But he's identified now as McGee O'Dine Abdul Raman. And he was apparently looking into the possibility of targeting the Philadelphia pride parade and had a particular hate for the LGBTQ plus community that, that detail was given during that news conference yesterday, but had reportedly, yeah, I wonder if I wonder if these, these pride supporters that stand with Palestine and Gaza and the cause against the Jews. I wonder if they're aware that this guy would like to just incinerate you. Just curious, Don Senzon, real quickly, his name, Joe Smith, what was his name again? His name is McGee O'Dine Abdul Raman. Oh, yes. Yes. The Abdul Raman's from 22nd and Vine. Right, right. Red MAGA hat on, I'm assuming, since he hates the LGBTQ community. Well, I think what you're bringing up is something very interesting, isn't it? That, and he is at, he is, if you see him, you know, he appears to be African American or a darker skinned individual. And so does not fit any narrative that anybody wanted out there. And so it's, I think that you bring up a great point. Why, why is it that last summer we didn't learn the details of this teenager? Yeah. Yeah, interesting. It's 13 months. Well, I'm sure if you wanted a better economy and a secure border, we'd know everything about it. Because that's radical. Oh, man. Yeah. Interesting. So he's somebody will learn more, but they say prosecutors are saying that Abdul Raman was searching online for potential targets in Philadelphia, specifically the Philly Pride Parade. Oh, yeah. And as well, the Army Navy game, but, but had a particular hatred for the LGBTQ plus guys listening, he has no home here. Okay. You know, my sources are telling. He also despise say, Juan Barclay's hands, but that's not verified yet, the developing story. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You can, you can almost damn well bet that if this, this guy's voting right and I don't know the way he votes. I don't know if he can vote, but if, if he was some sort of MAGA guy, this would have been front page news ever. So Abdul Raman charged with attempt to commit weapons of mass destruction, arson, causing or risking catastrophe, criminal conspiracy, the list goes on and on and on. And so he's in custody, held on $5 million bond. And even though he was arrested at 17, 13 months ago, he will be charged as an adult. So also I will point out to you that these are, these are charges. This is the Philadelphia DA's office making the charges. So the question is, will the feds, because the FBI was obviously a partner in investigating this? So how will that work? And will the, will the FBI at the end of the day, will these be federal charges? So that's another question that we have. Mayor Sherrell Parker and this is, this will, this is, has been festering because I reported and we had heard all along that Mayor Parker was, was for this newly, this new center city Philadelphia 76ers, huge new arena that she was reportedly for it. But the news headlines always said that she wanted to hold, that she wanted to hold different, you know, fact sessions, fact finding sessions, she wanted to hear from the community. And this has to do with, with Chinatown. They are furious, business leaders in Chinatown furious and vowing a fight and already saying they're mounting their legal fight. But she announced this. It's significant that she announced yesterday she would send city council bills to support the building of this proposed new arena in the market east section of center city. This is Chinatown for the Philadelphia 76ers. Now she's saying it's an amazing deal financially. This is incredible for the city of Philadelphia talked about the financial package. However, business leaders are pushing back on that saying she wanted, they're accusing her of wanting this all along. And she said it'll bring a billion dollars in private investment from the basketball franchise create nine more than 9,000 construction jobs. Think about the union vote, I B W that we've talked about teamsters vote. Think about the union jobs that something like this would create. And the mayor's aware of that. So if approved by council, the arena would open in 2031, however, obviously, as soon as this video wasn't live, it was a video announcement she created. And then while they released it, she was tucked away in a meeting. Right. Well, Democrats love to just pre record their videos in advance and then share them. That's standard operating procedure hashtag sarcasm. I'm not a Philadelphia resident, obviously living in Montgomery County. Dawn, technically you are in city limits. I absolutely am. Where do you limit where do you think that this ranks on a city resident? Their priority list of things that the mayor needs to accomplish. I don't think it's very high up on the list. Look, I, you know, all the taxes are going out, property taxes just went up. So she's right in saying we need, we've lost revenue and so we need revenue. We've had huge population loss. Everybody who could move out moved out of the city of Philadelphia and a lot of them just left and found other jobs went south, et cetera, or went out way further out. And a lot of that had to do with the school shutdowns as well, I might add because remember, we've lost tens of thousands of students and that means funding. So I will say that we need the revenue and I think that's what she's looking at. And so for Chinatown, the big question is you look at that area. They're worried also culturally what that'll just destroy Chinatown and the meat, you know, community and culture. But think about parking and I don't see, I was trying to find yesterday and in the days leading up to this, even the real parking plan, I mean, are they going to build a parking garage? Yeah, they're going to build a garage. But then even think about when you go to the games, what a traffic nightmare it is. Well, you can take Scepter. Yeah, another priority above, you know, that should be above where the Sixers play. Will they then make the trains not a, your bathroom? You're in filled hellhole. Yeah. Well, that's just it and they touted the fact of how many major cities have these types of stadiums. They're right in the heart of the city, which is really cool, but I will say that part of the problem is Philadelphia, just our culture, we are not, for whatever reason, we are just not comparatively to other major cities. We don't like to take public transit. The traditional. If you look at New York, Chicago, you know, all these other major cities, they will take public transit. That was even before all the crime on Scepter. But now we have a real problem with crime that we talked about and that's why they had to have a special prosecutor that even Shapiro put in and that was much in the face of Larry Krasner. But the Scepter crime, they have to deal with that and convince people if they do this that it's safe. Yeah. To your point, the last time I took Scepter or any public transportation was probably right at the corner of Cecil B. Moore in 2005 when I was a junior or senior in college. I got to say, you know, when I went to DC last week or two weeks ago, whenever that was for that conference, taking the sell-off to Washington, DC, fabulous. Is it? Just fabulous. Really? The Sella is not the same as like, wait a minute. Listen, were you in first class? I mean, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. So we're actually going to get like some clinical diagnosis. Wow. That's amazing. And it was in full throttle yesterday as she adopted another accent. So we got a lot of things to hit on. We've got the cut sheet coming up and we'll do all of it as we continue killing somebody back after this on talk radio 1210 WPH. I got to defend Melania Trump, but I also want to get to the more serious updates here that we found out yesterday. Two of which are on the Ryan Ruth second assassination attempt, and then going back to Thomas Matthew Crooks with a story from the Washington Times. But first we find out yesterday that the FBI was tipped off in 2019 about the suspected Trump gunman Ryan Wesley Ruth's firearm possession. That is according to these agencies, the FBI confirming Monday that they did receive a tip in 2019 about the man who allegedly intended on shooting former President Donald Trump. In 2019 they followed a tip about the possession of the firearm. We also find out according to the FBI, and this would be Miami field office FBI leader Jeffrey Veltry provided more information regarding Ruth's extensive criminal history confirming that he has faced charges in the past. The United States attorney mentioned the subject was charged and convicted in North Carolina for present for possession of a weapon of mass destruction. So the guy had a WMD law enforcement also checks reveal that from 1997 to 2010, this man had numerous felony charges for stolen goods. So in this day and age, he'd fit right in with big cities where everybody's just stealing everything because nobody prosecutes theft anymore in this country. And then this is the one that really concerns me is speaking of this individual that I just mentioned, Jeffrey B. Veltry of the Miami FBI field office. He is the agent leading the probe of the Florida assassination attempt. And according to a whistleblower, this individual, Veltry is vocally anti-Trump. Now the FBI has come out and they have countered saying that it has quote full confidence in Veltry's leadership and the whistleblowers claims are quote demonstrably false. But you know, we should just trust the FBI and take them out their word, right? So they go on to say that Veltry said quote, we view this as an extremely serious situation and we are determined to provide answers as to what led to the events that took place. However, but soon after Veltry's appearance, reports surfaced on social media outlining an FBI whistleblower's claims, which again the FBI says is not true, last year to the House Judiciary Committee, that Veltry was allegedly ordered by the FBI to delete his anti-Trump social media posts. The accusations first emerged in a Washington Times article in November. The home of President Donald Trump is located in the area of the responsibility of the Miami field office. It was well known that Veltry was adamantly and vocally anti-Trump. The whistleblower said in the disclosure that the outlet reported last year. The whistleblower alleged that the top FBI brass, including Christopher Wray and others were involved in directing Veltry to scrub his social media accounts. Whether or not this is true, but let's just operate under the assumption it is true because let's face it. Let's be real. There's a lot of people regardless of what their job title is that don't like Donald Trump. Two questions for you. Would you trust this man to get to the bottom of what occurred? How a man could just randomly be in the bushes for 12 hours and know that Donald Trump was going to be at Trump International in West Palm. Keep in mind, Trump owns 17 golf courses. So I don't want to hear the, well, it's a Sunday. Trump's probably on a golf course. I mean, come on. Let's sharpen our minds here a little bit, folks. And would you trust this man to protect your life? For me, the answer is no and no. And then speaking of the Washington Times, let me just flip back here because this all comes to the culmination of this thing stinks to high hell. And to me, it's my personal belief inside job. So the Washington Times going back to the Thomas Matthew Crook's story now is reporting that a phone connected to the shooter was tracked moving between the FBI office and the shooter's location multiple times. Now, how, why would Thomas Matthew Crook's cell phone be in transit from an FBI office to the Butler rally on that little piece of farm property? That doesn't make sense to me. Also, according to the Washington Times, the shooter's apartment, Crook's, was found professionally cleaned with no silverware. It was this guy like Rhonda Santis just eating, putting out of the container. Okay, that doesn't make sense to me. And also we talked about the cremation of this individual Crook's and how I think it was five or six days, maybe it was ten days where nobody had realized that this occurred. And according to the Washington Times, there is no toxicology examination that has been released. So what is exactly in the now deceased cremated shooter's body that could have ultimately led to him acting on July 13th? I'm sorry, you start to connect these dots here. And according, you know, a lot of these little tidbits are coming out, but you don't get them on MSNBC. You don't get them on CNN. They're not going to show up in the inquire. The Washington Times is kind of, I would say, the New York Post to the New York Times in Washington, D.C. They are kind of the opposite of the Washington Post. You have the Washington Times, and I think also the Washington Examiner. I just continue to go back to these two specific