Pete Ciarrocchi joins Kayal & Company to discuss National Crabfry Day and how Chickie's and Pete's will use profits from 1$ crabfries today for Crabfries for Heroes.   Crabfries for Heroes is back and Chickie's and Pete's hits the road to feed local police officers, while each participating locations raises funds through dollar Crabfries. Chickie’s & Pete’s is once again celebrating National French Fry Day.  It’s the 11TH Annual Crabfries for Heroes event which benefits the Fraternal Order of Police Survivors Fund. All sales from one dollar Crabfries® on FRIDAY JULY 12TH, 2024 will be donated to the Fund to help families of fallen police officers.  All major Chickie's and Pete's locations in the Philadelphia region are participating, including Audubon, Bordentown, Drexel Hill, Egg Harbor, Glassboro, Marlton, Parx Casino, Roosevelt Blvd., South Philadelphia, Robbins Ave and Warrington.  As a special thanks to the community, Chickie's and Pete's will also launch the Crabfries Express on Thursday, July 14th with the famous food truck visiting Philly landmarks with free Crabfries.
