I'm Sally Helm with the podcast History This Week. In each episode, we serve as your eyes and ears into history's biggest events, and the lesser-told stories, ones you might not even know happened. School's closed this morning in local districts after a threat of violence this morning, police confirming they do have a juvenile suspect in custody that, after that online threat, Woodbury Police identifying the suspect only as a young person, a juvenile, not giving out that name, saying the investigation into this matter does continue this morning. So, here's what we know. The threat was made against Woodbury City Public Schools, the Deford Township School District, the Haddon Heights School District, as well as Glassboro Public Schools. Schools in the Woodbury and Deford school districts, they're the ones closed this morning. Because the threat included private schools, that's why I've worded it that way. There were some private schools that were named. Leaders with Woodbury City Public Schools said that while they do not believe the threat was credible, the schools would be closed as a precaution. In other words, even though they know that this was an online threat, they have somebody in custody who we don't know that person's motives, but they're still doing this out of an abundance of caution. What does that mean? No transportation services are being offered this morning to students. The problem is others take these different buses, and so Rowan College of South Jersey, Gloucester County Institute of Technology, so they don't have transportation this morning. We're being told because of this particular shutdown. Okay, so you said it's because of an online threat. Now, my question is, do we know what mode or what platform the online threat was made via buy? Because I ask, if you think about it, with Butler PA, with Thomas Matthew Crooks, and also with the Georgia shooter, this Discord app is becoming a platform where a lot of these, you know, mentally ill people are basically broadcasting their intentions. That's why I ask. I don't know if this was a Facebook thing, because I've seen Discord all of a sudden has become a common trend. Yeah, I mean, Discord is what all the kids use, even college kids. That's what they communicate on. So that's what we talk about a lot of times. It's not something that would be, it's not like Twitter, it's not like Facebook, it's not, you know, like all the other platforms. And so you don't have a profile. You don't have your name up there, the profile, whatever, that's not what this is. It's not LinkedIn. They're not looking for a job. So as far as this goes, I think the concern was that if it was very, they specifically were naming different schools, and so the fear was, is this a group? Is this one individual? They just want to make sure, plus that if you look online, all the parents reacting to it, all the parents are saying, yeah, I'm keeping my kids home, because we just had the Georgia school shooting last week, which by the way, sometimes when these other across the nation, such as Georgia, when these other school shootings happen, you do get the copycats. If you want attention, they happen in twos and threes and in waves. What a great start to the school year already. It's September 9th, and how many times have we had these stories already, a week, 10 days into the school year? It's so true. Well, today it's a sad day across our region. The funeral for the Goudreau brothers taking place today, St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. This is a media Pennsylvania. I know that some schools were because this is expected to attract huge crowds of people. Some schools were making different arrangements to try to provide transportation or make sure everybody could get where they're going, but this will also be streamed on the Columbus Blue Jackets website, given the number of people expected to attend. So this is Johnny Goudreau and his brother Matthew, who were killed by that drunk driver in Salem County, New Jersey. That, by the way, Sean Higgins, who's the accused drunk driver, his hearing will be postponed until this Friday. He remains behind bars. He's accused of being drunk when he struck and killed the NHL star, Johnny Goudreau, who was riding bicycles along with his brother Matthew as they biked right near their south Jersey hometown. Why are they home? Well, it was the night before their sister's wedding. Terrible. It's just just tragic. Anyway, you look at it. And speaking of road closures and preparations, let's talk about preparations underway at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. And I do have word of some road closures that will affect everybody locally in this area, but obviously it's the big debate between Trump and Harris set to take place tomorrow 9 p.m. But residents and workers, commuters may very well experience increases to traffic, temporary lane closures in the area in and around the National Constitution Center. So just a heads up on this one beginning early tomorrow morning street closures will be in effect arch to market streets between fourth and seventh and all traffic vehicular and pedestrian will be allowed on four street as well as market street, but they're going to have a lot of closures. If you've driven by there, you see these huge, they've erected a perimeter and two sets of very tall fences. I was going to say are the barricades up? Oh, yeah, barricades fencing. Yep. Thank God. We don't work down there anymore, huh, Don? Oh, that would be a hot mess. That's right. You guys, you literally right across the street in the heart of it. Yeah, that was what like the 2016 ish, 2017 ish. Yeah. Yeah. So, yes, so that area and also so Fox Fox is Fox 29 is right there. Yeah. So for everybody, you know, they'll be taking alternate routes or whatever. Good luck with that. Uh-huh. It's going to be a hot mess. Yeah, I only had I only had the privilege of heading to that building one time nine years ago. And I was like, where the hell am I supposed to do a show? Yeah. And by the way, just the heads up to westbound lanes of the Ben Franklin Bridge into Philadelphia, they will remain remain open. But but security police law enforcement saying, watch out for additional temporary highway and street shutdowns and rolling road closure. Yes, rolling rolling. Yeah. Maybe necessary. So the Ben, the access to the eastbound lanes for the Ben Franklin Bridge from I 676 into New Jersey, that will be closed from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. tomorrow night. Just want to give a heads up on this because if you're traveling this area, I feel sad for people out of town who might not realize it for some truckers. You know, hopefully they put on their ways or listen to our sister station. Hey, we're sponsored by Wawa. Wawa has new Southwest flavors like the roasted chicken fajita veggie quesadilla or what about the beef steak burrito with salsa Roja? Try a burrito bowl or quesadilla, build it just how you like it. Got to have a Wawa and we are sponsored by Melbourne retreat house in our sports and weather. I know Nick's going to talk about our Eagles last night. We were victorious, but not such great news for our Phillies who were blown out by the Marlins yesterday, 10 to 1. We lost in the series finale in Miami. We took the series. Yeah. We took the series. Mm hmm. All you need to do goes to take care of the Packers and glorious fashion. Did I say on Friday the take one Barkley was gonna wow. Wow, what a day. I mean, he's a game changer. I know. If he can stay healthy, which is which is a big if it's a big if if he can say healthy, like the Eagles are gonna be unstoppable telling you. Yeah, there was I mean, look, they won the game and I'm happy and, you know, sucks for the Packers. They lost their quarterback basically on the second to last play of the game, but three things were a disgrace on Friday night. Number one, a disgrace that you can't get any media information and coverage from journalists because as we know, we talked about Twitter's band. That was disgrace. Number one, number two, the second disgrace, the turf. I mean, can we stop? Yeah. Can we stop playing football and soccer pitches? Seriously. It was like my grandmother on ice with high heels. Yeah. He's just everybody sliding all over the place. That first play that the Eagles did with Barkley and he fell and he slipped and lost five yards. I was like, he's going to he's gonna blow out his knees. Yes. He's going to blow out his knees. Yes. So. And Jaylon hurts. Seriously. Come on, man. Year five. I mean, you're making mistakes like you're a day one producer in radio enough. Here we go. Man. Stop making the same mistakes. Yeah. But you know, when's a win? I'm happy. Yeah. We won. I took the Packers against the spread. Yeah. I was just going to say, you're your prediction. I mean, I, I knew the Eagles were going to win, but I, I, my prediction was way off because I thought because of the turf, I thought it was going to be a low scoring game, but it certainly wasn't. I think Don had the best prediction. Yeah. Don said the Eagles and I think Don said a lot of points. We're going to be scored, so. See. Yeah. And what about Penn State? Yeah. Boy, I tell you what, I was so cool. I was watching that game. I'm like, you're really going to lose at home as a four touchdown favorite. I look back to Bowling Green. Most people don't know what state Bowling Green plays in. I mean, good for Bowling Green. I was like, who's Bowling Green? And they don't wear green, by the way, they were brown and orange. They're called Bowling Green. But we pulled that one out. So that's a good thing. And by the way, apologies to the Catholic contingent that roots another day in this area. They paid Northern Illinois a million dollars to come to their stadium and Northern Illinois beat Notre Dame. They paid them? Oh, yeah, they pay these small schools to show up and take a take a beating so Notre Dame can warm up for the big boys, except you have to beat the little squad. That's amazing. That game was like that one at Penn State. That was all my kids were talking about. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Wait, since we're in the sports portion of the sports. Enough sports. Enough sports. And I'll have it later in the cut sheet, but thoughts on Tom Brady calling not bad. The Cowboys solid. Yeah. Not he's got work to do. Yeah. But he's he's not as annoying as his romo. Yeah. I just live with that. All right. Yeah. We will give him a grade. Okay. Coming up at seven. That is annoying. And he looked good. And Donald teach him how to stay on prompter and all the TV optics. Yeah. I could give him some coaching. Yeah, I'm sure you're good. You know. Hey, we got the Monday morning forecast. As I said, it's chilly this morning, mid 50s. And in some areas, maybe you're waking up to 39 degrees. It's quite chilly overnight. But we are heating up to a beautiful day. Plenty of sunshine high of 79 degrees tomorrow, sunny and even warmer humidity, though, remains low 84 degrees for your Tuesday, tomorrow, Wednesday, sunny and nice high of 85 degrees and Thursday, even hotter 87 degrees. Friday, the dry stretch will continue mostly sunny skies. And it looks like much of the same over the weekend Saturday and Sunday as of right now this weekend in mid 80s and a lot of sunshine. So a beautiful week in store with low humidity, drier, sunny, lovely weather. We are sponsored by Malvern Retreat House. All right, Don, thank you very much. I heard God's voice over the weekend. He said, stop placing wagers on football. You're losing every day and thing you pick. Well, that was your wife. She was good with it. It's all bonus bets from these sports books that give you free money. Yeah, just for signing up. By the way, I know we got to get to the big day, but thank you to family. The entire weekend is nothing. I swear no matter what game I had on Saturday or Sunday, change the channel, you get one of two ads. It's either sports books or it's political ads. I know they've bought up all the commercial inventory in America on television 100%. And watching that game on Friday night with the Eagles, every other commercial was a couple of Harris Trump. Yep. All of that. Yep. Or an occasional Kevin Hart ad to spend five balls to get 200 free. All right, six, 17. Let's get to a Monday. Big take on killing company. And it's brought to you by indeed one a and two a on 11 five for a majority of my life. I feel like Democrats in the federal government have wanted to take your guns and deny you the rights provided to you courtesy of the Second Amendment. And for the last four years, the far left and big tech have been stripping you of your right to free speech provided by the First Amendment. And sure, this election, it's about many things, whether it's the most basic of issues like the economy, or the most petty of things such as men against women. But if Kamala Harris gets elected, there's no question in my mind, we will see more and more tightening of the vice around your First Amendment privileges and more and more gun grabs by the government. Remember, Joe Biden bragged about what he did with firearms 30 years ago. And he's always been threatening that he will do it again. But in a very sinister way, what could make the federal government happier than silencing dissenting views and taking away your right to defend yourself with a firearm, both on full display this morning in the big take after another 72 hours of proof to show you what's really happening in America. We begin today with guns in light of the latest school shooting in Georgia. And have you noticed this disturbing trend? Yeah, a ton of the school shootings over the last couple of years have been those who identify as part of the LGBTQ community. But I want to point out the lesser talked about trend. And I mentioned it in the news discord, much like the Butler PA shooting. According to reports, the 14 year old from Georgia was on the gamer app. And it was known that he was speaking about allegedly being gay. And he was apparently bullied according to his father for quote being gay, but also the acceptance of trans people. When mental health is jumping off the page at you and people are speaking about it, even on new wave technology like discord, people need to intervene because it's not about the gun. It's about the mentally disturbed person in possession of the firearm. And also, if they are on medications from big pharma, if Kamala Harris gets elected, she will definitely zero in on your second amendment rights. She likes the idea and she is willing to go to a mandate via executive order within her first 100 days in office if elected. And I always point out how Democrats, they love their mandates. We know that from the pandemic. But what they also love more than that, as shown in the last four years, is total control and absolute power. And it's not just about Harris at the top of the ticket. It's up and down the ticket with people trying to be elected on the left or those who have already won a midterm, perhaps two years ago in the summer, the fall of 2022 with the midterm elections. I love this concept when it pertains to the second amendment and the vetting. Think about this. Isn't it funny how Democrats, they went all the vetting possible, all this information for guns. But they also claim that any information like voter ID is racist. So in my personal opinion, you can't be all for knowing as much as possible about a prospective gun purchase, yet not give a crap about the identity of a voter. You don't get to have it both ways. Now on to free speech and the First Amendment. As we have chronicled on this show, we've talked about what has been going on in France with Telegram and in Brazil with Twitter. And we're certainly aware of what's happened since 2020 with free speech in America. And over the weekend, MSNBC, the gatekeepers of truth and telling you as I like to say, what is terrible and shareable via clowns like Rachel Maddow, enjoy read, they are taking censorship a step further. They are now calling for the boycott of Elon Musk's social media platform X in the United States. MSNBC.com with the following headline. Elon Musk's X is a poison. We don't need to keep taking it. It's not enough for some journalists and influencers to boycott the social media site, formerly known as Twitter. But everyone needs to bail on it at once. And quote, that's a headline of a story on MSNBC.com. First of all, journalists hardly exist anymore. They are advocates for a political party and nothing more. And to be fair, I think that pertains to both sides, quite honestly. But secondly, I'm also sick of hearing about influencers. I think we need that purge on the term influencers immediately. I would play you this clip, but it's probably not going to work. But we had a journalist from MSNBC. Oh, we do have that. All right. I have it. Okay, here we go. So Jay Michelson, I want you to listen to this clip. Jay Michelson and investor Roger McNamee taking it even a step further when it pertains to censorship. And dare we even say the prosecution of Elon Musk. Listen and watch this clip. He actually controls the algorithms. He people have said ever since Elon Musk has taken over certain people's accounts, don't get amplified. Other things do. This is a guy who said he wanted to take on an own ex to make it a town square, to make it a public square where voices were not squelched. Now it's being used for exactly the things you wrote a book about that almost wrecked some of our elections. So the critical element in thinking about Elon Musk is like any American, he has a right to his own opinion, and he has a right to express his opinion. However, that right is not unlimited. And he is under some special limitations that wouldn't apply to normal people because his companies specifically Starlink and SpaceX are government contractors. And as such, he has obligations to the government that would for any normal person and should for him require him to moderate his speech in the interest of national security. So what you have is somebody who runs really strategic defense and aerospace projects for the federal government who's actively undermining the government, which is paying him. And somewhere in there is a legal case that needs to be prosecuted. No, no, that's not true. Elon Musk and X are not involved with the federal government. His other businesses might be, but X is his company, it's private, and he can moderate the content just like meta and Google have done. And now they want to prosecute him for restoring free speech. What about prosecuting Mark Zuckerberg? We know that Facebook and meta directly influence the 2020 election by not being able to share Miranda Divines, Hunter