instances seem way too coincidental and hard to process and fathom that a known nut job on the FBI's radar for at least five years with an extensive criminal history dating back 15, 20, 25 years. And then some random college 20 year old dude that just climbs up onto a roof after we also found out in the last day or two that the Secret Service adamantly and repeatedly told local officials in Butler, don't worry about the roof. We got it. It's under control. It's taken care of. And of course, as we know on that day, the only person on that roof was the shooter who came in with millimeters of killing Donald Trump. Now that I've shared these new updates, does anybody else want to join Nick Kale in the club of when it smells stinky? It's probably stinky. Anybody else? Any thoughts? Any reaction? Because you can't convince me. It smells stinky. It probably stinky. Yes. It just doesn't add up, folks. And I get it. Maybe the Secret Service is not cracked up to what we thought it was. Maybe the FBI is corrupt. But these two jabronis are able to get that close to Donald Trump after all the details that we are finding out from quote secondary alternative news sources. Don't add up, folks. Don't add up. As far as the FBI agent that you mentioned in charge in Florida, I just think, you know, we go back to, you know, we go back to the days of Mr. Schrozak as, you know, as he was called humorously. But, you know, Peter Strzok, I don't want to know these people's politics. And why do we even know? It's just not professional. Isn't it? You know what I'm saying? Isn't that like a, what's the phrase I'm looking for? Point something of conflict. Point of contention? Point of contention where you have to almost like when you have to recuse yourself from a case because you're somehow connected to it, right? Like whether or not, like this guy, Veltry, should not be in charge of this. If, in fact, it is true that he was forced to scrub social media posts that are negative to Donald Trump. He's already automatically, you can't, he's lost credibility, right? Yeah, I mean, I think, you know, we've talked about it at, at all these different levels, but I just think if you, if you are somebody in, at an upper level in law enforcement, especially federal law enforcement, just the, just the question of what were you thinking? You know, we joke about the fact that like Greg will say, don't go on social media or whatever, but everything needs to be okay. But you think about somebody, you're, you're in the FBI at the, at, and not just a street level, maybe an agent, but this is somebody who's a bigoted big in the FBI, who's a higher level, higher echelon manager or investigator with the FBI. So that, that goes to character and, and I probably wouldn't say this as strongly, but you know, you look at the individuals, even movie stars and different people who've put on Twitter, on social media pages, Instagram, that they wish that Trump had been assassinated. Yeah. And so that together with this makes it all the more important that somebody particularly, if you are in law enforcement, you should right now, you should scrub your social media account, right? It is a conflict, if you will. So just by that, I would say, why not just choose somebody else who chooses to, in their, in their professional life, make sure that that's separate from their private views? You're right. And the phrase I was looking for conflict of interest, which I couldn't find. Why? Like, there's so many, there's so many things that need to be answered yet about this Ralph Ruth character, you know, how long was he in Florida for? And also we brought this up at the beginning of the week. Like, how, how is this guy traveling the world? Yeah. With the minuscule paying job. Yeah. Well, we know he makes three grand a month. Oh, yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He's going to Ukraine. He lives in Hawaii. He's flying from Hawaii to Florida. He's flying from Hawaii to here, there, the other, like he's, he's like a world traveler. Yeah. He's living like a, like a, like a king on three K a month. Yeah. Basically minimum wage. Come on. Really? Seriously. So I think, you know, his bank accounts need to be looked at. I think. Oh, no doubt they're looking at. I'm sure. I'm sure they are, but do you think that we'll get the answers? Yeah. At some point we will, you know, and we'll get it is when all the property records, financial records. November 6th. Yeah. Yeah. Or got a bit after that Trump has killed. Yeah. He's scheduled for two. I said, I reported it at the time. There are two court appearances that are set up as they process him. Mm hmm. So they're coming up. One is later this, at the end of this month and then the following week. Yeah. So as he's processed, that's when you learn from the court records because the prosecutors have to come in and say, your honor, and they give the whole long list. And if he has all these suspicious, crazy bank accounts all over the world, they can say what a flight risk he is, et cetera. Mm hmm. 855-839-1210. We will save the Melania Trump segment for the nine o'clock hour because up next we find out what Stalker has lined up on a Thursday edition. Oh, do I have anything? What's on the cut sheet? Trump definitely better than Elvis. I would definitely say that. All right. Absolutely. All right. That's good. There you go. Sorry. I don't know if that was worth it. No, it was. I don't know if that's worth it. I don't know if that's worth it. I don't know if that's worth it. I don't know if that's worth it. I don't know if that's worth it. I don't know if that's worth it. I don't know if you guys saw this. That's the Wilkes Bar, Wilkes Barrie, Wilkes Barrie area. They have banned all mail-in ballot drop boxes from the county over concerns that they facilitate voter fraud. Here is the news report on that. Cut 24, Phillip. No? Concerns again at the drop box. A Loserne County election official reported someone trying to drop off multiple ballots. Williams says a woman tried to put four mail-in ballots in the drop box at Penn Place while director of elections. Michael Susick and another employee were emptying it. Susick, who reported the incident, says he explained that she could only drop off her own ballot unless she had the signed affidavit to drop off one other person if they are unable one other person. She didn't have it and she said she didn't have time to go to the election office to get one. Susick reported the woman started to walk away but turned around through all four into the bag and immediately left. Susick was able to separate the four ballots which are being held in a secure location. Okay. And obviously if you're watching on YouTube there, you saw the surveillance camera up top so they have her identity certainly captured in the event they did not were not able to find out who she is. But this again, this is exactly what Republicans are talking about. Again, she could very well have had four legit ballots for whatever reason. I don't know. Her mom's in a wheelchair, can't go, whatever. But like this is where the speculation and the suspicion arises from, right? Why are we having four in one location? And I get it, you know, people work and this, that, the other thing. But I've always come back to this conclusion. If voting matters to you, you should be all for same day voting, identification, not offended by people asking for it. And I even get pushed back from some Republicans on this. They say, well, Nick, not everybody gets off a work at 10 a.m. I get it. I have a lot more time in my day than you might. But if voting matters to you, I think you can make the time to do it. Certainly the most time out of anybody on the show. Right. Right, right, right, right. This is what I would say about that, though. The same people, and we think about the rules. And so what the Democrats and Harrisburg have criticized, you know, all the rules. And they said, well, you know, this is a matter of convenience. And, you know, somebody, yeah, they're going to take their neighbors. And that's all of this. You're being ridiculous. Those same people are the people who would watch, let's say, a niggles game and say, oh, let's watch the replay. Let's watch what the ref did. Oh, is the foot on the line? Oh, let's see the different angle. So rules matter. Yes. Right. And rules or laws. And so I would just say, oh, well, maybe say, Juan, you know, maybe they should just give him a second chance. Not for nothing. He kind of caught it. It was almost in his hands. We should count that catch. And so when we talk about the rules, they matter. We cheer for them. They're in our in our everyday lives. And so on this issue, just think about how the media reports on this in the so-called mainstream, you know, biased, inauthentic media so often. But this is a big deal. The rules matter. Yes. And you said the word convenience, right? You know what I want? I want integrity over convenience. Convenience. Let's save that for drive-throughs, okay? Give me integrity. I don't care about your stinking convenience. I want to know that my vote matters, my vote counts, and everything is on the up and up. And if I lose, then so be it. But I can at least know that, okay, it was all, you know, even Stephen and, you know, Republicans lost. I don't want to have that doubt. I, you know, I think also, I think of all of the receipts you get for everything. And I saw somebody put out, you know, why not just put serial numbers like we have on dollar bills on our bills or our money. You think of everything you get, a concert ticket. I mean, there are ways that you can track everything in the nation and make sure of it, right? Think about when you go to a concert and then you bought what you thought was a cheap ticket. But you got scammed and it's not authentic. And that's happened to us before. Even there are sites that are, that are crazy out there. But they have all of this technology to make sure that your ticket to a concert or your ticket to a game, that it's authentic. But we can't do that to make every single ballot unique. Don't you think we should receive like an email or a text on our phone that says, "This is your official receipt. Your vote has been processed and registered." Because to your point, as soon as I pay my Verizon bill, I get an email. Here's your confirmation number. If you do mail-in ballots, they, they do send you an email. Do they? Yeah. Okay. I've never done mail-in ballots, even though I advocate for them. Yeah. I was just going to say you shouldn't. It's very convenient. Yeah. Retired General Stephen Anderson was on MSNBC yesterday. He says that, I don't know how he said this was a straight face. Vladimir Putin, excuse me, will be intimidated by Kamala Harris because, quote, "She's a black woman who is the product of a mixed marriage." So Putin's taking identity politics into play here? Right. Can you play cut 25, Phil? Kamala Harris would be just the opposite. Why? Because she's an inspiration. She's positive. Does she bring hope and optimism? But as a black woman, the product of a mixed marriage, she will inspire millions of people throughout the world. Our credibility is a nation that we would be able to allow. Our country is so great that we're allowed a woman like that to become the Commander-in-Chief, the President of the United States. That is going to save a powerful message all over the world. People like Vladimir Putin are going to say, "Hey, wait a minute. These guys, you know, they truly have democratic country. They truly are representative. They truly are fighting for all their people. And Kamala Harris is a manifestation of that." That's a former military guy. Wow, man. That explains why we can't hit our recruiting goals. You're a good Lord on what? So let's just start with the credibility aspect first. So you think because Kamala Harris married a white man that she has more credibility to be President? That doesn't make any sense to me. No, that she is. Her parents, because her mom was from India. Her dad, whose alive still is from Jamaica. Yeah, much like I don't care about convenience. I want integrity with my elections. I don't care about credibility. I'm looking for competence in this position. That should be the number one prerequisite for this job. But I mean, do you think Putin or G or any of these mad men out there across the globe give a rip about the identity politics of Kamala Harris? No, like, I mean, my god, Putin has basically endorsed her. They don't want Trump back in there. Yeah, isn't it funny how they're trying to spin as to who Putin would prefer the President of the United States to be? Plus, this makes no sense. And that's just absurd because when they're done that, I mean, former President Barack Obama, his mom was a white woman, his dad, an African American scientist from Africa. So like, what's up with that? As if this is a first or a novelty. It's really not. Yep, I agree. Hillary Clinton, but