Over the weekend, Hall of Fame basketball coach and the winningest active DI coach Bob Huggins is resigning and retiring from West Virginia after being charged with a DUI on Friday evening in the Pittsburgh, PA area. It’s the second major indiscretion for Huggins this offseason and also not the first time he’s received a DUI. For West Virginia, this is a difficult blow coming in late June, with the coaching carousel all but at a standstill. Where twill the Mountaineers turn next? Will they seek out an interim coach or work to find a longterm replacement? Will the roster stay intact or will players like Jesse Edwards and Kerr Kriisa look elsewhere?