Biden laptop story from the New York Post. See, this is what I'm talking about. They've lost control of the narrative and they have to take back 100% of speech and also the dissemination of information. And if elected again, Donald Trump says he will do just that. After all, he knows a thing or two about being silenced. Trump vows to sign an executive order banning any federal employee from colluding to limit speech and fire every bureaucrat who is engaged in censorship. Here was Trump over the weekend in Wisconsin talking about the restoration of free speech. Listen and watch. Second, I will bring back free speech in America because it's been taken away. They've taken away your free speech. And the fake news is threat is a threat to this country. They are just horrible. These are horrible people, not everyone. I mean, I know most of them up there. Some are good. Hello, Brian. Some are good. And most of them are just absolutely terrible human beings. They know what's going on. You know what they'll write today? But look at this crowd. It goes from corner to corner. I flew over and I said, that's a lot of people down there. You know what they'll say today or tomorrow when they write? Donald Trump spoke today in Wisconsin before a small crowd of people, small, a small gathering, a small gathering of people. They are just so bad. I don't know. It's really hard to turn it back around unless they used to be like the police force. They'd write the truth. But they're no longer the police force. They're the police force for opposite. They're a police force for bad. They're bad. They're bad people. And they're very dishonest. And a lot of people don't understand when you're a politician, like these people, like me, like others, and you happen to be a Republican or somewhat conservative, they write just the opposite of what the facts are. And if you're driving a cab, if you're an accountant, if you're a lawyer, if you're something, you know, other than that, you don't know the details. When we know the facts, and then the story gets written, the exact opposite of what it is, you start to lose faith in the press, I will tell you. But I will sign an executive order banning any federal employee from colluding to limit speech. And we will fire every federal bureaucrat who is engaged in domestic censorship under the Harris regime. And according to the New York Post, although Trump didn't mention any journalists or media outlets by name, his remarks came two days after New York Times publisher A.G. Salzberger had a scathing op ed that run in the Washington Post warning, quote, Trump stands out for his aggressive and sustained efforts to undermine the free press, and quote, Salzberger also insisted Americans should be ready for Trump's anti media, quote, playbook. If he wins in November, a Salzberger newsflash, Trump was already in office for four years, and he made your life easy. And speaking of an anti media playbook, isn't that what Hideaway Harris has been doing? She's anti media personified 50 days in one interview. She's never available to speak to the press or the American public. Think about that. In sports, for example, at the highest of levels, coaches and quarterbacks speak after every game, good or bad, win or loss. Yet a lady running for president of the United States can't speak to the public, can't speak to the press. It's unbelievable. So whether it's your social media account or the guns in your home, just know that Democrats despise with the founding fathers envisioned, and they all know season is crusade, slowly but surely little by little piece by piece to take America from what it is supposed to be to what other nations around the globe currently are and currently have total control of the people. One, a first amendment to a the second amendment, all up for grabs on November 5th. And I believe that's a major piece to the puzzle. And that's the big take. The big take on Kaitlyn company. This is the Kaling Company podcast from Dark Radio 1210 WPHD and on the free Odyssey app. I'm Sally Helm with the podcast history this week. In each episode we serve as your eyes and ears into history's biggest events and the lesser told stories. Ones you might not even know happened. Find history this week on the free Odyssey app or wherever you get your podcasts. It's a great idea but I mean listen I don't think we lack for great ideas. As I said many times we've been having great ideas for decades. The problem is that Congress did not have the courage to act and that is why from the beginning I have said my agenda includes attempting to get promised to act but if they don't live in the first hundred days of my administration I'm going to take a second of that because what we need is action. There's Kamala Harris just a few weeks ago here in Philadelphia that audio and video courtesy of six ABC on the mandatory gun confiscations as we continue this morning here on Kaling Company Nick Don and Greg as we get a go in here on talk radio 1210 WPHD as I mentioned in the big take. Raphael Warnock on NBC yesterday with Kristen Welker basically echoing the same sentiment and Don I want to get your thoughts as somebody as I believe you are somebody who has said that you grew up in a household with firearms and I was thinking about this when I was writing the big take yesterday and this is perfect for you you grew up in a family that's very pro second amendment as I am and you also are a journalist who has worked in the media and I know you didn't work for MSNBC but they are now advocating and having hosts journalists and their guests for we'll call it free speech boycotts which I look I'm fine I'm out of hypocrite I'm all for a boycott you know whether it was boycotting Bud Light or Target or Coles but when you are and if you want a boycott free speech as an American I think you're stupid but it's your right to do so but when you're a journalist and you're a media member advocating for the boycott of the first amendment that would be as dumb as I don't know like a cigarette company advocating for the boycott of tobacco why would you ever want to do that you're going to kill your own business so just your thoughts on what's up for grabs here with the first and second amendment this November yeah I think that it's startling that she actually admitted it and kudos to 6 ABC for airing it maybe they just thought oh good this is fantastic but I hope that everybody hears that I hope everybody plays it because that is her true intention that you know she is somebody who clearly doesn't care about the second amendment and that's a that's pretty scary and when you think about this administration that she's part of by the way we have to keep reminding ourselves and everybody she is the current vice president of the United States of America she you know why doesn't if she thinks that any of this is critical why not do it today yes you're an empower lady yes go for it you've had three years and ten months to do all of this whether it's the economy the border gun confiscation free speech which again going back to free speech which I thought trump once he got back to his initial point about firing these bureaucrats that engaged in censorship and restoring from you know free speech in the first amendment and that's the thing that's the the most crazy part of all of this is she's been involved in the free speech tightening of the noose so to speak how many people in this country felt like they lost a part of their first amendment rights during the pandemic when they had the audacity to question the vaccines and the efficacies of masks say and boosters and things like that so that to me is really the scary part but you know equally scary is and I what I'm trying to do as we enter the final fifty five fifty six days of this election is always remind myself most people don't pay attention most people not aware and that to me is the really scary part is I could go up to the average tom dicker harry on the street and say hey do you realize that a lot of your first amendment rights have been kind of slowly but surely stripped away and a lot of people that don't live it or that don't go on platforms like x or truth or rumble they're completely oblivious to it or maybe they are aware of it but they just don't care right think about your average friend who just goes on Facebook I don't know my free speech has never been censored especially if you bring it up to a democrat or somebody that's pro-vaccine or anti-Trump on social media their rights continue to exist 100% in public right but it's the other side of the spectrum that you look at it and say well no I'm actually a conservative or I'm a republican or I'm a Trump supporter or I'm right of center and I'm aware of what's going on but I think that's the scary part on is most people aren't aware what's being pulled out from underneath their nose yeah and think about elections raise your thin margins you know every day you know you're you're talking about the polls but think about this that's certain communities who care about this whether it's somebody who just really cares about the second amendment and thinks that that's worth getting out and voting for maybe they're just sick and tired of politics and they don't want to you know I don't usually vote I don't trust anybody that sort of thing that kind of statement by somebody like Kamala Harris to say to essentially say day one I'm going to do an executive which I don't know how she could even do an executive order as far as you know threatening the second of my second amendment in that far of a reach yeah how do you just bypass cameras I don't even understand that but the fact that that's her where her head's at is scary but also when you talk about the First Amendment we think of you know we think of oh free speech the media that sort of thing a whole lot of communities think about religion yes freedom of religion is also protected in the First Amendment correct and so you think about when you mention the pandemic you think about all the churches and synagogues places of worship mosques shut down here in Philadelphia and across the country so for multitude of reasons perhaps these things coming down are coming out about her because what about a third of voters have said I really need to know more about Kamala Harris so as they hear all of this maybe there are some of these issues that are singular issues or critical issues for you know those slivers of voters who say you know what that's that's it for me I'm voting just on that I'm glad you brought up the religion aspect as well because you're right that does get lost in the First Amendment and it affects a multitude of religious beliefs you said it whether it's you know Jewish people it's synagogues whether it's Muslim people at a mosque whether it's Catholics and we know what happened what's happened to Catholics over the last four years and and then when you think about the gun grab I think Stocker posted this clip from our show on Friday on Twitter last night with the headline with all these school shootings we should be looking into the drugs that these kids are being prescribed what when are we going to get somebody other than an RFK that instead of wanting to go for a gun grab why don't we go for a big pharma grab right because in my opinion it's not so much the gun it's the individual behind the gun I mean A to have the mental belief of hey I need to shoot up a school and then secondly like you reported last Thursday and Friday well what was this shooter prescribed and we have found out now especially in the Nashville school shooting that Audrey Hale was on basically a cocktail combination of five mental health prescription medications so you factor that in on top of whatever you might be going through if you identify as LGBTQ plus with hormone changes hormone medications sex operations all that together leads to your brain going in 42 different directions which sets off an explosion like a volcano in a public setting you know a lot of people yesterday were were commenting on that post that was put on the end of 1210 Twitter page about how it's the gods it's the guns it's like okay well like what has changed over the last 30 years since Columbine it's not the amount of guns in the country it's the amount of shootings either it's the fact it's the fact of we we prescribe our kids ritalin Adderall every every other thing under the sun because oh well they have ADHD they have ADD they have they have anxiety disorder they have this everybody has a disorder everybody's been to a therapist because we we we condition our kids the things that they are oh you're you're hurting you need a pill and the doctors are right there to prescribe it that's that's the type of stuff that we have to look at that that on top of social media so that's the type of stuff we have to look into right and a lot of these doctors change from you're correct no a lot of these doctors are incentivized to get just get what one in doubt prescribing medication right we found out during the pandemic that a lot of these doctors with the covid shot we're getting a 20 or 25 dollar commission for every shot that they gave to people and I'm not saying that you know all doctors are negligent all doctors are you know money greedy pigs or anything like that but when you sit there in incentivize doctors to pump people up from big pharma I'm sorry that that raises a lot of red flags to me agreed yeah the one drug the other drug that I know that Audrey Hale was prescribed one of the five was something called benzo that's the what the short name for it but these benzo diasepine drugs are prescribed to treat anxiety disorders insomnia muscle spasms schizophrenia bipolar seizures epilepsy but there was a major new study that came out late this summer that talked about the side effects and among the side effects mania yeah and so you have to watch it with like like you know you guys are saying with what it's interacting with including by the way your allergy med oh of course you know sometimes the pharmacists find themselves catching this yes you know because maybe somebody who has is going to all these different doctors maybe the doctors aren't coordinating either crazy radical thought here what you put into your body really does matter it does I mean it's amazing that we live to be 75 80 years old considering the garbage we put in our bodies for the duration of a lifespan but it really is remarkable so so you take somebody that might be going through an identity crisis then you factor in somebody with rage and hatred and then you put them on five medications what do you expect is going to happen also we don't we don't force our kids to go outside and interact with humans anymore either you know what I mean they're all they're all downstairs chatting with each other on discord yeah and this and and they become you know when you when your interactions with your friends and your classmates and people your age becomes all virtual and I mean that as as through social media or through apps or whatever like that they don't become real people anymore yep and you you know if you're already you know a psychopath you know that that empathy for actual real humans is gone because you don't actually you know I actually interact with real humans anymore you're no longer a human being exactly you're just an ideology or a belief hundred percent sharing your beliefs verbally through a camera on a device so you have to go out there and actually talk to people and and and and meet people and be become friends with people because then you know what the empathy kind of it's like wow that's that's that's Johnny yep you know Johnny's a good guy yep we'll go 855 839 1210 debate coming up tomorrow in Philadelphia Donald Trump Kamala Harris get ready a couple of new polls coming out over the weekend both on a national level on a state level which is ultimately the most important and then also on a who's more of the radical perspective let me start with nationally I know this is considered to be very good news for Trump on the national stage as Donald Trump now leads Kamala Harris nationally by a single point and has surged ahead by four points in total over the last month that courtesy of a new poll being released yesterday by the New York Times and Sienna College Donald Trump was down three points to Kamala Harris about a month ago he is now up one point the Times Nate Cone commented saying that the survey suggests that Harris has quote stalled after a euphoric August Cone writes the following is Kamala Harris's surge beginning to ebb that's the question raised by this morning's New York Times Sienna College poll which finds Donald Trump narrowly ahead of her amongst likely voters nationwide 48 to 47 to me the result is a bit surprising it's the first lead for Mr Trump in a major nonpartisan national survey in about a month but Cone concludes the poll could be an outlier because Donald Trump while currently having advantages by a small margin in Arizona and North Carolina Kamala Harris is either slightly leading or tied with Trump in Georgia Michigan Nevada Pennsylvania and Wisconsin so if you look at it from the seven swing states Trump really is only ahead in one of the three in the quest for what I call the path of least resistance which is three out of seven the easiest path in my opinion for about a month now as I've said this is Pennsylvania Georgia and North Carolina North Carolina being the one I feel Trump has most safely and securely locked up and then it's you got to get Georgia and then the major bang is Pennsylvania and as soccer said earlier this morning here in Penn State Penn State in Pennsylvania it is a deadlock of 47 to 47 it's crazy it is crazy it's crazy and you know we we said this when these polls were favored in Kamala the last couple of weeks don't pretend always always always pretend like your candidate is is down and and and and and don't don't believe them they're they're just you know what I mean like it's it's just we have a tendency to when our person is out in the polls to be like ah yeah this is going to be an easy election it's not this is going to be I mean we have all of these uh the harry end I'll play it later yeah like this is the closest election that that has ever been since 1964 yeah we're talking 60 years yeah right which is wild and to your point of going nuts over polls that you like or dislike I mean for the last three or four days I've seen this since I think Thursday night or Friday morning Nate Silver's latest forecast model now has Trump as like 63% to win the election to which I was getting DMs over the weekend from people that like the follow me for politics and sports and two guys I won't name them but they work in sports media they're