Trump moved past Kamala
I'm Sally Helm with the podcast History This Week. In each episode, we serve as your eyes and ears into history's biggest events, and the lesser-told stories, ones you might not even know happened. Find History This Week on the Free Odyssey app, or wherever you get your podcasts. "Keal In Company, week, day, morning, six till ten." Schools close this morning in local districts after a threat of violence, this morning police confirming they do have a juvenile suspect in custody, that, after that online threat, Woodbury Police identifying the suspect only as a young person, a juvenile, not giving out that name, saying the investigation into this matter, does continue this morning. So here's what we know, the threat was made against Woodbury City Public Schools, the Deafford Township School District, the Haddon Heights School District, as well as Glassboro Public Schools. Schools in the Woodbury and Deafford School District, they're the ones closed this morning. Because the threat included private schools, that's why I've worded it that way, there were some private schools that were named. Leaders with Woodbury City Public Schools said that while they do not believe the threat was credible, the schools would be closed as a precaution. In other words, even though they know that this was an online threat, they have somebody in custody who, we don't know that person's motives, but they're still doing this out of an abundance of caution. What does that mean? No transportation services are being offered this morning to students. The problem is, others take these different buses. And so Rowan College of South Jersey, Gloucester County Institute of Technology, so they don't have transportation this morning. We're being told because of this particular shutdown. Okay, so you said it's because of an online threat. Now my question is, do we know what mode or what platform the online threat was made via by? Because I ask if you think about it with Butler PA, with Thomas Matthew Crooks, and also with the Georgia shooter, this Discord app is becoming a platform where a lot of these, you know, mentally ill people are basically broadcasting their intentions. That's why I ask. I don't know if this was a Facebook thing because I've seen Discord all of a sudden has become a common trend. Yeah, I mean Discord is what all the kids use, even college kids. That's what they communicate on. So that's what we talk about a lot of times. It's not something that would be, it's not like Twitter, it's not like Facebook, it's not, you know, like all the other platforms. And so you don't have a profile. You don't have your name up there, the profile, whatever. That's not what this is. It's not LinkedIn. They're not looking for a job. Yeah. So as far, you know, as far as this goes, I think the concern was that if it was very, they specifically were naming different schools. And so the fear was, is this a group? Is this one individual? They just want to make sure. Plus that if you look online, all the parents react into it, all the parents are saying, yeah, I'm keeping my kids home. Mm hmm. Sure. Because we just had the Georgia school shooting last week, which by the way, sometimes when these other across the nation, such as Georgia, when these other school shootings happen, you do get the copycats. Yeah. People want attention. Mm hmm. They happen in twos and threes and in waves. What a great start to the school year. Oh no. All right. It's September 9th. And how many times have we had these stories already? A week, 10 days into the school year? It's so true. Well, today it's a sad day across our region. The funeral for the Goudreau brothers taking place today, St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. This is a media Pennsylvania. I know that some schools were because this is expected to attract huge crowds of people. Some schools were making different arrangements to try to provide transportation or make sure everybody could get where they're going. But this will also be streamed on the Columbus Blue Jackets website, given the number of people expected to attend. So this is Johnny Goudreau and his brother Matthew who were killed by that drunk driver in Salem County, New Jersey. That, by the way, Sean Higgins, who's the accused drunk driver. His hearing will be postponed until this Friday. He remains behind bars. He's accused of being drunk when he struck and killed the NHL star, Johnny Goudreau, who was riding bicycles along with his brother, Matthew, as they biked right near their South Jersey hometown. Why are they home? Well, it was the night before their sister's wedding. Mm hmm. Terrible. It's just tragic anyway you look at it. And speaking of road closures and preparations, let's talk about preparations underway at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. And I do have word of some road closures that will affect everybody locally in this area. But obviously it's the big debate between Trump and Harris. So that's a take place tomorrow 9 p.m. but residents and workers, commuters, may very well experience increases to traffic, temporary lane closures in the area in and around the National Constitution Center. So just a heads up on this one beginning early tomorrow morning street closures will be in effect. Arch