is she like promoting something? Does she have a book or something? Why is she on? I guess so. The book's out October 8th, I think. Okay. I pre-ordered it. She was on with, I think she was on with Cara Swisher here. The podcast, she said it's a double standard to ask Kamala Harris about her policies. Cut 12, Phil. He does not have to do it, Cara. I'm going to just cut to the chase. In fact, she's put out policies on her campaign website. Anybody who's truly interested can go and read about them. She referenced policies. She actually doesn't just have policies and concepts. She has plans about what to do. I think it's a, you know, it's a double standard and it's a double standard that is partly because they are still getting to know her, but also because they're still grappling with the idea like, "Oh, am I really going to vote for a woman to be president and a commander in chief?" Okay, double standard. So let's think about this for a second. So when Spike Askin left this market to go to New York to program the big sports station, and Greg Stalker became the brand manager. Greg Stalker sat down with David Yadgarov and all the bosses, and they said, "Gregory, what is your vision? What are your policies going to be as the brand manager?" And Stalker, in typical Stalker fashion, he stood up. He shouted that at the top of his lungs, and he pointed at the Susan. He said, "That's a double standard. Don't ask me that. It's on the website. GregStalkerSucks.com." Thank you. So, I mean, they didn't put policy on their website until the day of the debate. Which was, you know, at this point now, I was a two weeks ago, 10 days. I didn't even remember a week ago, whatever it was. And there was four little sections. And when she has spoken about policy, especially the economic policies, they're either plagiarized, copy and paste jobs of tax credits for children and families or taxing of tips which Trump brought out first, or they've been shredded even by those in the mainstream media as being failed communist policies. But Hillary's telling us, "Oh, my God. Such a double standard." But if you really want to know about her policies, like the 12th most important thing. Like, we're asking about her sex life or something. Well, if you really want to know, it's on the website. No, I'm sorry. You're running for president. Your policy matters. I'm sorry to inconvenience you. Where are we living in? You want to write to the sex life, huh? Nancy Pelosi was asked yesterday about because, you know, we do this. You know, Kamala Harris was basically installed, right? Yeah. As the nominee. And asked about the primary and how there was no primary and open primary for the Joe Biden seat when he was pushed out by said Nancy Pelosi. But she says that actually there was an open primary and Kamala Harris won. Did we miss something? I guess we did. My nap was really long that they apparently cut 15, Phil, if you will, go. You have reportedly said you wanted a sort of an open primary when if Joe Biden stepped down. Did you change your mind because you saw all the excitement around Kamala Harris? No, I didn't change my mind. We had an open primary and she won it. Nobody else got in the race because she was politically astute. Wow. That was the thought. Let's show our talent. We have a great bench. All these great people in the country. And she could, she just the president endorsed her. And that's a big deal because Joe Biden is most consequential president of modern times. He accomplished so much more. I mean, even Barack Obama in his eight years in service would admit that in the short period of time that Joe Biden had the majority, which was two years. All right. So let's ask Barack. Yeah. I mean, yeah, nobody else got in because Nancy Pelosi to ruin is like, if anybody else gets in, you're dead. Yeah. Yeah. Tell Kennedy that that there was an open primary. He had to run as an independent. And then on top of it, Joe gets 95% of the primary initially, a 95% of the vote. They subvert democracy because they saw that he was dead man walking after June 27. I mean, Kamala Harris is so bad that they wanted to replace her on the ticket as the running mate, as vice president. Now she's installed and she's mother Teresa and she represents joy, open change. That's amazing. And that is that part is people out there that don't consume this stuff sit there and they hear Nancy Pelosi and they just take it as fact. Yeah. That's the scary part, the uninformed person out there. And the fact that the media lets her get away with saying that. Right. Where's the fact check? Well, that was ridiculous. That was a media event. Yeah. That was promised semaphore. Yeah. That's a sin. We've done the cut sheet, you know, for as long as you know, Nancy Pelosi's been alive. But that might be the most three mind-numbing clips to start the cut sheet. Sorry. No, I'm not saying it's bad, but like, I mean, I can't believe that that's real life. I know. Those three clips are not, those are not deep fakes as Gavin Newsom would say. That is true. They are not in fact deep fakes. Sorry. I'm going on to cut a 16 here film kind of just going all over the place because I have a ton of stuff to get to before our big announcement at 8.30 this morning. So make sure you're stay tuned for that. We talked a lot about the Teamsters, the National Teamsters Organization, not endorsing presidential candidate this election cycle the first since 1996 when they didn't invoke, yeah, a word. They didn't endorse Bill Clinton because of, I think it was NAFTA at the time, didn't seem to hurt Bill Clinton in the 1996 election, but okay. So Sean O'Brien was on with Caitlin Collins last night discussing this cut 16 fill go. You know, this is the first time the Teamsters have not endorsed a presidential candidate since 1996. Do you see this as a blow to Vice President Harris? Not really. Look, it's not a Trump endorsement. And you know, look, we've done polling and you know, working class people, union or not, and especially in our union, and I know the other unions mirror the same numbers going back to 2008 and forward. I mean, it's literally been an average of 65% vote Democrat, 30 to 32% vote Republican. It's pretty consistent all across the board and even though, you know, I'm not going to get into their leadership and their decision making, but I mean, it was pretty apparent today when the Michigan Teamsters Joint Council, 43, 245,000 retired and active members endorsed Kamala Harris, you know, the Joint Council, 42 that includes Nevada, 300,000 members endorsed Kamala Harris and walls and, you know, local 237 in New York, which is their biggest local, also endorsed Harris walls teams. So, you know, I don't read into that too much. I mean, I believe their union, just like our union and most other unions I know of in this country are going to vote heavily for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. Yeah, we've heard from the Pennsylvania faction of it all though. And of course, you know, overall, if you're sitting, I'm wondering about this, Teamsters they got, they have 1.3 million members, a lot of them are in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, and they do have a lot of credibility with truck drivers, freight haulers, those rail workers. I mean, you know that better than anyone. So you're right that it's not an endorsement of Donald Trump, but without them out there knocking on doors that kind of muscle power that they have, do you think it could hurt her race? I don't think so, because I mean, I believe locals that have endorsed them are going to do the work. They're going to be boots on the ground and that's where that's, that's where the troops are. You know, I look at the same with us like we had a weekend of action last weekend all over the country in UAW locals and our regions. So, you know, we plan on doing that throughout the into every weekend and throughout the weeks, you know, throughout this entire election process. So I believe the boots will be on the ground regardless because, you know, it's a clear cut choice of who stands with working class people and who doesn't, you know, I mean, Donald Trump wants to fire striking workers and Kamala Harris stands out there with striking workers on the picket line. It's a really clear choice, you know, of who's with us and who's against us. Yeah, it seems like the working class clearly is more able to resonate with Donald Trump. And oh, by the way, the working class profited and benefited much more during the Trump administration than this administration. We gave you the numbers earlier in the show when we talked about it, 58% and 60% respectively in a straw poll and a foam poll amongst teamster members of the union preferring Donald Trump over Kamala Harris, which was not the case when Biden was in office where it was Biden, 44% to Trump's 35% to me. And I'll reiterate it. I said earlier today, they can't endorse Harris. So they won't endorse Trump. Now the Harris campaign is saying that they figured and they were kind of of the belief they were not going to get this endorsement. But I do think it's kind of a de facto win for Donald Trump, even though he didn't get it. So Donald Trump feels that way too. He was asked about this when he was at the Bitcoin bar yesterday by a reporter. I feel this is cut nine, if you want to roll cut nine, please. This president, any reaction to the teamster's decision not to endorse? No, they are. It's a great honor. They're not going to endorse the Democrats, that's a big thing. And this is the first time in, I guess, 50, 60 years that that's happened, Democrats automatically have the same season. They took a vote and I guess I was at 60% or more. And that's a great honor. I mean, it's really, I had a lot of teamsters work for me, a lot of the concrete trucks and built all these buildings that you see in New York City, the teamsters exclusively came to this app. They say they've done a great job. But the vote of the teamsters themselves was very high for me and the leadership as Sean O'Brien and the group, who are great people, they said we can't endorse the Democrats. So I think this is the first time in many decades that they have endorsed Democrats. Don, do you think it's a de facto win for Trump, even though he officially didn't get the endorsement because Kamala didn't either. So it's kind of like, hey, they didn't want to ride with somebody they typically would ride with on that political side. Well, remember, it's kind of as, you know, they were at the DNC and all were, you know, endorsing Kamala. So I think there's a little bit of egg on the face, if you will. So I think that they're getting away with this and kind of trying to play both sides by saying, well, we're just, we're just going to leave this as is. But the fact that the teamsters, the managers, right, they decided to earlier release that poll that that you referred to earlier, Nick and the Trump just referred to in that piece. The fact that they released the poll earlier, that says it all, doesn't it? It does. Because they could have. Yes. Because why did they release that poll? Yeah. Why earlier in the day? So when I saw that, I was like, rut row, you know, so that's their way of saying, meh, we support him, but we're not going to make it official. So we're just going to try to walk this one both on both sides of the fence. Speaking of polls, I just want to pass this along. The latest Gallup poll for favorability ratings is out with a shift from August. Trump had a five point swing in the positive direction. He's up to 46%. You can see it here on YouTube. Great job, Phil. By the way, I didn't even ask for this, Kamala Harris, a three point dip down to 44%, but what I think is interesting to note here is amongst independents, they're both a net negative, but Trump is doing better with the independents than Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris is a negative 25 amongst independents and we know that that is a group of people that could very well determine the election. It's interesting. If you look at the Philadelphia Inquirer, the digital version, they say that Kamala Harris has a narrow lead over Trump and Pennsylvania's presidential race. It's an Inquirer, New York Times, Sienna College poll, but then they incorporate the funny thing is that I thought, so that poll that I refer to 50.6% for Kamala and 46.9% for Trump, it's a three plus margin either way, so it's a virtual tie, but they have this other section where they talk about Trump and Taylor Swift have similar fans or popularity and they're going with the Taylor Swift Trump. I think I just found that interesting to say. Similar fans. Yeah, but then they say that they say that Josh Appearo in Pennsylvania is more popular than Taylor Swift. Wow. Wow. That's a good one. Wow. It's like what? I would never have thought that. I would. I mean, people like their headlines. I would throw a flag on that play. You're going