like are you are you against they know I like to bet on sports which by the way you might be able to bet on American elections coming up in America I know because as we know it's an offshore thing right now we'll get to that story story from the Wall Street Journal they're like is are you buying this name I'm like there is no way in hell if you told me right now what is the what are the odds and the probabilities of Trump beating Harris there's no way I would ever and I don't know what Nate Silver does I mean he uses the data that would make my head explode he's super wonky with analytics and metrics but there's no way I could ever spit out 63% in favor of them if you think Donald Trump's almost a two to one favorite you need to have your head examined because you're not living in reality so I don't understand where Nate Silver gets that from I would love for that to be true but I don't know how he arrives at that conclusion so just figured we would share that and then lastly when it comes to numbers I thought this was interesting and this really bucks the mainstream media's coverage of these two candidates according to the same New York Times Sea on a college poll more voters report that Vice President Kamala Harris is more radical than Donald Trump as they label her too liberal or too progressive on the key policy issues compared to Donald Trump being labeled too conservative on the major issues and I think that's absolutely accurate I think she's far more radical in one direction than Donald Trump has ever been but as I've been saying I don't think this election is about issues I think this election is about a lot of petty nonsense that really shouldn't factor into the equation dawn but I really do feel when you see a poll like this and it'll be interesting to see if the mainstream media covers this element of the poll among the data compiled in the poll it found that nearly the majority of voters reported that Trump is not too far left or too far right on key issues while only around one-third of voters said he's too conservative you know isn't that funny because every time you put on the television or the radio you hear a Trump an anti-Trump ad right and it's about project 2025 and how radical Trump is yet the New York Times and Ciena college find Trump not to be too radical at all in either direction which completely kind of bucks what the media is trying to jam down your throat as we come down the stretch run here well that's just it it's it's it's to simplify it it's who looks who looks like they own the crazy who's crazy is it because you know on one hand Democrats are trying to say oh those MAGA people and that Trump he's crazy and then on the other side no Kamala is crazy so who gets the crazy trophy yes crazier yes I mean that's what it really comes down to if you look at the ads social media and so yeah a lot of people I think a huge portion of voters look at the issues or maybe they look at what they've always done they've always voted D or they've always voted R but then you do have the newer voters the younger voters who I think are more controllable by the ads and social media yeah well said let me just wrap the hour by reading this quote from the New York Times following this poll the New York Times reported that Trump's lead over Harris as a more centrist candidate is one of his quote overlooked advantages quote yes he's outside of the political mainstream in many respects and yes he does have conservative views on many issues like immigration but he's also taken many positions this is Donald Trump that would have been likely to be held by a Democrat than a Republican just a decade ago like opposition to cutting entitlements support for a cooperative relationship with Russia or opposition to free trade it's a reputation he's careful to protect from saying he doesn't support project 2025 to his cagey position on additional measures to restrict abortion will the mainstream media today on all the shows share this in today's views in with the news think about that he's outside of the political mainstream in many respects yet he's the more centrist candidate which is one of his overlooked advantages as I've been saying I don't think Donald Trump is super conservative I think the Trump MAGA platform is a populist agenda and if more people realize that and read that and stop listening to the mainstream media they would realize he's not crazy it's just really a lot of common sense all right eight five five eight three nine twelve ten we'll come back don't get some news to kick off our number two and then is a green wave upon us in the blue wall states if this is true I think Trump should play this card to the umpteenth degree we'll get to that on the other side it's killing company nikdong and greg our two is next I'm Sally home with the podcast history this week in each episode we serve as your eyes and ears into history's biggest events and the lesser told stories ones you might not even know happened tomorrow in the city and then donald trump jr in collings with new jersey on thursday night amazing and all three of us will be out there to uh... celebrate and uh... have a good time as dom giordano interviews uh... donald trump jr in the scottish right auditorium i can't wait for that i can't wait for the after party with the uh... the cocktails what i'm gonna call an uber or a lift and get me home i got a show to do on friday and i want to be responsible nobody get behind the wheel and drive after they've had a few all right we can't be having any more of these uh... johnny goudro stories is just tragic so we'll get to uh... a lot of stuff coming up here in this hour including besties no more and why trump could ride a green wave through the blue wall of michigan wisconsin in pennsylvania and i think it would be uh... very wise to do so i see very little downside uh... with this according to some of these latest numbers that i've got right in front of me but before we get to all of that let's get to the news round number two at seven oh five the great don stenzland and good morning killin company news live this chilly fall-like morning this monday morning september ninth we are sponsored by best work industries for the blind in killin company news live a threatening social media post involving various schools across glosser and candon counties is being investigated by police locally and at the state level as well we know that from debt for township police they say they were made aware of that threatening social media post involving one of the schools and that was early last night and so as this situation developed they discuss they decided across uh... local districts to shut down all of these schools they are closed this morning unfortunately right at the beginning of the school year because of this threat of violence this morning police confirming they have now taken a juvenile suspect into custody after that online threat that according to woodberry police the threat was made against woodberry city public schools the depthford township school district the hadden height school district and glassboro public schools so schools in the woodberry and depthford school districts they're the ones that are shut down today and that means a no transportation provided which affects others including glosser county institute of technology students and uh... i believe roan yes roan college of south dursey they won't have that public transportation because everything is being shut down this morning even though the school officials put out an online put put out messaging online and in social media saying that they believe that the threat is quote not a serious threat meaning that it was put online somebody's in you know somebody's in custody but out of an abundance of caution that's what they're saying this morning they're shutting down all the schools so no school then for the rest of the week the schools will have increased police presence surrounding all these schools you know not to get off on a tangent and and sidetrack and derail the show but we had an interesting conversation at my mother-in-law's last night because we were doing cake for the girl's birthday and uh... my mother-in-law was talking about how crazy schools are and she's um... you know she has this concession business that she also does some catering for friday night football games and she's like what what world are we living in where it's not safe to go to a high school football game anymore and she was talking about the georgia shooting and i was like yeah Judy those shootings over the last 30 years they're not happening at a higher frequency rate than they were in 1995 it's just the sensationalism of the media coverage but then i caught myself and my wife's looking at me because on thursday last week my girls um the guidance counselor when i was you know taking my nap called my wife and said that the boy in the fifth grade threatened to beat up both of my daughters as well as four other girls in the cafeteria at school and it's like you know i kind of got up and my wife was telling me the story and i'm like yeah that thing of boys do that when they're in the fourth and fifth grade and she's looking at me like kind of sideways and she's like yeah but in this day and age you got to take everything seriously i mean are we at that point now where like every single school um threat needs to be vetted to the maximum i feel like i'm stuck between a rock and a hard place like because i don't want to overreact but because i was a boy in fifth grade and probably made dumb comments to girls but usually means they have a crush well that's that age though like you have fifth grade yeah fifth grade you're both right and speed up good no that you're both you're both insane not in fifth grade right in fifth grade i had girlfriends like like that's completely it's completely different you had really different girlfriends of course yeah so of course so that's what we're talking about i didn't threaten to beat him i can do that in like kindergarten and first grade oh okay that's what you're saying yes well this is a no no it any is not the brightest bulb in the box seriously as this he has shown you he has a crush on the new girls any guy in fourth or fifth grade who's starting to beat up girls yes needs to be nik needs to be examined well it's funny you say that because i picked them up i always pick them up at the at the bus stop with my car because it's a little bit of a walk and i waited for so i knew about the story and then my girls got in i'm like so anything happened at school and so she says whatever i'm like all right well show me who he is when he comes off of course he's you know the last one off the bus like the bullies always sit in the backseat you know the the jerks of the school bus are always in the last row so he comes off stock was back there burning heaters in fifth grade so he comes off and i am and my daughter goes yeah that's him i'm like all right i'll make a big scene i don't want him to realize i'm like staring and so i'm looking over at him and he looks he looks at me and makes eye contact with me and i think the message was relayed like i know that he knows i was staring him down and he got the message of like hey don't make me go to your dad and you know the whole thing oh you should know his name and and go go you know go right up say hello i'm mr you know mr kale well as i said that to my mother and say his name my mother alongs like yeah but you got to be careful you for all you know he's gonna pull out a gun and shoot you nope say his name and you know just give a firm handshake meet him it will end if you're if you're in fourth or fifth grade and you're threatening girls your psychopath it's not necessarily true it is a hundred percent true i'm gonna let my wife know Greg's opinion thank you we'll handle it from there yeah i don't know this i don't know this child but in my opinion he's a psychopath do they have cameras on the bus it's a good question they're not electric buses i mean we need cameras yes we need cameras on the bus uh maybe we do i don't know their mom i went to school on a school bus 30 years old talking about talking about a lot of school bus a lot of school buses have the camera on the bus oh yeah yeah you know you're right yeah it's in the it's right above the teacher uh the bus driver's head yeah yeah they've had this for a long time yeah so i would imagine they definitely have it by now what what's funny to me is that we go to such great lengths now to keep kids safe and cards like they're literally in car seats until they're 15 and um and we put them on the school bus at in kindergarten and there's no seatbelts no it's a giant that is pretty remarkable death tube i mean is there somebody out there that knows the policy as to why they've never been instituted hasn't been updated since the 50s i mean seriously you're sliding around those leather seats banging in the things so dumb falling out the aisle what little johnny can't sit in the back seat without a without a proper right seat but yeah we've got put on a school bus but yeah we've got flight attendants that act like psychos when you take your seatbelt off on an airplane yeah like you're going to go anywhere sorry dong this is still the news by the way well we have and we have a lot of news today uh today by the way today is the day for the funeral for the gudro brothers taking place at st mary magdalene church catholic church in media pennsylvania and uh they even the their obituaries noting publicly that it would be streamed on the columbus bluejackets website given the number of people expected to attend also in this area everybody from businesses to schools making arrangements and knowing that there will be increased traffic the funeral procession starts at noon today so they're just looking at that as far as how will it impact traffic school buses that sort of thing but shawn higgins by the way this suspect the suspected the suspected drunk driving accused in their deaths remains jailed in salam county new jersey for through this week as he awaits a pretrial hearing in the drunken driving deaths of nhl star johnny gudro and his brother matthew a tragic situation that we have been talking about and the man accused of drunk driving though he his court appearance is set for this thursday actually so um or excuse me it's set for at least this friday september thirteenth is when he will face the court but he's facing very serious charges obviously accused of striking them as they were biking together near their south jersey hometown the night before their sisters wedding an absolute family tragedy it's making international news but that funeral procession is expected today and um i i actually will say that even over the weekend when we think about um how much this has impacted people purl jam honor the gudro brothers at a philadelphia concert over the weekend saturday night during a performance at the wells fardo center purl jam lead singer eddie vetter taking a moment to remember johnny and maddie as he was called the gudro brothers who were killed by that drunk driver on august 29 but you working in a little music in the absence of phil onquist this morning it's good work out of you well no a phil even though he's uh he's in san francisco to see his his awful jets right play he went to san fran like it's going across the Delaware monday uh monday night football he did leave uh today music history oh that's amazing right yeah yeah uh working ahead i like that look at him look at you phil on point go that's why we love you it's work so if you the around the national constitution center which will take center stage across the nation and worldwide as this is the first presidential debate between vice president canola harris and former president donald j trump so an historic day for multiple reasons a lot of excitement building across the city of philadelphia as the debate day approaches it will happen tomorrow evening september tenth at nine p.m. and a lot of residents though and commuters kind of dreading all the traffic and security lane closures will be happening if you've driven by there these huge you know huge silver fences have been put up all around and it's not only one set of fencing it's actually two plus all the barricades which is still one left one layer of fencing less than we saw at the dnc in chicago to keep out the pro homos protesters because remember they were triple fenced oh that's true yeah that's a good point so just to watch out i i said all the road closures earlier this morning but especially uh eastbound ben franklin bridge traffic from icick six seventy six india new jersey that will be shut down tomorrow night eight to ten p.m. that's a big one for many evening commuters but starting early tomorrow morning we all have to be mindful of this because there will be a ton of road closures rerouting traffic and remember those rolling road closures that authorities say will be necessary throughout the day tomorrow to ensure public safety it is a necessity and then there are many first they're calling them first amendment demonstrations so protesters of all sorts will be allowed by the way uh mangle mush one of our buddies on the youtube chat says that he had a hard time finding the show again today on youtube so if you're watching right now please please hit the like button and hit the subscribe button the more subscribers the more likes we get uh we will get in people's algorithms because youtube is doing their damnedest to throttle us censor us as best history listen to and follow history this week and odyssey podcast in partnership with the history channel available now for free on the odyssey app and wherever you get your podcasts by the way i saw a uh a little video montage yesterday because allen lickman i think on thursday or friday of last we gave his 13 key indicator and he has predicted kamala harris to win the election and three months ago he said the only way that democrats going to win is if joe biden is removed so now he's being ripped for that and being called a partisan hack to which i would sit there and say well um he's accurately predicted ten of the last eleven elections so you might not like his prediction but i don't know that i would call him a hack ten out of eleven is a pretty good percentage as far as nailing things but one thing i think donald trump can absolutely nail that i don't think could backfire on him because even if you are the most staunch conservative and you don't in by imbibing alcohol or marijuana you're still going to vote for donald trump regardless of his stance on weed or alcohol and i thought this story was fascinating this is from the new york post uh trump's green wave how a shift on marijuana