to market streets between fourth and seventh and all traffic. Vehicular and pedestrian will be allowed on four street as well as market street, but they're going to have a lot of closures if you've driven by there. You see these huge they've erected a perimeter and two sets of very tall fences. I was going to say are the barricades up? Oh yeah, barricades fencing. Yep. Thank God we don't work down there anymore, huh, Don? Oh, that would be a hot mess. Yeah, that's right. You guys used to ask. Literally right across the street. In the heart of it. Yeah, that was what, like the 2016-ish, 2017-ish. Yeah. Yeah, so yeah, so that area and also so Fox Fox is Fox 29 is right there. Yeah. So for everybody, you know, they'll be taking alternate routes or whatever. Good luck with that. Uh-huh. It's going to be a hot mess. Yeah, I only had I only had the privilege of heading to that building one time nine years ago and I was like, where the hell am I supposed to park to do a show? Yeah, and by the way, just a heads up to westbound lanes of the Ben Franklin Bridge into Philadelphia, they will remain open, but security police law enforcement saying, watch out for additional temporary highway and street shutdowns and rolling road closures. Ah, yes. Mabeling. Mabeling. Yeah. Maybe necessary. So the Ben, the access to the eastbound lanes for the Ben Franklin Bridge from I-676 into New Jersey, that will be closed from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. tomorrow night. Just want to give a heads up on this because if you're traveling this area, I feel sad for people out of town who might not realize it for some truckers. You know, hopefully they put on their ways or listen to our sister station. Hey, we're sponsored by Wawa. Wawa has new Southwest flavors like the roasted chicken fajita veggie quesadilla or what about the beef steak burrito with salsa roja? Try a burrito bowl or quesadilla. Build it just how you like it. Gotta have a Wawa. And we are sponsored by Melvern Retreat House in our sports and weather. I know Nick's going to talk about our Eagles last night. We were victorious, but not such great news for our Phillies, who were blown out by the Marlins yesterday, 10 to 1. We lost in the series finale in Miami. We took the series though. Yeah, we took the series. Mm-hmm. All you need to do is take care of the Packers in glorious fashion. Did I say on Friday, the take one Barkley was going to... Wow. Wow, what a day. I mean, he's a game changer. I know. If he can stay healthy, which is a big if. Yeah, it's a big if. If he can stay healthy, the Eagles are going to be unstoppable. I'm telling you. Yeah, there was, I mean, look, they won the game and I'm happy. And, you know, sucks for the Packers. They lost their quarterback basically on the second to last play of the game. But three things were a disgrace on Friday night. Number one, a disgrace that you can't get any media information and coverage from journalists, because as we know, we talked about Twitter's ban. That was disgrace number one. Number two, the second disgrace, the turf. I mean, can we stop? Yeah. Can we stop playing football and soccer pitches? Seriously. It was like my grandmother on ice with high heels. Yeah. He's just everybody sliding all over the place. That first play that the Eagles did with Barkley and he slipped and lost five yards. Yeah. I was like, he's going to he's going to blow out his knees. Yes. He's going to blow out his knees. Yes. So. And Jaylon hurts. Seriously. Come on, man. Year five. I mean, you're making mistakes like you're a day one producer in radio. And off. Here we go. I know man. Stop making the same mistake. Yeah. But you know, when's a win? I'm happy. Yeah. We won. I took the Packers against the spread. Yeah. I was just going to say you're you're pretty sure. I mean, I I knew the Eagles were going to win. But I my prediction was way off because I thought because of the turf, I thought it was going to be a low scoring game. Yeah. But it certainly wasn't. I think Don had the best prediction. Yeah. Don said the Eagles and I think Don said a lot of points. We're going to be scored. So. See. Yeah. And what about Penn State? Yeah. Boy, I tell you what, I was so cool. I was watching that game. I'm like, you're really going to lose at home as a four touchdown favorite. That looked bad. To Bowling Green. Most people don't know what State Bowling Green plays in. I mean, good for Bowling Green. I was like, who's Bowling Green? And they don't wear green, by the way. They wear Brown and Orange. Yeah. They're called Bowling Green. Look at mez. But we pulled that one out. So that's a good thing. And by the way, apologies to the Catholic contingent that roots for Notre Dame in this area. Oh my god. They they they paid Northern Illinois a million dollars to come to their stadium and Northern Illinois beat Notre Dame. They paid them? Oh, yeah. They pay these small schools to show up. And take a take a beating so Notre Dame can warm up for the big boys. Except you have to beat the little squad of your parents. That's amazing. That game was like that one at Penn State. That was all my kids were talking about. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Wait, since we're in the sports portion of the sports. Fine, not sports, not sports. Thoughts. And I'll have it later in the cut sheet, but thoughts on Tom Brady calling. Not bad. The Cowboys. Solid. Yeah. Not, he's got work to do. You look good. Yeah. But he's he's he's not as annoying as his Romo. Yeah. So I just I can live with that. All right. Yeah. We will give him a grade. Okay. Coming up at seven. That is annoying. And he looked good. And Donald teach him how to stay on prompter and all the, you know, TV optics. Yeah. I could give him some coaching. Yeah. I'm very good. You know. Hey, we got the Monday morning forecast. As I said, it's chilly this morning mid 50s. And in some areas, maybe you're waking up to 39 degrees. It's quite chilly overnight. But we are heating up to a beautiful day. Plenty of sunshine high of 79 degrees. Tomorrow, sunny and even warmer humidity, though, remains low. 84 degrees for your Tuesday tomorrow, Wednesday, sunny and nice. High of 85 degrees. And Thursday, even hotter, 87 degrees. Friday, the dry stretch will continue. Mostly sunny skies. And it looks like much of the same over the weekend. Saturday and Sunday, as of right now, this weekend, a mid 80s and a lot of sunshine. So a beautiful week in store with low humidity, drier, sunny, lovely weather. That was your wife. She was good with it. It's all bonus bets from these sports books that give you free money. Yeah. Just for signing up. Yeah. By the way, I know we got to get to the big day, but thank you to Fanon. The entire weekend is nothing, I swear, no matter what game I had on, Saturday or Sunday, change the channel, you get one of two ads. It's either sports books or it's political ads. I know. They've bought up all the commercial inventory in America on television. A hundred percent. And watching that game on Friday night with the Eagles, every other commercial was a couple of Harris Trump. Yep. All of that. Yep. Or an occasional Kevin Hart ad to spend five bucks and get two hundred free. All right, 617. Let's get to a Monday. Big T. The big take on killing company. And it's brought to you by indeed 1A and 2A on 11.5. For a majority of my life, I feel like Democrats in the federal government have wanted to take your guns and deny you the rights provided to you. Courtesy of the Second Amendment. And for the last four years, the far left and big tech have been stripping you of your right to free speech provided by the First Amendment. And sure, this election is about many things. Whether it's the most basic of issues like the economy or the most petty of things such as men against women. But if Kamala Harris gets elected, there's no question in my mind, we will see more and more tightening of the vice around your First Amendment privileges and more and more gun grabs by the government. Remember, Joe Biden bragged about what he did with firearms 30 years ago. And he's always been threatening that he will do it again. But in a very sinister way, what could make the federal government happier than silencing dissenting views and taking away your right to defend yourself with a firearm. Both on full display this morning in the big take after another 72 hours of proof to show you what's really happening in America. We begin today with guns in light of the latest school shooting in Georgia. And have you noticed this disturbing trend? Yeah, a ton of the school shootings over the last couple of years have been those who identify as part of the LGBTQ community. But I want to point out the lesser talked about trend. And I mentioned it in the news discord, much like the Butler PA shooting. According to reports, the 14 year old from Georgia was on the gamer app. And it was known that he was speaking about allegedly being gay. And he was apparently bullied according to his father for quote being gay, but also the acceptance of trans people. When mental health is jumping off the page at you and people are speaking about it, even on new wave technology like discord, people need to intervene. Because it's not about the gun. It's about the mentally disturbed person in possession of the firearm. And also, if they are on medications from big pharma, if Kamala Harris gets elected, she will definitely zero in on your second amendment rights. She likes the idea and she is willing to go to a mandate via executive order within her first 100 days in office if elected. And I always point out how Democrats, they love their mandates. We know that from the pandemic. But what they also love more than that, as shown in the last four years, is total control and absolute power. And it's not just about Harris at the top of the ticket. It's up and down the ticket with people trying to be elected on the left, or those who have already won a midterm, perhaps two years ago in the summer, the fall of 2022 with the midterm elections. I love this concept when it pertains to the second amendment and the vetting. Think about this. Isn't it funny how Democrats, they went all the vetting possible, all this information for guns. But they also claim that any information like voter ID is racist. So in my personal opinion, you can't be all for knowing as much as possible about a prospective gun purchase, yet not give a crap about the identity of a voter. You don't get to have it both ways. Now on to free speech and the First Amendment. As we have chronicled on this show, we've