to challenge that one. All right. Trump also was announced yesterday that the Fed cut the interest rate by a half a point. Trump was also asked about that in the Bitcoin bar. He says it shows the economy is very bad to cut it that much. Cut eight. Phil. Go. Thank you. I think it shows the economy is very bad to cut it by that much, assuming they're not just playing politics. The economy would be very bad for their playing politics one or the other, but it was a big cut. This president. Any reaction? You know, there's a lot of reaction to that yesterday though, and I know you talk about the Fed a lot. And I think a lot of people are sitting here and looking at the calendar, looking at the timing of it and looking at it from a partisan lens, which I certainly have no problem if you do. I'm skeptical of it as well. I mean, Jerome, how was it pointed by Trump? That's true. And the, well, I was going to say the interest, the inflation rates have gone down from, if you believe it, from 2.9 to 2.5, you know, it's still above where Trump had it. I think Trump had it as low as 1.45 Trump actually said, I think he said in the past it's actually too good. You don't want it to be that low. You don't want it to be closer to 1.8 or 2.0. I just don't know if people are going to take that and all of a sudden change their vibe in the mood on the economy with 46 days to go. What it pertains to an election. Now look, you know, we get our credit card statements and our mortgage things and everything else. And those rates start to go down. I don't think anybody's going to complain, but it feels like a little bit of a bailout. Your credit card won't go down. I mean, the- Well, eventually it won't. I mean, it will- I mean, the interest rate for most credit cards is like 21% and might go down to 20%. But if they've gone to some cards, they've gone to 30% and that's why the Trump at the rally last night said he would push for credit cards to have 10%. Oh yeah. It's ridiculous. It is ridiculous. Yeah. Speaking of the Philadelphia Inquirer New York Times, that's the end of poll that I talked about. Yeah. These are Pennsylvania voters, according to this specific poll, that's all voters that they polled think Harris, 48% too liberal, self-identified independence, this is to your point, Harris too liberal, 53% and then, and that, you know, when you think about comparatively, they still think 62% thought she's too liberal. So when you look at these numbers and then they kind of buried down, I think one of the headlines, and that is Trump still retains the edge on the economy. So even this month, 51% of polled Pennsylvanians believe 51% think that Trump is better with the economy. Only 51%. 51%. I don't like that. Yeah. I don't like that. In May, it was 54%. Jeez. Yeah. I mean, look, you know, that's part of her redefining of herself, you know what I mean? She's kind of, you know, she's kind of taken the Hubert Humphrey approach from 1968, where he kind of had to separate himself from Lyndon Johnson by saying, "Look, I'm just the vice president. We don't make, we don't make policies here," you know what I mean? She hasn't said that, but she's kind of inferring that, right? Yeah, but when Hubert Humphrey didn't have the media like this, and he didn't have social media, and this, to me, some of these poll numbers even show you that what has changed is the media, and that's why the biased media, they are complicit, and then social media supersizing it. Trump stopped by the Greg Gutfeld program last night. I heard it was a hoot. That's awesome. They stopped by. They taped that, obviously, like five o'clock and aired last night at, I think, 10. I don't know, 11. Yep. I don't know what that shows on. Asking him a lot of questions, and I think this is the first time that he's been asked about the Howard Stern thing. You talked about this, Nick, the other day about Howard Stern saying that he doesn't hate Trump, he hates Trump voters, right? And they played the clip, that's how this clip is going to start. They played the clip and asked, and also a clip of Puff Daddy, or P. Diddy, whatever you call him to, and talk about how Hollywood is going, Wogan, all that stuff, and Trump commented on that. This is cut 18, Phil. Go. There's a lot of people who vote for him. I think they're stupid. I don't think... I do. I'll be honest with you. I have no respect for you. You could be president. Do you ever think about anything like that? No. Really never. No. Why? I wouldn't make a good president. You know that you'd be good? I wouldn't really pass any of the things that you have to pass to, but I guess Trump did it. Yeah, no. No. You're a... You're a boy scout, like a mother, yeah. Well that didn't age well for either of them. So Mr. Trump, the thing that I think there's a... My theory is that famous people don't like it when their fame is put in proper perspective, when it's dwarfed by somebody with more fame. So they prefer to be on the hierarchy of fame they want to be on top. I notice a lot of these guys, that's an emotional response to the fact that you're bigger, more well known. Does that make sense? Well I watch, I know some of them, and like Howard, I was on Howard Stern's show as much as anybody, and he was great at that time, and then he went woke. And since he's gone woke, his ratings have gone down the tubes, and he sort of went anti-Trump for a couple of reasons, but I was on his show a lot. He has a best of, did you ever see the best of Howard Stern? I don't want to promote it necessarily, and I was there for just about all of them, the best of. We had good shows, he was good, but he's changed, and he doesn't do the ratings anymore. No, he doesn't, he doesn't have to, he's almost finished. Kat, do you remember Howard Stern? No, but you've been on every show, I mean you've been on TV a lot. A lot of shows. I mean, would you rule out on... No, sorry. Done? Yeah, okay. Here's my thing, it's amazing to me when I think about Donald Trump going back to being a kid at eight years old, it's 1992, and I see him make a small little cameo in Home Alone. And then as I'm in high school and in college, I wasn't watching Saturday Night Live live because I had a life and I would do things in college, I wasn't staying up in my apartment at 11, 29, and putting on channel 10, but I would go back and I'd watch like the old DVDs of the best of SNL from the 90s and the 80s, and you'd see Donald Trump making all these cameos. Obviously, he was on Howard Stern, and so my point being is all of the mainstream media, all of the icons of entertainment and talk, and things like they all couldn't help but slobber over themselves to get Trump on their show. And then the moment he puts an R in front of his name, he's the devil reincarnated. Don, I know you've talked about that, it just goes to show you how fraudulent these Hollywood elites are. Yeah, and what burns me up is you think about the Mika show with Mr. and Mrs. Brzezinski on MSNBC Morning Joe and how they used to just suck up to Trump and stayed on his dime at Mar-a-Lago. They were BFFs, and now all of a sudden it's the opposite. It just shows you they're just such snakes. And it's amazing too, I saw it got recirculated again yesterday on social media, it was the clip that Greg played two or three weeks ago of Bill Clinton talking about illegal immigration, you had Newt Gingrich and Al Gore in the background, and he's using terms like illegal alien, and we said close your eyes, it sounds like Trump. So really, Donald Trump in some facets is no different than a moderate Democrat like Bill Clinton was 30 years ago, yet if you told Howard Stern or Diddy or any of these people like that, like he's not really radical, he's not super, super far right, and you showed that clip, like I don't know what they would be able to say in reply as they're rebuttal to you, but yet because they just read the headlines and the out of context clips, he's vilified like, you know, he's the he's Hitler. Yeah, I mean, I would argue that Bill Clinton was his feet were held to the fire by Newt Gingrich, a Republican house contract with America, Trump differs so much to me personally because he's that private business person, he's pushing even now, even in his rally last night, he's saying he's going to get rid assault, he's going to have no taxes on tips, things like tips, OT, social security, so he's the one pushing for these plans and thinking outside the box as far as pushing Congress then to come up with the policies, it was the opposite with Clinton, Clinton, they were they were working with him, but they were coming up with what they wanted in those bipartisan kind of deals. So I would say that was a different that motivation was coming from a different place, but the only other thing I'll say just back to the gut felt show what cat the question that she was asking about the apprentice was significant to me because in that Trump said revealed that Mark Burnett of NBC and the NBC Biggity Biggs were offering him a five year deal. I'd heard that before, but he confirmed that last night. And so it shows you just, you know, with NBC how popular that show the apprentice was and that when people say, well, oh, oh, Trump, he's horrible, he's Hitler, then sue NBC, go back to your woke friends at NBC because he was hugely successful in that show. They all were had the contract five year deal. So go back to NBC and sue them if you blame NBC for have mean, he reigned the airways on NBC. It was I think he said last night it was what it was technically 12 seasons, but they were airing the reruns for years after that six minutes away from our big announcement, we'll be doing that in just six minutes or so, but before that dawn mentioned Trump's rally in was at Long Island last night, right? Yes. Just just just a clip from that last night, this is hilarious. Talk about Harry, but 23 fill go. We can do all of this and more, but patriotic New Yorkers must get your asses out to vote. Harry get up Harry, Harry get your fat ass out of the couch. We're going to vote for Trump today, Harry get up Harry, come on, let's go. It's amazing. Let's go Harry. That's also me on the golf course. I say, hey, get your fat ass out of the car. We got a couple of putts to see. Let's go. Harry. I don't know who Harry in New York is, but you better get out and vote, dude. It's amazing. Because you know, ever since the first assassination attempt, he was more subdued. Last night, I will say is the first time I think he was back. Just his, I don't know, his energy, his comfortability, even the moments when he talked about Melania and he likes to be respectful in public and your first lady. But he slipped a little bit and said, oh, baby, he's got, you know what I mean? So he just was more relaxed, higher energy and back to himself. And I think it took a while because imagine two attempts, like on your life, you know? I think New York energizes him in general, right? As somebody that's from there, somebody that's built a lot of buildings, you know, you go to a Bitcoin bar, you're giving out burgers, you're doing gut felled, you're on Long Island. There's something about New York that I think you get the best of Trump. Well, I mean, he did say he was going to win New York. No, that's not cut 21, Phil, go with your vote. We are going to rescue our country. We are going to rescue our Democrat run States. We are going to start by saving the great state of New York. When I told some people in Washington, yeah, I'm going up to New York, we're doing a campaign speech. They said, what do you mean New York? You can't ever. We can win Republicans. Can't win. I said I can win New York and we can win New York, we're going to win New York. So forgetting about New York for a second or strategy wise, you know, parking your keister in Pennsylvania and making that the number one priority, I do think it does say something about him that he goes to areas that he likely will not win to show you that he's, you know, the whole forgotten man concept. I do think that you take that cliche or that phrase and apply it to, well, why is he going to Chicago? Why is he going to Detroit? Why is he in Atlanta? Why is he in New York? You know, I think that factors in and then just also this whole concept of winning New York. Okay, let's say he doesn't win New York, right, which is in all likelihood the possibility that he will not. But if he ends up losing by seven or eight points, what that, I think that should the translation should be, well, then why can't he win Virginia? Why can't he win some of these other spots that lean blue or have already been given to Harris by a small margin? Because I would argue that if you look at Virginia, which by the way could change a lot of these electoral college, you know, computations, if he finds a way to win Virginia, they have a red governor. Glenn Youngkin is a Republican, right? It's the same thing, but on the flip side in Kentucky, red state with