The Simply Fit Podcast

Unlock Your Unlimited Potential With Goldie Uttamchandani

In the latest episode of the Simply Fit Podcast, I have the pleasure of speaking with Goldie Uttamchandani.

I’m going to preface this by making a bold statement, this is one of my favourite conversations that I’ve had on this podcast, truly.

Goldie is an author, life & teen coach, a mother and a wife.

Whilst working in the family business, Goldie started writing.

With no academic experience in creative writing or literature, she simply leaned into what she enjoyed doing.

With a few gentle nudges in the right direction, she published her first book which led her down a path of wanting to help improve the quality of life those she encountered. She had an affinity towards working with the younger generation and has been making a tremendous impact ever since.

In this conversation you can expect to learn:

How to recognise and overcome having a victim mentality.

How we can cultivate self confidence in ourselves and our children.

The impact that technology and digital media may have on ourselves and our children in the future.

Get yourself a pen and paper as you’re going to want to take notes for this one.