could put him over the line in three key swing states and as we've talked about uh mostly this election is about pennsylvania followed by of course michigan wisconsin and georgia to a lesser extent uh but according to a g carnaki of the new york post he writes donald trump shocked political observers last week when he appeared to change his position on legalizing marijuana but it could become a political jackpot new surveys and polls suggest voters in the blue wall states of michigan wisconsin in pennsylvania could be swayed by trump's green opinion on cannabis polling shows that americans broadly support marijuana legalization and there's very little downside for trump endorsing it uh they go on to highlight his post that he had on truth social last week uh this was on uh actually this was about ten days ago on august 31st i think we talked about this when uh shawn ferris was in for greg after labor day and the ragnar research group pulled one thousand likely voters from august 18th to august 31st and it shows broad support for weed legalization with very little political downside they also say that vice president kamala harris could be vulnerable on the issue she supports legalization but the bidet administration has been accused of slow walking efforts to change how the federal government classifies marijuana and i'm thinking back to two clips of kamala harris that we've played on this show that i'm sure a lot of you have seen either on television ads or certainly on social media i mean she is a marijuana hypocrite if you think about it she has said many times how she smoked marijuana when she was younger maybe she still does today yet when she was a prosecutor in san francisco she was very very stringent and strict on weed possession crimes she locked up everybody from marijuana whether you were a user or a dealer and if you recall i think this was either when she was running for office at the state level or maybe 2019-2020 remember the viral clip of kamala harris bashing young people saying young people are stupid and she was laughing and giggling and then she changed her um her dialect and the way she speaks and she was basically saying college kids in dorm rooms that's why we send you there to be taught because young people are stupid and she's giggling you play those two clips and then have a trump ad in support of marijuana i think donald trump has a great opportunity with young people and i was thinking about this you look at 18 to 29 year olds you want to expand that to 18 to 35 you want to go even further 18 to 44 i mean gen z millennials and gen xers there are a lot of marijuana users out there i'm not a weed guy i've said it many times on the show but i am for legalization of it i don't like smelling it in public and i certainly don't want people to be impaired while driving under the influence of marijuana but my god the legalization of it should be a it should be a sweeping thing across this country we need to get past the stigma of pot i mean look every time you turn on the radio or tv what do you see now sports betting ads remember when sports betting and sports books and gambling was taboo and you couldn't talk about a number and broadcasters were like banned from talking about how the eagles are a three-point favorite you can't go anywhere without being clobbered clobbered over the head with a sports book ad same thing with marijuana and i i'm not an edible person i'm not a a joint person i've had marijuana one time in my life i told you six years ago i tried a gummy in 2018 in Nashville on a couch i almost chewed my lips off it's not for me but my god this is a golden opportunity for trump stalker you're a guy who is not against weed i'm not against me i am not am i missing something here is this a great spot for trump it abs yeah it absolutely is because it plays into the whole freedom aspect of everything yes um i just i don't know see it's with this situation you have a lot of people who can see right through Kamala Harris as somebody who preaches that she nobody should go to jeff for smoking a little weed is all you know she she says that yet but record states that she's locked up a ton of people the hypocrisy of black and brown people a ton of them in the uh in the northern california suburbs um for smoking said uh said what uh said weed so the you know she's kind of a hypocrite on this i don't know yet i do think that that's a lane for trump but i don't know if he's a little too late to the game on this i don't know well no i think he's been pretty consistent i mean that was with his when he was president with commuting sentences and that sort of thing true he was member the whole Kim Kardashian is you know i think was it Ivanka was involved in that as well trying to you know make sure that they had you know some some um justice and reform for people who were and that's what on true social today that's that's his true social post today saying as i previously stated i believe it's time to end needless arrests and incarcerations of adults for small amounts of marijuana for personal use we must also implement smart regulations while providing access for adults to safe tested products as a floridian he says he'll vote yes on amendment three you know because he's a florida voter right but he says as president he'll continue to focus on the research unlock the medical uses of marijuana et cetera et cetera so to me i think he's what he's talking about is as a florida voter this is why he'll do this but i think it's important that he says as i previously stated he has long said people should not be going to prison for 10 years so of course not and that was part of in his presidency he was commuting those sentences or or providing people with pardons for this reason right and we talked earlier in the first hour about doctors and what the doctors do they want to put you on medicine they want to give you painkillers you know there's a lot of research out there and i know a lot of people that used to be when i was in tennessee and i did the the sports show in the morning down there i worked with a former tennessee titan in baltimore raven wide receiver darak mason and he's still in great shape but after 12 years his bodies really banged up his joints you know are killing him and and he's very very healthy eats clean works out hard core um... instead of taking any sort of anti-inflammatories he he's got you know one of those marijuana cards for for pain tolerance because you have a lot of these guys and there's a lot of research and data out there that shows you know instead of taking a lot of these these you know painkillers and these prescription drugs that marijuana for you know joint pain is a far better and safer uh... alternative to what to what big farmer provides so i think a lot of people look at it from that standpoint as well uh... if you want to jump in eight five five eight three nine twelve ten but i do think that will play well for trump it'll be interesting you know if if people pick up on his stance on it that have their head in the sand but according to the data michigan wisconsin and p_a_ it's it's certainly uh on the table well we said that i mean with with abortion and we'd be on the uh... ballot in florida it's smart for trump to shift a stance on both of them uh... if if he did i mean if the perception is is that he's you know for these two things um i think that helps him because you know those you know that we've said it for months on the show about how in those eleven states twelve states were abortions on the ballot you know what i mean um it's a that could that could spell that could spell trouble yep eight five five eight three nine twelve ten if you would like to join the show what is on the cut sheet after a few days of talking heads on television you will find out next here on talk radio twelve ten w_p_h_t_ it's a killing company on demand from talk radio twelve ten w_p_h_t_ and the free honesty at the first and maybe the only debate between donald trump and multiple ones he certainly wanted that one on fox the that the hannedy town hall from september fourth was originally supposed to be a fox debate between trump and i didn't know that yes yes so as of now it looks like one and done and then we'll wait till october first and uh... jd vance and uh... tim walls will have their only debate well i mean the uh... voting early voting starts on what the sixteenth and it's already underway in other states as of two or three days ago oh really that's right yet pennsylvania is coming up with actually a week from day yeah september sixteenth next monday all right seven forty seven let's find out what his own of the kachin was on the kachin so the kachin on this money is sponsored by cherry hobo enjoy back to school savings on a thirty six-month lease of a c-forty first three hundred sixty nine dollars per month down payment taxes and registration fees do at inception except no taxes on the c-forty in new jersey it's amazing no taxes on the c-forty new jersey where they tax everything in that state visit cherry hill follow today cherry hobo where relationships matter starting with cut one there captain kirk um the big endorsement over the weekend of common harris why this was uh this was well it's not listening from uh lishini did an interview a town hall style thing with texas tribune and this is what she said uh to the moderator cut one captain kirk go now we this works like a this works like a charm it's the big take all right 2.0 all right i'm done with this i i will play this start it over cut one go dick chaney a beloved figure among democrats for many many years do you uh if you know who he will be supporting or who will be voting for do you care to share with us who he might be voting for dick chaney will be voting for kamala harris um you know if you um think about um the moment that we're in and and you think about um how serious this moment is um you know my dad believes and he said publicly that um there's never been an individual in our country who is as grave a threat to our democracy as donald trump as dick chaney oh and and that's that's the moment that we're facing and so um i think recognizing that um and and let me also say you know all right let me just stop this i this this just infuriates me like forever i heard liberals talk about how he was Darth Vader he's the most evil he's the most evil human he got into the Iraq war it was all because of halliburton it was all because of uh of of of his greed and his need for money and and he lied us into that war now a sudden they're cheering yes now he's now he's voting for kamala harris wm wm d's i've been kidding me yeah uh you know you said many times on this show that politics is wrestling it is and it really is because this is like the good guys all the sudden becoming the bad guys and then the bad guys become or the heels become the baby faces and the the crowd cheers for you so think about this or you can use the sports analogy we basically have a six-player trade so actually it's a four for three so the democrats get liz and dick chaney they get adam kensinger and they get bush and the republicans now on the receiving end of the trade got elan musk tulsi gabbard and a kennedy yeah we're living an upside down world bushes are now supporting democrats kennedy's are now supporting republicans as i've said for many times many years or for two years on this show it's it's really remarkable how conservatives have become what they used to despise and the liberals have become what they use to despise it's like role reversal it's really wild i think this could play in trump's favor i agree in the sense that i agree a hundred percent chaney is the is the the face of the swamp if you will so many do as as greg said you know we look at history and how things age the iraq war and afghanistan war have not aged well right and uh so i'll admit i voted i voted for bush chaney okay and i believed in in that ticket as did i okay i'm sure a lot of people listening in this in this audience did so yeah when you look look back and if you read all the different books i remember and i apologize whose book this was but there was there was one that famously quoted that george w bush kept saying oh you almost had me and he did not want to go in and it was chaney who is widely credited with really talking the president into that and convincing him and so you know more than any other voice but then look at the profits profiting with halliburton and his investments billions of dollars i mean tens of billions of dollars depending on which site you look at in one i was looking up for example halliburton's kb r division allegedly built government agencies to the tune of seventeen point two billion dollars in iraq war related revenue and that's from two thousand three to two thousand six alone and so someday it's upwards of thirty nine plus billion dollars so if you if you look at what trump could do with that then he can say hey remember he's he said trump says and he told stern in that famous interview that you play the trump said he was against the iraq war like ryan paul and others that's what he says so he could say i i was against the swamp i was always against the swamp dick chaney the face of the swamp and i think i speak on behalf of the mega base you can take the bushes you can take the chinese you can take colon pal you could take candy rice and you could have them democrats we don't want them that's fine it's it what what this is is the is the neo-con movement of the um of of the republicans joining forces with a neo-con movement of the democrats and i agree with dawn this this i think works in trump's favor a lot because i know look i know it's shocking because it's you know he's he's a lifelong conservative i get it but the the the loathing and i was on the air for this time like i remember two like two thousand four two thousand three like these the the the hatred that that liberals had for dick chaney was was was off the charts yeah he was the most evil human being than ever walk face of the earth but you know what those people are saying now because my mother-in-law said it to me last night in passing i went back inside for another slice of pizza she goes oh i even even the chinese have left your boy i'm like good have them take them i don't care this i don't want them this chaney is still paid by uh pentagon uh contractor this plays into this plays into trump's you know um anti-establishment thing and i think that this and i know anti-war and i know over the weekend uh the george w bush's spokesperson came out said he will not be endorsing anybody blah blah blah blah blah like you know he ain't voting for trump i don't know he's always voting for carl i'm not saying he's voting for kamala i don't know that but um he's not voting for trump so yeah look i think that this this to dawn's point this this really serves trump uh trump well having dick chaney endorsed kamala in 1995 chaney left the department of defense and became the ceo of halliburton and over the the the next decade halliburton shares returned four hundred and sixty seven percent yeah in dividends hmm the tens of billions of dollars so of course because of this list chaney was brought out on all the sunday shows this weekend uh this is from abc this week this is cut nine um asking about if she's still a conservative conservatives for kamala cut nine phil go by the way are you still a republican i'm a conservative ah have you left the party remember you because we spoke about this a while ago and you said if trump were the nominee you would not consider yourself a republican i i'm certainly not a trump republican i am a conservative um i think that that what's happened to the republican party today um it you know is is uh is indefensible and i hope to be able to rebuild uh as i said after this after this cycle but i also think it's really important for us as we're thinking about rebuilding as we're thinking about the future of the country to recognize that that that at the end of the day the vast majority of people in this country um want to know fundamentally that that their elected officials are going to defend the peaceful transfer of power and that they are going to put the constitution first and and as someone as you know who's been a lifelong republican um it's heartbreaking to me to see what has happened to so many of the elected officials in my party and and i know we can do better so liz if you want to put the constitution first how can you support a lady who's trying to decimate the first and second amendments of the bill of rights of the constitution you know to me oh it's indefensible with the republican party has become look if you're a republican or a conservative and you're gonna hold your nose and vote for trump because you don't like what the current version of the republican party has become i got that i'm fine with that i disagree with you i think it's a better version of what Nikki Haley represents which i have labeled her as a rebranded refurbished repackaged war-mongering bush republican that's fine if liz if any of these people out there like i'm gonna vote for trump i don't really like him okay i got you but to me you talk about indefensible indefensible is calling yourself a conservative and voting for a left-wing progressive how can any self-described conservative vote for somebody with communist and socialist principles somebody answer that if you can answer that question for me i'll give you 12 bucks well i'm glad you brought that up because um john uh jonathan carl assless janey about that and uh she says that she's she she's changed and she's more of a moderate so she's a moderate conservative okay cut 14 fogal but before i leave harris's policies back in 2019 when she was running for the democratic nomination she took a range of positions medicare for all she uh suggested she would favor abolishing ice decriminalizing illegal border crossings a whole range of of issues that she has now you know apparently changed would you still have been able to endorse Kamala Harris if it was the Kamala Harris of 2019 in 2020 look i i think that um she has changed in a number of very important ways on issues that matter and i i would encourage um independence to look at where she is on these policy issues today i would encourage independence to compare where she is today with where donald trump is on these issues um and so i i think from a policy perspective it is very important to recognize the change to recognize that she understands that this election is going to require a coalition of people from across the political spectrum supporting her and and that also necessitates an understanding that you've got a govern for all of those people uh and on top of all