I am about to expose two major frauds that have been perpetrated upon the masses. One, it is apparently pumpkin spice season, but pumpkins don't smell like that at all. It's actually the spices people are referring to. I'll spice cinnamon nutmeg, so they're fraud number one. It should be called spices put in pumpkin pie season or carrot cake or eggnog. Fraud number two, Halloween is not a season. It's a day. Now I've been saying this for years and I am losing the argument, but I'm not giving up yet. I've already seen houses with Halloween decorations. It's not even Thanksgiving, but it is the season for autumnal decorations. Halloween is a day, maybe a few days if you wanna have a party in the weekend or enjoy decorations, but our neighborhoods are becoming like big box stores. Where decorations start going up weeks or even months ahead of time. It may bring the people joy and that's fine, I suppose, but just so long as they know they're messing with the seasons. I wonder how many of them will have Christmas trees and Halloween decorations up at the same time. It's madness.