talked about what has been going on in France with Telegram and in Brazil with Twitter. And we're certainly aware of what's happened since 2020 with free speech in America. And over the weekend, MSNBC, the gatekeepers of truth and telling you, as I like to say, what is arable and shareable via clowns like Rachel Maddow. Enjoy read. They are taking censorship a step further. They are now calling for the boycott of Elon Musk's social media platform X in the United States. MSNBC.com with the following headline. Elon Musk's X is a poison. We don't need to keep taking it. It's not enough for some journalists and influencers to boycott the social media site, formerly known as Twitter. But everyone needs to bail on it at once end quote, that's a headline of a story on MSNBC.com. First of all, journalists hardly exist anymore. They are advocates for a political party and nothing more. And to be fair, I think that pertains to both sides quite honestly. But secondly, I'm also sick of hearing about influencers. I think we need that purge on the term influencers immediately. I would play you this clip, but it's probably not going to work. But we had a journalist from MSNBC. Oh, we do have that. All right, I have it. OK, here we go. So Jay Michelson, I want you to listen to this clip. Jay Michelson and investor Roger McNamee taking it even a step further when it pertains to censorship. And dare we even say the prosecution of Elon Musk. Listen and watch this clip. He actually controls the algorithms. He-- people have said ever since Elon Musk has taken over, certain people's accounts don't get amplified, other things do. This is a guy who said he wanted to take on an own ex to make it a town square, to make it a public square, where voices were not squelched. Now it's being used for exactly the things you wrote a book about that almost wrecked some of our elections. So the critical element in thinking about Elon Musk is like any American, he has a right to his own opinion, and he has a right to express his opinion. However, that right is not unlimited. And he is under some special limitations that wouldn't apply to normal people, because his companies, specifically Starlink and SpaceX, are government contractors. And as such, he has obligations to the government that would, for any normal person, and should for him, require him to moderate his speech in the interest of national security. So what you have is somebody who runs really strategic defense and aerospace projects for the federal government, who's actively undermining the government, which is paying him. And somewhere in there is a legal case that needs to be prosecuted. No, no, that's not true. Elon Musk and X are not involved with the federal government. His other businesses might be, but X is his company, its private, and he can moderate the content just like Meta and Google have done. And now they want to prosecute him for restoring free speech. What about prosecuting Mark Zuckerberg? We know that Facebook and Meta directly influence the 2020 election by not being able to share Miranda Devine's Hunter Biden laptop story from the New York Post. See, this is what I'm talking about. They've lost control of the narrative and they have to take back 100% of speech and also the dissemination of information. And if elected again, Donald Trump says he will do just that. After all, he knows a thing or two about being silenced. Trump vows to sign an executive order banning any federal employee from colluding to limit speech and fire every bureaucrat who is engaged in censorship. Here was Trump over the weekend in Wisconsin talking about the restoration of free speech. Listen and watch. Second, I will bring back free speech in America because it's been taken away. They've taken away your free speech and the fake news is a threat to this country. They are just horrible. These are horrible people. Not everyone. I mean, I know most of them up there. Some are good. Hello, Brian. You know, some are good and most of them are just absolutely terrible human beings, I know what's going on. You know what they'll write today? But look at this crowd. It goes from corner to corner. I flew over and I said, "That's a lot of people down there." And you know what they'll say today or tomorrow when they write? Donald Trump spoke today in Wisconsin before a small crowd of people, a small gathering, a small gathering of people. They are just so bad. I don't know, it's really hard to turn it back around unless they used to be like the police force. They'd write the truth, but they're no longer the police force. They're the police force for opposite. They're a police force for bad. They're bad. They're bad people. And they're very dishonest. And a lot of people don't understand when you're a politician, like these people, like me, like others, and you happen to be a Republican or somewhat conservative, they write just the opposite of what the facts are. And if you're driving a cab, if you're an accountant, if you're a lawyer, if you're something, you know, other than that, you don't know the details. When we know the facts, then the story gets written, the exact opposite of what it is, you start to lose faith in the press, I will tell you. But I will sign an executive order banning any federal employee from colluding