Pray for the Baghban (Muslim traditions) in Pakistan
Joshua Project presents "Unreached to the Day" as we travel to Pakistan to pray for the 248,000 Bhagvan, the Indian subcontinent. Here the words "Bhagvan" and it refers to a Muslim people spread far and wide, speaking eight different languages. You can find them in rural and urban parts of India and Pakistan. The Bhagvan people are a community of gardeners. Others engage in wholesale and retail sales of fruits. In Pakistan, they have an educational trust. There is also a Bhagvan Muslim welfare association that advocates for their needs. Unfortunately, there may be no followers of Christ among them, so the Bhagvan community needs to hear about what Jesus can do for them, both as individuals, families, and communities. And there are evangelistic materials available in their languages, so pray with us that this community might understand that the Holy Bible comes from the mouth and mind of the true God as the Apostle Matthew reveals, but he answered, "It is written, man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. Please pray that God will reveal himself in dreams and visions, and send believers who can explain those dreams and visions to them." Thanks! I'm Mark Gordick.