of that um the republicans have nominated somebody who who you know is depraved somebody who shows us every day uh that that you know he has tendencies uh and he's willing to embrace things that are fundamentally a danger to to this nation and to our constitution so the choice in my view is not a close one so let's change trying to portray uh the concept of moderate i mean first of all we're 50 days in 51 days Kamala how do you know Kamala Harris is a moderate and i mean if you go to her website there's still no policies posted on her website which is staggering and as a senator she was she was listed as one of the most progressive one of the most far left i you know i just to me what i view this as is personal it's personal because Liz Cheney keeps so where's your evidence i where's the follow-up question to say well Liz Cheney what do you want what do you base this upon with trump and to me it's personal she personally doesn't like him and and perhaps because as well trump has bashed her dad and the iraq war etc um by the way george w bush and laura bush have just they have remained silent they've not endorsed anybody they're not talking about it right so that's as far as the bush family goes but i think with the chinese this this has become personal Liz Cheney saying that he was a danger democracy etc i mean he left yeah he and melania we all watch the live news conference conference when they left buh-bye they waved goodbye they said thank you we love you got on the plane and flew to marilago yeah and so they left they he didn't stay he didn't barricade himself in the white like it's it's absurd that she still doubles down on this narrative this this reminds me of when you talk about all these lifelong gop pro war you know swamp creatures it reminds me of either the workplace or in professional sports when there's a new boss or a new coach comes in and the current staff or the current players they feel like you know what they don't like the new guy because he doesn't align with what the previous vision was so they have sour grapes i mean show me or find me one pro war republican that truly loves trump you're probably not going to find them other than a lindsey graham who i don't i don't trust as far as i can throw you know lindsey graham will say whatever just to get a hug in his own personal life i love him but you know he hates trump from the standpoint of you know trump being anti-war she does and don you've said it piece through strength piece in prosperity and if you're in the halliburton industry or any of the war uh... defense the military industrial complex trump's bad for your business that's why they want them out you don't got to look too far past the fact that's about money uh... road war in the youtube chat says the coalition thing is real that's what western europe countries do to defeat the populace right you came france most recent he's a hundred percent correct yep elo he was not correct about social media last night when he was tweeting us trying to claim that i uh... i said that trump's gonna win new york yeah i was dawn that said trump's yeah he said he said he said he said he's gonna go back and pull all the receipts i said that trump could pull out a lot of surprises he could pull i think that as far as new jersey or new york i think trump will do better then you then than anybody thinks yes i am concerned as far as florida i do think it's it's good that they have and we talked about that early what he was putting out a true social because you'll have the marijuana vote versus the abortion vote in in florida but i do worry about that being on the ballot in florida because ronda santis and as well as that you know that uh... the abortion measure that the santis wants is his cons more conservative than the bulk of the nation wants yeah so i i i am uh... concerned about that yeah well wrote where if i if you can find tape of me saying that trump's gonna win new york is going to by the way i he's like a he he was a he's in the f_b_i_ or something i'm going to claim artificial intelligence there's no way i ever said trumps winning new york i'll tell you what if he finds authentic tape of me saying trump can win new york i will get a comala Harris tattoo on my keystone oh wow whoa i i know i never said that wow and by the way for those that aren't in the know they're like who that what are you guys talking about he wrote warrior one of our great listeners and bike riders tweeted us last night about i guess trump in trouble in ohio which i would say trump has as much chance of losing as ohio losing ohio as he does winning new york i would say relax trump's not losing ohio and i know other people are concerned it's trump in danger in texas he might only be up four points but trumps not look texas isn't turning blue this everybody loves as if it's a sport everybody loves to talk about the comp there was one thing i saw yesterday i read and it said if trump wins what is it pennsylvania georgia and north carolina that combination if you like us like an old-fashioned you know slot machine or whatever the casino if he gets those three triple bars triple bars yeah yes like my mother-in-law just pump the quarters in hit the spin button i like pulling the lever though i'm not a slot guy but i if i ever play slots i like to pull the lever i'm not a button tapper bro i uh that bet you made you better pray that there's not tape if you say he could uh he could win new york i never said he could win new york boy but you said if he did you would get a tattoo of kamala hairs with your face i i said i said he's making inroads i said look he's i think what was he seven or eight points behind and this was like two months ago this might have been against by nor harris but he was you know within single digits but no it's not i never said he could or would win there's no way i ever said and i say a lot of dumb things on this show self-admitted by the way it's election day and Delaware tomorrow yeah it's uh primary election day tomorrow just so weird it's such a late primary i know eight five five eight three nine twelve down we'll continue with the cut sheet but a lot of people want to chime in on the chaney stuff that we're playing here with liz in the endorsement of kamala harris let's grab rich he's in glennmore rich your own talk radio twelve ten rich you go right ahead good morning everybody um one of the things that really bugs me about the chaney thing and i've never been a bush conservative i've never been you know chaney or romney i i held my nose and voted for obama in '08 and turns out he was just a crook like the rest of them and a war crook too um i i'm 57 in 84 when when ragan was running and took the map all but one state i couldn't vote because i couldn't vote i wasn't 18 yet and you know i remember that very clearly how everybody our age my age uh loved ragan and our parents hated for whatever reason they were all democrats union democrats they know democrats are the you know the party of the working people which is not the case now even if it was then and i i got a wonder about these people that's shouted from the rooftops about pro-life like chaney like bush how they can you know stand up there and say they support kamala of all people and her positions so i got i got to ask are they going to go to the rallies and jay they're now for uh you know up to ninth month abortions and you know it just seems not just hypocritical but it proves that they were phonies all along well i mean you know this the the left loves their optics and thanks for the call rich it wouldn't surprise me if you saw a chaney or a bush or a combination of them out in public in the next 50 plus days with harris at a rally i i can't imagine a first of all let's change i destroyed in the last uh election she was in so her coalition is you know three people yeah and did janey is hated he's hated he's hated by the left and now he's a or and i was gonna be hated by the right which is hard it's a hard feat to accomplish it really is yeah i i mean that's that's the territory i stand on left hates me and the right hates me right which is which is why i know i'm doing something right um but i can't imagine them wanting to uh to to come out and you know supporting because who's coming out to see them i can't imagine there's any election impact on these endorsements much like you know elan musk i don't know if that really ultimately moves the needle for trump but i mean if you're going to trot out dick chaney i mean he's two years older than joe biden sir i'm looking i just looked it up on my phone he was born january 30th of 1941 he's 83 yeah and he's a walking pile of dust i mean the democrats continue to just go old and old and old but i'm i was told for so many years i think this was like when i was growing up in the late 90s and then during the bush era from 2000 to 2008 you know our republicans old the democrats are the party of old now yeah it really is remarkable how much younger and diverse the republican party is and i think that's another thing that doesn't sit well with some of the old guard bush republicans i know there's a lot of people that want to win let me just zip through a couple of these calls and then we'll continue with the cut sheet let me go to uh don in frankonia he's got some thoughts on the chinese don you go right ahead thank you good morning hope you guys are doing well yes you do are yes uh to make a long story short whoever was uh talking to liz chaney after they asked her about who she was going to vote for they should have followed it up with a question who would you vote for if the contest was between nicky haley and uh Kamala oh she's got nicky all day absolutely yep and that and and nicky of course is going to vote for trump and uh it goes back to uh 2016 when jet bush was the leading candidate for the republicans at that time and donald trump gave him a brand new rear end to be honest with you and ever since ever since that happened yep uh there's been no love between bush right and trump yeah he called him low energy jet bush and to your point i it this is a fun game we can play what republican would liz chaney not endorse right now i think the only two she would not endorse and vote for are trump and vavic i think she would back the santis i definitely think she would back nicky haley she would absolutely back tim scott chris christy dug bergam she will not back to outsiders trump and vavic that's my take and i'm standing by it all right as we continue uh it was on with tucker carlson and she uh she she discussed the dick chaney endorsement of uh kamala harris uh this was just a little bit of that conversation this is cut 21 uh go i have a very simple message for my democrat friends my independent friends those who may not be sure about who they're voting for in this election dick chaney has just made the choice very clear a vote for kamala harris is a vote for dick chaney the architect of everything that has gone wrong in the middle east for the last few decades and so it's interesting because if you if you listen to the new york times or some of the other mainstream media they're saying oh you know don't expect much from kamala harris in the way of policies and details and plans and we're not going to know much about what kind of president she's going to be because she doesn't have much time they're they're conveniently ignoring the fact that she's been there working in the white house the last three and a half years alongside joe biden she's been the last one in the room according to her as these big decisions are being made but we look at who she says her response to the dick chaney announcement today was that she was honored to have his endorsement and we got military veterans in the house got a lot of you who probably served in the middle east like i did and so it it's sickened me tucker to read those words today both from dick chaney liz chaney and kamala harris because we have people who we care very much about who were killed in those wars because of dick chaney she i mean she she really is the perfect person to nail going that's because she is the you know she's the epitome of the anti-neo-com perfect to speak on that perfect to speak on uh... not having stolen valor unlike tim wall's uh... perfect to speak on how she used to be a democrat and now is a trump republican i mean i've told you many times i think she's super super impressive it's kind of mystified their by the way she's got a bottle of water next to her and tuckers got three ginger rails that was a little odd not sure what's going on there by the way tucker put some socks on man and what's going on with that well you don't like that look yeah he's a weird dude i like that long strange guy but now she's she's very spot on you know it's interesting is we heard about this unity ticket right and you know then we heard about no labels and we hear about third parties i think it just looking at this from a non-partisan lens i think both sides are trying to present this united unity ticket party because you look at trump he's got elon he's got rfk he's got to all see this kind of goes back to what we were just talking about with you know the trades uh... in the political world and then here all the sudden here's kamala harris with these you know old guard republicans it's it's truly bizarre times i mean i i don't know that if you would have said four years ago or eight years ago that a kennedy would back a trump or kennedy would back a republican and some of these uh... career republicans would back a democrat i think people would look at you like like he had five heads i mean this is this is something and think about how things have changed over the last let's call it eight weeks now from trump being shot to the debate to joe dropping out to kennedy i mean nobody remember when we were talking about like trump court cases and what the election will look like will bide make it to the finish line will trump make it to the finish line there has been so many plot twists and swerves in this election i don't think we saw any of this coming ahead nothing nothing really is remarkable and anybody who thinks or says that they did is lying by the way and anybody that thinks that we know how i really just all night and we have no i nobody really knows how november fifth's gonna play out either we still have like fifty six days there's a lot of things that could happen between now and early november speaking of that uh this is cut eighteen there uh harry entrance he is cnn's uh nerdy uh poll guy always hopped up on red bull says this is the closest presidential campaign in sixty plus years and he said the race has been consistently close in the way that he has never seen and the funny part of this is uh he's in he always is like in my lifetime i've never seen this and i'm like dude you're like 19 years old that's uh cut 18 uh go and just point out how close this race has been consistently consistently close or i campaigns where any candidate led by at least five points in the polls look most of the time there's at least some stretch or one of the candidates is ahead by at least five points at least three weeks in which one candidate led by at least five points that happened in every single campaign from 1964 to 2020 how many days have we had this campaign where one candidate was ahead by at least five points nationally look at this zero zero days zero days the fact is this race has been consistently tight in a way that we have never seen before mr vermin is always versus never correct that's the difference between this campaign and every other campaign we've seen for the last 75 years or so all right the battleground polls that we're looking at give us some perspective on how close they are you know sometimes we look at these seven close states and you know you see all these numbers that are up there you go i can't make heads or tails of it so i just want to sort of combine them and look at the democrat versus donald trump and those seven closest battleground states look at the 2020 final margin and average across these seven states it was biden plus nine point zero point nine points you don't think that again any closer we can in fact get closer look right now kamala harris up but get this by just zero point six points on average only about half a point six tenths of a point my goodness gracious that is how tight we are talking right now across these seven battleground states it is a race mr vermin that is well within the margin of error when you look across these seven key battleground states that will determine this election it is pretty remarkable and i i have been of the belief i've said this for probably close to two months now going back to maybe the fourth of july i think this is a razor razor thin election um one point in polling that's not accurate could sway the outcome it's staggering and i am also of the belief that we will wake up wednesday morning and come in here and i'm gonna do a big take not knowing who won the election and we've already been told pennsylvania be ready they probably will not have the results on election night not probably they're definitely not coming right so i mean i'm thinking you know we could go wednesday maybe into thursday dare i say into friday not knowing who won this thing i wouldn't rule it out it is ridiculous but it makes for great content on the show what's that what's the i mean it it'll probably be friday but not in time for our show on friday i'm guessing it'll probably be ten o' two i don't know i i do think because it does take it does take pennsylvania forever it is so i i you know and on that note we should actually look up i maybe uh kirk i know you're doing video and stuff but kirk or jim i just would like to know how many registered voters are in florida versus pennsylvania because i just love the fact that florida can and i know there's been issues you know twenty four years ago and you know the whole bit with the you know hanging chads and stuff but i i just want to know why is it that some states and i'm talking states with a big big population not not these little rinky dink states but like how can you wrap up a result in three four hours in the and i'm talking about the late evening hours you know at seven o'clock everybody's sitting down to watch it after they've done their day and they've came home for maybe voting after work how is it that some states can do this so succinctly and others are an unmitigated disaster it depends on the it depends on the rules like we can't i don't don't we can't start they can't start counting in pennsylvania until election day right until the polls close supposedly and polls close in pennsylvania what tension i left yes i am eight o'clock nine o'clock on election