to limit speech and we will fire every federal bureaucrat who is engaged in domestic censorship under the Harris regime. And according to the New York Post, although Trump didn't mention any journalists or media outlets by name, his remarks came two days after New York Times publisher, A. G. Salsberger had a scathing op ed that ran in the Washington Post warning quote, Trump stands out for his aggressive and sustained efforts to undermine the free press and quote, Salsberger also insisted Americans should be ready for Trump's anti media quote playbook if he wins in November. Hey, Salsberger, newsflash, Trump was already in office for four years and he made your life easy. And speaking of an anti media playbook, isn't that what hideaway Harris has been doing? She's anti media personified 50 days in one interview. She's never available to speak to the press or the American public. Think about that in sports, for example, at the highest of levels, coaches and quarterbacks speak after every game, good or bad, win or loss, yet a lady running for president of the United States can't speak to the public, can't speak to the press. It's unbelievable. So whether it's your social media account or the guns in your home, just know that Democrats despise with the founding fathers envisioned and they are all CRS aid slowly, but surely little by little piece by piece to take America from what it is supposed to be to what other nations around the globe currently are and currently have total control of the people. One a the first amendment to a the second amendment all up for grabs on November 5th. And I believe that's a major piece to the puzzle. And that's the big take on Cailin Company. All right. I'm Sally home with the podcast history this week in each episode we serve as your eyes and ears into history's biggest events and the lesser told stories ones you might not even know happened find history this week on the free Odyssey app or wherever you get your podcasts it's a great idea but I mean listen I don't think we lack for great idea as I said many times we've been having great ideas for decades the problem is that Congress is not have the courage to act and that is why from the beginning I have said my agenda includes attempting to get time with the act but if they don't win in the first hundred days of my administration I'm going to take a second of action because what we need is action. Now there's Kamala Harris just a few weeks ago here in Philadelphia that audio and video courtesy of 6 ABC on the mandatory gun confiscations as we continue this morning here on Kaling Company Nick Don and Greg as we get a go in here on talk radio 1210 WPHT as I mentioned in the big take Raphael Warnock on NBC yesterday with Kristen Welker basically echoing the same sentiment and Don I want to get your thoughts as somebody because I believe you are some somebody who has said that you grew up in a household with firearms and I was thinking about this when I was writing the big take yesterday and this is perfect for you you grew up in a family that's very pro second amendment as I am and you also are a journalist who has worked in the media and I know you didn't work for MSNBC but they are now advocating and having hosts journalists and their guests for we'll call it free speech boycotts which I look I'm fine I'm not a hypocrite I'm all for a boycott you know whether it was boycotting Bud Light or Target or Coles but when you are and if you want a boycott free speech as an American I think you're stupid but it's your right to do so but when you're a journalist and you're a media member advocating for the boycott of the first amendment that would be as dumb as I don't know like a cigarette company advocating for the boycott of tobacco why would you ever want to do that you're going to kill your own business so just your thoughts on what's up for grabs here with the first and second amendment this November yeah I think that it's startling that she actually admitted it and kudos to 6 ABC for airing it maybe they just thought oh good this is fantastic but I hope that everybody hears that I hope everybody plays it because that is her true intention that you know she is somebody who clearly doesn't care about the second amendment and that's a that's pretty scary and when you think about this administration that she's part of by the way we have to keep reminding ourselves and everybody she is the current vice president of the United States of America she you know why doesn't if she thinks that any of this is critical why not do it today yes you're in power lady yes go for it you've had three years and ten months to do all of this whether it's the economy the border gun confiscation free speech which again going back to free speech which I thought trump once he got back to his initial point about firing these bureaucrats that engaged in censorship and restoring for you know free speech in the first amendment and that's the thing that's the the most crazy part of all of this is she's been involved in the free speech tightening of the news so to speak how many people in this country felt like they lost a part of their first amendment rights during the pandemic when they had the audacity to question the vaccines and the efficacies of masks say and boosters and things