a blue governor. So if he can lose New York by seven points, then winning Virginia should absolutely be something that's plausible in people's minds. To your point, I mean, he and another announcement he made yesterday's rally was that he will travel to Springfield, Ohio, the focal point of a lot of, you know, news coverage we've talked about. And it's the place where they have the migrants from Haiti situation. But he says he's he vowed that he's going to go there within the next couple of weeks. Okay. We shall see eight five, five, eight, three, nine, twelve, ten, we are exactly 60 seconds out. We're going to take a what they like to call a quick timeout in the industry and then we will come back major station announcement here on kale and company. What could it be? What impact will it have on talk radio, twelve, ten W.P.H.D. was that stockers last cut sheet? Oh, we all find out next. This is the Kaling Company podcast from talk radio twelve, ten W.P.H.T., and on the free Odyssey app. You were a cab driver back in the day and your services were in high demand, I'm sure. So in the 90s, did you have two pagers? Did you have three? Were you a motor roller? Did you have that little clip chain to hook it into your belt? Give me some pager talk here, Jimmy. The old school communication in the 90s is they didn't use digital devices, they just slapped you in the head. They were 39th Street, you know what I mean? Which explains why I'm paying to get beat up on Craigslist to this day. I have a TV show, but I keep it on Craigslist now that Diddy went away. I can't party before we used to. I can't. Freak off. Were you in one of the freak offs, Jimmy? Yeah, Jimmy. Tell us. I was not, but I'm not kidding. I met Diddy. I had a restaurant, not far from Fox, it was called Justin's. And he used to walk around with a bottle of champagne in his hand and like, like a made or D at a restaurant, which is a little weird. You know what I'm saying? If the guy who's the proprietor is drinking straight out of the bottle, it makes you wonder if the Board of Health has some reservations as bare-handing spaghetti has everything that I do. You mentioned New York City. I got to get your thoughts on this because we were just talking about this in our cut sheet last segment. You know, Trump was in New York yesterday. He was on the spot. Wait a second. Wait a second, guys. Wait a second. What? Didn't we, didn't we promise? Oh, major. Yeah. The major. 30. Yeah. I think people are just going to have to hang through. We got some business to handle. Oh, okay. No, no. I'm just making sure for the peak because I thought there was a big announcement. Look, Jimmy, when Jimmy fail it calls in, you put the big announcement on hold. Okay. And you stick that on the back burner like the media puts a Trump assassination attempt. You just stick that on the back burner and get back to it. Enjoy your change. Yeah. But we were just talking to me about how Trump being in New York, he does the gut felled show. He's at Fox. He's a long island. He's going up at a Bitcoin bars and I said to Don, there's something about New York that I think brings out the best of him. Have you ever seen it as somebody in New York being around Trump where he's, there's just the different, almost demeanor and personality to him compared to everywhere else that he travels? I mean, the big thing is it's home. I mean, it's where he's from. The Donald Trump that became a part of the fabric of mainstream society in the 80s and 90s, the guy that was in home alone, the guy that was hosting Saturday Night Live, the guy that hosted the apprentices you guys mentioned, he did all of that in New York. So that's really what it is. It's a home game. Yeah. And he was revered in New York until he went into politics. So it was surreal yesterday to see him taking kind of a New York victory lap because he has a lot more public support now than he did four years ago and even eight years ago. And last night's Gudfeld, I mean, the idea that you get to see a hilarious person sit down with Greg Gudfeld, I mean, that was something. Only only 40 people when you're there, right? That's right. Jimmy. Yeah. No, listen, I don't begrudge the comedy dwarf because I wouldn't have a TV show if he wasn't so successful. You know, like maybe we talk a lot of smack about each other. Yeah. Yeah. Jimmy, you close. And I'll afford to shop the Peter Dinklage collection. Wow. Wow. Here I thought Jesse Waters against Gudfeld was set for WrestleMania. Now we're going to have to make it a triple threat. Install Jimmy Fellows to the match as well. Whoa. They're my buddies. But those two are those two are club fighters. Okay. Like, do you remember Rocky, Spider Rico in the annals of comedy, they're both Spider Rico. I mean, to be clear, I'm not rocky. I'm Paulie. You've seen my perfect fit. I'm not claiming rocky status here. I'm only one last one for you. You mentioned, you know, Trump with the Hollywood elites and the celebrities. I mean, I'd be rebiss if I didn't bring up Howard Stern. This is a guy who just recently, I think it was on Monday on a show that nobody listens to anymore on a platform that nobody has comes out and says, I don't really hate Trump, but I hate Trump voters. I don't respect you. I don't like you. Your thoughts on that, because, and look, I guess he probably doesn't care at this point in his career, but that is such a 180 from the guy of 30 years ago. Oh, 100%. But you got to think of what Trump did to Stern's ego, Howard, if you remember, used to call himself the king of all media. And now he's just so whiny. He's like the Prince Harry of all media for all intents and purposes. And he lost that constituency. He became the thing he hated. I mean, his whole rise to fame was about railing against the elites, but more importantly, railing against censorship. So this idea that he now hates people because they support Trump for having a potty mouth, because for all intents and purposes, that's Trump's biggest offense. He hates seeing Trump become a better version of what he was. And remember this, Howard ran for governor. So Trump has like literally Trump, you know, his media omnipotence in every sense of the word and it does. It burns his old droopy nuts. I like that Jimmy, not Jimmy Phillip, but Jimmy in the back, we're going to need that on my drop. When that gets us to the major station announcement, Greg Stalker, can we get a drum roll in your drum roll? Hang on. Hang on. Yes. You have a drum roll over there. Listen to this production value, Jimmy. There it goes. This is top notch imaging, as they say in the industry, coming up on the debut. It will be Monday, October 7th at 7 p.m. and Monday through Friday from 7 to 10 p.m. You will now hear the man joining us on this show. Jimmy. Wow. Phil. What? Jimmy, Phil, and join in the team here. What? This is huge deal, huge deal. This is, you guys have no idea, like, and I really mean this. It's such a surreal bookend to my first meeting with Stalker, at Fox, where Tamara, our affiliate rep is like, you got to meet this guy. And I looked at him and I thought it was Kurt Cobain's chubby brother, Bert Cobain. And then she's like, no, no, he works in radio, and I'm like, go ahead, listen to WPHT. If I'm driving a fair to like Saint Jersey, or Philly in my cab, and this is the bookend to the guy I met Bert Cobain, and gave him birth in Fox News, he did so surreal, he did give me whiskey. I can be bribed and bought with whiskey. That is the, how do you think I got this job? That's the lesson here. I mean, unreal. And what an incredible, honestly, I do mean this, what an incredible honor to join this lineup, because like the thing you guys do that matters to me is you guys know your listeners, you hang out with them, you meet them, you do events, like that to me is amazing. That's why I got into radio is like, you want to be a part of the community. So even though I do a national show, like I'm always on tour doing live events, I want to be part of the community, which is a fancy way of me saying I got to get out of New York a lot because I owe a lot of people money, but the point is I'll be there in person. Wow. This is awesome. Look, Jimmy, this is great. So now we have a lineup. We have Kaling Company into the Don Show, Don G. Urdano, Rich Zioli, right into Jimmy fail a weeknight starting at 7 p.m. Very happy for your brother. I'm thrilled. I'm thrilled for the American people. The folks who listen to the PhD will now go to bed every night thinking they do could have a nationally syndicated talk show. This is amazing because Jimmy, you remember back in the day you filling in for Zioli right here on Morning Drive with me and Don, you remember that? Like you've been a part of this, this PhD family for many, many years, many, many years. It matters. Well, I'm like the Forster pet you decided to keep, you know, and I appreciate that because Stalker, he'd let me guest host Zioli as the Forster dog. But then he'd also be like, here's my cousin, Michael Vick. You should play with him too. Oh. Which house am I going to end up in? Oh, I love this. Can you just ship me to Springfield? Yeah, I mean, this is, this is a, we're, this is the new, the new generation of talk radio, 1210, WPHD, I'm really happy that you are, you are, you're a part of our lineup. You should have been many, many, many moons ago, but getting it done now is a, is a big accomplishment for me. This is our time. There's a moment in talk radio right now and this really matters. You know, people want to have fun. That's the bigger thing. Like, you know, we're supposed to take the issue seriously and we all do, but we don't take ourselves seriously. And that makes talk, but it's supposed to be, which is a great companion, you know, to the listener's life, you know, whether they're at work or they're on the way to work. I mean, if you're listening to my show, you're probably cooking in a meth lab. You're in a better mood because vibe is right. And that's what I say on my show every day. I'm like, well, the world's on fire. We're just roasting marshmallows, but that's what we're doing at the end of the day. Having a conversation and a fun way allows people to engage serious substance, but actually come away from it, feeling good and wanting to close line somebody, you know, they're like group therapy. Yes. By the way, can I just say that, that, uh, rich the only into, into Jimmy Fela? It is like, I mean, oh my Lord, there you go. All right. Well, I mean, what are you going to do from three p.m. to 10 p.m? You're just going to stream it in or listen to it or watch it on YouTube. What are you going to do? You're going to do. You're going to do whippets. So Jimmy, so you have people that have seen you on TV and perhaps have heard your show, but I'm sure there are some people out there that maybe have never consumed your radio show compared to what they see visually on television. I know you kind of talked about, you know, having fun and not wanting to walk out of there at the end of the show, clotheslining somebody. What can people expect for three hours a night? What's the vibe, the flow? Is it similar to TV or do you take a little bit of a different approach? Well, I always say, okay, I say like Fox across America, I call it an audio safe space for cool people. And what that means is you don't have to identify a particular way politically. You've just got to be cool when it comes to expressing your views or maybe even countering some of mine. And it's essentially three hours of that. I'm going to give you takes, but I don't want to be in charge of democracy. I'm not telling you how to vote. I mean, I went to community college and majored in Nintendo. So if I'm in charge of democracy, we've already failed. So what it really is is like this non-threatening port in the media storm where, yeah, I have takes, I'm, you know, unapologetically conservative, I work at Fox News. But the best way to describe it is I'm not Fox News. I'm like Samantha Fox News. Do you remember? Yeah, of course. You know, I had those posters, Jimmy, we all had those posters, man. So I'll just be thinking I want to have some fun with the bird jacks and most nights. And usually you're towards the weekend. I'll sing "Naughty Girls Need Love Too." No. No. That's "Naughty Girls" don't have it easy in this day. And, you know, I'm glad you bring that up and you make that analogy and you bring that up because this is a story I want to talk about coming up in the next hour, but I want to get your take on this. So Melania Trump is now defending her nude modeling career as the left is attacking her. Don't you-- My body is art. It's more than art. It's just stunning visuals. But I'll put my talk back in my head for a moment. Isn't it funny, Jimmy, how the left will come out and talk about body positivity and nope, don't fat shame people and I've got lizzo on stage basically naked flopping around like a jellyfish out of water. But