night in pennsylvania i think the polls close yeah um cuts 25 here how important is fracking in pennsylvania you know we super we hear a lot about fracking and what the you know what the um uh the the importance is because kamal has flip flop she was for bright banning fracking now she's not on cnn on friday night on anderson coopers show uh john king actually did a deep dive into how important fracking really is in pennsylvania how many jobs it affects this that and the other because they were debating uh you whether it was important or not cut 25 filled go with pennsylvania let me bring up this map uh the darker the shading you see on the map here the counties where there are more fracking more oil and gas extraction job so let me just draw a line here see the deeper shading up here across the tuss and stay and when it come down and draw it's not perfect but you see the line right there now this is where you have those oil and fracking jobs around 30,000 jobs maybe closer to 20,000 jobs depending on as david noted there's some drills there's support jobs around it so it's not a ton of jobs mathematically but there's where they are now let's come out let's come back to the map of the 2020 election that's mostly trump country that's mostly trump country so why as michael said with the vice president take the risk of changing her position and being called a flip floper well remember she did it in 2020 to be on the ticket with joe biden so yes it's about maybe let's say in a place like here washington county this is where bill where i was in the south part of the state trump wins with 61 percent joe biden in pennsylvania when it's so close if you can change the margins if you can get to 38 percent you know 39 percent you're helping yourself a little bit but i would argue it's about more than that it's about trying to show respect with chilleri clinton did not for people who work with their hands not just in the oil and gas industry let me show you this i want to take the lines away so it's not so confusing this is the win margin in pennsylvania in 2020 see the lighter shading here michael just mentioned the suburbs he knows them as well if not better than i do this is bux county the more blue collar philadelphia suburb the more blue collar of the collar counties joe biden won that by the least he won all those suburban counties but he won that by the least then you move up here to north hampton county it was a tie what do you find in these places look over here lee high county where allentown is a margin but not as big as in the philadelphia suburbs same in manro and over here i just want to get to lakawana that's scranton that's where joe biden was born he wins you say that's a healthy margin but it's not as big look how deep the blue is down in philadelphia and the more affluent suburbs what are you saying when you say i want to post fraggy i get michael she's open to the charge on flip flop but what she's trying to do is not repeat hillary clinton's mistake until these people as well you work with your hands i respect what you do so there's two takeaways that i have for that number one i'm glad that uh mr king brought up um north hampton county because north hampton county if you aren't familiar with that county is eastin pennsylvania which is where i am from originally and then parts of bethlehem parts of bethlehem are lee high county other parts of north hampton county and that is the ultimate bell weather i believe in the last i want to say the last 18 years or maybe it's 18 elections 18 elections seems too high i think it's 18 years however north hampton county votes is how the state of pennsylvania ultimately plays out yeah because it swings if swings back and forth right and whoever wins north hampton usually wins pennsylvania but i think the issue of this whole issue of fracking another reason it's credit first of all pennsylvania the nation's second largest producer of natural gas third largest producer of coal sixteenth largest producer of crude oil third largest producer of electricity and so pennsylvania you know we in during the trump administration helped make america energy independent so part of this part of these jobs and you think about what's going on now a lot of the jobs have left during the current administration also the regulations here in pennsylvania are excruciating and that's why a lot of companies have left and gone south etc so people in that sector in the energy sector know that yeah but what trump can also speak to is there are there are people here in pennsylvania who are paying more of about forty plus percent more in their energy cost oh yeah and that's why right and that's why common was such a fraud i'm going to lay out tomorrow as part of our uh... debate preview big take the nine flip flops of harris but on the energy front she so you're telling me you so you want to ban fracking and then create e_v_ mandates for transportation have electric school buses and charging stations but now that you're running for president you're ditching the e_v_ mandates and well four years ago i did say i was opposed uh... to the for the ban on fracking i've got this story in front of me and i've yet to get to it but i'll just read the headline because it's been in my pile for a while uh... from politico comela harris's secret power she is whatever you want her to be that's an insult actually because it's not that she's um... open to adapting and evolving with the times it's she'll say whatever she needs to say to get elected she's a fraud and biden though people trusted by the people here trusted that him and and in fact they said we saw all of those jobs drying up and so i don't know that i had to me personally uh... the word that i get is that the biden harris administration loses that trust even though it's harris now she's still biden harris so why would people in western pennsylvania why would they trust it at for trump i would wonder remember back in the day sera palin when she was governor in alaska she had said for people in alaska because they were sitting on you know liquid gold whatever you want to say they all got a tax rebate mhm wouldn't it be interesting if trump said something to that effect because here in pennsylvania we you know the marcellus shale alone contains an estimated i looked at 84 trillion cubic feet of natural gas largest natural gas field in the nation imagine wow if trump said hey you pennsylvania and you are lit you are literally living on a gold mine and you pennsylvania and you should get or rebate oh yeah no doubt by the way uh... before you get to these uh... calls the cal i just wanted to say that uh... we're streaming live on youtube youtube dot com slash i've told ten w_p_h_t_ please we had problems getting in people's feeds this morning if you're watching right now everybody watch your new to please have the thumbs up button everybody please hit the like button and also with this uh... the subscribe button excuse me uh... so we can get in people's algorithms do it and do it now yes eight five five eight three nine twelve ten very interesting uh... range of callers here as far as what they want to talk about based on what we're discussing here in the cut sheet let me actually start in jim four with jason jason you're on talk radio twelve ten you go ahead jason my man good morning guys thanks for having a great show i do appreciate it um i drive all over those areas that excuse me that they were just talking about north hampton county i get into box county a little bit um but i was just up in will spare and i'm there several times a week every week for what i do drive around and sell food expensive food um but i turned out a little corner through a little neighborhood the other day and i saw my first kamala hair side now i was blown away because literally they were the first one and they were probably a half a dozen of them as i got to the end of the road there's a gas station and what i noticed i don't know if there's a correlation here between the lady smoking a cigarette as she's pumping her gas and then they were gonna just throw through but i just had to bring that up because you know that's a great observation it really shocked me you know so anyway thanks for doing what you did right you put on a great show me there is jason in jim thorpe it is interesting i noticed this yesterday i took a couple of back roads to get up to uh the turnpike instead of getting on uh from Plymouth meeting norris town that exit i went up uh through valley ford's road to somebody townpike to landsdale and typically when i go that way i mean i know montgomery county is you know very blue i saw a lot of trump wah trump vance signs and i gotta tell you nothing means anything and maybe it's just because they're new to the ticket and it's only been you know forty nine days or whatever i honestly i have not seen a lot of and again it doesn't mean anything but i haven't seen a lot of harris wall signs i if you guys notice that in your daily travels i've seen yes i have you have okay but it's uh it's certainly not as much as the look at you know we go through this all the time it like signs don't mean anything right yes you see a lot of signs but like it's you know trump supporters are very passionate you know what i mean so you know they put up ninety million signs in their yard by the way there's some of them uh that i've seen are huge like they take up like the entire post- this oh yeah it almost looks like a billboard it look it almost it does look like a billboard and by the way trump if if you drive on 95 and 276 here trump trump and vans have uh have billboards digital billboards out um so you know i think that's that's a smart smart play too and by the way i know we talked last week about uh what's up with the anti-Trump pro-commola ads we had to explain you know thousand times you know the fcc you have to do it um and i posted on friday you know the i think it's the whatever communications act of whatever year it was either the sixties or the thirties 1934 1934 and i got this response from somebody well you'll a girl to you you're never going to hear a pro-Trump ad on the sports or the music station just for that person who tweeted me whoever the hell it was i'm driving home from my mother-in-law's last night and uh the sports station wip had the uh sunday night football game on first commercial i heard was a pro-Trump ad yeah so you're wrong again all right yeah they like nobody can nobody can turn them nobody can turn them down it doesn't matter so stop stop with it oh you won't hear no it look you know i know the truth hurts and i'm the only one that seems to say this but if the trump campaign was smart they would advertise on radio especially this radio station because there's a ton of listeners on on a radio station but but as of right now they're not and i don't know why Kamala Harris is well maybe they think they have this audience locked up already but they shouldn't well i assume that but i also think i also think them advertising on the sports station is smart if there are independence or undecided men because let's face it the sports station caters to men 25 to 54 and you certainly want to reach those people as well well we're third 18 men 18 to 34 oh you know if they really want to beating beating said sports stations both of them so if they want to reach the youth male vote maybe they should maybe they should advertise on our station that's that stop doing these podcasts and start doing the shows on this station because of the guys another good month we we reach more 18 to 34 year olds than uh than a lot of these podcasts do so stop we reach more people than CNN's prime timeline thank you i can't tell you how much pride i take in that i let my mother-in-law know that every single day you know continue these calls yeah why not what the hell michelle is on the main line michelle you're on talk radio 1210 michelle go ahead hey guys so i was asked yesterday to speak to a washington post reporter she is on the religion and spirituality desk and it was a little group talk about with with people who are jewish and carrying guns and how they feel about carrying guns since october 7th and she then she was all over the place and she was saying how she's going canvassing with people she wants to see how it's like the canvas with Harris supporters and Trump supporters and i kept asking her a few questions i was like so washington post i said listen i i don't really read the washington post i read a camera and i read honesty and reporting and i read all the things that you do wrong so i'll use the new york times instead of the washington post if it's going to make you defensive as far as asking a few questions about inconsistencies and she was so bent out of shape that anybody would question their fact checkers of course so when i brought so when i brought up to her that snopes one of their favorite fact-checking organizations has just changed the true false flag on fine people on both sides yep yep she got so pissed off at me she got like she said well do you know what trump actually said i said i can repeat it verbatim if you'd like i said i have certain and she was like well well well so the reason i'm saying all this because it was a ridiculous conversation and this woman was truly dark side um and she was jewish too i was hoping was a bizarre conversation about post october 7th and how people are standing and the election and why would jews vote for pommel harris was where the conversation kept going i don't believe any of the polls not of one of them trump is going to run away with this don't there's she was with six people and all of us got to a point of being afraid to speak my husband i came home he's like you might have just ruined our lives that crazy woman who knows what she's going to say with what you said i'm like i don't know but i don't believe anyone's going to give an honest any trump supporter will give an honest opinion to anybody after that little experience michelle i'm with you i don't trust the polls and i don't know that i believe them either but i just didn't thank you so much for the call i'm glad that you put the washington post on blast because they're they're a lot like msnbc they think they're the gatekeepers of facts and truth and then when they get exposed they get snippy but the only the only thing i disagree with is that the trump's going to run away with it nobody i i do not see either side running away i mean if harry and again don't trust the polls but i'll cite a poll for the sake of making my point if harry and is correct i mean think about what they just said in the last however many 15 elections there was always a three-week stretch where somebody had a five-point lead in this election cycle there has not been one single three-week stretch we don't have landslide elections anymore let me repeat that we do not have landslide elections anymore because of the electoral college it's just it's just not it it's not going to happen so anybody thinks either side is going to run away with anything is is wrong i'm going to give you a little bit of a hot take uh oh and i've been thinking about this for a while oh here we go but you know it's what i do um i think trump if you if you're forecasting trump to win on november fifth i think the best kid and i my mentions are going to blow up so at nick kl kl kl on twitter and i get own um have a take and stick by it yeah have a take and don't suck yeah um 270 to 268 i feel like is the most likely trump outcome in the electoral college what is it 270 to 268 so that would mean he wins pennsylvania as the tie is basically i think it's coming down to pennsylvania i think it's coming down to bucks county in north hampton county i think if you're to say what if trump wins the most likely final result in the electoral college is to me it's 270 to 268 which then i think kamala harris goes into election denier mode and i will also say this i think if trump is going to lose the best the worst case scenario for trump to lose is also 270 to 268 because if he loses by two points in the electoral college you know what the what the conversation is going to be we we know what the conversation will be for the next six weeks in the next six years the next four years we know what it will be i don't even need to say what it will be you know what it will be so that's where i'm at right now um i still think it's a coin flip i still go slight advantage trump at this moment in time also guys we we don't know what's going to happen tomorrow night yes with this debate right so you know what i mean like that could that this we didn't think that you know on june 27th or whatever it was that in the first five minutes of the debate joe biden would poop his pants and stop forget where he was but here we are but here we are so and if you think about the numbers in the last two elections trump was over 300 in the electoral college against hillary and joe was over three hundred four years against trump four years ago against trump i don't think either i don't think either candidates eclipsing 300 in the electoral college which illustrates again my my belief that this will be razor thin um somebody asked i forget who it was one of my haters i think asked if why i said that last week that it was smart for trump to do the podcast and now i'm saying that it's not smart for him to do the podcast i i didn't say it was not smart for him to do the podcast i said that if you're looking for eighteen to thirty four-year-old men you should start by this radio show oh yeah what we put that's that's what i'm saying so so so stop hearing what you're hearing i i do think it's good that he does feel on and and cap i think you should do joe rogan and i do think it's good to get that age demo but don't don't don't brush aside regular radio oh wow no you think that you have it locked up in the back now here's the question for you though are you saying he should do an interview well he has done i know he's been on with which he's been on with us i get it are you saying he should do more interviews with this station or are you saying he should spend more advertising dollars with the station i think he should spend way more advertising dollars at this rate and the reason i asked that is because we talked about the spending last week how trump is basically through both harris and trump are both spending i think from now until the end of the election cycle over seventy million dollars apiece on pennsylvania i think trump was around seventy one point nine million and harris was around seventy four million it was basically a coin flip on spending if that's the case then yeah he should absolutely spend more money on this station but i would also be i'm bombarding people