like that so that to me is really the scary part but you know equally scary is and I what I'm trying to do as we enter the final fifty five fifty six days of this election is always remind myself most people don't pay attention most people not aware and that to me is the really scary part is I could go up to the average Tom Dicker Harry on the street and say hey do you realize that a lot of your first amendment rights have been kind of slowly but surely stripped away and a lot of people that don't live it or that don't go on platforms like X or truth or rumble they're completely oblivious to it or maybe they are aware of it but they just don't care right think about your average friend who just goes on Facebook I don't know my free speech has never been censored especially if you bring it up to a Democrat or somebody that's pro vaccine or anti Trump on social media their rights continue to exist one hundred percent in public right but it's the other side of the spectrum that you look at it and say well no I'm actually a conservative or I'm a Republican or I'm a Trump supporter or I'm right of center and I'm aware of what's going on but I think that's the scary part on is most people aren't aware what's being pulled out from underneath their nose yeah and think about elections razor thin margins you know every day you know you're you're talking about the polls but think about this that certain communities who care about this whether it's somebody who just really cares about the second amendment and thinks that that's worth getting out and voting for maybe they're just sick and tired of politics and they don't want to you know I don't usually vote I'm I don't trust anybody that sort of thing that kind of statement by somebody like Kamala Harris to say to essentially say day one I'm going to do an executive which I don't know how she could even do an executive order as far as you know threatening the second of my second amendment in that far of a reach yeah how do you just bypass Congress I don't even understand that but the fact that that's her where her heads at is scary but also when you talk about the First Amendment we think of you know we think of oh free speech the media that sort of thing a whole lot of communities think about religion yes because freedom of religion is also protected in the First Amendment correct and so you think about when you mention the pandemic you think about all the churches and synagogues places of worship mosques shut down here in Philadelphia and across the country so for multitude of reasons perhaps these things coming down and coming out about her because what about a third of voters have said I really need to know more about Kamala Harris so as they hear all of this maybe there are some of these issues that are singular issues or critical issues for you know those slivers of voters who say you know what that's that's it for me I'm voting just on that I'm glad you brought up the religion aspect as well because you're right that does get lost in the First Amendment and it affects a multitude of religious beliefs you said it whether it's you know Jewish people it's synagogues whether it's Muslim people at a mosque whether it's Catholics and we know what happened what's happened to Catholics over the last four years and and then when you think about the gun grab I think Stalker posted this clip from our show on Friday on Twitter last night with the headline with all these school shootings we should be looking into the drugs that these kids are being prescribed what when are we going to get somebody other than an RFK that instead of want wanting to go for a gun grab why don't we go for a big pharma grab right because in my opinion it's not so much of the gun it's the individual behind the gun I mean A to have the mental belief of A I need to shoot up a school and then secondly like you reported last Thursday and Friday well what was this shooter prescribed and we have found out now especially in the Nashville school shooting that Audrey Hale was on basically a cocktail combination of five mental health prescription medications so you factor that in on top of whatever you might be going through if you identify as LGBTQ+ with hormone changes hormone medications sex operations all that together leads to your brain going in 42 different directions which sets off an explosion like a volcano in a public setting you know a lot of people yesterday were were were commenting on that post that was put on the end of 1210 Twitter page about how it's the guns it's the guns it's like okay well like what has changed over the last 30 years since Columbine it's not the amount of guns in the country it's the amount of shootings either it's the fact it's the fact of we we prescribe our kids Ritalin Adderall every every other thing under the sun because oh well they have ADHD they have ADD they have they have anxiety disorder they have this everybody has a disorder everybody's been to a therapist because we we we conditioned our kids to think that they are oh you're you're hurting you need a pill and the doctors are right there to prescribe it that's that's the type of stuff that we have to look that that on top of social media so that's the type of stuff we have to look into right and a lot of these that was changed