Joshua Project presents Unreached to the Day as we travel to Nigeria to pray for the 185,000 Bole, who are known for their hard work, educational advantage, and connections. They're in virtually all sectors of the Nigerian economy, including public service. The region where the Bole people reside includes the terrorist group Bocal Huram, which seeks to unleash mayhem, fear, and ethnic cleansing. The presence of terrorist groups in the home area of the Bole brings an extra measure of danger in taking the gospel to them. The presence of terrorist groups can also be an impetus for the Bole to seek the Lord's protection and blessing. Pray for an abundance of Holy Spirit-led workers who disciple this people group as Luke chapter 10 reveals, and he said to them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest." Christians have lived in the region in which the Bole people live for a long time, but the number of Christian believers within this tribe are very few. Pray the gospel radio will become increasingly available throughout Nigeria, including the Bole language. Thanks.