with with billboards with mail i mean i can tell you i saw i swear to god every three days at least two or three times a week when the mail comes at my house i've got these these combo harris like um they almost look like postcards but they're longer and rectangular are you getting them tuned on but it's it's ridiculous and by the way isn't it isn't it against like the earth to waste all these this high-quality postcard paper yeah the amount of paper from both campaigns but especially for from democrats but from both campaigns it's unbelievable the amount every day the junk mail yeah and as far as the interviews go two things number one you're right trump should actually go on on the rogan podcast i'm a little surprised he hasn't done that yet although maybe it's in the balls and rogan's court but we got to try to get trump on it we got we've got to reach out to uh the fine ladies that made it happen last time uh the senator john fetterman makes a prediction for trump and harris debate and he says that that he needs to focus on pennsylvania voters this is cut twenty four uh kirk go on fetterman thank you so much for being here sir kamala harris is already there this weekend preparing for her debate against donald trump you've read it her on the tarmac in pittsburgh what do you think she needs to do to win over key voters in pennsylvania well i mean i really want to just point out that i haven't said anything different since back in 2016 back then as a surrogate for secretary clinton uh after my campaign uh and now in 20 and all of 24 it's going to be very close it's going to be very close and we have to do everything that we possibly can to make sure and have the conversations with uh all across pennsylvania in all kinds of rooms that may be hopeless hopelessly red kinds of counties but it's going to be the one on the margins and i've always maintained that and that's what happened in 2016 that trump won and then of course joe biden won by 80 000 votes so i've been predicting this is going to be close regardless and that's where we're at now and that's why i'm committed to showing up all across pennsylvania and people understand it's all about the choice the choice and it's not about policies or who has more money or you know talking about scandals or things kind of thing people all have to ask themselves what kinds of the next four years do we want do we want that kind of chaos and that kinds of absolute kinds of reckless and bizarre behavior from trump or do we want four more years of uh getting us through a pandemic and standing with our allies like ukraine or israel through all of that and by any metric our economy is the world's absolute world's envy on that so i'm proud to stand with joe biden and i'm absolutely proud to stand with vice president harris and i also wanted to say that it's going to be uh a straight up debate she's going to do great of course but donald trump will be good too i mean we can all remember he wrecked all of the republicans he's a good debater but at the end of the day i don't believe this debate's going to be definitive because it's going to come down to this this choice and it's going to be close so i'm glad we're actually playing this especially in the context of a debate because i feel like this is exponentially different from what we saw two falls ago i mean dr os destroyed federman on a debate stage but federman blew him out in the election because people had already made up their mind that os was terrible and os was a fraud i think differently though this time i've seen a lot of people tweeting two things on social media that trump's going to dominate the debate which i agree with and the debate won't matter result-wise on the election that's where i disagree you can't sit here and have watched witnessed and live june 27th and then try to argue that debates don't matter in donald trump put joe biden out to pasture he put him into retirement and joe had a lot to do with that himself because you know as soon as joe opened up his mouth it was over and we saw that so you can't sit there and say well i think trump's going to dominate but it's not going to matter it is going to matter for that little sliver of the undecided out there for ninety five percent of people out there probably won't they've made up their mind but if if trump has another great night and he just sticks to what he has to and has that laser focus that tunnel vision yeah and then has a few moments where he kind of puts kamala on the spot especially in the rebuttal time bank that he gets he can be very very good it also one thing that i think people are talking about as much is just the fact the human factor of seeing for the first time kamala harris in on this platform because i will say to you in my lifetime as a news person just covering presidential elections to be at this point when you have your your close to election day basically and you have the major candidate for one party who has really not been put to the test it's i can't i i don't think this has ever happened in in our history that you have somebody like this kamala harris the fact that she's able to get away with not answering questions not having multiple you know news conferences sit down interviews the one with on c_n_n_ with dana bash doesn't even count in my mind because it's one i mean yesterday you know she's in pennsylvania she's been hunkering down in pitzburg air in the pitzburg area for what five days and she's walking it's like weird she thinks she's like what taylor swift a celebrity she's walking with her husband she's wearing all black and cap to cover her face and she's out for a walk and they're like are you ready are you ready vice president and she's like ready and thumbs up and that's allowed yeah the question should be uh vice president harris you are the vice president first of all where who's running the country oh yeah where you and the president you're you're in pennsylvania hunkering down for prep that right there shows me how unqualified she is right but number two the fact that the media just let's her get away with not answering any legit questions doesn't even say why won't you take our questions why won't you hold a news conference this is absurd and so tomorrow if she looks nervous if she looked it's it's the way she looks and so tomorrow matters it becomes a magnifying glass when you say nervous smiling too much and giggling is that the nervousness or is it like the straight face that shows the nerves it's any it's it's because you can't hide anymore you're not hiding behind your cap you're not hiding by the by the distance of security now that camera is on your face and that's why for trump i you know i hope that's why the cameras matter i hope that they keep the camera on her as much as possible see the reactions and i hope for trump i think that's why the Harris campaign by the way why they wanted his mic to be open they hope that he interrupts yeah don't interrupt let her go yep and keep in mind experience matters this will be donald trump's seventh presidential debate this will be comela harris's first so i want to end the cut sheet with cut nineteen here uh filled this is whoever put this together on social media every time every time i want to leave social media and i like i'm done with social media bring stalker back in there's there's one thing that happens that i'm just like oh that is so good every time comela harris speaks and says things and tries to be funny somebody put this together uh this is cut nineteen fogo so you know how those lids are because this is one just won't speak okay so this is it so you know how those lids on the starbucks kept their weight right and so if you were a lidsick they get all over the lid and so can i find myself in meetings if i'm the only woman and that's kind of until i keep taking the lid off of having my cut out so that i don't have that big lipstick right on the lid so i said can we do something about the color of the lid get a straw lady look at that laugh so that was that conversation she can't even solve that problem inside now seriously get a straw what do i do seriously don it's a just side was that side i know it's a show but no side felt like i know it's a joke but seriously she's talking about it and she can't even solve that problem and you think she she could you think that she seriously you think that she could be the most powerful person in the world and there's a lot of people that do and it's never it's never good when you're the only one laughing at you what you think's the funniest story like i you know every time you know i try to throw out a zinger from time to time and neither gregard dawn response i know it was a bad one but i do it anyway because shoot or shoot is that it that's it all right nice i mean it's not it i i have a ton more including i want to get to this eventually before the end of the show i have a bill clinton state of the union address from 1995 yeah if you close your eyes it could be trumps policy oh well it's amazing yeah we've pointed that out in the past as well by the way i had a couple of people over the weekend one specifically who said that they love the cut sheet so much they said one day out of the year you guys should do an entire four hours just riffing off of the cut sheet we should do like cut sheets super bot just one day it's a lot of work we could sell it we can make money off of it honestly honestly we're doing we're gonna probably do that the day after the the debate you know what i mean we'll just play cuts it'll probably be one four-hour cut sheet yeah there you go all right come back uh find out what's on that's 947 and we're my we still have an hour and three i'm all i'm all out of whack now what a great day this has been i'm feeling good by the way i'm in a good vibe right now good headspace my mental health is great eight five five eight three nine twelve ten we'll come back we'll get to a dawn stencil in big three and then coming up in the nine o'clock hour besties no more and are you ready to wager on the election it's coming around the corner in this country very soon and i for one magically just appears in our hopper and then stocker plays them in 945 amazing what technology is capable of these days let's try christian in jenkin town let me get this call in here christian you're on talk radio twelve ten good morning sir uh and now the gentleman in ma'am what i would be that would be nik that would be nik regan dawn yes i just want to make sure i got the uh proper respect so the uh in terms of the debate i think kind of the best we can hope for is a turn off of the hearth voters uh you know americans we we uh many excel at at apathy and it's easier to count on that apathy to uh basically just not show up and vote at all that that's probably the a plus answer um people have had it so good for so long that that they will say well i'm just gonna sit this one out you'll never convert our harris voter into a trump voter not in a statistical meaningful way uh if you've got tds there is no reverse in that i i truly believe that so you think best case scenario is harris has a bad debate and a would-be harris voter just decides to sit this one out yes i i think that is that is off of you know that is that is a plus possible out i i'm not i'm not sure i disagree with you that being said if you do get a couple uh you say having no statistical impact in the election i would argue nationwide it only has to be less than one percent right i mean we look at georgia four years ago it was decided by ten thousand votes arizona four years ago eleven thousand votes now maybe here in pennsylvania where it was i think a hundred and fifty four thousand maybe that's too big but then again you look at the polls and if the polls are accurate like stalker mentioned earlier cnn says pennsylvania is tied forty seven forty seven it only takes a select few harry and he's also said if the polling data is off by one point in either direction it swings the election so while i agree with the premise if you have trump derangement syndrome in your harris supporter you're never going to vote for trump as uh the winner of the debate maybe best case scenario is you sit it out but i'm also hoping republicans on the other side of the ledger don't sit this election out you know for that for that contingent out there that's a nicky haly supporter as i've said in the past i think you're absolutely insane if you sit it out and where i've called you a loser is is if you are a nicky haly supporter that is now going to vote for kamala harris that i can i just can't get on board with that whatsoever eight five five eight three nine twelve ten will continue with your calls coming up in a little bit but let's get to some of the news it's time for a dawn stencil and big three right at nine it's the big three nine oh no sorry it crashed happened the system we are sponsored the big three here on kill and company sponsored by indeed so this morning we the latest we have from police in south jersey after uh several two school districts were shut down after school threats three children that's the total this morning three children under arrest after a threat to shoot up uh multiple schools across south jersey two different counties and so originally this threat posted on tiktok that was the word however despite the arrests out of an abundance of caution that was one of the statements released by one of the districts representing multiple schools across south jersey in the suburbs there uh they decided to close school today this monday morning september ninth twenty twenty four unfortunately due to that shooting threat posted to social media that named multiple schools and this came down last night on tiktok i'm not even going to name the schools um but at the end of the day i will say some were private among them uh catholic schools were named and so this impacts high schools and junior a junior senior high school as well and um at least one middle school so they made the decision in two different districts they said you know what we're going to we're just going to close school out of an abundance of caution this was before the third arrest was made and so they you know unfortunately they felt like they had to do this because they knew there was an active search so the good news according to police and a collaborative effort kudos to law enforcement across the region at the state level at the local level they say they feel they have all three children behind this facing serious charges better this than what happened in georgia a with the shooting and b with the well he was on our radar in two thousand twenty three i'm i'm so sick of the we knew about the guy or the girl a year ago and uh slipped through the cracks i i'm i'm done here in that excuse yes so the threatening social media post involving various schools we're talking about Gloucester as well as Camden counties and so we had the the local districts that were shut down woodbury city public schools depth for township school district hadn't height school district and glass for public schools those were the ones impacted the ones shut down as of this as of last night and this morning so that was woodbury and depthford school districts shut down no transportation services offered and that unfortunately includes transportation denied to Rowan college of south jersey in Gloucester county institute of technology students as the investigation continues okay so we have that one going on we also have another story and and nick you had actually requested this for the big three in our in our group chat last night and so this is a nick kill request it was a good news Friday yes sir um but in this one judge wan mershan in the so-called manhattan hush money criminal trial the judge in this one postponing post or delaying the sentencing to late to after the november election and so the lawyers for trump the republican presidential candidate on the gop side obviously using several legal maneuvers to try to delay the sentencing until afterwards and so judge moron a judge uh wan mershan he wrote he wrote that the case demands a sentencing hearing that is entirely focused on the verdict of the jury and that was his impetus for saying let's put this after the november fifth election so it'll be well after it november 12 yes supposed to be september 18th which is nine days from now and yeah i think it's either the 12th of the 26th it's somewhere post-election pre thanksgiving or right around thanksgiving but this and the reason why one of the past that along was i i think it just confirms what my opinion has been for a while is that this was never really about imprisoning donald trump for whatever they concocted with these 34 copy and paste uh elevated felonies this was always about in my opinion election interference with labeling him two words convicted felon i am i'm going to go out on a limb and i'm going to piss a lot of people off but i don't care uh in my opinion this shows me that wan mershan is looking at jail time for trump well so you're making you're making a change now in your stance yes i believe that yes i didn't think it was possible but i think that he is looking at jail time for trump and he doesn't want to do that before the election oh i you know i don't disagree with that train of thought if you're trying to think of inside of mershan's head of hey i don't want to be the guy that puts him in jail pre-election i'll wait until after so it's and maybe i'm going way deep in the weeds here but maybe mershan is like you know what i'm going to put him in jail after he loses and that'll really stick it to him because that vendetta probably exists with that guy i mean it's pretty obvious that most of these these the only judge and people who are you're being a partisan heckale i mean tanya chucking has been basically to me the only judge that has looked at precedent the rule of law and the facts the rest of real and i hate to be like the totally uh trump honk hack on the radio but like so many of these cases are so obvious i mean what did we play last week it was steven crowder doing like that uh the little undercover or want to be project veritas stuff or you have basically the is it the chief of communication for alvin bragg's office saying this is a political travesty and a persecution i mean it's so obvious what's at play here no yeah i i don't know if i i mean i i think it would be shocking if he sentenced him any time i did too until i heard this and i was like well he's he clearly tipped his hand as to what what he's going to do to your point because if it was just if it was just a pro it was just probation or stop on the wrist or something he would probably do it before the election i see i i don't know about that