you're correct no a lot of these doctors are incentivized to get just get well when in doubt prescribed a medication right we found out during the pandemic that a lot of these doctors with the COVID shot we're getting a 20 or $25 commission for every shot that they gave to people and I'm not saying that you know all doctors are negligent all doctors are you know money greedy pigs or anything like that but when you sit there and incentivize doctors to pump people up from big pharma I'm sorry that that raises a lot of red flags to me agreed yeah the one drug the other drug that I know that Audrey Hale was prescribed one of the five was something called Benzo that's the what the short name for it but these benzodiazepine drugs are prescribed to treat anxiety disorders insomnia muscle spasms schizophrenia bipolar seizures epilepsy but there was a major new study that came out late this summer that talked about the side effects and among the side effects mania yeah and so you you have to watch it with like like you know you guys are saying with what it's interacting with including by the way your allergy meds oh of course you know sometimes the pharmacists find themselves catching this yes you know because maybe somebody who has is going to all these different doctors maybe the doctors aren't coordinated either crazy radical thought here what you put into your body really does matter it does I mean it's amazing that we live to be 75 80 years old considering the garbage we put in our bodies for the duration of a lifespan but it really is remarkable so so you take somebody that might be going through an identity crisis then you factor in somebody with rage and hatred and then you put them on five medications what do you expect is going to happen also we don't we don't force our kids to go outside and interact with humans anymore either you know what I mean they're all they're all downstairs chatting with each other on discord yeah and this and and they become you know when you when your interactions with your friends and your classmates and people your age becomes all virtual and I mean that as as through social media or through apps or whatever like that they don't become real people anymore yep and you you know if you're already you know a psychopath you know that that empathy for actual real humans is gone because you don't actually you don't actually interact with real humans right you're you're no longer a human being exactly you're just an ideology or a belief hundred percent sharing your beliefs verbally through a camera on a device so you have to go out there and actually talk to people and and and meet people and be become friends with people because then you know what the empathy kind of it's like wow that's that's that's Johnny yep you know Johnny's a good guy yep we'll go 855 839 1210 debate coming up tomorrow in Philadelphia Donald Trump Kamala Harris get ready a couple of new polls coming out over the weekend both on a national level on a state level which is ultimately the most important and then also on a who's more of the radical perspective let me start with nationally I know this is considered to be very good news for Trump on the national stage as Donald Trump now leads Kamala Harris nationally by a single point and has surged ahead by four points in total over the last month that courtesy of a new poll being released yesterday by the New York Times and Ciena college Donald Trump was down three points to Kamala Harris about a month ago he is now up one point the times Nate Cone commented saying that the survey suggests that Harris has quote stalled after a euphoric August Cone writes the following is Kamala Harris's surge beginning to ebb that's the question raised by this morning's New York Times Ciena college poll which finds Donald Trump narrowly ahead of her amongst likely voters nationwide 48 to 47 to me the result is a bit surprising it's the first lead for Mr. Trump in a major nonpartisan national survey in about a month but Cone concludes the poll could be an outlier because Donald Trump while currently having advantages by a small margin in Arizona and North Carolina Kamala Harris is either slightly leading or tied with Trump in Georgia Michigan Nevada Pennsylvania and Wisconsin so if you look at it from the seven swing states Trump really is only ahead in one of the three in the quest for what I call the path of least resistance which is three out of seven the easiest path in my opinion for about a month now as I've said this is Pennsylvania Georgia and North Carolina North Carolina being the one I feel Trump has most safely and securely locked up and then it's you got to get Georgia and then the major bang is Pennsylvania and as soccer said earlier this morning here in Penn State Penn State in Pennsylvania it is a deadlock of 47 to 47 it's crazy it is crazy it's crazy and you know we we said this when these polls were favored in common the last couple of weeks don't pretend always were always always pretend like your candidate is is down and and and and don't don't believe them they're they're just you know what I mean like it's it's just we have a tendency to when our person is out in the polls to be like ah yeah this is going to be an easy election it's not this is going to be I mean we have all of these