Melania Trump does it and it's disgusting. It's deplorable and it speaks poorly about women. If you could just give me your take on that hypocrisy, I'd love to hear it. Well, it's fun because for as much as we talk about the double standard when it comes to Trump, nothing illustrates how massive it is than their reaction to Melania. And the reason I say that is because if you think of Melania Trump's background, okay, she is a self-made millionaire supermodel who immigrated to this country and speaks five languages. Like if she was married to a Democrat, they'd be naming federal office buildings. Yes. Thank you. Straight up. I mean, she is everything that they claim to stand for, which is migrants making their way, being multicultural. And again, they were champions of nudity and the rise of women's empowerment and all of that stuff. Do you remember when the Democrats were doing that, like it was called anti-slut shaming? It was like, I'm supposed to be lately and I sleep around. And all these other girls were like, and we sleep around. Nothing was wrong with you, and we're like, wonderful, but now they're going the other way. And it's because of her. And you know, I'm not denigrating other first ladies because Joe Biden's bilingual, she speaks English and Joe. Melania, would it be an icon? She was a liberal. She would be an icon. She would be the biggest deal in the world. Speaking of icons, I can't help but notice maybe you've borrowed some of former President Trump's bronzer. You're very tanning. What's up with that? This is just the light because I've been, my, my Fox put a home studio at my house and it's lit well. I'm not that bronzer, no, I actually, if that's, if that's lighting, then I owe somebody for this, don't you? If you look, I'm actually wearing a Fox across America T-shirts. I see that. Look at that. Fox across America with Jimmy Fallon. Sure. Yeah. Well, this matters because when, you know, when they start making like big merchandise lines for your show, you're like, wow, that's cool, but you realize you could never wear it out of the house without being the biggest a-hole. Well, walk around in a shirt with my name. Basically, I have merged out pajamas. You know, from people I've embroidered pajamas, I have t-shirts with my name. It's as close as we come. Well, Jimmy, we have a rule here. We have a rule here with Stalker where if we're going to wear any of our killing company apparel, we have to confirm with each other the night before as we're laying our clothes out for work. Stalker all text me, he's like, hey buddy, you're not wearing your hoodie tomorrow by chance, are you? But yeah, that's a Friday look. Two gals just, you know, making sure we don't wear each other's dresses. Cool. Who wore a better album? I would just expect flannel out of Birdcoban. I love it. Actually, Jimmy, I thought the glow was just, yeah, you sweating out all the alcohol from my name. I was going to say, are you wearing it right now? If you knew, just so you know, because of me having my own Saturday night TV show, so I am Monday through Saturday, borderline Mormon. Okay, I don't drink, I don't eat anything Friday, I don't want anything fun, Monday through Saturday. Do you wear the underwear? Yeah. The minute, hey girl, the minute the show goes off the air Saturday night, it becomes a 24 hour Amish rum spread. I didn't drink it, like I'm going to get myself killed. I'm not joking on a Sunday because I have a 24 hour cry for help, because as you know, okay, I was not born into like a TV, you know, look, okay, I was joked that like Pete Haggseff looks like a TV star. I look like I installed your TV for me to make TV work. I got to be, you know, I got to hold it together for five days and then Saturday night, I'm a bad, bad boy, like goodness last night, we had, last week we had Johnny Damon on and we hung out till 3 30 in the morning, former Yankee, Johnny Damon. I saw the pictures with Zioli with Johnny Damon wearing the World Series ring, the Yankees World Series ring. Is that true? Yeah. Well, yeah, it's the, at Zioli's height, he could actually wear it as a necklace. Like a little kid, you know, it would look like a spinner on gut felt forget about it. He is, he is, people always, you know, give him a hard time about, you know, the height thing with Greg, yeah, he, he is legitimately, I don't know, he's probably like five five, but it's like someone once told me this, I met an old comic who was like 90, right? And she was like, you know, you're old when you're fake ages old, because she was trying to date. And she's like, I was telling guys I'm 80, but I'm 90, she's like, you know, dawned on me. I'm really old if even my fake age is old. Well, that's gut felt like he walks around telling people he's five five, you're short of your fake height isn't tall, you know, Jimmy, great stuff to crack me up. Congratulations. Yes, I was not mean to her. Did you guys kiss a makeup? Everything good? I tried to. And she chewed me away. Yes. During my show. I tried to yesterday. No, I would say, oh damn, like, did he call that he text? She chewed me away yesterday. It was really. Yeah. Stake from my heart. We had a spat. Greg to WHYY. Yes. That is not happening. But Bert Cobain will remain. Oh, that's funny. That is a great line. It's fun. It's a great line. Get like a flannel pajamas now for like the Jimmy Fela Philadelphia show. Yeah, man. All right. Next, we'll get to Adon Stenslin, big three, and then Kamala Harris picks up another fake accent. But we have the professional diagnosis as to why she does it. It's Kale and Company, Talk Radio 1210WPhD. Start your day with Kale and Company, week demoting 6-10 on talk radio 1210WPhD and the free odyssey app. It may not happen between the two actual candidates, but on Kale and Company for a possible and probable live event, it will happen. Okay. And if this was California, Gavin Newsom would throw you in jail for doing that. Because it's Nestine. Yes. That's right. It could be. All right. We will get to Kamala Harris's latest chameleon-like move. The big, the big news is, I'm sorry, Nick, the big news is that it's going to be a wild fall here on Talk Radio 1210. So, you know, we have, you know, we're always thinking of the listeners. We're thinking of the audience. We're thinking of, you know, ways we can expand our reach and, you know, make the station the best that it possibly can be. And a lot more stuff on the horizon here for the Talk Radio 1210WPhD. Hmm. There we go. All right. 855-839-1210. We'll get to some more stories here in just a little bit. But let's get caught up in the world of news and some other stories that maybe we haven't discussed. Time for Dawn Stenzo and his big three at 9. It's the big three at 9 on Kieling Company. And sponsored by First Harvest Credit Union this morning honoring a fallen hero, number one in Philadelphia with many traffic alerts as this morning began as a somber procession. That was before sunrise, filling the streets of Philadelphia. And now as Philadelphia gathers to remember and honor the life and death of fallen Philadelphia and police officer Jamie Roman laid to rest today in Philadelphia, killed in a line of duty, gunned down during what began as that routine traffic stop back in June, fell into a coma after the shooting and then died last week, tragically 31 years young serving Philadelphia for six years, leaves behind his wife and two young children, little girl, little boy, her son, his son, four years old, daughter, seven years old, and then his grieving wife. So his body had been moved during a somber procession earlier this morning where now they prepare for the actual activities and commemorations to begin Basilica of St. Peter and Paul this morning. And then the second viewing begins, well it actually began an hour ago. So just a heads up, if you're traveling into or anywhere around Center City, Philadelphia, there are many road closures because there's a huge gathering of people outside the Basilica and because this is a private service, obviously reserved for family friends, law enforcement, personnel dignitaries and law enforcement from around the nation. So they do have this huge jumbotron that stationed in front of the Basilica and then many road closures around the area. And if I recall you had said that he was he was on life support for two months, correct? He was yeah, he was on life support. Everybody just praying for a miracle and the miracle never happened. And so it's just he would have been 32 years, his 32nd birthday was this weekend. So it's this is tough. So as well we'll cover the case obviously of the individual who is accused of going him down and then finding out that that individual had a long, you know, rap sheet and had allegedly shot at police before in Puerto Rico. Shocking. So yeah, I know. So we'll track that one, believe me. In Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, I'll take you there for international Lehigh University students under arrest and expelled accused of faking transcripts to get into the school. Wow. OK, it's not the Ivy League, but the Patriot League is a very, very ritzy collection of schools. So more plagiarists. What do they aspire to be clotting gay? I know about the four that this is the information being released had already received between 120,000 and $212,000 in financial aid. So wow. These are international students identified as Evans, Opong, Christi San, Sawa Nai, Otis Opaku, and Henry de Boiwu. And they're facing forgery and theft of service charges charges. The affidavit and the court records show that one of them that they were admitted to the school, but one of them in particular, his age raised some alarm. So people looking at him going, huh, this guy looks a lot older. Then, you know, sure. What his age reflects on the trend. And there were also a lot of misspellings and concerning formats and markings and transcripts. See the grammar jar? See what that'll get you into trouble. I have an alibi. I had nothing to do with the bad grammar. I am no way connected to this story. By the way, did you know? I just looked it up Lehigh University cost of attendance per year, $77,885. The tuition is $59,9 plus $17,000 in additional costs, almost $70, almost $80,000 a year for undergrad. Yeah, for undergrad. What a scam. So, I don't know, his first financial aid was that private, was that public dollars? Like, how does that all work? I wonder. I have the answer. I know back in the day, you know, back in the late '90s, early 2000s, at least from an athletic standpoint, they did not offer financial aid packages like scholarships for sports for sports. So, I think they are probably pretty tight when it comes to what dollars they give out. Right. So, how did, you know, I don't know that they do the scholarships, so financial aid, what is that? That's my question. Grants, loans, things like that. Exactly. They get federal grants, and so, how does that work? As somebody, you know what I mean, what I think of, you know, college and the cost of college, and that's a huge issue. Right. And the answer for you on that one, I just raised the question because we're still trying to, you know, trying to get the answers. Number three in our big three, I'll take you to this because this is huge as far as girls flag football. And Pennsylvania has now sanctioned this, that Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania, officially the Commonwealth, sanctioning girls for flag football as an official high school sport. Okay. So, this is huge as the, you know, the NFL is pushing this. These teams across the Commonwealth are big, and flag football officially sanctioned. What does this mean for high school? It means when you think about scholarships coming in, speaking of scholarships, this is a big issue and they want to make it an Olympic sport and all of that. But this is the PIAA, Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association, statewide body governing high school athletics and the Commonwealth. And they have made now flag football. This is an official sport for girls. And they've, and they're the one that identified, uh, biological girls. So hopefully that way, I was just, I was just going to say the two things. Number one, my high school does an annual powder puff game Thanksgiving week where the girls compete against, uh, Phillipsburg high school in a flag football game. But how long do you think until we get one of these stories of biological man who was third string high school defensive tackle decides to play female flag football? You know, that's coming to on. Oh, yeah. Uh, I, I, I'll set the over under, so when does this go into effect for us and I'm assuming next fall or is this a springtime thing? And so it's, uh, starting the 25, 26 school year. So not right now. Okay. But for next school year. Okay. We'll be doing an update on this story in October of 2025 as man bulldozes female and breaks her nose and female flag