but to your point about him actually serving jail time and reversing your thought now i mean Andy McCarthy did write this about four weeks ago on foxnews.com Andy McCarthy's the other legal analyst next to Jonathan Turley and McCarthy unlike Turley is not just a scholar he's a former practicing attorney i believe Andy McCarthy is a federal prosecutor and he wrote a long thing you can find it it's probably still out there um prepare yourself for for trump getting some prison time yeah which is it's all absurd over a bookkeeping thing now if he loses now if he wins the election this this all goes away of course it's a it's a moot point but if he loses the election yes i i see jail time but i i think you could argue the other side of it that that oh sure either way you look at first you you have the you have all of these appeals in the works you have the supreme court's ruling in july how does that factor in but trump's lawyers have continually claimed that this was election interference and so by just putting it after the election you take you say hey i pushed it off until after the election and so no matter what he decides he can say well if you you can you cannot any longer appeal based on election interference i just think the motivation all along was they know there are people out there that will simply not vote for trump because he's now technically labeled and i actually he's not even technically yet because um there's still other proceedings i have to go for uh forward with the sentencing but there's there's people of saying like i can't vote for a convicted felon to which i'm like okay knock yourself out i'd rather have cheap gas and have a convicted felon in office but that's just me number three in our big three um this uh syphilis is at its highest levels since the 1950s oh time for a lockdown syphilis syphilis syphilis this morning this is the update uh so these are researchers releasing this saying syphilis which is an std's actually transmitted infection it was nearly eliminated in the united states of america uh back in the day has made a dramatic comeback and so the cdc has reported now more hundreds of thousands of these cases more than two hundred thousand syphilis cases the highest counts since 1950 uh oh wait do we have an updated booster giving out a warning we get we got to get an updated vaccine dawn i don't know the house that there's a there's no there's no vaccine for syphilis uh you have to have safe huha yeah so we got this and monkey paxa for all you uh perverts out there stop what you're doing so they say that oh and the cdc and many government officials you know what they blame on this poorly funded prevention programs that's what's to blame here yeah all right so i've got empox i've got syphilis what else is going around we've got covid we've got the flu uh what was the other one that we were talking about a few weeks ago um i don't know it's uh what's the other one over and uh another rinky dink nation that we should never even allow to come into this country what's the other one floating around there's another one well there are all those mosquito-borne shots and all that stuff like the scary somebody's airborne stuff somebody was paralyzed from uh mosquito illness yeah horrendous yeah stalker's got it figured out just don't leave your house mosquito and tick bites i mean that's the worst you gotta use the spray just get a man cave got a pool table a bar a big screen tv in your basement and never leave home again thank you uh but seriously they say that syphilis is the great imitator because it can start with a small rash and it can look like a lot of other things but they're just putting the word out here that um they they really feel that they're blaming during the pandemic public health departments redirected all of the s t d or sti whatever you're going to call it resources toward fighting coronavirus oh and so blame covid blame the pandemic right when and down blaming everything other than personal responsibility by the way that's that's the new mantra in life when in doubt either blame trump or blame covid we have to do so we are sponsored in our big three by indeed need to hire you need indeed their end-to-end solution helps you attract interview and hire candidates all year round schedule and conduct virtual interviews right from your indeed dashboard learn more by visiting indeed dot com slash credit thank you indeed for sponsoring our big three all right don't thank you very much eight five five eight three nine twelve ten and is in spring field she's up next and good morning good morning i just wanted to uh present something kind of had a brain fart here uh i wonder if anybody's taking odds on whether this debate actually comes off because i kind of visualize them scrounging around in the hazardous waste bin in the white house looking for the positive covid test they used for joe so that they can use it for kamala to get her out of the debate and uh and i know you said you're always looking for somebody that's taking odds uh as a gambler myself i can give you odds on that i'll give you uh i'll give you a two hundred and fifty to one how's that sound which way that she will test positive meaning it's a complete long shot and look no doubt about it no doubt about it and thank you for the call democrats they love themselves some covid and some testing and some lockdowns and restrictions but now kamala has to come out of the basement for one day and one day only and i honestly i think this is what's going to happen tomorrow i think for kamala harris to get praise from the mainstream media and all of the talking heads on television all she has to do is be coherent and have one moment of being feisty or the i'm speaking or that little sound bite snippet that cnn and msmbc can run with and they will give her a passing grade because the bar is so low there was a report earlier this morning i don't know it was political or something like that the harris campaign is scrambling because of the last minute rule changes you know with the muted mics and all that stuff um did you imagine that altering your prep for days over one one rule thing yeah yeah i mean look the the debate's gonna happen of course we all know it's gonna happen will there be any after i doubt it i would bet no easily i'd bet a lot of money on no and then what if it goes horribly for for her or or will kamala for any reason want a second debate if she i mean if she knocks it out of the park and she she wants to just yeah i would have another one no no if she if she puts if she knocks it out of the park then i think that that yes her team pushes for another one knowing knowing her and her team i think they do the debate they wait to see what the new york times the washington post all all the typical you know water boy and water girl carriers for her do and what the narrative is on wednesday thursday and friday and if it's a negative narrative maybe they consider it but if it's remotely positive they're like nope we've fulfilled our obligations we're good we'll see in november fifth i'm telling you right now that the the media will declare the winner the next day oh yeah no doubt it's funny you say that because polymarket the uh the betting odds market for the election has her as a 63 percent favorite to win the debate yet they say with 87 percent certainty it doesn't change the fact that they have trump is the favorite to win the election oh interest 63 percent that kamala wins the debate but it doesn't matter but 87 percent post debate in their opinion trump's still the favorite to win interesting yep in neither candidate can do anything that's over the top so that's what i think if there's some huge moment where trump has a horrible moment that's going to go viral or on the other hand if harris has a moment where she you know where she flubs or she has a misstep or she hesitates i'm going out on a limb here and i'm saying that she will have a good night yeah i mean i could see that because i think the bar is incredibly low i mean you can't be worse than joe was on june 27th right that's almost a physical uh and mental impossibility so anything above joe is considered an improvement but yeah don't you were going to say something i'm sorry no i just i think to to greg's point she just has to look solid it just and that i'm sure that's what they're telling her don't don't try to be funny don't try you know just as long as you just hold it and nothing has to be spectacular nothing like that well she has to she has to reveal a policy i mean there's going to be questions from the moderators about her position on energy the economy she'll be they're gonna they're going to prep her for that yeah so she so that's that's the deal we know that she can memorize things so she's going to memorize everything yeah but will she in any way be knocked off right by her game and so remember in the the hillary debate for example they had a live audience which remember you know as already knows they won't have a live audience here so they can't use let's say gold star families in the audience or a crowd or anybody in the crowd that she sees that will knock her off that's what they did with hillary when they had somebody right who who could you know was was a uh bill clinton accuser or what have you so they can't use the crowd in any way shape or form that's something the trump campaign has done in the past so that's you know and for trump he he is fueled by a live audience oh sure does better when he's in front of a live audience totally agree you know with fall upon us back to school i went in the garage and i have my fall beautiful fall reef put it on the front door and i thought oh you know one eight eight nine eight so you can always text and you can take that virtual tour online chattman windows doors dot com tell them to all in saint you it's a killing company on demand from talk radio twelve ten w p h d and the free honesty app i am all for this story from the wall street journal uh headline being are you ready to bet on us elections a judge's ruling has opened up the door so get ready for legalized betting as soon as next week on whether or not democrats can take back control of the house a federal judge on friday cleared the way for americans to place bets on the outcome of congressional elections via a prediction market startup a victory that could potentially open the door to legalized wagers on us elections which would include the president of the united states of america they say still it remains uncertain over the weekend whether the political betting markets would go live after regulators filed an emergency motion seeking a two-week delay while they considered an appeal uh in one page uh in a one-page order u_s_ district judge jia cob of the district of columbia sided with the startup and throughout a two thousand twenty three decision uh... that would have blocked said start up uh here's a quote for you election markets are now legal in the united states for the first time in one hundred years americans will be finally able to trade the election on a u_s_ regulated market so you say well okay it's cool if you're a gambler that's cool if you like politics but to me what the big takeaway is tax the hell out of it just like you do casinos just like you do sports books yeah it's a great revenue producer for the economy and that's ultimately what i care about are we all in favor of this so on this program yeah i am gone signed me up i don't know you don't know i guess you know what those are not gonna wager on things one way or the other but for me as uh you know 1-800 gambler gambling addictions uh you know i gotta be careful but yeah what i wage it now am i gonna wager like you know on house and senate races probably not um maybe one or two locally that i have more information on like you know maybe dave mccormick against k_c_ i would um or if i have a show like like if you would have told me um two years ago i could have went in like hindsight 2020 it's monday morning quarterbacking i i would have absolutely have bet on rafael lornock to beat her shall walker like i knew her shall walker was dead man walking does so does this cheapen elections in in anybody's opinion no i think it's just capitalism i mean i guess you know we've we've often said well what are the voting sites what do they say but to make it you know a sport it's not a sport so i i i honestly i genuinely i've mixed feelings about the whole thing i just i just like the fact that we're evolving like okay yes legalization of marijuana legalization of sports betting like it's not 1910 anymore right that's the way i feel it well okay here's here's what i say as far as marijuana i believe that that's you know it's i i agree with what trump put out on true social today that it's ridiculous that anybody should go to jail for a mandatory sentence for a small tiny amount of marijuana but other hand i mean if you're stuck in traffic especially in these beautiful days like like today is going to be even though it's 79 degrees low humidity what do you have your windows down yeah i don't want to smell it you smell it though i know i'm sitting on the school every day i smell it yeah that's a problem i hate the smell of it i even like at my fantasy football draft the two of my buddies were we're smoking weed and i'm like dude can just go like yeah go that there's you know can we find a smokers table like go over there oh man kale yeah i just hate the smell but i hate the smell sick i hate the smell i don't even like the smell of a good fireplace i'm anti-burning thing i just yeah i hate the smell um i i hated the bonfire when i was in high school before my thanksgiving game oh it was atrocious oh it's wrong with you this is the kaolin company podcast from dark radio 1210 WPHT and on the free on a ciac i do so i've been teasing this for the last i don't know two hours uh i have a clip of bill clinton from 1995 the 1995 state of the union and if you listen to this is he's talking about immigration illegal immigrants it sounds like a trump speech from twenty twenty four yep yep um it's really kind of you know everybody always talks about how the republicans went maga they went you know even dick chaney now is is is endorsing they've gone so far to the right it even dick chaney's endorsing caramel hairs listen to bill clinton from the state of the union 1995 and close your eyes and tell me that this does not sound like a trump speech okay this is cut 23 feel go all americans not only in the states most heavily affected but in every place in this country are rightly disturbed by the large numbers of illegal aliens entering our country the jobs they hold my brother i mean just the fact that he calls him illegal aliens i thought i was racist don't wait no human is illegal i was told uh by the way look how young new looks in the background yeah look how well young they all look yeah uh all right we continue wise be held by citizens or legal immigrants the public service they use imposed burdens on our taxpayers that's why our administration has moved aggressively to secure our borders more by hiring a record number of new border guards by deporting twice as many criminal aliens as ever before by cracking down on illegal hiring by a barring welfare benefits to illegal aliens wow in the budget i will present to you we will try to do more to speed the deportation of illegal aliens who arrested for crimes to better identify illegal aliens in the work face as recommended by the commission headed by former congresswoman barbara jordan we are a nation of emigrants but we are also a nation of laws it is wrong and ultimately self-defeating for a nation of emigrants to permit the kind of abuse of our immigration laws we have seen in recent years and we must do more to stop it that so so trump is a combination of ronald reagan and bill clinton vote that's not be damned you know as i said earlier this morning i quoted the new york times with their c_n_a_ college poll that found trump to be quote less radical than comala the more centrist candidate and a decade ago would identify as more democrat than republican yet the mainstream media lead you to believe he's hitler okay all right should we get to some voicemail sub pretend aussie uh you know we ever watched stepbrothers that interview harris did with walls was like when they went to that job interview with two people wearing tuxedos and the one guy busted one it was horrible and then walls like max fault matt was it matt foley matt foley eat government cheese and live in a van down by the river but uh jeez um make america great again take care folks great pool on the matt foley skit uh legendary episode of s and l with david spade and kelly bundy from married with children that pulled on him remember that matt foley's been down in the basement uh drinking coffee for the last 12 hours very very good pull by you actually farley comes up and just falls through the dining room table jim here from washington township in new jersey i'm calling to ask you a question hopefully it's not too stupid what does chevron decision about the supreme court doesn't that kind of exclude all these little knuckleheads running around trying to make walls when they have no authority to do so and if not maybe explain the chevron decision to us um because i thought it practically eliminated all these little dudes who think they're more important than they actually are well kudos to him uh for the call uh in joining us via a payphone secondly i'm not sure if it's apples to apples with the chevron case specifically but if you're referring to about making these rules and these laws and going around whether it's the supreme court of the united states or congress for for example i gave you in the big take this morning part two of the big take was on the second amendment and guns and with the whole confiscation of firearms kamala harris just can't do that with she can't just supersede congress so as far as i'm concerned yes she does not have the power to do that whether or not that's applicable and you can bring up the chevron case and that's scOTUS ruling which was about eight weeks ago i'm not sure that that's twenty-eight yeah i'm not sure that that's apples to apples chevron also i mean i i think it just pulled back these the power of these federal agencies to basically make up their own rules and interpret the laws right you know some people say that it's actually a bigger deal than the road decision than the doves decision but everybody's focusing on abortion right and not really talking about this one as much good play all right one more oh wait hang on uh oh uh oh he teased he teased us with one more nick i don't like to be teased we'll talk show heroes today we salute you mr and