the Harry and I'll play it later yeah like this is the closest election that that has ever been since 1964 yeah we're talking 60 years yeah right which is wild and to your point of going nuts over polls that you like or dislike I mean for the last three or four days I've seen this since I think Thursday night or Friday morning Nate Silver's latest forecast model now has Trump as like 63% to win the election to which I was getting DMs over the weekend from people that like the follow me for politics and sports and two guys I won't name them but they work in sports media they're like are you are you against they know I like to bet on sports which by the way you might be able to bet on American elections coming up in America I know because as we know it's an offshore thing right now we'll get to that string story from the Wall Street Journal they're like is are you buying this name I'm like there is no way in hell if you told me right now what is the what are the odds and the probabilities of Trump beating Harris there's no way I would ever and I don't know what Nate Silver does I mean he uses the data that would make my head explode he's super wonky with analytics and metrics but there's no way I could ever spit out 63% in favor of them if you think Donald Trump's almost a two to one favor you need to have your head examined because you're not living in reality so I don't understand where Nate Silver gets that from I would love for that to be true but I don't know how he arrives at that conclusion so just figured we would share that and then lastly when it comes to numbers I thought this was interesting and this really bucks the mainstream media's coverage of these two candidates according to the same New York Times Sea on a college poll more voters report that Vice President Kamala Harris is more radical than Donald Trump as they label her to liberal or to progressive on the key policy issues compared to Donald Trump being labeled to conservative on the major issues and I think that's absolutely accurate I think she's far more radical in one direction than Donald Trump has ever been but as I've been saying I don't think this election is about issues I think this election is about a lot of petty nonsense that really shouldn't factor into the equation dawn but I really do feel when you see a poll like this and it would be interesting to see if the mainstream media covers this element of the poll among the data compiled in the poll it found that nearly the majority of voters reported that Trump is not too far left or too far right on key issues while only around one third of voters said he's too conservative you know isn't that funny because every time you put on the television or the radio you hear a Trump an anti-Trump ad right and it's about Project 2025 and how radical Trump is yet the New York Times and Sienna college find Trump not to be too radical at all in either direction which completely kind of bucks what the media is trying to jam down your throat as we come down the stretch run here let's just it it's it's it's to simplify it it's who looks who looks like they own the crazy who's crazy is it because you know on one hand Democrats are trying to say oh those MAGA people and that Trump he's crazy and then on the other side no Kamala is crazy so who gets the crazy trophy yes crazier yes I mean that's what it really comes down to if you look at the ads social media and so yeah a lot of people I think a huge portion of voters look at the issues or maybe they look at what they've always done they've always voted D or they've always voted R but then you do have the newer voters the younger voters who I think are more controllable by the ads and social media yeah as well said let me just wrap the hour by reading this quote from the New York Times following this poll the New York Times reported that Trump's lead over Harris as a more centrist candidate is one of his quote overlooked advantages quote yes he's outside of the political mainstream in many respects and yes he does have conservative views on many issues like immigration but he's also taken many positions this is Donald Trump that would have been likelier to be held by a Democrat than a Republican just a decade ago like opposition to cutting entitlements support for a cooperative relationship with Russia or opposition to free trade it's a reputation he's careful to protect from saying he doesn't support project 2025 to his cagey position on additional measures to restrict abortion will the mainstream media today on all the shows share this in today's views in with the news think about that he's outside of the political mainstream in many respects yet he's the more centrist candidate which is one of his overlooked advantages as I've been saying I don't think Donald Trump is super conservative I think the Trump mega platform is a populist agenda and if more people realize that and read that and stopped listening to the mainstream media they would realize he's not crazy it's just really a lot of common sense alright 8 5 5 8 3 9 12 10 we'll come back Donald get some news to kick off our number two and then is a green wave upon us in the blue wall states if this is true I think Trump should play this card to the umpteenth degree we'll get to that on the other side it's killing