football game. Is there really a huge market and like, do there are a ton of girls who want to play this? Well, I, I see this. And I know this personally because I'm a Mimi. So my stepdaughter, Stacia and her husband, Justin, their oldest daughter, Emeline, whose 10 is all over this. And last year, I'm telling, and that by the way, the, the Eagles, uh, Philadelphia Eagles flag football, they have the league sponsoring, you know, all the girls and everything. But this is the playoffs because Emmy, they won locally. They, their team won the big, big, big, like competition regionally. You should see the rings they get. It's like a suit. I was like, wow. Well, they're pushing the girls are thrilled. Well, they're pushing it because number one, the NFL wants girls to be able to play a form of football and the inclusion mantra. But more importantly, they're pushing it too because they want to have an alternative from a safety standpoint with everything that we now know about the violence of football and the head injuries and CTE. So, well, now you can get your football fixed and you won't have your brain scramble. But it's great for them because if you so, so she's playing, by the way, with a travel team right now, as a fifth grader, she's playing with all eighth graders. That's how good she is. But she is into it when you go to this and you see these girls from around the nation and then around the region. This is, trust me, this is huge. Newman Price just said on Twitter, his oldest son just turned down Lehigh University because he got a full ride to Kutztown. Even after scholarships, Lehigh was going to cost $30,000 a year with scholarships. Wow. Look, congratulations. So, Kutztown, that's fabulous. There you go. I don't know. I just don't think that there's this huge market for girls flag football. Oh, I disagree. Oh, man. Yeah. I wouldn't have, you know what, if I didn't see it personally, I would agree with you. But when you go to these matches and I've been to them at the regional level, it's amazing. I mean, these are thousands of girls who are into this because they have actual, they're organized, they're very organized, so they make it easy to come together in that sort of thing. It's a lot of fun and it incorporates many, many skills. So, if you have played soccer, because Emmy was amazing at soccer, but if you're a good soccer player or you're really fast, it incorporates all of that because it's flag. Yeah. Yeah. I could see my daughter Olivia wanting to play it. My other daughter, Mia, would not. She would, Olivia would definitely play flag football if she was offered the chance to, and Mia would just go to the concession stand and get some pierogies. Was it you? Maybe check it out. Was it you, Nick, who mentioned how long until there's a, there's a dude who is female? Yeah. Yeah. Or claiming to be female that wants to play. Mm-hmm. Why? Is there a story out there? No, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, you know, I'm thinking of all the pitfalls in this. Oh, yeah. Well, it'll happen. Yeah. Well, it's, I mean, as of right now, and I know that Jeff Lurie and the Eagles released a statement, but there's a lot of excitement around this. So I'll just say it's official and for the school year 25, 26 in Pennsylvania, this is big news for us making national news. By the way, Miller R.B. says Lehigh University is over $83,000 a year now. You must be looking at it on all the web page. Wow. It was a 78 grand a year versus 83 for an undergrad and one year is really a big difference. That's amazing. Okay. It's $300,000 for your bachelor's degree. All right. First harvest credit union sponsor. I've got 19, I've got, I've got 19 cents in my cup, my cup canister in my car of change. Thank you very much. 13 and 20, 30 seconds and away by to say it's nine, 14 and 38 seconds, I'd be technically wrong. Oh boy. Love you. Sorry. Yes. What something, one thing a day is going to trigger one of us. Yes. It's just that's the goal moving forward until the election and it's usually me that throws a great name. That's, that's why people, that's why people want out of here. Yup. Want me out of here. Don, Don and I are just like Hezbollah terrorist and you're just triggering the dangers in the walkie talkies. Oh, by the way, I got an email this morning saying it's not funny that, you know, what's happening to the terrorists and we shouldn't make, we shouldn't make light of the fact that terrorists who want to blow up our children and our way of life and want to see us all dead. Uh, got their crotches blown off. Yeah. Well, they deserve it. Exactly. You have around you. Find out. Yeah. There's consequences to what you do in this world. Uh, so let's get to the Kamala Harris story. I thought this is hilarious. Uh, Phil, I know you found the clip. Let's get this one, uh, loaded in the hopper, so to speak, because it's not just us, you know, in talk radio, uh, or, you know, even if you're a Democrat or a Republican, you know, without a show and you just like to talk about politics, we've all been seeing and hearing the clips and talking about why does Kamala Harris pander and change her vernacular based on the locale and the setting she is in. We've even had a, a nice lady who's called in and told us about code breaking, uh, but she did it again yesterday and this time she adopted a Hispanic accent, which we will play for you now and then we will give you a professional opinion as to why she does what she does. Uh, Phil, I haven't heard this yet. If we want to play this twice, because I know that the little part where she does adopt the, uh, Spanish accent is very quick. Maybe let's just run this twice back to back if we could so the audience can consume it. We'll go right back. Please have a seat, please have a seat. Please have a seat. Oh, it's good to see so many friends. Um, I love you back. Please have a seat. Please have a seat. Please have a seat. Please have a seat. Oh, it's good to see so many friends. Um, I love you back. So she adopts this, uh, Spanish twang, according to the Daily Mail, while talking at the congressional Hispanic caucus Institute's annual leadership conference. So the Daily Mail reached out to psychotherapist Jonathan Alpert, who owns a practice in upstate New York. And he has said that there are two main reasons as to why people alter their accents, which in psychology circles is known as mirroring or the chameleon effect. And we've had people on the voicemail sing and call in, comma, comma, chameleon, that whole thing. So that's actually a real thing. It's called the chameleon effect or mirroring. And Harris appears to say, I love you back with a Spanish accent to a group of her supporters. Now they go on to say in their professional opinion that some do it out of empathy. So others find them trustworthy. And to show that they want to experience another person's emotions also, as I flip over here with the staple, others put on different accents to fit in because they feel like an outsider of a group and they want to conform. Uh, Alpert also told the Daily Mail that he thinks this is the case with Harris, quote, using a fake accent could also be a result of feeling self conscious around a particular group and feeling like she has to make changes to her baseline voice in order to be accepted. To some extent, this is a natural and normal way to handle people we might perceive as different than ourselves. I've got to tell you, and I can only speak from my own firsthand experience. Um, I have never changed my accent regarding who I've been around, whether it's Asian, Hispanic, African, American, whether I've been in the suburbs or the city, or whether I'm at Temple's campus on the corner of Cecil B. Moore, or I'm at a golf course, uh, whether I've lived in Nashville or I've lived in Bethlehem, I've never changed that. But I do think the second one that he brings up here really does resonate where she's trying to fit in because she feels like an outsider. And I go back to what Don, what you said yesterday about Sarah Huckabee Sanders and you know, I don't want to revisit you and Greg and the other guys had, but I don't think she really fits in in a lot of settings. Um, and it's not to make a, make light of her upbringing or where she grew up or what, you know, a family situation she was raised in or inherited financially or what her dad stands for or what her mom did working three jobs. I just feel like she's had generally this somewhat of an isolated life and then being in the public sector and working her way up throughout politics, a very elitist, coastal background. So I, this goes back to the, I don't think she resonates with the common folk, which is why I think Trump is doing well with independence. And you can say what you want about Trump and his bombastic nature. Trump, Trump doesn't change his personality to fit in with different demos like him or hate him, he wears what he is and he wears it on his sleeve. And you're going to take him at face value. This is who I am. Love me or hate me, but call me what you want. Like Kamala Harris is the ultimate and I guess this is a real clinical diagnosis. They call it the chameleon effect. Yeah. Well, she, she's not relatable and that's saying, yeah, you know, and that's why as far as even the issue that the media was trying to make yesterday about her as a, as a mom, as a mother, that sort of thing, it, it really fits into her profile that she's somebody who in every single way, in every single aspect of her life, she's not somebody who's relatable because she's for, for one thing, she has always lived this in a bubble in San Francisco. She, she claims she's from this middle class home. Well, look at where she lived. And look at her life. And so then look at her career. So she has had a successful career. That's true. But even in her career, if you think about the way that she was in many ways, coddled and put up on a, you know, a platform, if you will, but she was somebody who lived in that bubble and lived a privileged life, her entire life as somebody who is not relatable, didn't raise a family, did not, and that, what does that mean? If you did not have a home with a family, you've never even really done a family budget. Think about that. Never grocery shopped for the entire family, that sort of thing. She's never done that in her life. It's really, it's a really detached way of not resonating with the common folk. And I think they're making this campaign and I had one other thing on the whole imitation and accent thing that I think if they've been paying attention, they should have picked up on this. You know, when you think about this campaign, they're trying to make it all about Trump. They want Trump to be in the news and they can react and use sound bites to run ads and go after Trump. Alternatively, they're trying to not make it about her. They're trying to hide her and get her to the finish line. I just saw from Axios, they tweeted out how many TV and print interviews each presidential ticket has done. JD Vance has done 59 interviews. Trump has done 14, Tim Walls has done four, and Kamala Harris has done three. Kamala Harris has almost as many interviews as Trump has survived the assassination attacks. I mean, it's astounding that they actually think they can get to the finish line and maybe they will by not showing their hand. You know, it's like, you're trying to win that showdown in the poker room, but you have to flip over your cards and show what you hold to scoop up the pot. They're the first people ever trying to win a pot of poker without showing their hand, hoping that somebody else will just fold and they can scoop up the chips. But when we talk about hiding her and we talk about these fake accents in this assimilation amongst her vocabulary, I, if I was advising them, I would say one of the things I think that made Joe look like a fraud was when Joe said he was raised in the Portuguese church and the synagogues and the Greek church and the Puerto Rican community. And what is she doing? She's copycatting that now. I mean, she's had a southern accent, she's had an urban accent when she's in Detroit. She's had a Hispanic accent. I don't know. If I'm in those communities, maybe some people find that endearing. I find it disingenuous if you're just looking at from a neutral perspective. Yeah. I mean, I think you're right. I think as far as Kamala Harris goes, even her, I was looking at the wealth of when she married Doug Amhoff as a 50 year old career woman, they live together in their four and a half million dollar California, LA mansion. She has a nearly million dollar apartment in where San Francisco, I mean, they, these are not people. These are not your ordinary, you know, Americans who've lived this. Oh, we're, we're just middle class ordinary folk. He's a big, any big entertainment attorney worth, you know, multi-millionaire many times over. They'll always talk about, oh, well, Trump's this wealthy guy. You even see those commercials. Oh, he's a wealthy guy. No, no, she's wealthy. Yeah. As well. She lives the high life, but the media will never talk about that. Nope. You're right. This is the Caitlyn company podcast from talk radio 1210 WPHD and on the free Odyssey app bill in Doyle's town, who's got some thoughts on the girls at flag football bill. You're on talk radio 1210 go right ahead, Bill. Yeah. Good morning. The comment that Greg made and I was in the same position at one time where I thought, ah, you know, flag football girls, it's not going to be a big sport. Well, here in Bucks County, because my son is a coach for flag football, Lansdale Catholic has had it now for two years sanctioned and central Bucks all through the high schools and central Bucks have sanctioned girls flag football. I mean, the sport is just taken off and it's an excellent sport to watch. It's really fun. It's great. Yeah. It's a top sport now, but will be a varsity sport with the P I double A officially sanctioning it. Well, it's a in Lansdale Catholic, it's, it's a sanctioned sport added, but CB East, West and South, it's going to be a sanctioned, I guess, interleague in the next sports season. It's great. If you haven't watched that, I don't know if Greg has watched it, but you go to these games and you know what's nice about it. It's easy. Some interesting plays that's an interesting way. It's played and the girls are protected. You're not worrying about whether it's male or female, whether you're getting hit in the head and whether you're going to have a concussion. It's a great sport and it's going to take a while. Yeah. If they start gambling on it, it'll be even better. And I'll start laying some points and stock on some side bets. Yeah, give me CB South plus five and a half, twenty five. Look, I'm not, I'm not, you know, don't get me wrong, like if, if there's a, if there is an audience for it, if there's a market for it, I am all for. Or any type of the stuff. I just, I didn't think, you know, maybe the show is out, out of touch, I am. I just didn't think that there was that, that big of a market for girls flight football. Yeah. Apparently there is. Be interesting to see if it takes off to the point that goes to the college level and then, you know, a professional level. There was a lingerie football league for a while. You stopped. There was? It was. That's true. It's great. I gambled on that too. Eight, five, five, eight, three, nine, twelve, ten, all right, uh, quickly, uh, we'll get Ed and Del Rand and then we'll get to the country. Ed, you're on talk radio twelve, ten, and go ahead. Nick Dawn and Greg are so super neat. They can absolutely compete. So here's what I got to tell you, I'm watching Fox and friends this morning and there's Trump going to a hospital of a kid with brain cancer, giving them a present and giving them a hug. And you know what? How come I never see any of that with Joe Biden, Joe bite me or Kamala, Nick, with Harris? Like, I never see that. They don't care about the troops. The thirteen that died, they didn't honor them in any way that I've seen. It's just amazing how good Trump is as a person and they try to make them out to be a monster. And I thought you were going to say based on the screen or how comes, uh, Kamala and Joe doesn't do events like they did last night with Trump on Godfeld and I was going to say because they can't, right? Like I was thinking about that again, you know, this morning because I didn't see the gut-filled thing with Trump, but I just saw some clips and I'm like, that's a setting that Kamala Harris's angusiety would be off the charts for she there's no because that shows not for the most part is not scripted. And people like Kat, Tim, Fintyrus, like they're just riffing. It's kind of like us on the cut sheet. What comes top of mind? She could not do that setting. She would crash and burn. Yeah, but Ed went with the more serious route, which is also a valid point as well. All right. 938. Let's get to what's on the cut sheet. Part. Dude. What? On. The cut sheet. I do. So I said Hillary Clinton is doing her tour. Now she sat down this morning with NBC news and apparently she said, and I'm hearing this for the first time because it just happened. She's still suggesting that she only lost to Trump because Americans were sexist. Okay. I'm telling you, I'm telling you, I'm giving advice to the Democrats. Put her out to pasture. Do not. She is. She is like, she is doing so much damage like this this clip is going to be played all day. Greg, she's on a book tour. She's coming to the Kimmel Center, October 10th, the week that Jimmy Fala debuts. Wow. So she'll be here and he'll have fun with that one, won't he? So she'll be here the evening of October 10th at the Kimmel Center. She's doing these the she's going across the country. You can look it up. She's doing a huge Hillary live tour. God. Yes. And big audiences she's trying to get and their their tickets are like hundreds of dollars and she's also selling her book is she's not going away. She's suggesting that Kamala can't win because she's a female. I guess. That's the reason that Hillary lost and I guess they would apply to Kamala. Let's all listen to this cut together and see maybe it's fake news. Maybe she didn't actually say that cut 25 Phil go decided to withdraw. And I think that the challenge as it has been for a number of elections now is winning the Electoral College. I have no doubt that the Harris Waltz campaign like my campaign will win the popular vote. I think as we all know that doesn't get you the election. You've got to win 270 electoral votes. I think what needs to happen is what they are doing just more, you know, deeper, more intensely, which is reaching out to people both with the positive story. And you know, you know, sometimes I'm asked, well, where is the policy? Well, go to the website. That's where the policy is. You know, I had more policy than anybody had. It was, I gave speeches about it. It was on our website. I wrote a book with Jim Kane about it. We have lots of policy. At the end of the day, that's not what caused people to vote for me or against me. And I think the Harris campaign knows that. They know that you've got to, you know, cross a threshold, which they have more than done in terms of what kind of governance you're promising. But at the end of the day, this is a contest between freedom and oppression, between democracy and autocracy, between bringing people together and further dividing us. And that's what has to be communicated every single day between now and the election. And I want to just add that I think you all do an excellent job of talking about the stakes, not just the horse race, but the stakes of the election and painting a picture for people. What the? I mean, wow. First of all, that. Well, I didn't hear the sexism. No. Did you guys know? No, but the resentment, you can still eight, nine years later. I mean, it's it really, really burns her panties that she lost. I mean, her every morning, please, please, Mr. Kayle, we, people are eating breakfast really, and you're painting a picture of Hillary's panties. Well, hello, you know, at the end of the day, it's not the fact that you're a female Hillary. It's the fact that you are a Clinton, you are corrupt, and maybe more importantly than all of that, it's, you're just unlikable. I hate to break it to some people, but some people that live their life are very unlikable humans. And the likability factor plays in. It was also great timing for Trump. People wanted something new. Yeah. Oh, I'm just still getting Hillary's panties out of my mind. That was my PI Dick Stenzel. Yeah. All right. We should break. All right. Coming up next. Your voicemails as we wrap it up, followed by today in music history, with a big, with a big music announcement from film film. Get out. Let's keep on coming. Yeah. Back after this. It's a killing company on demand from Tark Radio 1210WPHT and the Free Odyssey app. Find out what's on the old voicemail machine show. That's amazing. Turn the page. Was that Newman price? That was Newman. Yeah. Okay. I heard the beginning. Got to love Newman, right? All right. Pretend Ozzy. Jimmy Fella is awesome. Foil hack conspiracy. Uh-oh. Fact slash fact, Kamala Harris, if she is not on edibles or doing ripping bong hits before she goes in public. No one is. Nobody is. That girl's high. Oh. It's in Foil hack conspiracy. Wow. The Kamala and the edibles. What do you think about that, Vip? Oh, wait. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Sorry. My machine crashed too. My whole screen just went through. I don't worry about it. The whole thing just broke. Okay. You guys didn't seem to understand what I meant by talking about Joe Rogan. No. I think you guys forgot. It was Odyssey, and it was iHeartRadio that stepped up and said, "We'll pay him just what as much as Spotify is paying him. We'll hire him." The eighth, the industry stood together against cancel culture, and that was the beginning of the end with those types of situations, those times when organizations like yours step up and resist cancel culture are the things that we need to be talking about if we ever want to get under control. I mean, I would argue, I mean, I don't really care one way or the other about Rogan, but I would argue the fact that 1210 still is alive and thriving the way it is today speaks volumes to the fact that Odyssey will not cave to cancel culture and get rid of our format. I think his point was that it was good to see the industry kind of stand up to cancel culture and help, even though Joe Rogan technically is a competitor of all of us. We all stood up and said, "What Spotify was doing was not right." And I don't ever want to cancel any, I have never once said cancel the Joy Read Show or Rachel Maddow or anybody that's on the left, let the marketplace of ideas determine what to consume. All right. That's all we have time for. You want to do Phil's big announcement? No, apparently. Yes. Going to the Jets game, I guess. Today, September 19th. We celebrate the first days of Bill Medley from the righteous brothers who's now 84, Lita Ford, who's now 66, and Niall Rogers, who's now 72, Heavenly Birthday shoutouts to Cass Elliot of the mamas of the papas and Lee Dorman, Bases for Iron Butterfly. We also lost Graham Parsons from the birds as well as the fine burrito brothers on this day in 1973. Single the Coon Venture a Highway by America in '72, Uptown Girl by Billy Joel in '83, and you keep me hanging on by Kim Wilde in 1986, album The Coon Verses by Pearl Jam in 1993, State of Euphoria by Anthrax in '88, Allied Forces by Triumph in '81, peace sales but who's buying by Megadeth in '86, and New Jersey by Bon Jovi in '88, pretty good day, huh? Also in '85, Decenider John Denver and Frank Zappa all testified a set of hearing, arguing against a music ratingsist, we probably remember that one, in '91 Michael Jackson is a guest on The Simpsons, in '90 any veteran is actually selected as the lead singer of Pearl Jam, and in '81, Simon and Garfunkel reunite for a show in Central Park, New York. But lastly some breaking news as of 7.15 this morning for all the metalheads out there, which includes me, Metallica has announced two dates at Lincoln Financial Field. This coming May, May 24th, Limbiscuit and Ice Nine Kills will open for them, and on May 25th, Pantera and suicidal tendencies will open for them. Tickets go on sale on the 27th, but pre-sales start on the 23rd, 4K company, I fill off course. Look at this guy breaking down all the details, like he's a part of the staff, go and go. Love it. Icework Phillip, Metallica coming to the link in May, love it. You going to go? I don't go to concerts anymore. All right. Don't show coming up top of the hour. What do we have lined up, ma'am? Yeah, off the top. I mean, we have a lot locally that we're going to talk about City Council. We're watching very carefully for this promised battle now between those Chinatown community leaders and the mayor, and so is the honeymoon officially over. So we're watching that very carefully locally as it unfolds, but I want to take you through my favorite moments of the Trump rally last night in New York City. There were some huge moments, some huge promises. He goes through the economic part of it, but there was one moment in particular that was my fave, and I want to share that with you so we can just experience it as he took a kind of a victory lap yesterday. Yes. Coming up in the 11 o'clock hour, we're going to get some new details on as far as Trump, Pennsylvania, some huge celebrities coming here and some big names, so we'll announce all of that. So a great interview coming up in the 11 a.m. hour. We got it all. All right. Don show coming up in just about six minutes. Everybody have a great rest of your Thursday. We are back tomorrow morning at six and as Donald Trump would say, Harry, get your fat ass out and vote.
